Very bad in responding to the queries of the customer and i ordered for a cake and expected delivery showed as 10to2PM and till now 4:25 pm i did not receive my order. Though i call it is busy if i put a message no one will reply. Very worst worst & worst experience of mine which disturbed my entire party & my day as well.

Worse experience with winni cake. Never order from them. I ordered on 14 feb cake dairy milk chocolates and fresh red roses. I paid extra delivery charges for fast delivery within two hours but they harassed me for 4days . I made 100 of calls to their executive for the order. At last on 17th night they delivered that also wrong order chocolates which i asked for was not same , flowers were all pale. And when i told them its wrong order which you have deliver then they said its ok atleast you got order we cant help you . I asked you take back this order and refund my money then they said we will refund 100 rupees after 15-20 days. My flowers which i paid was worth of 549 and chocolates 199 . When i made again called them for refund they straight away denied . So guys be careful while ordering with winni cake. I have suffered a-lot . They are worth for nothing.
