    I have been charged Rs-100/- for Top Doctors online at 12.36pm when i had word at Customer Care no proper response from her . next day on 28-nov-17 i tried calling Customer Care no its not getting connected same IVR option repeats again and again . Again some waste service has been activated Kiddie club and i have Been charged Rs-75/- at 7.32am without my request and consent. This can be considered as cheating by Vodafone with me. Kindly refund both amount immediately and do not test my patience. Fraud i want my refund ASAP… F**K u sala Rs-75 refunded on 28-nov-17 at 8.40pm instead on 29-nov-17 u guys deducted 150 + 60 for again a F**k**g ass hole services MF…..

    I once again request you to blacklist my Vodafone Number for receipt of all Chargeable Services except Miss Call Information as repeatedly requested in writing by E mail on 19.11.2017 and 22.11.2017 to Gujarat Nodal Office.

    I have been a satisfied customer with vodafone since long time. My mobile number is 8606444485 But I regret to inform you that nowadays I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network reception. The handset’s network indicator shows full signal but I cannot make a clear phone call. I am from Trivandrum, Kerala I am working in statue and staying in Pulimoode. This unwanted obstruction posing lots of inconvenience for me. I am complaint this to your customer careFEB25 / 2016 they provide a technical person and he visited our office and observed it having complaint with your network reception. Last six month I am suffering this issue. Basically I am a business man and loose lot of money for this type of poor performance.

    My plan is SME_149 unfortunately my hand touch your app higher plan changed TED_349at the time we are called your customer care .customer care executive told within two day change to old plan till the time no response .

    In this situation, I would request you to take necessary actions to resolve this problem as early as possible otherwise I am going to file a consumer form.

    vodafone customer relation officers& appleate authorety officers are very very bad response in my complaint

    Am Mohd Waseem having Reliance GSM number 9335647648 in used last 5 years back now after Reliance service gone close so i want to switch an other service provider so am interested to Airtel but my friend reference from side Mr Manish having contact number 7618915924 / 7234998888 come my office and forcefully insist to switch in VODAFONE which i have already CUG number now as per regret am given my port message to him and he has start the formalities and few minute he has give new sim for vodafone and assure after 5-7 days got active with SAME NUMBER 9335647648 but after connect my new sim am noticed that my number has change 9335647048 instead of 9335647648 (Correct) now i want to know why we are going for port just because previous number which is my right now am really disjointed to VODAFONE services its not shoot his brand value for his employee not serious to execution of customer value now i want my actual number 9335647648 asap.

    We are recharging on 8930197543(Vodafone Prepaid), but due to some mistake, I recharged on this no. 8860857971(Voda. CUG) on two times, amount is 147/-. Who that I am calling 8860857971then reply no. in not in use.

    Any problem call to me(8860856772) refund my amount as per subject attached for your reference.

    I have talk to Mr. Rohit Nodal officer five times, he said that You have recharged two times in 8860857971(Voda. CUG) who that is showing. Your amount will be transfer to yourself mobile no. 8860856772 after 48 hours. Amount deduct the in my Vodafone bill.

Each time a new complaint gets registered and after a few days gets closed with me receiving a message that the problem has been solved without my confirmation. In between, when I took the CS to task, there was someone assigned who followed up for the first 2/3 days and then disappeared.

    Efforts to ask someone senior from Voda to call me to understand the problem has not borne fruit – unable to understand the reason as to why someone cannot call me to understand the complaint and give a resolution – probably all of them are sitting on pedestals meant for divine beings and not for humans.!!!!

    God help Voda if this is the kind of service meted to its loyal customers. Time to switch over to other service providers.

    The last 4 to 3 month i have facing network issue on this number (Incoming & Outgoing calls issue) so many time i have to informed online customer care executive. My last complaint number :278458038 on 05-Aug-17. and i have complaint ( Network issue – incoming and outgoing ) this same issue so many times. This is my 5th complaint at the same problem ( Network issue – incoming and outgoing ).
    But at the same time past three month i can’t use this number due to network issue In- and out going calls issue then how can i pay the monthly bill amount without using this number. Today and last three month i have inform to customer care executive he told me please pay last month bill amount i resolve this issue but every time your end customer care person using this same word but my problem was not solve. So
    1.Please resolve this issue.(or)
    2.Kindly convert this same number from postpaid to Prepaid.(or)
    3.I have surrender this number and i have not paid in future in this same case issue.

    Subject: Need a Better Plan for 4G data usage
    I have Rs. 399 plan and I noticed that from past few months my internet data usage(2GB) is getting exhausted with in first 10 days. So I called to your customer care and after discussion, the operator said he will transfer my call to someone else who will tell various available plans and when he transferred the call I was hearing lot of people talking I said hello 100 times but no one responded and finally, I have to cut the call.

    I have heard on FM that there is some plan that gives 1 GB data per day in rs. 349 but I am paying more than that so there should be some similar plan for me as well. I am seeing Reliance Jio giving 84 GB per month and per day usage 1 GB and unlimited calls of all types. So I request you to please tell me if there is any plan similar to them otherwise I request you to port both my numbers from next billing cycle. I will port to Reliance. Also request you to improve your customer care services. I really have a negative sentiment about the services from the largest provider like you.

    I am working for JIO since last 2 years even then I am not using jio number for Internet or free calls as I am brand loyal with voda….but since last 2 months I am dissatisfied with Vodafone as I have paid last month 100% exceed bill of VAS and I haven’t used or activated any service and this month’s bill exceed by thrice of VAS which is around 1500….and I have not used even a single penny……what to do please suggest ??

