    Horrible experience with dealer service setup. Made four visits in last 40 days for complaints in my seven month old vento automatic which has done 30000 Kms. and am not at all happy either with the vehicle or the dealer’s service ( surat ) as even after so many visits to workshop I am still facing problems in the vehicle.

    Dear Sir/Madam
    I am owning a Volkswagen Polo Diesel, 2011 model. Car as such is excellent and I never had any problem before last week, when I had started getting problem particularly after updating the software by authorized dealer, Indus Autowheels Pvt Ltd, NH1A, By-pass road Jammu (J&K). It started giving starting problem quite often and acceleration/vibration in engine problem with flashing indication on dashboard light. When contact authorized service station, they diagnosed the vehicle with help of laptop and prescribed to change the battery. After changing battery starting problem resolve but acceleration/vibration in engine problem with flashing indication on dashboard light still persisted. They again checked and came to a conclusion that there is leakage in intercooler assembly which leads to leakage of vacuum & intern creating acceleration /vibration problem & it need to be replaced, which was replaced by them. After replacing problem still persisted with additional problem of failure in air conditioning unit. Again some more experts got involved in the root cause analysis and declared that there is problem in injector which need to be replaced. A trial was made by replacing injector with no results. Since 8th July me and my driver is wasting our precious time & money with literally no result. Now they have declared that there could be some problem in wiring system which is to be find out & they are in process of finding it out. Several trial and error/ experimentation is being carried out on my car, it is frustrating and now we are repenting why we have opted for Volkswagen. A company with 80 years of glorious history is not able to provide after sale service with competent technical team. For the sake of your glory please take some appropriate action by appointing good technical team. I am at loss to understand what to do. Please suggest some corrective action otherwise people of Jammu is losing faith in Volkswagen. Several people are suffering like me. Looking forward and awaiting favorable response at the earliest.

    I had very bad experience with dealer of Volkswagen in Vadodara. they are not giving proper response. when we purchase the car, at that time they have shown very sweet dream. after purchase no one is ready to give proper services and answer. don’t go with Volkswagan. its dealer is very dangerous. we have to go with other Brand. but I speak never purchase Volkswagen . because that person is cheated.

    I would meet a starting trouble in vento between the journey and I will inform the kollam ( kerala) service center. . They have irresponsible service and I feel bad ..they couldn’t help me. .and I arrange a private mechanic for solve the trouble. .. what a shame situation

    I had given my Car for repair at viraj automobiles NOIDA up they had painted my car horribly paint has been done like street side painter will do better than that and my car is not totally cleaned they try to give my car in this condition its 4-5 month old car how can I take in this condition.when I gave my car they said that it will be changed and new parts will be installed estimated cost is 60-70 thousand but when I get the bill it 14 thousand and the dents have been repaired and painted bloody cheaters.After this experience I had also buy another car but just because of this incident I have booked Hyundai I 20 and not going to recemend anyone to buy volkswagen.

    I was travelling with my wife she is pregnant 8 month . With a speed of Volkes wagen vento KL 11 AK 1213 suddenly got accelerated . I was traveling speed 80 km to got raised to 120 km without any acceleration from me and when I applied the brake brake was failure and steering got locked atlast I stop the car down the gear to 5 to 2 second then only it stopped god grace we escaped . And when car was stopped oil leaked and coolant also leaked I didn’t get any warning light from the screen I have done all the service from calicut pavngad volkeswagen service station up to date I anticipate a strict action against this worst experience my phone no 09605861122 calicut

    I purchased vw ameo in July 16 from pune reputed dealer b.u.bhadari &very much disappointed with ìt.
    It’s AC started giving us trouble in the first month itself.during last 6 months 3 times they are rectifying the same problem but still I am facing the same problem. It has run only 1000 kms out of which half the kms are run at workshop for tasting.
    Very very disappointing & sad experience. Really fade up

    REMANI CARS COIMBATORE SERVICE OF MY CAR YESTERDAY WAS HIGHLY DISSATISFYING AND DEPLORABLE. THE ATTITUDE OF THE REPRESENTATIVE IN CHARGE AND THE MANAGER CONCERNED WAS VERY ARROGANT AND CASUAL. THEY GIVE US WRONG ESTIMATES BEFORE STARTING THE SERVICE AND WHILE DELIVERY CHARGE US EXORBITANTLY.
    IMMEDIATE AND SERIOUS ACTION ON THEM WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

