I have many time call to customer care and 5 times visit in surat branch regarding my complain but no response and no solution.
Today 03/02/2020 I am also visit in surat branch but No solution.

I don’t think they have competency to provide service and solve issues, what they have is people who are taught to tell customers that “someone will get back to you within 4-8 hours”
It has been over 10 days since I have requested for shifting of connection to new location. I have made close to 15 calls to your call center regarding this complaint.
My recharge was for 30 days (Sept 8 to Oct 8). Your poor service has lead me to incur business loss plus waste of money paid for 30 days of your internet service. Please extend the date of validity for my connection by 10 days (used internet for 20 days and YOU wasted 10 days unable to yet shift the connection) as YOU have failed to restore connection on time.
Also if not interested, please cancel the connection and refund transfer charges+deposit. This is awful service from YOU Broadband. Really is the heights of testing one’s patience !!!

I registered the complaint on Since 04 September 2017 & 25 September 2017 with request ID 201700801910 – 2017092320319 till now it is not resolved. Almost every day I talked with so many customer care executive.
After calling them only one thing I heard that wait for 4 to 8 working hours with that time period it will be resolved nothing else.

Totally bogus service served by You Broadband. Even they didn’t check feasibility of service area. I give you example. I paid amount for new connection since 19th Dec 2016 through cheque. You broadband didn’t give me net connection yet. I called many times on call centre and visit to nearest service centre they failed resolve the issue.

I am staying in Vizag. I have registered complaint to customer care by email dt13-10-16 , followed by complaints by phone and reminders by email on 19-11-16 & 20-11-16 , but no action has been taken till now. Presently Internet connectivity was not available to me and my tenant. Most of the times we were experiencing internet failure and no promt action from Your Vizag Staff.

i have applied for a new connection in You Broadband and made the online payment on 16-SEP-2016 but no one responded me about the status of my connection. when i applied for new connection, one of your sales executive “Divya G” has committed to provide the connection within in 2 working days but no one called me as of now. i have called many times to customer care but every one will take the complaint and said that you will receive a call from concerned team within in 4-8 hours but that is also not happened.
i am planning to move to your service for both office and home purposes, but on trial basis i have applied for home to see the connectivity and all. for installation only you people are not responding, if there is any issue in future how can i trust your service.