    Hi team I am sharing my pathetic experience with Vodafone. .. whenever I have called Vodafone customer service I have never rated them bcz of the service quality and the people management there . These people don’t even know how to talk with customers , their behaviour is like roadside #sadakchap type communication. I felt petty how others people do take those idiots on call .. In response to your mail dated 26Apil17 and I asked you to provide a hard copy of the bill so that I could croscheck if the amount was really outstanding which is still being awaited in the meantimeyou have disconnected my mobile puting me into lot of hardship
    I paidyour bill for Rs389.14 on 8/4/17Then I received next bill of Rs573 due on 9thMay w hich I paid without ajusting excess payment Rs.48,42 againstprevious bill . As regards Data card bill claimed by you by mail of
    26thAril was never
    received by me. As the datacard was not functioning at all the said number
    was disconnected from your end.I wasnot bothered but you started claiming charge against it without providing any hard copy of the bill for my verification. Then you unilaterally disconnected my mobile connection.
    Such behaviour was never expectd from a Big officer like you of a reputed
    company. Please do not set example of customer care service like this.

I know it is because of government orders but let me tell you that the reason mentioned in the letter is not true. We the people of darjeeling are very much safe. Only reason to get it blocked is that the bengal government doesn’t want us to share any of their terrorising truth in social media’s. So now it’s up to people to save your business in whole darjeeling reason. If anything happens to your properties then mamata banerjee will be sole responsible for it.     i am one of the user of vodafone since 18 years. now due to the services of vodafone i am force to do MNP. i am getting internet issue since 10 days and no one bother to even handle my complain. your executives are just asking to visit here and there. even opting the expensive plans i am not getting the services. this is pathetic. now i am going to move out from vodafone and will spread bad words about the vodafone on social media. i will not ask anyone to buy vodafone connection.

    Ridiculous response from Vodafone. Instead of sending bill even after asking for bill for the last month my out going is barred . Where as I am Vodafone user since last 15 years and paying my bill regularly on time and my services are barred . I am having 8 connection of Vodafone in my family but now I will make sure I will port my number to Idea instead of suffering from services.
    But can not accept pathetic and irresponsible behaviour from Vodafone .

    When we delay the payment automatically amount charge to us. Now as we are suffering from network issue I have demanded Rs.10000/- and Rs.1000/- per day till the issue resolve

    Hey This is regarding to bill summary my last bill which was payable by on or before 21 May was 1303 including some service charges of 439 which got activated by your side. I was not agreed to pay the same. Then i made a request to port the sim, after that i got a call from your service team. They promised me to provide a waviour of 440, but after that till now i have received any update regarding to same. When i was called to your customer care, first time they said it will take 24hrs, then 72 hrs, then i have to wait till 15 of May, now i was tried to call you guys then one of your executive said that there was no commitment regarding to waviour. When i said to transfer the call to her senior she said that seniors are not available so she can not transfer the call then call got disconnected.
    Please let me know if you are not going to update me for the same. So that i can better switch to any other company.

    This Is Apurv Kumar Verma, Mob No. – 8828272309, Malad west Mumbai. I am facing a lot of problems in terms of extra charges.
    As i was said that I will be given a plan of Rs399, I was ok with it so I didn’t had any issue related to the plan but when I saw the bill amount it was around 1300 though I didn’t understand the problem but every month I kept paying 1300 sometimes 1900 sometimes 2400. Then a executive of yours suggested me to go for RED Plus he didn’t define anything but was sure that this plan will fulfill all my requirements. Though I didn’t ask for any other facilities or any other charges but in feb 2017 I planned to port to Airtel, but I got a call from 1 of your executive saying that he has a Don’t prot to airtel, we have a plan that includes unlimited calls, 12GB internet, 3000 msg / month and it only costs Rs499 I confirmed ok how much I do need to pay he said max. to max. Rs550 nothing more than that. I was Ok but I again received a bill of 1600(approx..) amount I was shocked HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN? I didn’t demand for any other facility then how is this possible?? The bill for feb I didn’t pay, 1 month later I got a bill of march 2017 again it was Rs 1700 how is this possible..???

    Tell me 1 thing from January I started using JIO so I shouldn’t be charged for internet charges? Then why am I being charged for internet usages after am using Jio from last 3 months?

    When in any of the plans I didn’t asked for any of the other benefits, why I am getting charged for that?

    When I told these reasons to your executives, he replied that a manager from your side will be calling me in next 1hr, there I didn’t received any call, I kept waiting, I got a call from your side saying that my bill is pending and when will I pay this, I said I am being charged for something that I haven’t used, again he said he has registered my complain and your manager will call me, but no 1 called yet and the whole process continues the same but my queries haven’t been solved yet.

    As what I haven’t used I was being charged for the same and I don’t know from how much time I was being charged extra bills.
    I want a proper reimbursement of what I have paid till date.
    Request you to kindly help me with the same.

