I am not able to use ATM,Net banking and check facilities due to some silly reason as per your customer service agent. As per your agent due to verification problem my account has been deactivated. Six months prior i requested to change my address but as per your agent verification not done. I want to remind you that on 10th Sep and 17th Sep your employee came and verified my address but without any information you guys disable my account from above mentioned date.     Hi, I opened savings account with YES Bank last month, the same sales executive suggest me to opt for Yes bank credit card, hence I submitted the required documents for the new yes bank credit card.     I had a very bad experience interacting with one of your colleges Woking in mumbai thane branch Name Khushboo Pandey my mom had an ac in your bank when i asked about some query she is not at all helpful giving bullshit reply not able to understand customer needs started arguing a lot. Than i told her please forward the call to the concern person she told this is not my job. Than I asked give your manager no. she directly cut off the phone. she is more interested in selling policy. This kind of service is not at all expected from Yes bank I always suggest my family members to your bank but very sorry to say because of people like khusboo you will be losing your valuables cutomer. I know losing one customer is not going to affect you but that one customer brings you 100 more customer really very disappointed please give her some English training class.

    I talked to one of your customer care representative at Mumbai today at 1008 hrs. from Dubai. I was trying get your Dubai or Abu Dhabi representative to set up a meeting for banking with YES bank. First of all it took your call center 5 minutes to pick up the call secondly the person who attended me said you have no representation in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and only in India. The recent literature published by your bank states that you have a representative office in Abu Dhabi and your are setting up another representative office in Dubai DIFC according to your MD, There was a free toll no. given 80035703089 which is not working. I hoped that my salary a/c would be terminated. But after even 2 years I m still receiving msgs which tell me about the fines I have been charged and that my salary a/c has been converted to current a/c without any prior information.     Dear Sir, I am R. R. Mathan from (Maduranthagam , Kancheepuram Dist) having Saving account A/c No: 069790700000320 . I opened Minimum seven accounts at a time in all my family members. Even though i am having accounts in some other bank also, i opened account in your bank because of NET Banking and Everywhere ATM Facility. But now your Net Banking itself not working. I am trying to fund transfer through your bank for the past 3 days but its not possible for several times. I Called and informed this issue to your executives also , they also tried from their side , but the fund transfer is not yet done. Since some of my family members accounts is below minimum fund level so i want to transfer from one of my family members account and compensate this minimum fund level, But This itself is not possible for past 3 days, i already mentioned i am so far from your Chennai branch its not possible to made minimum balance through any other possibilities. Consider the problem is from your side only, This is my prior notice for my minimum level balance is low. So you should not put any separate service charges for my family members account numbers follows : Name : Mr. R. She does not behave properly with the customer not polite nor cordial. Very rude and rash language used with the customer instead of convincing the customer.     Dear sir , there was a salary account in ludhiana with employer and account was open by them i have leave the organisation before 2 year but not close the acount and day by day balance in negative why ? negative i have many time ask to bank to contact employer and close the bank because many time bank closes the acount of ex employess on employer base , so close my account immedeatly .

    25286039Irritating experience at mira bagh branch on 11/1/17 (0185). I have a s.b. a/c in that branch of YES BANK. I met lady official sitting in third row &amp; told her that i want net-banking provision avaliable with s.b.a/c. She with another senior official sh. Guru Dutt tried made a fool of me &amp; waisted my 3 hours. Wish Yes Bank train these 2 officials before putting them for public serving seats.

    Hi, I am purposely avoiding my name because YES bank is trying to verify my personal details through repeated phone calls and harassing me on some EMI payment. I want to make it clear, I HAVE NO RELATIONSHIP WITH YES BANK and HAD NEVER TAKEN ANY FAVOR FROM YES BANK. I am sure this is a case of mistaken identity by YES bank. I have been getting couple of SMS alerts from YES bank to pay EMI of Rs 38K+ to my mobile no. When I received first such SMS, few months back, I was surprised and immediately identified YES bank cust care no. and informed them that I have no account/transaction with YES bank and asked them to stop sending SMS. But I am still receiving SMS alerts for EMI payment. Now, I have received two phone calls from YES bank and harassing me on the payment. They are calling me with different Ph no's to check my personal details....I am heading to make a harassment complaint by this weekend.     We have tried to open a current account in DEC 2016 in ur mall road Amritsar branch and completed all formalities. We recd a welcome kit cust id6278678.Ur branch has cashed our cheque for 25000/on 17th Dec.After 40 days they inform us that ur account can't be opened and when I contacted the branch they informed me our amount will be refunded within aday or two.We are sorry to point out despite our repeated requests our own money still not refunded.We personally contacted Mr Rajeshwar,Mr Kanwaljit Singh and Mr Amit but all in vain. If we did get our money back immediately, we will compelled to give matter in press regarding customer service of bank.

    I wish to open 3 in 1 A/c i.e SB, DMat &amp; Trading A/c . Your Mumbai rep call me on my Mobile 9899861838, disscus and sent their rep of Preet Vihar East Delhi Branch who collectted every thing and a kit of Saving BankA/c No.023699000005200 ( ATM cum Debit Card, Cheque book without printing the name containg 5 leafs etc) But till now Neither I have received any kit nor information regarding my DP/trading A/c. It is also for your kind information that on 30 Mar, I have also deposit the cash and a cheque but I have not received any message for the same. When I contact at your Toll free Customer care No.1800 2000. either they hold the call for a long time or said that my SB A/c does not exist/verify. Please look the matter for early response.     I applied for a personal loan in yes bank on 8th april 2017 and submitted all the required documents mentioned by bank representative on the same day itself.. till the day i havent yet recieved any confirmation, feedback, approval or any kind of communication through them. whenever i call them to ask my status update i get to hear only one thing:"mam things are underprocess. give us some time. we'll update you shortly". but their shortly have never came yet.. being fedup i asked them to return my documents since its being lot of delayed but the bank representative clearly refused to return my documents back saying that as per their bank's policy, they are not authorized to return back the documents. now my question to them is what are they going to do with my documetns if they are not processing my file further... are they going to misuse it? list of documetns i have submitted: adhar card copy pan card copy voter id card copy 2 photographs 6 months salary slips 6 months bank statement bajaj finance soa statement 4 balank cheques bank representative i am in communication with deepak saxena- 9910753502 ankit srivastava - 7042109123 I kindly request you guys to please provide my documents back ASAP.

    I have two savings a/c with yes bank branch west punjabi bagh IFSC-YESB0000106. I opened DMat a/c also.I have NCDs issued by Muthoot Finance linked to my DMat a/c with Yes bank. I need these NCDs premature for some financial problem to credit in my savings a/c.I am facing incoordination from the concerned staff member(Miss Dipika) .Three consective weeks passed there is no progress to my query .As a customer I am feeling cheated by arguing to bank staff. How can I be a customer of Yes bank in future ?
