    I bought on fzs version2 at sahana motors kovilpatti,tuticorin district on middle of 2016.now i facing a problem with my battery. Which is not igniting properly for last 4 months. I gone to service centre and complained. They are saying that the warranty for battery is 1year or 2000kms.i was so much worried about my bike and your company.     A Vehicle in family is a feeling of joy. Its a moment of togetherness during the first ride. But what if – the brand new scooter you have bought have issues in :- Vibrations, One side pulling to Stalling of Vehicle on Middle of Road Entire Happiness, Pride Feel – all suddenly goes for a toss. Of course – Vehicle is the Second Most Precious Asset which People Buy after Home – at least still holds true for majority of Middle
    On 27-6-17 I purchased a scooter YaMha ZR vide above bill no and vide chasis 78402/Engine No E3Y3E0051236 from your dealership PEARL YAMAHA, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because there is vibration when I drive even at 10kms speed and also somenone sits at back after getting down the vehicle starts vibrating so high that is highly impossible to drive in a busy road of Hyderabad. The matter was reported to the showroom on 28-6-17. This is a very very serious issue as to how a new vehicle can have such a serious problem.
    I would appreciate it if you could organise to take back the vehicle and look into the problems. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my scooter for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost I am forced to go by auto.
    I look forward to settling this matter amicably by requesting you to replace the faulty scooter provided to me with another one

    I have recently given my vehicle for servicing in Sai Ram motors, Padi, Chennai but the work they did was very bad. It was attended by service person Mr. Ajmal. He told that the vehicle would get ready in 3 days but it took 18 days to return without attending the problem completely. The communication was poor. Issue in my bike after servicing is listed below

    * Friction Sound when brake is applied in low gear
    * Electrical problem in bike
    * Oil leakage

    But the person who has done the servicing did very bad service. The brake shoe was changed to a new one but sound was coming continuously. After taking my bike to local mechanic shop, they found that a bolt was not tightened. After tightening, problem of sound was resolved.

    The service person was unable to find the electrical problem in my bike. Instead he told that the battery was not good and told to replace it. Then I took it to local Electrical workshop and found that the Rectifier was not working. After replacing the rectifier, the problem was resolved.

    After service, I found that the oil was leaking slowly.
    I found the service person Mr. Ajmal as inexperienced.

