Javed Akhtar is a reputed Indian poet, lyricist, screenwriter, and political activist. He was born on 17th January 1945 in Gwalior, Gwalior State, India. He was married to Honey Irani in 1972 but eventually, the couple got separated in 1985 and the couple has 2 children- son Farhan Akhtar and daughter Zoya Akhtar. Later on, he got married to actress Shabana Azmi in 1984.
