As per trailing mail I have been the vodafone postpaid customer since 2006. I have the corporate plan in which there are 6 connection in this plan. For last a few months, the company has activated a data plan of @ ? 100/month. without my permission.(phone call, letter head, mail)

I’ve requested to deactivate this service by giving an application on my letter paid in August 2017 at Vodafone store (nr.bombay motor,12 road, Jodhpur)
But the service was not stopped. Again in 22nd September 2017 on mail, I’ve requested to deactivate this service but the service is still running. Because of company’s fault, I’ve to pay this extra amount as I’ve not opted for the service.
Now, I request you for the waver of the extra amount of data plan/late fee. And I’m ready to pay the rest of the bill.

I am extremely sorry to complaint about your services in email. My mobile number is 9988306308 and from the past 1.5 months I am raising request for porting my number out of vodafone, reason being I have been transferred to Madhya Pradesh and here the calling and internet channel is so poor that i cant even talk for 2 minutes continuously. Every time vodafone rejects my request giving the reason that there is some outstanding amount against my number. I have already made extra payment and request you to please approve my porting request. Also please generate my final bill, I shall clear the pending amount as soon as I receive my full and final.

I called the cus serv for my billing date and bill amount. The call was handled very un-professionally by the exe vinod and said the bill might generate in a day or two without giving any further details, I did asked to speak with the manager, he said the lines are busy and asked me to call next day morning. I fail to understand if they can’t handle queries in the night why they have this 24/7 service for which I had to pay. It was a pathetic customer service I have received till date. I’ve recently baught a vodafone postpaid sim. it got activated and i am using it with no issues. The problem is that i didnt get the allowances as per the promises of the sales agent and jow i am trying to connect to the customer care agent but not able to. I have dialled all the available numbers on internet for customer support but no use. I have dialled all the toll free and chargabla number but jot getting the option to connect the customer care agent. If i am getting the option and dialing that option, it redirects me to the home page again. Just wanna say, if you can’t provide or doesnt have guts to provide the customer support then stop giving services and get lost from India.

I have been using my post paid Vodafone no. 9719523412 for many years. My monthly payment amounts more than Rs. 2000. I was given another no. from company 9719523442 about 6 or 7 month ago. I couldn’t use the second no. and without using I was forced to pay an amount of Rs 889 as my first no. was blocked. I finally paid the sum on 17th October 2015 and on visiting Vodafone office at Nainital road Haldwani on 20th October 2015 made a request to deactivate my second no. 9719523442 finally and I was told that the no. had been blocked forever. Suddenly in the month of January calls from Vodafone began to come telling me that the bill is pending for the Vodafone no. 9719523442. I told them that I had paid the amount but they kept calling me. I went Vodafone office again and enquired and came to know that my request to block the same number has been made on the said date at 2:13 pm. But my number was activated on 31st October 2015. I never requested for the activation. I told the authorities but I got a message from your company stating that if I don’t pay the bill payment of the number 9719523442 my first contact number 9719523412 will be deactivated. I am not in my town and will be back only after 15th February. I will be put in great problem without connectivity.
If my number gets deactivated I have to move to the court and media against the company.

When I called to your executive regarding this to deactivate the service and refund my money. When I told to connect me to his boss, he simply refused and told that call after two hours if you want to talk to them. Such a behavior is not expected from a company like Vodafone. He is a retired person and it cannot be possible at all to achieve this amt of bill. When I inquired about it in customer care no that it has been find out that a vodafone horoscope type of no is dialed on a day, may be it is by mistake. I am genuine customer for Vodafone from last 3-4 year, I was very much happy with the services which they provided till last month. I always paid my vodafone postpaid number :- 8373915858 bill on time and some time advance also, and from last 4 year my max bill amount which was generated till the time it was around b/w 11-1200 max, but this time bill amount which they were raised this was showing more then 5000. When I asked your customer desk and store manager for Vodafone then they told without generated actual invoice from the system we will not able to raise any complaint regarding your usage but when bill was generated then they are not ready to listen any thing even they are taking the complaints also. I am not able to understand if customer desk and stores are not able to take the customer complaints then what’s the use for them.
On 26th July I received call from your customer care who informed me about the usage of my internet at that time only I told him this was wrong because my handset always switched off b/w 11:30pm to 7:00am morning and the usage which he was explained he told me that it was used at morning around 6: – 6:30am which was not possible at any cost, I challanged them also how is it possible if I am using 300mb plan for internet then with in 10 to 15mint how its get consume 700-800mb data within few mints, if you have faith on your valuable customer then I hope you will believe me and understand my problem also, this is first time when I am complaining against your billing system.
I also told them to cross check the history of my number regarding the usage, they told that might be due to server issue it was wrongly updated but when bill was generate for this month as per there record it was showing 700-800 mb usage with in 10- 15 mint at b/w 6-6:15 am which is not possible at any case I am using the Samsung Duos old model which don’t have facility to use any apps except whatsapp. if you want you can send your technician who can verify my handset and cross check.
I always suggested people to port there number with vodafone they never charged wrong bill and there services are also very good but this month what ever happened with me that make me to thing for port from Vodafone to other network, and due to that I am seriously looking into this. same issue happened few days back with one of my colleague also.
Kindly raise my complaint or voice against Vodafone services and wrong billing. I visited so many time to your store before bill generation and called so many time to your customer desk before and after bill generation but no one helped me on the same.

Respectfully i am here to inform you that i am using vodafone postpaid number 09718789787 on a/c of Attraction events and Entertainment with corporate plan Rs@199.
But recently my corporate plan was suddenly changed to plan Rs@2000 something which i never started or changed before this plan my bill was not exceed by Rs 800 i am not able to pay Rs 2000 because this was not my mistake it was mistakenly started by vodafone .
I am not paying any such type of bill of 2000 because this was not my mistake. So it was your duty towards your customer and its humble request to you to change my plan and to take necessary steps in order to solve my problem.