    I am Bharath at Coimbatore I was since 2006 using Yamaha vehicles. my brand also till I suggested my friends & coliges Yamaha vehicles r good then other brands I suggested.today that was going wrong .what happens to me first I went some of  showrooms I ask grey colour in stock at particular brand they said no last I went Cag enterprises at Coimbatore they told that colour 4 scooter in stock sir I was went to see those scooters that time I was seen happy I got my colour I told marketing executive this colour this chassis no I want they all r entered system that chassis number that time no one booked that particular chassis no so available sir told me marketing executive.so I booked that 2000 and get the recipets I am syndicate bank Coustemer I told that executive it will take one and one half month ok sir u booked no problem scooter going to u r name I went out I was prosseing at bank I came after one month aisle executive sir bank was asking chassis no and engine going give a DD so I want they told me ok sir i will give chassis and engine no they got my order form they told me that chassis no was booked another person sir. I asked why that scooter was registerd and they got fancy no also u can choose another vehicle i was that time also irritated at Cag executive.I asked when they came I want see her Ordered copy I was see the copy they came after two r three day with my back that time also I was shouted that executive ok I sacrificed Then I. choose another chassis no (ME1SE7763G0032771) vehicle.then I give DD invoiced date at 10.1.2017 then told Rto will come office pongal festival also lot off vehicles to register so Rto coming showroom ok iwill get recipets and went out showroom person told registration is over u come and get the scooter I said ok I went showroom I got scooter I happy that time I given for my wife birthday gift before 20days she was  happy also that’s my first gift after marriage.next day showroom executive called me Rto wants scooters  sir for re registration they are missing one of chassis no .I told him executive sir I at so for 80kms away from Coimbatore so tomorrow not possible to Rto u can do any way icant to give to u I told that person.ok sir iwill see what to do to  register told me executive.two days after I asked that executive what happened registration.Rto told me I can’t with out seening the scooter icant sing. after I asked the executive was told me two days after when  Iwas ask that executive what can I do told me I want Scooter I told me ok give me  two days I am going my native and get the scooter given at17.1.2017 register ed at 18.1.2017 now came another problem in my first free service 20.2.2017 I went service centre to service I give service book they look at page of first free there is no page of first service then they entered system at Yamaha pymidol software they are shocked they told me sir this scooter was second service came iwill do second service only first service already done at 22.11.2016 I was shocked that time I asked that person how its possible. Idetail that person when I was purchased scooter they told me already they are 986km service was done 31.10.2016 was sales date they told so u not eligible for first free service so u can ask u dealer told that person and I get the screen shot that computer in my mobile went CAG Enterprises I asked why I am not able for my scooter first free  service there is no coupon I ask Mr.prabakaran at service head r something working there I asked questions they give another service hand book starting at firs free service I ask how it will work they told me now u r eligible for first free service then I shouted that they ran out off other registration work. there no proper answer for that time then asked another who was responsible for this they showed me Mr. Mohan sales I ask also same questions they also no proper answer I was irritated lot of times that day I asked Mohan who is u r superior they told me Mr.Babu Selva kumar told that time that person was no there I asked give me mobile no iwill call that person they gave that no I called Mr. Babu I shouted that person they told sir I am out side work I came so u can come at 5pm they asked to me I told him to ok then they called me at 4.00pm I went there I explained all I shouted also all r happened there they told to  give one day I solved this problem iwill spoke my MD then I let u now sir today I called Mr.Babu he met me at 4.00pm I asked the question they r going to shut my mouth given by here MD  Rs 777/-2 years extended warranty for after company warranty closed then will active another two years I am not satisfied this and not a proper answer so I am going to file the complaint at Consumer court for Yamaha motor India and Cag enterprises to file the case about this company and dealer of sales fraud and they will take action for this I am going to file the case tomorrow at 22.2.2017. I have all records in my had warranty books ,invoice,pic,etc, I was complaint Coustemer care toll free no at Delhi Miss/Mrs Deepa 21.2.2017

    ### I got lot of problems at Cag enterprises,   Yamaha motor India  u can give best solution at before 3pm after I am going to file the case.  U  two of us.

    Hi sir I bought yamaha ZR on 13/02/2017.In that scooter had no headlight switch.I enquiry that yamaha showroom employee.she told it’s 2017 model scooter had no option for that head light switch.when ignition is on automatically headlight also on.so that headlight cannot off in that day time also.I searched in Internet latest news about that yamaha ZR they are not mention that headlight switch is deleted.so solve my problem imedintelligent Sir.

    I have taken a Yamaha Fascino from Sprint Yamaha, (Kudlu Gate- Hosur Road – Bangalore) around 7 months ago. At the time of taking the vehicle we were promised a 5 yr additional warranty with the vehicle. Even after multiple chasers, we were given silly excuses for not giving the warranty (like concerned person is having the key of the desk and is not available or you will get it when you get the RC, Festival time, pls come on Monday etc.),

    The concerned person with whom the deal was done was Sandeep (sales departmemt) now he left the organization and I have been communicated that the 5yr warranty is not there on the vehicle .. there is no punching done on the card, etc. Staff is full of kids and is not aware of these things. Accountant told me to go and escalate. Hence, sending the email. Whether you take action or not. But pls deliver what was committed to me.

    Please do the needful and get me my 5 yr warranty.
    Let me know if any additional details are required.

    I bought Yamaha fascino 3-4minths ago, they promised the mileage is going to be atleast 40-45kms/ltrs. But this dumb vehical gives hardly 20-23 kms/lts.

    When contacted there is no response from anyone. Everytime we go to service they say that now its gonna be fine. But it’s not working.

