    Hello,

    I had given a complaint for my washing machine not working 20 days ago..
    Mechanic came and took service board and after two days he fixed it and once he left my home it was having same problem.
    Tried calling that mechanic many time he is not responding to my any call..

    They took 350/- visiting charge and 3200/- some circuit board fixing charge.. but still I am facing the same issue.. they gave me bill and told 2yrs warranty.

    We- My friends are planning to circulate to all IT companies in Bangalore regarding the fake calls from your Videocon Customer care and fooling people .
    Couple of my friends also have the same issue.

    Hi Videocon Team,

    Unfortunately we have purchased a videocon LED on 14th Nov 2015, which has been repaired four times in last 2 years till date.

    Whenever this LED goes for repairing it comes after 2 months almost, i never seen such kind of worst service of LED repair, whenever we ask for fixed LED always get only single response “it will take time because we don’t have part and it is coming from head office” and it goes for almost 2 months continuously.

    I have heard every time that if we shall change your LED if it again goes out of order, every time get same LED with temporary solution, I am here to complain last time next time I am going to take an action against Videocon.

    I gave my LED on 27th of November 2017 and its been more a month but it not repaired yet.

    I purchased a Videocon Washing Machine (WM VT75C45-LGY) from M/s Gulati Electronics, Rajajipuram, Lucknow on 29 January 2017. As my machine stopped functioning, I registered a complaint (NO. LUC1810170505) on 18 October 2017. Despite repeated e-mails, calls at Customer Care/Service Centre, my complaint has not been attended till date. I am extremely disappointed with such unresponsive customer service team of your company.

    I have raised a complaint in the month of September 16th regarding the refrigerator till now they did not rectifying the problem even I have called the manager many times the number was 7090151007 from Bangalore division, even no response from him he saying that I will send Friday this word he said on 23rd October but till now I did not get any justification from the videocon. So what is the use of buying ur products! When ur unfit for giving service and rectifying the problem for almost 3 1/2 months

    Dear Videocon company manager,

    Such a pathetic service!!
    Please please help
    First step:
    I baught “Videocon Graphite 1” smart phone from amazon of rupees 4949/-. The day I recieved I thought I should start using it so I inserted sim but unfortunately the sim was not working then I thought these is some problem with my sim only So i ranhere and there to change my sim so after 3-4 day it got changes and out of excitemet I again tried to use this futile videocon phone again sim was not working then I used my mother’s sim it was not working. Irushed to the service center they said its not our problme, and this company is going to shut down. This much incident happened in Bharatpur (rajasthan).

    Second Step:
    So I specially came Delhi to submit my phone and get it repair I googled (as a usual person) I got address of Noida service center and I went there, Then I learnt that service center is already closed

    Third Step:
    So before I go this time I called them (Where they were not picking the calls) So after lot of efforts finally they picked my phone and told me address which is (C-1153, Tigri Colony, Khanpur Extension, Khanpur, New Delhi, Delhi 110062)
    I specially came to Khanpur, New Delhi to submit this phone. Where the office was closed from inside and I knocked after 5-10 minute they opened that. That guy was sleeping inside and without pardon he spit in the room where all phones were kept. I asked him to help me, the behave of the guy was really rude, and brutal in languages. And he was already barking and abused some other customer on phone. So I din say anything and submitted my phone there, where he clearly mentioned he will call me within 15 days. and The date was 8 Nov. 2017.

    Fourth Step:
    Today 21-11-2017 I called this buy and he used same language and said “Bahan ki lodi, teri gand mar dunga phone kia to, nahi hua phone sahi” I said May I know your name please ” He replied kya ukhad legi, videocon to khud band hone wali hai” I said ” Bhaiya please dhang se bat kariye” He replied ” tu aa sali teri taange tod dunga, or nahi dera phone ja biagd le jo bigadna hai”

    Fifth step:
    I got afraid so I called the customer care immediately and told her all incidence, She helped my nicely and provided me number of one guy, Abhishek (8696940450), The customer care girl was really helpful and provided me complaint number “hh63753”

    Sixth Step:
    I called this Abhishek guy, I think he was in hurry and so he said I cant help you ask customer care to help you. What should I do if they are using such languages. I cant help it.

