    dear sir,
    december 8th 2016 i perchased a xolo b;ack 1x from online. after two months on 8th feb 2017 its started charging problem and automaticaly switched of. i went to my nearest service center named deva enterpeises at ambedkarnagar uttar pardesh. they repaired and delivered to me. phone was running smoothly. suddenly on 19 apr 2017 phone became switched off again. on 20th i went yours another service center named shri sai mobile world tanda ambedkarnagar uttar pardesh they said that they are unable to provide warranty treatment . due to my urgency i accepted their offer. after paying rs.340 and they handover my set to me. after went back when i put my set on charge i saw that my problem has been not solved. i went back to them handed over my phone to service center. they promissed to repair and send me back. next day i recieved the call from them in which they said that mother board of the set has damaged that must be replace and cost will be charged 6300 rupees. i stoped them and contacted to customer care and launched a complain ( complain no 2360851) and mailed my problem to care@xolo.in. now your service center and your area manager saying that they found liquid damage on my fon foe that they are unable to provide me repair under warranty. this all reasons what they are showing its all base less and fabricate alligations for avoid the warranty service. this is my story. now taking advice from my lawyer to step ahead.

    According to the manager of your said service center, he has on his hand 5/6 hand sets which also has the battery problem, which are pending with him ever since JANUARY 2017 for non-availablity of replacement batteries of the same model XOLO BLACK 1X.

    Your company & products are not of standard quality at all neither your services are reliable.

    I will put up this matter on all social web sites & will take up the matter with CONSUMER COURT as well

    I have purchase xolo black after 3 month it was not working well once get switch off after that i go tho lucknow xolo centre they work on that. but they don’t mention on there record system as well as they don’t stick level after repairing… after some time cell was not working properly like automatic increase decrease brightness touch auto working and not even switching on.. so came to Delhi and went to Lajpat nagar xolo care the address was c-59 Lajpat nagar they said where did yuo given before coming here to repair your cell… Am i foolish while having warranty i ll give to on shop to rectify my cell what kind of employee you hired in Lucknow Xolo centre can you tell me what is my fault if they dont flick the stiker after repairing my cell… i ll go to consumer court if i don’t get my cell on working condition…if possible reply by mail coz i don’t have cell

    I have purchased xolo era 4g mobile in the month of March 2016. I am continuously facing problem with its camera , Battery hitting and Hanging problem. I went to service center for my problem they rectify the same but within one week again and again i am facing same problem. It is under warranty period kindly replace the mobile.     this is Ashok Gupta from kolkata, i had purchased a XOLO BLACK 1x 32GB on 27th nov 2015 from snapdeal as the same was launched through this particular portal.
    the phone was working fine but all of a sudden one fine day the set is not getting switched on. i contacted the customer care on 186030100104 and asked for the nearest service center in kolkata.
    i was given the address of technocare located at 413 jodhpur park, ananda appartments.
    i went to the service centre with my handset and the invoice copy but they refused to accept the handset sayiny that firstly the imei no. is not matching and moreover a corner of the handset is slightly chipped.
    i requested them but they outright rejected to accept the same.
    i walked out and called up the customer care on 186030100104 again and told them regarding the same. now customer care says please make me talk to the service center person , i said but now i have left the centre. they asked me to go again and make them talk to me.

    what a quality service this is from xolo mobile phones. is this the way you harass the customers who spend their hard earned money on buying phones from your company.
    please provide an easy solution for this urgently.

    i have xolo black 3gb but after i mnth using phone get heating problem and not give backup so i submit phone in xolo care and now one month isgone but my phone is not ready igo to service center they said no parts avilable for xolo black3gb so i do complain in xolo care they give a complaint no 1758735 and they said in 12 hours one varification call come bu call is not come still now ia always call them they alwas said me call is cam in 12 hors but call is not come s sir i kindly reqest you to take some hard steps because i use my phone only1 month my purchase date is 16.8.16 but with one month use i get problems in phone so sir please replace my phone my work order no is 510010382953 an my contact no is 7044278154 so please do something

      Nature of concern of the phone: Screen becomes blank (black  like Off mobile for a while & continues the same) when  call comes for every incoming calls, out going calls,receipt  of MSG or while sending MSG, not able to see the incoming  call details like from whom the call received, not able to  pick/cancel the call as the screen goes blank. When Internet  connected, screen off & on every second, not able to  browse/operate the internet in Mobile.. Very low Battery

        Now after receiving the mobile from Service Center from Yesterday the mobile gone in comma & it is not getting on even after full charging. One more problem added to the existing problems.

    With lots of hopes & as LAVA is an Indian Company to encourage Indian Products I bought Xolo mobile expecting a good gadget. But I am totally dissatisfied with the performance of the Device.

    Request to instruct the concerned to repair the mobile with proper care & get me the problem free mobile.
    For your information the device is under warranty.

    I would like to inform you that you and your services center’s service is very pathetic and worst. which had spoiled the image and reputation of your company and your products…….

    i had purchased XOLO black 1X mobile in jan 2016, but its battery get drained within 7-8 months so took my handset for battery change at service center. but in the service center it got blast by the service executive. so they told me the i will get the replacement handset for the company. i got my replacement after 25 days and the model was xolo black 16GB where as my original handset was Xolo black 1X 32 GB.