    Every time when I call them I am getting same response specific day i heard a different story. Sometimes they say they are short with parts or verification is on hold. I am completely pissed off right now and feel like harassed and planning to go consumer forum .

    Now onwards I will never suggest anyone to purchase bike from Yamaha due to their pathetic service and i will update the same to all social media.

    I am their consumer for 14 years and Oriental too. My expectations from you was a lot.

No. HR29AM 0645 from northern yamha motors faridabad. 3 service have been done and every time I said that there is heating problem in my bike but all time they ignoring.     Problem : 1.My engine area used to heat up at very high temperature, that i cant even touch that.
    2. Shocker were not working
    I went to Jinder Auto for my FZ bike service.
    They guided me that engine work needs to be done and shocker needs to be repaired.
    On behalf of their good reputation, I told them clearly to do whatever they want and get my bike repaired well.
    They charged me 7800rs as bill,invoice no. 2655, job no. 91469 I paid.
    2.7.2016 , Kms: 27839
    On 2.7.16, when i took my back to home,I faced the same problem, i called them up, and told them the situation.
    24.7.2016, Kms: 28721,invoice no. 3278, job no. 92051
    On 24.7.16 I went to service station for service and my problem to be repaired.
    They told me drop the bike for two days, they will check and call me.
    After two days i had a trial of my bike over there and same problem persists. They had no answer and were not attending me properly, and tried to ignore me.
    I took my bike back.
    After few days,
    While driving, there was a sudden heat up and clutch plate was fired, and bike didnt get start up.
    I loaded my bike on tempo from shahdra and took it to the service station.
    I dropped my bike there, they repaired ,i took bike back home.
    After some days My shocker gets leaked up, oil is leaking on to the tyre.
    Paid approx 10,000 up to date and still the heating and shocker problem exists.
    I request you to please consider this case as seriously.
    I am fed up of requesting them, calling them, their is no response.

    I have taken r15 S 2015 in previous year but their is problem of missing in my bike and i visit to my near by service station R.K AUTOMOBILE NEAR RAILWAY STATION CHAMBAGHAT SOLAN (h.p) but they are not solving my problem and saying that their fuel injector clearing machine is not working i have visited them 3 to 4 times in 1 month .so please solve the problem and warn them because this is very shameful thing for your company .that your service center not giving good service for your consumer please take some step and provide your consumer good service.

    Once my bike engien got seezed and I gave my fazer bike to yamaha service center sohna road gurgaon to fix with a new engien parts at that point of time they guys were running out of parts and they told me to submit my bike to them and it will take min 2 weeks to get the spare parts, anyhow i adjust myself in same and they called me when their hands were full of new engien parts and the repaird the bike and after taking my bike home i faced some challenges in it which doesnt liked to engien eg. Disk break and battery i found that the disk break is not good as it was earlier and battery stop taking the self. Than i went to another yamaha service center and they told me that the batter is been changed by them this is not the one which we give to the customer on the time of puchasing a new bike and the disk break is not belongs to this bike. I spent 12000/- rs to fix my bike and i didnt see the healthy results and i am very unhappy with the service.

    Yamaha fasciano bought from moncarch yamaha in pune.The service center and Monarch yamaha are pathetic,irreseposible,talk like scamsters.I was made to wait for 1hr for servicing of my bike, no value for customers time,the authorised person was talking like a gunda as if he had no concern about the customer.the servicing person was not ready to accept the problem in job Cut. he himself buyed bike from TVS and was least concern about having a look at Fascianio.He also wanted to earn money from me so said your accesories are not Good which we fitted from the same Shop.Please Give ethic and etiquettes class to your employees and ask them stop behaving like government Babu’swho take bribe.