    I am really feeling helpless. Please help me and I want my phone. I am afraid of going there to collect my phone.
    And I expect strict action towards the Khanpur service center. because its not about me its about the all people who are trusting Videocon. and I expect the reply to the earlierst.

    I request you to elevate this at the earliest.

    I have purchased the Videocon Refrigerator model No – VZ254 PTCRP 01 and Sr No 110517860142200626 from Vishal distributors Ghaziabad on dated 08.07.2017.

    After purchase we are facing the problem in the products. We already complain two times. At first time your customer care executive told us to clean the products properly with lemon. We are very surprised that what he is saying but we do this.
    after all the product not working and complain again, after seven days an engineer visit and change the part after 10 days.

    After this we are facing the same problem in the products. Refrigerator is not working properly still now. as per my best knowledge the videocon product is best in the world but service is so poor.

    We are waiting your further action otherwise we have to take further action as a consumer.

    Very pathetic service of Videocon. My LED is not working which is under warranty. It’s 2 months over but still not repaired. One day technician came and taken Rs.800 as visit charge and said mother board will be replaced in 3-4 days. Still no proper response and you chase Videocon authority like dog. Very worst service. Pls donot purchase product of Videocon.

    Iam having Videocon 4k 3D smart LED TV which is of 1.11 Yrs old, facing problem with main board and customer care said the cost will be around Rs 5000 and it will be replaced under paid basis.
    This is my 1st TV got repair within 1.11 Yrs of period, I have Samsung LCD TV which is 10 Yrs old and still working fine. Highly disappointed by the failure of part in the TV and its cost.
    Requesting you to consider the replacement of the said board under Goodwill warranty.

    Hi,

    I m Jai Yadav & live at Dharuhera, dist – Rewari. On 30/06/17, my washing machine (Videocon Digi dolphin) got some operational problem in gear box and unfortunately relying on VIDEOCON ethics & promises, I did a mistake in a hope to get best services from videocon customer services, I called them, they visited, inspected machine & said, it has issue with gear box which need to be fix. I asked them to go ahead as it is priority one job for us. Two days later they came to my apartment & tried to fix gearbox but they were totally failed to do so. They asked me to dump this machine at Rewari service centre for early resolution. We did the same & delivered machine at Rewari service station at our own.

    Till that day, it is not repaired and whenever I asked about the status, they have a simple reply that the spare parts are not available in India.

    Service centre has closed previous complaints at their own & re-register new complain no. Gur2207170178 on 22/07/2017 which is to be considered as wrong practice & unethical practice.

    I purchased videocon washing machine on the face value of company & its services partners all over world. How it possible that parts of machine are not available and if there is such a long delay, then it should be dealt with serious concern where customer should not be faced such issues due to inefficiency of service centre. The behavior of service centre is not up to the mark, even don’t have basis ethics to deal with clients.

    Is there any hope for me for repair of my washing machine ???? If yest, pls do oblise and if not then let me know so that I can purchase new one and existing VIDEOCON machine could be dump.I request you to pls consider it on priority basis to investigate the liability of your service partners to make your clients happy.

The product under warranty. Spoke to Area Manager, General Manager Maharashtra Circle and sent several messages. No action by any one. No response from them.

    The worst service I have ever seen. My TV under warranty developed problems since March 2017. Repeated complaints with customercare did not resolve the issue till today i.e. 30.6.17.. They are tossing the problem between d2h and Service centre, leaving the customer to suffer. This is violation of warranty clause as also deficiency in service.

    I purchased a 330 litre double door refrigerator from Value Plus retailer at Mahanagar Lucknow on 28th May, 2017. At the time of purchase adhesive tapes were affixed on the utility boxes in the Freezer & at the door. So I could’nt check the same.

    However when the Refrigerator arrrived at my home and I removed the adhesive tapes it was found that the cover of the said boxes were broken. I informed the same to the dealer who in turn told that the Engineer who would visit home will rectify the problem. When the Engineer arrived he agreed that the cover were broken and he also took some snaps of the same and assured that they will be replaced within a week.

    However today when I followed up with the Engineer i.e. Mr. Mohsin (Mob. No. 7055704656) he informed that he has raised a requirement and on asking when it would be replace then he gave a very unsatisfactory answer that he does’nt know and cannot confirm any timeline regarding that.