    As per our telephonic conversation yesterday evening you are supposed to help me in solving my problem regarding Softcopy Vodafone Bill. You continuously insisted me to send SMS to 199 and I told you it do not work in my phone. After that neither you called me nor tried to solve my problem.
    This is really disgusting service from Vodafone. Since January 2017 I am informing you that this SMS facility does not work in my phone. Register my E mail in some other way. It is your duty to provide the facility to the customer with alternative solution if one system is not working. Amazing thing is that I am also not getting the hard copy bills and according to you sometime my brother/my neighbor or somebody else receiving my bills. FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION my place is 24 X 7 open as it is residence cum office and I don’t have any brother residing with me.
    Solve this problem ASAP because with this kind of problem I wouldn’t be able to continue with Vodafone. I have another connection with AIRTEL and very happy and satisfied with their service and plans. Provide me the E Bills (January, February and March) by today evening through mail.

    I am one of you customer from last four year but sorry to say, your service are very poor or unprofessional. I am highly disappointed with your service. Are you aware what service given by your customer care team do you think they are doing their job in right direction? Can you imagine in your Vodafone service is automatically started without taken permission from the customer and charges are deducted from the mobile. When I was called to your customer care and tell my all problem to her they said I don’t think it was happened and service was activate from your end. Again I asked to please transfer my line to your manager they said manager was not available for you. Whenever I was called to your customer care they never transfer the call to service manager because they are not bothered about the customer. I never suggest to anybody to use a Vodafone serviced in future and I will stopped the Vodafone service because of your poor service.

    We the S S Service , Kottarakkara has around 33 connections of Vodafone for the last few years – from the beginning of Vodafone . In the month of Jan – seven connections of ours is due and unpaid , so instead of barring that particular connections you barred the proprietors connection mobile no – 9846114070 (more than 10years this number is using), without giving any information either through mail ,its not a good action done by vodafone , for this we met lot of looses and difficulties. You people are responsible for this , we are not interested to continue with Vodafone . So cancels the below mention connections with immediate effect. If their is any due regarding the below mentioned connection inform us.

    This is subhash hk, i have ported from tata docomo to vodafone, we i tried to put vodafone sim in my handset, its not showing network. We i tried to contact your customer care, they saying they maid a mistake while sending the sim, they sent the worng one to me and now they want 48hrs to resovle my problem.     I went to dubai on 14th December 2016 and activity a plan(500/- per day, with 1/- per minute, 1GB Data) of international roaming. The very next day l had a call from Vodafone call center that plan is not activited in “Saudi Arabia”, l said l am is Dubai (UAE), She said it is not in UAE either, there is a different plan 140/- per minute . Which was turn down by me. Next day my brother went to Vodafone gallery and again activity the same old plan of 500/- (INR) per day, 1/- per minute. Later they have SEND a bill of 10,000/- for 4 days.
    Now my question is why do Vodafone appoint Stupid girls who don’t know the difference Saudi Arabia and UAE, why should I pay for their stiputity. VODAFONE IS FRAUD COMPANY.

IN AIRTEL THEY GIVEN OFFER FOR 549 plan local and nation , SMS ,roaming outgoing plus 6Gb data al over India unlimited… NOTE: 499 plan make all over India unlimited calls and 10Gb data I’ll stay your network or else better I’ll move to AIRTEL or idea or Docomo it’s gud network only I’ll wait for your response calls

    Vadafone is the one of the most fraud company. I have been using Vodafone since 15 years but have never had such bad experience as I have had since last 6 months.
    They impose all the false charges for internet which I don’t even use much.
    How could someone have a bill of around Rs 2000 for internet when I don’t have a phone in which I could access internet.
    Heights of fraudness. Even after paying the bill, my phone service doesn’t start.
    They again and again close down my outgoing services.
    And you can’t think of what problem I have to face because of this.
    I could think twice if this only happens with me, but it’s the same story with my daughter’s number.
    At the end, being fed up of Vodafone not willingly I may have to go to consumer court to complaint against it.
    Look I’m not so rich that I would pay anything you ask for. I won’t pay 2000-3000 for a Rs 500 bill.

    I am writing to highlight the pathetic service and the amazing conversation I had with customer care following the customer care blocking me to talk to them.
    1. I use a pay as you go internet service by vodaphone . I work remotely for overseas company and rely heavily on internet. On 14th evening I purchased 10gb online with night option of 10gb. I bought this specific to upload files on job science which can use up quiet a load of data and I had datelines to complete this , skype meetings and to book couple of flights for business travel.
    2. The internet I bought did not work, I contacted customer care on 15th , spoke to a lady who wasn’t helpful, I am frustrated and refuse to disconnect the call . She said my problem has been resolved from her end and disconnect the call. During our conversation she mentioned I will received a call back in an hours time but I only received the call back the next day . I could not received both calls as I was busy trying to fix the unpleasant service they gave, going into public Internet cafe , working and attending online meetings.
    3. I called customer care again on 16th evening. The problem was not resolved and I have spend money my end working elsewhere. I am irritated by now with customer singing the same song I have file a complain and have arrange a call back. I requested for refunds as they were not compatible and does not serve the purpose of my purchase.
    The customer care had the courage to tell me that my problem was not resolved because I didn’t received the call. He also state that my internet is not working because I am on roaming. REALLY an international service provider claims I cannot access net while on national roaming. I have always been on roaming. Again I refused to disconnect the phone until they give me solutions and resolve the problem or refund me. The customer care officer promised I will get refund over phone but refused to give any written SMS or email. My call was cut again from the customer care end.
    4. I called the customer care back as I am fuming by now, the man appologise , assure me of call back in the morning, says his manager was not there – managers don’t wok from 10pm was his response, promised he will have his manager to authorize refunds / paybacks.
    5. On 17th a lady called back around noon (not morning ) and asked if the problem has beef resolved. I said no , my internet is not working and I want a refund . She politely said she is going to disconnect a call and will call back in 10 minutes. There was no call back for hours.
    Customer care smartly text around 2:00 saying they are going to call me in the next hour. I am now at a meeting and they expect me to leave everything for attending their unresolved problem. They called twice between 2:15 and 3:30 , I miss both calls, I called back but was responded by auto response they will call back shortly. I have not received any call backs not have the problem been resolved.
    I called customer care again, the have barred me from talking to customers care by now, they have not resolved the problem, causing me many working hours and lost.
    It’s 18th today , the whole and sole purpose of my purchase has been made void by the unhelpful no connection service rendered by Vodaphone.
    I am now claiming a refunds and plan to go further and claim for damage caused if no action is taken by vodaphone for refunds.

