My name is suhas gaikwad mob no 7045306354, i booked car for 19 to 21 nov 2016, my pickup location was vashi, before 1hr of my pickup time your executive called me and give me information that because unavailability of car my booking has been cancelled ,
Please let me know how customer can arrange another car in this amount of short period. after my continues call to customer care no mr Saudarm called me and promised me that they will arrange immediate fund transfer by which i can arrange another car to travel, but after 1 hr also i didnt get fund or any call from your end, in that period i was only trying to zoomcar for my refund no one was responding me properly. i was feeling helpless on that time. My fault was i just trust on zoomcar for my booking.
You cancelled my booking and stuck my money also. after my 4 to 5 call to customer care, mr saudarm called me and told me that i will get IPMS link and i will get money. in this period I arrange private car but because of money problem i was unable to start jouney. My money was stucked in zoomcar. zoomcar provide me worst service. While talking with mr Saudarm he transfer call to mr Karan who suppose to superior to Mr Saudaram.
He told me that he had talked with consult dep for my refund and they are taking my case as special case that they will send me mail for refund and i need to submit my account details, as i give details then they will transfter money on Monday first half. Because of this promise i gave PDC cheque to Private car owner, mr karan told me that I can give PDC for date 21nov 2016. Mr karan assured me that they will take care that my cheque will be clear without any problem.
I want to inform you that till yet i didn’t received any mail for refund from your end as mr karan promise i should received mail from refund dep for my account detals but till yet i didn’t received mail.
Today again i started to call your executive every one give promise that they will arrange call within 5 min but not getting response from your end. Mr Noor received my call and told me that mail should appeard you please check mail but as before experiance i was not received mail.
After some time Mr Prabhu called me he is Supirior to Mr Karan. He promised me that i will get IMPS before end of the day. But because of wrong information which i get from Mr Saudaram and Mr karan on Saturday (19/11/2016) i gave PDC to private car owner and now that cheque going to bounce without any my fault .please let me know who is responsible for my lose and when i should received my money.

Horrible service..we booked a car to be dropped at our residence today morning at 7 am and there was no sign of them. Called them and they asked to come to their office in Andheri to pick it up..we have been waiting in andheri for 1 hour and it is 9:40 now but there is no one here. They ask us to wait for another 30 mins as the contact person has gone out. We are still waiting….Please do not opt for this service even if it is your last resort.

Oh and if you call their call center..the IVR keeps u on hold and then automatically disconnects the call…every single time…tried 9 times till now….Extremely irritated and will tag this post on Facebook and Twitter as well.

Zoom car it’s a fraud and very unethical in terms of refund. Coz as per their books they always confirm that refund is initiated but it’s been now 18 days no refund has been received in any account (citrus).
They just have their auto mail reply system and thr is no customer care contact number for particular problem.

Contact with zoom car tread

On Thursday 27th april i booked a Honda City zoomcar and was suppose to get

it at my place around 10 am. I Had client meeting as my client was suppose

to arrive and i had to pick him up and cater him, i didnt get any calls

till 10 am about the whereabouts of the car and was waiting for it. I

called zoomcar at 10.15 am and they told me to wait for 15 mins more. At

10.30 am i got a call from zoomcar saying honda city is totaled by the last

client and they cant send it so they are sending a Figo and they gonna

refund the money and also extend my scheduled time for the same.

I was getting extremely late and client was calling me so i thought what

the heck i will might as well take it so i started waiting for it and

around 11.30 am the car arrived and when i asked the driver as too why is

it so late he told me , ” sir 11th hour we arranged your car so we got

late” , what does it even mean that 11th hour we arranged it you had to

arrange it you are in hospitality business you have to give the best

service ,but avoiding all that and being 1.5 hour late i started my journey

and the story doesnt end here.

I crossed a vehicle entry tax point and didnt know that i have to pay toll

for the car and was stopped by a flying squad with a 200 rs. fine , i tried

to explain him that i wasnt told and he told me zoomcar has to give toll

tax and told me to call customer care , as i called the customer care i

asked him why didnt you tell me that i had to pay for toll, it was my first

ride you should have informed me and he said you have to pay , in the

middle of the traffic i was stopped and was stuck in a jam, client calling

me in anger, and i have no other way but to pay the flying squad .

also i was told that the scheduled time will be extended but your

representative was waiting for the car at my destination at around 7 pm ,

when it was clearly said that time would be 8.30. I gave the car to him at

8 am and closed the trip.

So in short i had a bad day, i got the car late, i lost my client and

company business of 3 lakh rupees , and even after that i didnt get the

refund for honda city when car given to me was figo.

Thank you for ruining my day hope to never see you again. ( worst

experience ever)

it is with reference to the subject booking.
Your mail confirmed our booking and we are directed to collect the vehicle from the given location. upon reaching the site we had shown our text message to the site executive Mr. Nitin Kumar who has refused the delivery of the booked car stating that your payment has not been cleared hence i cannot give the delivery than he suggested us to talk to customer care for the same we spoke to customer care for regularly 45 minutes to one hour but nothing could be done.
That once again after wasting one and half hour taking to Mr. Nitin, Mr. sachin and customer care, senior team leader mr. Ahmed has behaved rudely and suggested me to pay extra amount of rs.4790/- to get the booking confirmed. during conversation with customer care we happened to speak to Mr Nikhil also
mean while Site executive Mr Nitin and sachin has called the police giving a complaint against my name, wherein MR. Ahmed and Mr. Tyagi came on PCR and interrogated us. After knowing the facts the PCR officials supported us and than your team was scolded by the police.
In view of the above episode please be informed that Not being my fault The complaint was given to police on my name by zoom car staff(in the past three generations we have not faced the police and not got involved in any case where the police support is needed) this incident has humiliated and insulted me and damaged our clear image.
this is also to be noted that in past also I has used the zoom car services and from my last zooming an extra amount of Rs.4790/- was held credited (in citrus account) to zoom car which I used today against the security deposit and an extra amount of Rs.2680/- was paid online to book the said car.
Finally I could not travel to the desired place instead wasted whole day and feeling cheated.
These are the facts being discussed with my legal advisor for taking appropriate action.

From 8 am to 10.45 am I have made 7 calls to Zoom Customer Care, Simply with out any hesitation they have said as “Sir, there is no XUV Car in chennai locations(12 Locations) so we will provide the Refund wat i made on the booking time”. Even i requested for two 5 seater Car to live up the plan which i made with my Family and relatives. Everything Fucked up due to your Zoom company. It made me a Big Disappointment on your Zoom company. Your running up the zoom car, Cant you guys arrange a Excess car for the customer Satisfaction. if you can’t provide the car in mentioned timing, you might not taken a booking. its your blunder mistake. I am the victim.

Main thing, Customer care Executive said me to wait till tonight in the Airport Location to get the car if is available. Is this the way your executive will reply to the Customer. If i given a Punch reply by including reply, wat would he have done on me.