    I have a blue r15 v1 2011 model . . .left that for service 20 days ago at ranganathaswamy Yamaha , Hassan . .from then the problems started . .gear shifting is very rough . . .getting engine vibration . .no pickup . .and the speed sensor not working . . .again I tuk it to showroom . .I told all probs . .they tuk 4 days . but yer speed sensor not working. . .engine oil level is low . .nd gear shifting nd engine vibration is more than b4 . .they billed 2.4k and did nothing I told them to get fixed

    I purchased yamaha fz-s from saxena automobiles chandausi within 1 month/ on first service the clutch was have problem and reported that during service but no response the mechanic and dealer said if problem develops completely then we will see, 10-15 days later clutch plates were not working. We went to dealership he deposited bike for inspection by company engineer and it was informed to us that because of unaligned clutch plates they weared off. So, the dealership will install a new set. It is only a sub dealer, it has not right kind of expertise to do the job moreover the make was faulty so I deserve complete replacement of bike.

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    I’m Rajkumar from Chennai and I got my new fz’s from Ambal Motors on the 13/3/2014 and I really find it hard to drive it.
    Every time I go to the service centre for general service and specific complaint they try to change something else or the other and bring my bill to 3000 and more though it’s a free service.

    I kindly request you to take necessary action before I proceed further with my complaint to the Consumer Court and I’m not going to pay my EMI any more till the work is going to be done. And this is my 4th bike from Yamaha and I have not received or faced such a worst bike from Yamaha. So please do the needful help.

    This is Rajasekar your customer who have taken a FZS 1st Version bike in ready cash without any dues in CAG YAMAHA Dealer ,(near gp signal sakthy road )Coimbatore .I’ve booked the bike on 17:01:2015 and got delivered on 5:2:2015 its normal cos of demand .
    My Complaint is after giving all my documents and address clearly also your persons made spelling mistake in that and I told my corrections but till now nothing done by your persons !! .Till now I’m waiting for this small issue its nearly 2month over . persons trying to convince me instead of shorting out the problem say this manager will solve next manager will solve again another manager coming but solution ? Only 0 . don’t know how many managers can be in a office without knowing what is a customer service !!! Even I ask I’ll itself do the correction in RTO but for that also not cooperating ??
    My Question is that will I get my documents or not ? Is there any Higher official to talk with it ? Or else Should I want to File a Legal Complaint against the dealer for false promise and cheating customer and dragging in this manner .

    I am Abhilash Mohanty, I own Yamaha Bike FZS and bike was having Oil leakage problem then I went to Utkal Automobiles Ltd, Unit-iii Kharvelanagar to check the problem.

    Utkal Automobile’s service man has opened the bore piston to check the issue but even though there was an warranty of the vehicle Utkal Automobile is ignoring and keep on delaying to repair theBORE PISTON. It’s been more than two month I am asking to change the bore piston but Utkal Autombile is juat playing with time to pass on the warranty period. This is Crime with Customer. We are trusting on the BRAND Yamaha any buying the Bike , in hope that we will get good service but at the end of day we are surprise with your service.

    I request you to take necessary action on this issue or else I will go for a consumer complain. I have all the evidence with me with video recording conversation with Utkal Automobile Service department. I will write at all the blogs.

    I purchased Yamaha R15 V2.0 from your dealer, Chennai Show room . I gave it for 2nd service at T.nagar,Chennai,Tamilnadu .After the service I ride the vehicle for a few days i noticed that while engine speed suddenly blocked and slowly increased at time of riding.this problem continuously happen in my Yamaha R15 v2.0 they told to me drain the fuel and refill new fuel, as they told i did it but till date i getting same problem . If do free service , there is no satisfaction and they creating a new problem at service and if I give complaint to the dealer ,they won’t care about it .

    Dear Sir ,
    I purchased Yamaha crux from your dealer , JMB near Skywalk aminjikarai , chennai Show room . I gave it for service .
    After service , I drew the vehicle for a week . didn’t notice the STAY BOLT , came out 50% . Today morning I found something hitting my foot and saw the stay bolt has come out by 60% .The Tightening Nut on the other side was missing .
    Thank god I am saved . I request you sir , don’t give any free service . If you do free service , there is no satisfaction .Rather you can give a reimbursement to the customer , if we produce the bill . We will get it done at our own mechanic .Since you are insisting for the sake of warranty we are bound to give it to the dealer . Even if I give a complaint to the dealer , he will not care a bit . Imagine the level of irresponsiblity among the technicians ,if the stay bolt , nut is not assembled .
    Please do something and take strict action against these guys .