    I saw a poster near my home for direct job vacancies in vodafone company with a mobile number. I called them, they told me that they are giving direct jobs for 10 and 12 pass people. They called Lucknow and took 650 form filling charge after giving the charge and said rupees 1500 as security to them. we didn’t had so much money that time. We came back to home.     Vodafone has become a cheating company of late. Money deducted in the pretext of value added services which has never been opted for. When complaint is lodged Customer Care deptt says that money will be refunded in 30 minutes. Never happens. Fraudulent company and most unethical service provider.

Someone named Mr. Sandwip called to ask if verification for my new post paid no. has been done. I asked why they had changed my name from Dilip Ghosh to Dilip Singh. I had given a copy of my voter ID while applying for post paid connection. How has this mistake occurred ? He handed over the phone to his senior, a woman. I told her I wanted to talk to the person who made the mistake to explain how one feels when his name is changed. The woman disconnected the call. Why does Vodafone employ such uncivilised people ? Why do they engage people who change names of customers despite having their voter ID in which the name is written clearly ?

    For the past few months, I have visited the Vodafone Stores at Bandra and Churchgate, Mumbai with a request to send me the Itemised Bills for the months of May, June, July,, August, September and October, 2016 by mail.

    Till date, I have not received the same.The Vodafone CEO Mr Vittorio Colao during his recent visit to Kolkata, India has urged the Vodafone employees to retain cutomers due to the competitive market.

    I wonder whether the Vodafone emplyees have taken their CEO’s message seriously. Can I expect to receive the itemised bills for the period May-October soon.

    On Saturday (15/10/2016) I requested for a booster pack activation but the next day they activated 5 booster packs and now when i am complaining about it they are saying since it has been activated (without my request) so i have to pay for it i.e. 2GB@rs450/- each now this is not just cheating with the customers but fraud also.
    I used vodafone for the past 3 years but now i am seriously fed up of its services and this type of fraud.

    complaint but till date any kind of performance not shown in network.
    they are doing only time pass.

    I have problem with at my billing address to all my numbers

    per month. I fill that my money goes into the dustbin.

    As present condition Vodafone as a global leader in communication, but
    it works like a vegetable selling on lorry in small village market. It
    like a worst company comparative to others. Vodafone lost his quality,
    performance and given zero response to the customers.

    If you can not capable to resolve solution within 2 days, can i change
    your worst service by changing worst vodafone in to better another
    operator ?

    I hope you shall take it serious and revert positive. Please do not

    Vodafone has pathetic network and customer service department is worst in terms of issue resolution and behavior. If you call Vodafone all they have are excuses. Our area has very poor signal of vodafone, despite of number of complaints no one has fixed it.
    Instead of spending so much on commercials and advertisements, would suggest Vodafone senior leadership to invest on your services and network.

    FROM 2 DAYS I AM SENDING THE SAME EMAIL TO THE “NODAL CARE AND CORP CARE” BUT NO ONE IS BOTHERED TO ASSIST OR REPLY)

