    This to inform you that I have purchased your unlimited Internet plan as you give best deal other then your company competitor.

    It is sorry to say that I have very bad experience with your company as I buy your plan, after 7 days my Internet start working with 10times call to your company customer care then it started, it stop suddenly I’m very next day I have to pray to your customer care to start my inter net then it start after 2days. Since last 1week my net work only 2 to 2.5 days only with slow speed with break speed of net. I also asked Mr. Tofik mirza (1412459)who fill my application form for connection he help some times after he also not pick up my call. I also visit personally to your company ‘s adajan branch. but they give no positive reply for that. In this process I call your customer care(sarukh, chinmay, Krishna, Kaynath, vishesh) executive they also don’t give me positive reply when my Internet completely start.

    It stop working after 1day only, I also complain to your customer care but I get no positive response from your company. So I have to say Sab se bekar company services in surat.

    If you have interest in your reputation plz give services to your customer as they are not given best services from some of your executive, if they have no idea to solve my net connection problem they should have to go to another company.

    I want my money back if my Internet will not start till Monday. If it’s not resolved plz take your modem from my house give my money back to me.

    This you broadband is a veriest network in Hyderabad i given payment on march 22nd 2017 till connection has not yet done ever seen this tye of service in my life my cc no also came they don’t have interest solve to customer problems but in time payment has been collected they taken check and it cleared also bad bad bad service

    Very Frustrated with the service. Even after multiple complaints also, no one is responding. I registered a complaint on 22 Feb 2017, Till now i.e. 14 march 2017 not even a single call from them. I called and lodged complaint several times but it is of vain. If you want to exist in this market, Please put up your services. Don’t forget we are in a service dominant country.

    Very poor customer service. I have raise a request for connection transfer to new location from 7th Feb 2017 and its not processed till today. They have collected documents and payment too.
    I am going to file a complaint against them.

      Don’t buy you broadband connection… service is very poor no one can reaponding 15/24 hours connection was disconnected no one can take seriously our complaint…

    The worst ever connection I have come across…they don’t give u services..my net didn’t work for 12 days and I used to call them everyday, they keep on saying the complain is in process….but the 12th day I asked to check which date I complained, they said its yesterday nd I was shocked that these many days I complain was not yet registered…and after 4 days again my net stopped working and I called but no1 came….they don’t understand the seriousness of our work…how much v r suffering due to thm….this company need to b sued….

    Dear ‘anyone remotely efficient at YouBroadband India Limited’,

    Since December 15, 2016 I have been trying to become your customer. It took seven phone calls to your call center and a fortnight for someone to finally call us back to start with the broadband installation procedure.

    Finally your agent RAKESH (9657755956) happened to take up the responsibility of our connection in Lane 7 Koregaon Park – Oxford Hallmark Society (Pune). He was at his best to turn up at our apartment to pick up the documentation and the cheque because it was MONTH END. And once the documentation and money had exchanged hands, your agent has become deaf, dumb, lame, biologically and professionally paralyzed. I fail to understand how are you running this venture when your agents are so uncourteous and inefficient. There is no sense of professionalism here made evident by the fact that this person has refused to even answer my calls, forget expecting him to provide us with updates.

    My business is being heavily impacted due to lack of internet connection at home as I work around the clock liaising with different time zones. This has started affecting me financially because a representative of YouBroadband India Limited (for whom you are legally vicariously responsible irrespective of the fact whether he is on your pay roll or on commission basis) made a FRAUDULANT MISREPRESENTATION of getting this job done by January 3, 2017 but now has gone missing with our identity proofs and money.

    Being lazy is one thing but do not force me to paint your lack of conduct into fraud and take your organization to the consumer court to compensate me for the loss of financial earnings because RAKESH is too busy snoozing on your cables.

    Please take this seriously and aim to resolve this like adults with normally functioning brain. You don’t need to send professionals from NASA to do this 30mins job.

    I will thank you when it is your time to be thanked.

    A worst response when i’m keep on followup You broadband from last 4 days, still my issue not yet resolved. they know the issue on 1st day but they didn’t fix(Replace a power cable at node). we can’t call each execute every time, each time they are telling 4 to 8 hours we will resolve.

    How it works. Replacing a power cable , how much time it will take. Its hardware problem that they knew, but i don’t know why they didn’t.

    Very poor service of breakdown repair. Only intersted in downloading app. by customers. Why ? Are you giving better service through App ?
    Why are you not informing customers regulalry how they can get credit of time period during which net conenction was not available due to fault in line ?

    My ac. No is 671615. Service regarding repairing is very poor. Speed of my net also decresed after renewal though on paper is has increased.
    Why are you sending reapeted SMS for downloading your app. ? This is nothring but cheating. Send SMS regarding our complains if you really want to serve the customers.

    you bb customer number 54948, absolutely agree with all other unhappy customer of youbb. service is poor and responce to customer is slow.
    renewal is painful, you can not find any way to connect to youbb for renewal. in fact i am trying to renew since 21st november, and today is 26th, my subscription expired last night, and today i have no internet service, at this moment i am using airtel service to write this.
    and still not able to renew my subscription with youbb,
    the mobile app is absolutely useless

U create the problem in connection’s & make the customer suffer then send a SMS telling “download the you broadband app for COMPLAINTS” WTF, ur so CONFIDENT on your WORST Service that you developed a APP, just for complaints LOL…. & for getting a solution download that App. Y should I waste my phone memory??? make ur service better. The annoying Cust. Care No. it only tells that “plz hold the line our employees are busy or DOWNLOAD THE ANNOYING YBB App”. PLZ dont use the YOU BROAD BAND SERVICE.

My WiFi is not working from past 5 days in spite of putting repeated complaint the customer care is not able to solve and the worst part is after 5 pm they don’t even bother to answer customer call, they don’t even send any technician to resolve the issue. They only say sorry and tell us that they will arrange a call back. Extremely unprofessional, useless people where they don’t have any commitment, responsibility to solve customer’s problems. I regret taking You Broadband connection. We have to do constant follow ups to get the problem resolved. The agents are useless and not doing their job properly. Funny part of the company is when tried calling the senior manager he gives the ready answer telling us that, they are looking into it.
    Here is my A/C NO. 1474242 Surat location, If any one in You broadband are having self respect they should call back and answer the questions/ issues raised with the customer care. I strongly recommend other people please don’t go for YOU BROADBAND connection in your life.

    Worst worst worst worst……….you broadband people are irresposibe and worst than worst. After hud hud effect no person solved my issue and two months back collected their modem, money and said will give new connection. Later a week they simply said they can’t. bull shit people still not return back money. Dear existing and new customers, don’t go for this service.