I made the payment of Rs.56250/- by banker;s cheque of The Surat People’s Co-Op Bank – Surat.and they gave me invoice no.2014-15/RRB/000525 for the same date of amount Rs.48067/-
    now up till today dt.08-12-2014 my yamaha alpha did not get registered in RTO. I had phone so many times to youe dealer but they are not giving me satisfactory answer and they are not giving me any kind of documents, like receipts of RTO, SMC tax , Road Tax ect,.

    We wish to bring the following to show the lethargic attitude of the service personnel at the authorized service station CAG ENTERPRISES,1071-SATHY ROAD,COIMBATORE-641012

    I had given my motor cycle for service on 03.09.201 and had taken delivery of the same DAY{ JC : HO-SJCB-201415 2876 } {BILL NO :HO-JI-201415 2729}. I was informed that the engine oil of the vehicle is changed for which I had paid Rs 335/- ( Scanned copy of invoice attached )
    When riding the vehicle to my house I had noticed the oil dripping heavily and by the time I reached home the complete oil was drained. I had to refill the oil at the petrol bunk as I had to go on a long trip on my official business.
    Before I could travel 5 kms I noticed the oil had drained all over my attire and spoilt the shoes and pant.
    I had to cut short my trip and take the vehicle back to your service station.
    I was informed by the service in charge that the oil seal was not fixed and the screws of the gear box screws were not properly tightened.
    We take the vehicle to your service station believing that utmost attention will be paid in checking and overhauling each and every part of the vehicle during periodic free services. But this incident has clearly shown that the service person had not paid any attention to what he is doing or that my vehicle has been handled by an ill trained technician. Why should I be made to bear the effects of poor service from your service station?
    What if the same reply was given to me if the brake shoes and cables were not put in place properly?
    The service in charge offered to clean my expensive shoes rather than apologizing/ rectifying the defective services offered.
    I demand a proper explanation/ compensation for my shoes from your side.

    Very poor service from AMRIT YAMAHA,LUDHIANA.
    I got 6 service of my bike fz-16. But after every service some problems accured. From last 5 months i have changed front left side shocker seal 3 times. I have complained to amrit yamaha service centre. But till date no serious action taken from them so far.i suggest every guy please dont purchase yamaha bikes.because there service is very poor & third class.

    I have met with an accident and damaged my Szx petrol tank but the dealers are unable to arrange a new petrol tank since a month. Such a poor service by Amrit motors Ludhiana india.

        I Am really VERY dissatisfied with the service being provided from past 6 months. Tried to complaint and escalate to the right person but no one seems responsible of this shitty service center. because they have no manner of talking,at the time purchasing of bike they have shown as like so good & so professionals but its only for show i request to you “DO NOT SELL YOUR YAMAHA BIKES IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A GOOD QUALITY SERVICE TO YOUR CUSTOMER”. i have also tried to get contact the contact details of area service manager from Yamaha but there are no response.the service center does not make a proper “BILLING”. I have so many times tried to complaint registered but there are also no response for your toll free no.

    Hi. Am really disatisfied with the service being provided from past 3 years. Tried to complaint and escalate to the right person but no one seems responsible of this shitty service center. I hate yamaha and i have been spreading the word “DONOT BUY YAMAHA”. i have also tried to contact the CRM and she seems like she isnt bothered about the customers. The only good thing this service center does is “BILLING”. I have raised 2 complaints against Yamaha and Perfect Riders, through the consumer court and have already sent the details and documents to my lawyer. I am really pissed with Yamaha perfect riders and am regretting buying this bike. I have already been depromoting Yamaha and i have atleast cancelled 10 to 12 orders and referred them to Honda and KTM. I even doubt if anyone will even read this complaint and if anyone will even take an action.

    I was purches yahama ray z on 03/11/2013. chassis no 2002336. from thane excellence motors . but still now i am not getting service book i am following daily but no responding me .