    My Vodafone mobile number is 9620109070, I am really upset of behaviour from Vodafone stores executive and manager. From past three months he was co-ordinating with me in stores. When I have purchased the sim from that time till I am facing some other issue. After I have purchased the sim for 1st time there was negative verification and my connection was barred, I have submitted my documents again and again. Acctualy the verification executive use to call me and he use to tell I am near your home. Then after sometime when I call him again he use to disconnect. Many I time I have complained to Vodafone store executive “Mr.Shivraj” then finally he called that executive and asked about it, then that guy said he have verified and he will update that verification successful but on the same day eveving my number was barred again I went to the store and spoke to “Mr.Shivraj” then again he called but the verification executive didn’t responde the call. The issue continued for 15-20 days everytime I use to visit to Vodafone store and beg his complete the verification and activate my number. Evrytime he use to give some other reason. Finally the issue resolved after 20days. Then I asked him my number was barred for 20days and everytime I have to come to Vodafone store and request I want waiver for my bill for which didn’t use then he assured me and promised me that he will give me waiver.
    *The billing issue:
    This issue also is continuing form 2-3 months, I can not tell the exact month bill because the issue is repeating from long back.
    Everytime I activate booter pack from my Vodafone app or by using USSD but that day there some error popping up like you can not activate kindly contact customer care. After I called they informed me that technical glitch is going on. Then I request him to activate 250/- booster pack for that he made me wait nearly 20-25 hold stating the system hangged he is restarting then finally he released hold and said that he have activated the pack, I don’t know he was in some hurry to disconnect the call and said it will activate with in 30min, but after 1 hours also the pack didn’t activate. Then again I called some one picked the call and at the opening only he kept me in hold for 30min I was frustrated after he released the hold not even apologiesed(so unprofessional) then I aksed him about the issue and he informed me that during some issue the pack didn’t get activated he will activated the pack, then again with out asking me he kept me in hold for 5min and came and said that he have activated the same pack. I was like okay.
    But after 30min I got message that 450/- booser pack activated that to 2times . I was like WTF then I called again asked for the escalaton and got the reply from them is they can not transfer my call, and they can not do anything once the pack is activated it will be added in the bill, and once the bill is generated I can escalate and ask for waiver. Then after the bill is generated, I totally shocked and went to Vodafone store and “Mr.Shivraj” co-ordinated with me I have said everything and he promised me that he will help me to het the waiver for the booster pack which I have changed and for the negative verification. Because of this I didn’t pay the bill and there was delay for it and I have been charged for Late payment fees again. Then like that 2months over I didn’t get any waiver evrytime I go to see store he use to assure me that he will pass the waiver and after someday when I go again he use to give some reasons like the executive left office bla bla bla, but this month I was really frustrated because again my number was barred PSTN.
    When I went him and asked he is like no I didn’t promise you for the waiver I just I will try, I asked him ok take CCTV phortage evrythng will be recorded there right, so everyone will able to know then he was very rude to me all sudden. Then asked him to talk with his manager, then “Mr.Usman” came and said he is manage for the Vodafone store. The opened all the bill and she was like confusing me and said no we cant do anything it’s your mistake you have used the service. Then I asked him why your executive have assuring me that he will pass the waiver then he is like no he didn’t promise and all sudden “Mr.Usman and “Mr.Shiv Kumar” started replying very rudely as if like they want to hit me. They said call 199 we cant help. Then I asked him what if your executive do mistake while active packs I have to suffer for that, he is like you have used the service you have to pay etc all rubbish. I though to take a video and launch a police complaint against there behaviour but they didn’t allow me to shoot the video they do what ever you want. Hell this the behaviour we customer expect from executive when ask for the resolution. My family members everyone use Vodafone connection because we have crush on it but after they came to know this behaviour we are planning to shift it to Airtel though it’s little costly but there behaviour is good toward customer.
    * Yes, obiously I want waiver I am not ready to pay for the mistake which call center have done, I want all the recording from you guys, because I know that I have said them to activate 250/- pack.
    * It’s not about money it’s about the customers respect trust with Vodafone. I want to know what is action have been taken on them. I will launch police complaint and I will go to consumer court, I will post the issue in FB page, Twitter, let all Vodafone fan see that when customers need help how the executive behave to ward them.

Contacted Vodafone store, Laxmipuri, Kolhapur, Maharashtra on 09/09/2016. Since then they are harassing and bluffing but no SIM replacement with necessary activation is given. Even contacting customer care did not help. This is the worst service I could expect.

    HORRIBLE SERVICE BY VODAFONE
    I have taken a Vodafone broadband connection bearing phone no. 8879647190, this connection was working fine until I was in Mumbai. As soon as I left Maharashtra for my business purpose the data connection started giving me problem. I have been continuously following up with Customer Service of Vodafone from last 2 days but they have typical response set that this will be sorted in 24 hrs. No one in the Customer Service has idea about what is the problem with Data Connection, Someone says it is due DATA Clash or Hardware issue. It’s been 72 hours and the problem is still not been solved. This is totally pathetic service given by such a big network company for a simple data connection problem.
    I have given my important hours to just followup with the guys of Vodafone Customer Service and they are yet to respond to the issue. I would never ever recommend Vodafone network to any of my clients friends and family. It is better to switch to other network rather than getting harassed by this shabby service from Vodafone

    Someone by name Vivek Mallik has activated his new Vodafone Sim (N0. 8291651814) by fraudulently giving my Docomo no as his alternate mobile No.So I visited your Store at Andheri Amboli & Lodged complain today at 12.30 P.M.with your customer care executive Mr.Nilesh Gumla & gave the complain Docket No. which is 1600680844. I asked him to deactivate new Sim No 8291651814 of Vivek Mallik. Unfortunately he took my complain lightly & told me that he had put the request of deactivating my alternate No From Vivek’s details. I sugeested him to do both as the person who fradulently used my Docomo no as his alternate can pose security risk to me as well as to your company too. But he said we can’t do that.

    Through this mail I am warning you that your company will be solely reponsible for any misuse of my Docomo no for activating this sim & you will be liable for all legal consiquences have to fully pay the necessary cost covering such act. i WILL HIGHLY APPERICIATE IF MY DOCOMO NO IS REMOVED FROM HIS ALTERNATE NO AS WELL AS DEACTIVATE THE NEW SIM FOR GIVING WRONG INFORMATION.