    Last 5years you have changed 5 battery (04 battery before and 5th this time) and vehicle breakdown on road due to battery drain out and the fault repeating
    This time also you inform as usual that battery is replaced and collect vehicle
    Vehicle is not given for battery replacement .vehicle is with you for rectification of unusual battery drain out problem which occurs 5times within 5 years of new purchase
    You have not informed me regarding the fault rectification carried out on unusual battery drain out problem on my vehicle. You are not assuring me that battery drain out problem is completely rectified and it (unusual battery drain out) will not happen in future
    If you cannot assure me that the fault (unusual battery drain out) is completely rectified how can I receive the un rectified vehicle
    Already 15 days vehicle is with you. I am hiring vehicle for my day to-day requirements. I have not purchase vehicle to keep with you. Immediately handover me the completely rectified vehicle with assurance that the same fault will not occur in future. Also I want what are diagnostics did you did on my vehicle. Pls. share me all the reports. I want a written proof from Volkswagen that in future I will not face any issue due to Battery on the road, which is giving life threating and I feeling uncomforting when I drive on road. I am not sure what time it will stop.
    That is my major concern .Pls. help me below point then I will take my vehicle.

    1. Pls. share me all the reports what you did and saying there is no problem on Vehicle
    2. Provide me the written that I will not get same issue on my vehicle from Volkswagen letterhead when you delivering me vehicle.

      Such a big Co. Volkswagen, Mfg. prestigious Car just breke down after runed/drived only 354KM. ( with major problem ), it’s surprised . Now I can’t relied on same CAR with repairing . Actually Mfg. defective car has been sold to me . So I wants NEW car OR return back money . Such a costly car not acceptable at all after repairing . Rajkot’s dealer creating problem to exchage the CAR .

Unfortunately in India, kolkata, it’s service centers located at Topshia & at science city are both running a parallel buisness in collaboration with outside body repair agencies and Insurance companies making money & rendering very inferior quality of repair this cheating both clients and VE parent co. I wish to say u that for no fault of VW brand, it’s loosing its market for few scrupulous employees. I am only speaking for kolkata. I have evidence and proof with bills.     I had purchased an Audi A4 2013 and kept it like a child and few days back I had horrific experience that My Audi A4 steering is jammed all of a sudden with no hit signs found on the car both by my Insurance surveyor and the audi service staff , after Web browsing I came to know that there are hundreds of these complaints, and the dealer is giving Rs. 3,00,000 amount of bill ,
    So I want to know that Audi is selling defective cars as also the car is showing the word ( Defective Steering Do not Drive ).

    This car break down on the road when I driving and it was totally run only 339 km only from the date of purchase ,

    Dealer&workshop manager told me that we sold out the cars problem and you don’t worry because we are here ,

    next time my Vento car again break down at 811 km on high way tonk road at the date on 03/04/2016

    I am in very mentally tension because this trouble & fault in the car at secound time ,

    So I want please “Refund my money(full car cost) or new same model car immediately,”

    I am not Believe in Volkswagen car & I am not satisfied by Dealer

    Buy a VW at your peril. They are TOTALLY useless, especially in Verna, Goa. I can’t even get to their head office to launch a complaint. My son’s car has been there for three months for repairs, yes three months. I would rather buy a Chinese car, if it were available that is and despite their poor quality; than buy German.

    My Vehicle is Volkswagen Polo, I had Called at your workshop on 12.08.2016 at 12.05 Hrs to handed over the Car for Servicing at Uppal, Hyderabad. As I requested the main guy, but he refused and informed me that today the workshop is busy. Later at Evening at 06.15 PM I had handed over the car for Servicing and again requested to be complete on 13.08.2016, while leaving the workshop at that moment he was informing that here there is no Driver to drop you, Later I booked the taxi and reached my home.
    On 13.08.2016 I left Hyderabad at morning 06.30 Hrs, at evening about 5.30 PM I got the information from the executive of workshop that you have to pay Rs.11050/- at the time I was handed over the vehicle they have informed approx Rs.8000/-. Any how I thought that vehicle Service might be completed. I was under Journey I requested them to Pl wait for upto 06.30 PM as I am reaching Hyderabad as early as possible. But they answered me horrible to pay the amount immediately. My request has refused and later I informed my wife Pl go to workshop and deposit the amount as early as possible. After the moment of half an hour I reached at workshop the vehicle was handed over without washing also.
    Before this moment I had gone workshop thricely that the vehicle of mileage is Low, but the condition of the vehicle as it was earlier as the same. I Don’t know what was service they have done. The Service of the vehicle has not completed and I had booked the taxi 3 times but there is no useful by the Service of Uppal, Hyderabad The Main Executive is Mr. Rajesh I had Telephoned to but there was no response after a moment at 04.15Pm he has switched of his mobile also.