    But still i accept it because i was urgent need of 4g handset. but with in few day i come to know that it was faulty handset from the company which was handed over to me, its touch screen was not working from bottom. so i took it again to services center and they told me its touch folder part is faulty and will be replace when received from the company with in 4 days, so i deposited it again on 31 aug work order no 510010049259. since then i was trying to chase the status of my handset but i m not getting any positive reply except the promise of next week , now this is 3rd week in which i got information that the part of handset might be available by 19th of sept which is not sure. then customer care or service center guys will inform me when can i get my handset in my hand…….

    i really fed up of you companies product, services & response, i want my original handset , my replacement handset in working condition or my money back of my original handset. i promise i will never buy your lava or xolo product in my life, never recommend any of my contact to buy your product and my business partners (i m from telecom industries in modern trader ) where we sell our sim cards with different handsets..

    still waiting for your urgent response or will take serious legal action……..

    Sir, I had purchased a XOLO Cube 5.0 on 2nd April 2016 from Jain’s at Gole Bazar – Kharagpur, West Bengal. The handset had been working perfectly till the 16th of August evening. I use it exclusively for my business orders & transactions, the same are transferred to & fro via Viber & Whatsapp.

    On contacting your service centres at Kolkata I was told that the LCD was damaged & that it would take 4 – 5 days to repair / replace it. More importantly I was told that it was one of your old models & spares were not easily available.

    Sir, why does your Retail outlets do such misleading sales – as I had no particular preference. They could easily have given an updated latest model. More importantly this outlet offers 1 year extended warranty for an additional Rs. 250/-, on all makes – which I understand is a fake commitment.

    Request your kind intervention into the matter – as customers unaware of the truth get wrong notions of the makers.

    I bought xolo q900, and i used it very sprangly, after purchasing, i have changed the touch within the warranty period. after expiry of the warranty period, again the touch did not working, i went to service centre, they told me the, they (the company) did not sold the tough singaly, they sold the touch with LCD, cost around 4500/-, besides the amount of mobile is 8000/-

    I purchased a xolo era 4G mobile phone on 29th March 2016 But this is phone is not working properly charging not doing and On-Off switch not working. After this problem I submit my handset to your service center at Gurgaon for rectified the problem 5 days ago but no response from their side then i called up you and asked them then they people told me that we are taking 10- 15 days for solve the problem. this is not fair at all. After 10 days means on 28 November I was call to care center they told me your hand set had repaird successful.     Hello Xolo team. I am your unlucky customer. Unlucky not because i bought Xolo 1010i but i have given my mobile for minor repairs to AKS Telecom which is in Chandigarh sector 47. I gave mobile in the name of Komal Manswalia on the date of 27-June-2015. One thing i want to tell you, they are the most irresponsible persons about their job.     My Mobile model Xolo Q-510s Black (IMEI number: 9113693300628150) purchase on Jan 2015 was not working since early Jun 2015 (the first problem which I faced, it was behaving unconditional and some key were not working, I had registered a request and submit my Mobile on 26 Jun 2015 for this problem.

    The mobile was still in the customer care office.

    I would like to confirm that the mobile was sent to xolo Centre on 16 Jun 2015 under the workorder number – 510004413794.

    Its more then one and half month was passed but the mobile was still in the service Centre, if you don’t able to Repair then kindly give refund the money.

My mobile solution, and 2454,basement floor,hudson line near G.T.B nagar metro station, for service of my phone (xolo A-500S ips) as it was heating & battery goes down so fast & quick..Your employ checked my phone & told me 400 rupees charge for repairing..I agreed and paid the charge..But still my is in same condition,, as before..so I asked your employ either refund my money back or repair phone properly,but they refused to do so..

    It is a matter of great concern that your service center at Bhubaneswar
    is repeatedly denying to repair/replace my mobile under warranty , even I
    showed them the email from yours.I am not able to understand the policy of
    your company as you mail me to visit the service center but they refused to
    service.They said that there is no mail from the company to them to
    repair/replace my mobile.It will be better if you call and email your your
    bhubaneswar service center to do the above said to resolve this issue to
    avoid any legal case against your company.It is very irritating to go to
    your service center in hope and come out in frustration.I request you not
    to harass me anymore because you will have to answer for each and every
    irresponsible acts in consumer court.

    WORST Service & Response By XOLO

    You can find the whole story what was happened with my mobile since last six months…
    I got replacement of my Xolo Q900T (IMEI-911361450031897) with XOLO Q1011 (IMEI-911374750039809) and further with XOLO Q1010i (IMEI-911363600537815).

    And xolo person ensure me that replacement mobile was totally brand new. But replacement mobile was also having problems like Proximity sensor issue, Hangs Up & the most important mobile was dead.

    The Workorder Numbers since I submitted my mobile to XOLO Customer Service are….

    2) 310000837299
    3) 310000870576
    4) 310000914481
    5) 310001067380

    Now you suggest me what I have to do….I really disappoint with xolo person….as well as XOLO Brand.