    I bought Vodaphone 4G wi-fi R216 with connection 356904064333530 s/m SL B4JBW16223004048, MOB 9830253711 from Balaji Telecommunication,14 Surya East Road,kolkata 700 010 under 6month offer unlimited usage, paying the Rs 4500+tax Rs 686 starting from 05.05.16. The connection is disconnected since more than a month. Sending email plus telephone talk does not make any difference to Kolkata Customercare. They
    are just passing time, everyday calling but doing nothing. I do not
    understand this horrible attitude of kolkata Customercare. I also do not
    know why vodaphone has kept such a incompetent staff at kolkata centre,
    where customer is being harassed after paying complete money in advance.
    Can you all take care and resolve the issue immediately, before I move to

    Dear Customer Care at Vodafone,
    I am Michael McMahon, my wife is Linda McMahon and our mobile numbers are 9986362582 and 9886141539 respectively. My wife’s IPhone number is 9916100290.
    We use Vodafone Prepaid and have always done so.
    One of the facilities we use every month without fail is *444*24# which allows us ISD calls to our sons in Thailand and Australia.
    This time, every time we dialled this number, we received a message “We are currently unable to process your request. Please try again after some time.” After almost a week of trying, I went down to the Vodafone store on Cunningham Road on 24 Aug to see if they could assist. I was told that they had spoken to someone in the back office who had said the system would be activated the following afternoon and I would be able to use the ISD facility the next evening. This did not happen.
    After a few more days, we went thrice to the Vodafone store and explained the problem. Mr Azharuddin sent a mail to some one in Vodafone explaining the position. Nothing happened.
    Eventually, we received a call from a Mr Moses two days ago. I explained the situation to him. I also said, that I keep speaking to Vodafone representatives and everyone promises to help but then I never hear from the person again nor does Vodafone resolve the problem. Mr Moses called back and asked me to SMS ACT(space)RENT24 to 198. As soon as I did this, I received a text back saying “Sorry. Request not agreed to”

    I have never heard again from Mr Moses.

    Can anyone at Vodafone resolve this issue ? Please do NOT ask me to go to the Vodafone store or to speak to anyone in Vodafone. I have squarely placed the ball in Vodafone’s court and I expect Customer Care to care for these two customers. A committed company should be calling us to see if the problem has been resolved. Vodafone does not seem to believe in this policy.
    My next hard copy mail will be to your MD and CEO, because no one else at Vodafone seems willing or capable to resolve the issue.
    If Vodafone is eventually able to resolve these two issues, I shall then take up the issue of my wife’s IPhone which is not allowed by Vodafone to call Thailand/Australia; let alone at reduced rates.

    Dear vodafone I had gone to Kandivali branch today to activate my SIM card.I was out of India since last four months hence my card was not in use.I went to vodafone kandivali branch and met MR SACHIN GAWDE.he told me that you need to compulsively convert your card into a postpaid as your number is not active.When it is a prepaid card why the he’ll should I convert into a postpaid.kindly help me out as this is just not done.he told me aapko jo karna Karo.whereas I have also recorded the conversation between me and customer care officer who told that it is not compulsory.If you don’t want clients to use your card kindly inform there are other better service providers available.i want an answer as soon as possible.otherwise I will go to the consumer court.

    My postpaid sim number 9851159651 was activated on Saturday and the line was disconnected on Tuesdays I went to the vodaphone store they told that the sim will be connected within 3pm
    After that we again visited the store at 5pm then they told that 100% my sim will get the connection within 8.30 pm but till now my connection is not there it’s a huge harassment against the coustom because m traveling out of state and my sim is not working what should I do now please give me my connection back or else I will report to the higher official

My plan is 699.in this plan i eligible to get 1500 minutes offnet and onnet with local ans STD minutes, 1GB 3G data and 500 lcal and STD free with that plan. Also, i got Rs. 200.00/- waiver on evey bill for coming 6 months.i got a bill from your side Rs.2320.00/- which is my surprize. accordind to me, the bill should be around Rs.813.00/-. I used to connected with your executive from 16 March 2016 to onwards. I have 3 SR ID which was closd without my knoledge and also i did not get proper resolution. KIndly refer the below SR(Subject request) id were 170215960,170218200,171040978 which were closed and another is 171510112 open.Also, i twited on facebook and twiter. same thing happened nothing is progress. You jut imagine, how can i beared all these stupid activity. I was facing problem from 60 days by connecting with you exectuve.So i request you don’t check my pations i got irrited by using this type of bad servics. So, i need correct resolution from your side ans satisfactory. i have all types of proof to go consumer court. all the snapshort of MSG and audio recording when I interacted with your people. also snapshort of comenting social network. Also, another proof will come this e-mail which i mentiond to you. another thing is i will change this this number to another service provider after that i will send you legal notice and also mark this reply e-mail to your senior by putting cc to consumer court. so, my humble request read it five times before give the reply. you know that when a common man irrited what he can do and how much challenges he ready to accept it..     This to inform you that your vodafone’s Quality Auditter at Mass callnet, Okhla Phase-2 Mr. Vivek Tripathi has very bad attitude and everyone has complaint against his behavior. Some people have left feeling hurt by Mr. Vivek’s attitude towards them. I openly spoke to him but he misbehaves. He is quality auditter and he uncertify many new agents who came after training even whose calls are perfect.

    He is doing his job as a joke. kindly please transfer Mr. Vivek to another call center and also warn him to not to repeat this type of mistakes again and will change his attitude

    before i was raised the network complaints for more than 6 times.

    But the network survey has happens on the residential address. of every times.

    But no resolution after that.and till now. and i conformed with the network engineer about the network optimization.

    Network Engineer:

    Network Engineer has informed me that facing a huge indoor coverage problem. so we need to install 30K booster. so we are forwarding same to concern department, they will look into and they do the needful

    But now onward. i am not getting the meaning of “Need Full”.

    They have informed about booster to be install. but till they are still looking it to do the needful???