    Volks wagen Goa is the same case. Very poor workmanship, complains handled by only the goa dealer. There is no one head to them (looks Like) . No response of the emails also, from customer care…………….. nothing.
    I have a Jetta car , for which I am having a very bad experience. Lying with them for the past 1 1/2 month.
    Windshield replaced by the company service station strated making leakage of water which harmed the electronic parts of the vehicle. This service manager in Goa says that because of the heavy rains in Goa the adhesive which they applied has failed.
    As per my knowledge the life of the windshield is equal to the life of the car. How can water seep through the windshield.
    When our car broke down on the road, they took 1 month to diagnose the problem . then they said the part will cost 21,000. we said ok, and now when the car is starting AC not working which costs 46,000/-.
    this was all because of the poor workmanship of the company……

    We have purchased POLO Highline 1.2 flash red Volkswagen petrol car on 16.04.15 from Amarnath Vechile Pvt.Ltd – Raipur. Engine no – CJL 02678 & Chasis no- MEXD15608 FT 089527 .We have objerved following problem in our car.

    (1) After 07 days , we have seen that during running of 5 km , engine was hot.And we cannot able to touch coolent box & oil box due to hot of engine.

    (2) Petrol consumption per lt. of car in local is 8 km & for long travel is 10 km. As per your catalauge & litrature.it should be 16.47 km per lts.

    (3)Front side of both tyre ( LH& RH ) are rubbing in side ( engine side ) in taper portion, whereas out side tyre portion are ok.

    (4) STEERING PIPE on bottom portion is bend. hence steering is not working properly.

    (5) Electronic meter on dashboard is not working properly.

    Above problem we have informed to concern person of your dealer many times and we have sent our car two times to showroom – Raipur to resolve above issue. But we have not get any solution from showroom . Show room person has clearly told me that this is minor problem , you run your car . When it will not working then you have to change defective spares on cost basis.

    All defects are manufacturing defects and it will takeup by company/ dealer. But Dealer is not taking above issue seriously. May please takeup these issue with concern officials, otherwise we will takeup this issue with legal authority.

    Dear sir
    I have compared all cars and brought the polo diesel from global galleria for the first six month later the pain on the bonnet started to chip I gave the car for painting it took them 15 days next on the 18 day the paint came out the after the first service I was driving my car at Malad some noise started to come from the engine and it was tooed to the Kurla workshop what a bad luck I was suppose to go out for the weekend no car now my car lying at Kurla work shop waiting for Volkswagen to tell me what has happen to the car it has taken one entire day for them to inspect the car but I have to wait for 10 to 15 days again. What Wast of time Volkswagen disgusting

    Dear Sir,
    I Would like to bring your kind attention to a very bad experience that I had with Volkswagen Palace cross in Hesaraghatta Road.
    I had met with an accident 8 months ago in my Volkswagen Polo in Bangalore and I left my vehicle for repair at the above mentioned service station, after intimation to insurance company.I had during that time requested on mail to the service team not to install the airbag. After 6 months I had received call from the Body shop Advisor called Mr. Albert Raj saying that my vehicle is ready and you can come and collect. I asked them why it took such a long time to repair my vehicle and was shocked to hear from Mr. Albert that they did not have the parts required and had placed the order for the same. Really?? Volkswagen needs 8 months to change the bumper and gearbox. Anyways then I visited Volkswagen Palace cross to collect my vehilce and saw that the parts of the vehicle were stolen(attached the same) i immediately visited Penya Police station to lodge a complaint against the service station. The service station manager told the police that they had removed parts of this vechile to put it in some other vehicle, since they did not have the parts in stock (Complaint copy attached). After all this drama once again I had received a call from Volkswagen, Mr. Pradeep, he stated that my vehicle is ready and some parts have been repainted and the stolen parts are replaced. I was upset when I heard my vehicle was repainted (vehicle value goes down now because it has been repainted). So when I went there to check my vehicle conduction instead of replacing / rectifying they have done some more damage to my vehicle.. I had a word with one Mr. Murlidhar J, General Manager, I was trying to explain my problem and he stopped me and had the arrogance to question me,”do you know my designation and with whom you are talking to” I was really shocked because he didn’t listen to what I was telling and had the audacity to talk badly with the customer. At this point I have had enough and decided take the matter up with higher officials.
    So I am writing this mail not asking for discount or free stuff The repaint which has been done to my vehicle without my consent don’t bill me for that. I have already sufferd loss as repainted vechile has no market and it took 8+ month to repair the vehicle.
    I believe after seeing this mail you will understand my grievance and provide justice for what I have gone through.
    The damages which I have attached are visible to me, I don’t know about engine and other parts.

