Dear Sir,
I have always bought electronic and electrical goods from Vijay Sales over the years. Recently I visited your showroom and purchased an air-conditioner from your Opera House showroom.
The ac was delivered as per schedule at my place and the person who came subsequently to remove my old ac and install the new ac said the old ac is working fine and only the remote had stopped working, he started the old ac, therefore I decided to gift the new ac to my sister living down the lane and return the non working ac from her house instead.
Some Vishwanath Kambli called me just a few minutes ago from your Opera House branch to find out about the installation. I was in a meeting but despite that I explained him the complete sequence of events. I told him the technician is going to come on Sunday to do the necessary job. He very rudely and arrogantly told me that Vijay Sales cannot wait that long. I was stunned at the tone of his voice. How does he expect me to get the ac sent to my sisters house and get the old ac removed on Saturday (Dushhera)?
He hung up on me when I asked him to transfer the line to your manager. I immediately called the same number and spoke to your manager Mr. Saif. I told him what transpired between me and Kambli. I have told Saif very specifically what action are you going to take against such a arrogant employee who does not know what is courtesy and speaks in such high handed manner. I have told him I will not step into your showroom if action is not taken against this man.
Today I don’t need to visit any showroom and goods are available online cheaper but because we get personalised attention and good relation developed over the years are the factor which don’t allow me to shop online, but if this is the way your employees treat loyal customers I have to think twice before visiting Vijay Sales.