    However it may be. its not like an domestic, its like an a commercial city and area. in that surrounding approximately more than 1 Lakh people will walk in to that location. but still no Vodafone Network???

    Any Way let me see will you take a serious action to resolve the issue or you will aviod the same to do the needful?????

    Enclosing a letter written today again to your member Kiran Mouryta referring our entire case and non-cooperation from your team VODAFONE at Gallery Church gate including Senior Manager Mr.Vishal .A senior citizen waiting for 1 hour 30 minutes also could not get an appointment for 5 minutes with him. I am the senior concerned person who faced this problem, is not behooving to service industry you are in. PLEASE REVAMP and do give us hearing.
    1= The matter is very simple as per annexure herewith. Your own confirmation letter is not being recognized accepted by your people at gallery.
    2= The entire ¾ letters set is enclosed and request you to give necessary instructions to deal with the matter practically and fast.
    3= The matter is of no significant value yet our services are suspending despite following the matter by e mail, TF, personal visits to the gallery but no one helps.
    Please look into and advise necessarily to do the needful immediately.
    We as senior citizens above 70 need special care not to be harassed and embarrassed for no fault of ours.

    I have been with your customer for more than 5yrs…And recently I hav come across very bad experience from you people.. I came to know that recently your giving double data 3g 2.5gb for 249rs offer for some your customers like so many of my friends got it so called up to your customer service dept (coimbatore)and the response was really so bad and they hang up on me so many times aswell but I was literally harassed by them so I asked for a superior and atlast I got after being on hold for 1hr and he dint resolve my issue and he said will escalate it and it ll be done in a week time but I never got a call or mail from anyone till todays and it’s been 17days time and today when I called they said wait for few more days. They don’t even know what is customer service am sry to say but they need to learn so many things in handling the customer’s. ..I don’t how long its gonna take but you were good but not now a days… am plannaing to move different provider if I don’t get it 48hrs time and I will take this issue to TRAI for sure because I do have all the call recordings aswell… hope you take this seriously and do the needful asap….

      But your collection team is big fraud we never saw this kind of fraud.

    Its been quite a month that I am facing problem with my internet connection. I have recharged with Rs.451/- 3g data card, but I am not being able to access the 3g. my mobile is on 2g always. After spending a lot of money i can’t expect to use 2g connection. I have called Customer care for 4 times. But they are not being at all helpful to me.I used to have 3g connection all the time, but suddenly it changed. I have been using 3g data from the starting and recharge every month with quite lot if money, but facing this problem continuously and nit having any help from you, now i am thinking of switching my data service to Airtel from the next month. This month being my last data recharge to Vodafone, i wish i could have good service at least.

    Hi,

    Vodafone has been a big nuisance as a service provider from the past two months. Very poor customer care service. It is torturing.

    I activated Roaming Plan IC Free-RTP-FR in April. Middle of the month I get a message telling that my dynamic limit has been crossed and ended up paying Rs3000 upfront. Shock of my life when my April bill turned out to be Rs 2737 as all my incoming calls were charged.

    After numerous calls to customer care they assured me that the issue will be fixed from there end and the excess amount
    1. the 3k I had paid upfront
    2. Incoming calls were free (Rs 1000k)
    would be credited back into my account.

    May bill Rs 2230! And my incoming calls are charged again and my old accounts are not settled yet.!!!

    This is plain torture for a customer.

    Kindly provide an answer.

    I am loyal customer to Vodafone for many years and today I am not happy with the service that I have received today from one of your customer service representative by name Manjunath belong to Bangalore site he was rude and not willing to resolve my issue.

    When I have asked for supervisor he asked me to call after 8:00 am, I wonder why?

    If this is the case you are going to lose my customers, I request you to listen to my call and take appropriate action.

    My concern- my balance was deducted for the service that I haven’t activated. ?14 and ?15 on 4th May 2015, please reverse my deduction and do the needful.

    Hello sir i want to complaint against vodafone network as i am using a vodafon cug number 9711634957 registered on vinita garments , they activate the unwanted services on my number without my permission and deduct the excess amount of charges every week and increases my bill to a good amount with out any usage if i request them to deactivate the service they deactivate but don’t refund the deducted amount and i request them to transfer the call to sceniour executive they keem me on hold for a long time and disconnect the call if i call again they tell me they will call back again but i get no call. Si i request everyone not to use or buy vidafone connection it provides the worst network and services

    I am using Vodafone number since 2000. I have 2 prapaid and 1 postpaid number and details have been given below. I use 3g network and the speed comes of 2g and even sometimes lower than 2g.but if u go to aitel then they provide 3g speed. I complaint several times on 198 but no proper answer is given to me sometimes when I told about it they did not even pick and respond. I have irritated a lot now I have only option port these numbers into Airtel, Airtel is such a good network.
    Vodafone neither provide good network nor provide good customer services in fact vodafone do not respond customer complaints. It u can do anything then do. My 8-10 friends will also go for port because they are suffering a lot.

    I AM CUSTOMER OF VODAFONE FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS. THIS MONTH I GOT A BAD SERVICE FROM YOU. PREVIOUS MONTH I VISITED PANAMPILLY NAGAR SERVICE CENTER , IN FEBRUARY MONTH 2015 THE BILL AMOUNT WAS HIGHER BECAUSE I ASKED ABOUT THE RESON ONE OF CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE , I THINK, TOLD IT IS DUE TO ISD CALL FOR DUBAI. SO I SAID PLEASE ACTIVATE ISD PACK MARCH MONTH ONWARDS, SO THAT I CAN CALL 7 RUPEEES PER MINUTE.