    With due respect i want to state that being a volkswagon buyer i am highly dis satisfied with the service department of dehradun agency.Eight months back my POLO CAR had shown yellow signal for which i called at the agency and they assured me that there is nothing to worry.Now when my car is out of warranty the service department asked me to change the part worth rs.45000 which would have been for free of cost if they had taken my complaint regarding yellow signal seriously.
    So, being a customer i am feeling cheated for not letting me know the problem before hand when my car was in warranty. I would request you to take this matter seriously and find a solution to this problem.

    Dear Sir,

    This mail is regarding my Volkswagen POLO car Model confortline tdi Vehicle No. HR 51AM 2438 purchased on May 2011 from Broadway, Autoworld Pvt Ltd, 15/1, Milestone, Main Mathura Road, Faridabad – 121003 INDIA.

    All throughout these years I had faced many issues on my car & had even got engine replaced and that too within one year of purchase under warranty from your same above authorized service centre & also had to spend around Rs 3 Lacs. Please note that here Volkswagen didn’t honour the warranty of the car which was purchased just one year ago & instead passed all the expenses of engine replacement to the customer. Here I was even told by your service centre that Volkswagen didn’t have any policy to repair the engine & will rather go for the replacement. Other than spending huge money which was 50% of the cost of car, it was a long wait for me & had to wait for nearly 3 months to get it repaired.

    After having got the engine replaced I had opted for extended warranty of the engine after paying amount of Rs 8000 to Volkswagen. Here I was assured that all the expenses related to the engine repair & replacement in future will be taken care by the company itself.

    I again had one of the issue appearing in my Car on May 2013 wherein it was found that COOLANT was getting mixed with the engine oil during run. As a result of which the service centre had to repair the engine & here again the customer was kept waiting for nearly 10 days. I was assured by Volkswagen service centre that this was one of rare issue & had been fixed & will not reappear in future. Please note that though Volkswagen has policy of replacing the Engine but simply to reduce the cost they preferred to repair the engine.

    The same issue came up again now on 25th Sep 2014 wherein my car is again with your service centre with the same issue of COOLANT mixing with engine oil reappearing. The service centre instead of regretting, sympathetic towards customer is harsh & has neither been able to repair my Car nor able to give assurance. I will like here to point out few of the facts listed below…

    1. The fault of the engine has been diagnosed and company has accepted it to be manufacturing defect.

    2. The engine of the car needs to be replaced as per the policy of Volkswagen since the same issue which was fixed earlier had reappeared and appraval has come from the comapny as well as been told by service center.

    3. The authorized service centre at Broadway, Autoworld Pvt Ltd, 15/1, Milestone, Main Mathura Road, Faridabad – 121003 INDIA doesnt have any standby car available for me beacuse of which i am facing lot of problems mentally as well as financially.Everyday i have to spend around Rs. 2500 on taxi to travell in the city for my work since 29th september 2014.Will VW revert back the money that i m loosing because of vw????

    4. In order to execute all this they need approval from the management which according to the service centre has not yet been received. Here I will like to ask whether it is the customer’s business to get the approval. The showroom doesn’t need approval when they sell the car but why when need to get it repaired…. ?

    5. Is it justified to keep customer without car for months together after having invested a million to purchase the car…. ? Let me know if you yourself will prefer to purchase this type of car having this standard of services.

    6. it is my humble request to kindly change my vehicle as i dont want this car anymore because of so many manufacturing problems from day i purchased it.i have been harassed by VW.

    7.kindly provide me a lonely car till the time my problem is resolved by VW and i hope u REPLACE MY CAR WITH A NEW CAR.

    I need your kind help to get this issue resolved at the earliest. I had been without my car for 15 days now having received no assurances from the company.