    AND MY PLAN IS ALREADY VODAFONE RED, SO THAT I TOLD PLEASE CANCEL THE INTERNET PACK, AND EXTRA CALL PACK 50RS. BUT THE THING IS THIS MONTH I GOT 5404/- RS TOTAL BILL. (THE COPY OF BILL IS PASTED DOWN)

    some time before i have face some problems and could not pay my dues timley but on the date 14.03.2015, at Nirman Vihar Vodafone Store have paid all dues and get this number again.

    now my problem is am i treating a new customer, my credit limit downgraded from 2500/- to 800/-.

    yesterday my services is suspended without sending me any bill, sms and no call for this purpose

    yesterday i have email for this problem but no one conctated.
    and today serveral email i have sent you but no one care . no anser, no call.

    this is your very poor services

    now i want to close this number permanently.

    you are requested to please email me a final bill till today and close this number

    Case Summary

    I wanted to purchase a postpaid Vodafone number. I got a message from one of the executive name Mr. Sunil (9930373037) of Vodafone Company that if you want related number than contact us on the given number. I called this person for getting a number i.e., 9769549769..I booked this number against my name and the executive came to my office place for collecting the docs on 26th March 2015. Both committed that the Sim will be active in 2 days. After 2 days I received a verification call from your company and they committed that the number will be activated in 1 day. Total 3 days gone but there was no solution at all as on the 4th day I have to travel to Gujarat. On that day also the same story was repeated. I called Mr. Sunil more than 10 times but there was no response..I messaged him for the same. This is how the retailer or Vodafone employee or the Vodafone agency serves to their clients that too the postpaid clients.

    Last Saturday i.e., on 4th April 2015, in the afternoon from Gujarat I called up Vodafone care executive for the issue and there was a person named Monika, she told that till date no details are updated in our system. I told that it’s been 10 days and there is no update. Can you please help me out for the same? She told you can take out you simcard and again put it into your cell phone after 5 minutes. After putting the same, you need to select Vodafone network manually and the Sim will be active. By performing this activity there was no solution at all.

    Again on Last Sunday i.e., on 5th April 2015, I called up Vodafone care in the evening at around 6.30 pm. I spoke with many people. Names are given below..

    Anand (Executive telle calling department)
    Amol (Ececutive Billing department)
    Sohela (Executive postpaid department)
    Ankit Mishra ( Executive postpaid department)
    Dhaval Mehtalia (TL Postpaid department)
    Shakil Ahmed (Manager Postpaid department)

    I was not getting proper responses from the any of the executives so I asked them to transfer my call to senior level (I am not sure that they were at senior level or executive because the way they spoke to me was terrific). After that I had a word with Mr. Shakil (Manager), he told me that wait for just one more day sure your things will be done. He gave me an genuine commitment. I thought he is a manger and will not give false commitment so waited for one day. I don’t know that being at manager level people don’t know the meaning of commitment. As no status was available after that.

    Yesterday i.e., on 6th April 2015, I called again Vodafone care to speak with so called Manager Mr. Shakil. One Executive named Wasim answered my call. I asked him to transfer my call to Manager Mr. Shakil Ahmed. He told we cannot transfer the call directly to the manager you need to provide the details to me. I gave him all the details but at that moment I came to know that still my details were not registered in your Vodafone system against the postpaid number (I was very much amazed with the fact that even having a word with Managers there will not be a solution. This is how Vodafone Company works.

    Still there was no response from your company. I wonder as how your company works. What parameters are set to address the customer complaints if there is an issue regarding the services…?

    Today is the 13th day but there is no solution for the issue. Infact again I have received the below message from one of your company’s retailer. I am very much amazed with your superb services.

    I am not sure whether my issue will be resolved or not. I have taken 3 numbers on my name and I am a stable client of your company but now I will go for other service providers. This will not affect you company but I will also populate this issue on social media networking sites. What about my money i.e., 300 rupees which I have given to your agent….? Your company is using it since thirteen days. What about my documents which I have given to your company…? I don’t have time to visit Vodafone store otherwise I would have shake your people over there also. As I can see that no parameters are set to resolve the query of the clients on priority and to provide the status at least to the client on daily basis. Simple as if I take 300 rupees of yours and give you some commitments but if I am not on my words till some days than what you will do? I need my money and docs back. You don’t customers pain. Hats off to your company’s services. I can say WOW – Worst of Worst Vodafone Services.

    Enclosed is the receipt of the agency for your reference. Hope at least you people at higher level will reply me ASAP and solve the issue so that I can change the service provider for better services.

    I am very discontented with the lethargic and forlorn attitude of the
    Vodafone customer care and the related departments with respect to the
    closure of my CUG
    phone Number. 97826-42860. Hardly a fortnight back, I got this number
    ported from Reliance to Voda. CUG. It was fully functional by 16th
    ultimo but as on date the outgoing services for this number stand as
    closed for reasons alien to me.

    I gave a call to your customer care Number 9828086211 ( Malviya Nagar,
    Jaipur )where the call recipient assured me to restore my outgoing
    facility but even after a lapse of 3 to 4 hours it hasn’t been
    restored.

    Please monitor the same and do the needful a.s.a.p.