    Dear Sir I had given my Car reg no DL 3C BW 0516 at M/s Volkswagen Delhi East (Arica Automobile Pvt Ltd D-197 Sector 63 Noida ) for repair work on 12/07.2014 I had received call from service centre to collect repaired car, on reaching there I was told to wait for some time, I waited for 2 hrs and asked service advisor for reason of delay and took him with me to the workshop where car was being serviced and found car battery was removed and it was kept for charging. I told him the battery was ok and there was no sign of battery week when car was given for repair, why it is required charging and he could nor replied satisfactorily.as result From last week my car is out of service It was brought to notice of service center but regret to inform you that, instead of appalling for work doing they just washed there hand off, also it was brought to notice of service they had also broken AC Grill of center of car , instead of replacing the same they had fixed it with Elfy It my bad experience this type of attending customer. pl take properly action.     Dear Sir/Madam,
    I would like to share a painful experience by VW.
    1. I got an accident of my on 20.07.2014 about 7:30 PM and called to your ROAD SIDE ASSISTANT and registered an request at 7:55 PM with request No. 2514121934 but they have send the help on 21.07.2010 at 8:55 AM (after 13 hours) I was waited for their help but they have not responded but as per rules Road side assistant help must be arrived within 45 min. I have also registered a complaint on VW customer care with complaint no. RSR339 on 20.07.2014 but till date I have not received a single call from VW team.
    2. I have send an email to customer.care@volkswagen.co.in and also Mr. Arvind Saxena on 20.07.2014 but no reply received from VW till date.
    3. My car arrived in workshop at 21.07.2014 at Globus Cars Pvt. Ltd., 34 SSI Industrial Area, Near Jahangir Puri Metro Station, New Delhi – 110033, New Delhi & NCR. When I visited in the workshop for documentation they have harassed me about 2 hours, there are no AC, no body responded properly no place for sitting. I have complained with manager of the workshop but they have done anything.
    4. My insurance company has approved the damage on 22.07.2014. There are two parts will be replaced 1 is front bumper and another is front right headlight and a small dent will be repaired. The workshop is not giving me proper date of delivering the car. Today is 3rd day.
    5. I wanted to contact the service head of the said workshop but he was not in workshop and I contacted him on his number mentioned on your website +91 8860609061. He has not picked my call.
    6. Today again called to VW customer care for knowing the status of my complaint they told me that they are again forwarding my complaint to the concern department they will assist me and I have to wait till 3 working days.
    7. I have been harassed in your workshop and also by your Road Side Assistant Team and your customer care also.
    8. Now, I am going to file legal case against VW Roadside Assistant.
    9. Please do the needful and reply my emails otherwise I will file a legal complaint against VW India.
    10. And also reply where I have to approach if I don’t receive any reply of my complaint.
    11. Also tell me why lots of difference in Showrooms (Best) and Workshops (Poor)?
    This is my painful experience. Now, I am going to publish this feedback to all social networking websites stating that “DON’T BUY VW CARS”

    Dear sir/madam,
    Refer to my vehicle No HR-26BT 0027 Polo petrol; I have given my vehicle for 4th service (in Broadway Automobile Faridabad) date 24.03.14
    I would like to bring in your kind notice that I have come in your company for second service20.04.13 of my car within warranty period of service. During that time my car engine light blinking and not working properly. The concerned service person removes the problem on that time. And the defective part is not available. But after few days the car light again blinking, I am informed to your company about this problem through email. I am again visit of your company for my last car 4th service after 10 days I am facing same problem again and I re visited at your service work shop dated 03.04.14 to rectify the same problem; the concerned person repaired the car as per the requirement. After some time, I am once more suffering of the same problem. I have contact to the concerned person of your company about sort out the problem. He told me you will change the total body/parts of your car and paid the money for all the work and parts. Now, I understand your company rectified the problem on temporary basis to expend the time of service period of my car. This type of activities damage the image of your company and also will be lost the permanent customer who has refer so many customer to your company for taking the service of your company. This is injustice for the permanent customer. Therefore, I request and hope to you kindly take the matter diligently and sort out the problem of my car under the warranty period of service without any charges.
    In addition I am request the service adviser to replace the part as per company policy given in service book at 60000 km but all non warranty/payable part has been change and warranty part no body check and replace for your reference bill has been attached
    This reflects that nobody concern regard satisfaction of the costumer.
    We don’t expect such a service from a very reputed company; company should take care of customer satisfaction.

    Kindly short out the matter immediately ASAP