    Kindly understand the plight of the customer who after overlooking other prestigious brands decides to put faith on your brand after on the very next day feels cheated and is given false promises.

    Very worst in providing after sales service.I bought awashing machine from a local dealer Sathya agencies.with an extended warranty of two years.It got some fault and I lodged a complaint for many times but every time the response from their side was complaint was cancelled by the technician.Afterthat one technician came and he said that spare parts are needed he’ll bring. But so many days have passed till now nobody has come to rectify the mistake.Is this a good Company? When you can not provide after sales service why you are giving warranty tothe products

After 4 days again I find same problem in d2h box.executive came nd replace box.on the date 22 March again I m facing same problem how I can getrid  from this problem

    The freezer compound I stock so many items mostly imported all gone spoiled. this is the company Called Videocon who is responsible for the loss of worth Rs.10000.00 surely the Company and show I will sue them for the loss.

    Now Snapdeal is not ready to accept return & refund. They ask me to visit service centre. The service centre opined that inferior/low quality of front camara lens usedf. Snapdeal says it is brand issue. videocon has to address it. I was left in the lurch. Videocon, please clarify this issue.

    Respected Sir I prabir Mitra from Bandel(wb).I purchased a lcd tv on 29th nov 2015,but unfortunately my television was totally dead on 7th september.I noticed it at the shop from where i purchased it.They send a call on 9th sept.(call no Kol 0909160256).Service engineer came on 10th sept and He said that the set is totally dead and He take photo of the TV and said that he informed it to the service Center.There was no response from the company so I again came to the shop and again they send a call on 15th sept.(Call no Kol1509160108).But the resuly was same no body came to my house so again I send a call from the shop on 19th sept.(call no Kol 1919160152).I telephoning them a huge time but they said that just “hoga”.Lekin kab hoga. Then they said that sir please if you send your set we will service it just in two hours.I pleased and in a very problematic way i sent my set on 25th of Oct.Then after a gap of two or three days i telephoning them for my TV.They just said that we are trying. On 3rd nov a massage was come from service centre for calling Area Incharge.I called Area Incharge said that the pannel of TV is not working so we replace you a new set by adjusting some money but from this last one month they harrased us they also misbehave not only with me also with my wife at the time of telephoning.Sir I am a customer just after 10 month my tv is totaly stoped.And you know that TV is one of our main Entertainment device .We are totaly fade up from this last three month.So if it is not possible for changing please say us we will purchase a new TV set.But we Purchased this set by knowing your brand.but by return we get a very painfull experience.

    I purchased a uhd led TV one month back (Faridabad) and despite registering 4-5 complaints and having a word with Mr. Pankaj. My problem doesn’t get resolved. Now they are closing the requests without even visiting mY place as they clearly said “technical issue hai Hume nahi pata kaise theek hoga”. I wasted my money on this pathetic product with 0 customer support.

    Worst Indian multinational..

    I got my complaint registered on 29 October 2016 regarding fault in my Led tv against Ref no. RIA291060044 from my registered mobile no 7804851988 the service engineer visited and assured to get it corrected after two days but he didn’t visited even after 4 days so i called your area incharge whose number is 7247001183 i called him twice but he didn’t picked the call even he didn’t bother to call back then i called your customer care to complaint about your bad service support and he assured me to get is resolved in 2 days but still my complaint is pending and no resolution and no courtesy call back from your customer support team.

    Please train your service engineers about basic etiquettes of ideal customer relationship management practices and please provide your HR heads contact details to make them aware about your team deeds. They ruined all my festive season.

    I have purchased many products of videocon. so last year I have purchased 1nos of spilit ac june 2015. soon after period of warranty Ac got some problem, he is working properly so i registered a complain for customer care. U engineer come and checked then they told fan is break he changed new fan. so after change of fan problem was same. So i have send send oin your service center After two days he said me problem in condensar he changed condensar we have paid 6000 and received ac from ur service center in jammu. But after installation of ac in our home ac is not working no colling problem was same. So again I called them and they told sent enginner tommorrow. Engineer checked he fill gas again ac is cookling for only 2 hours so next day I call again service center and engineer come 3-4 time within 15 days but any problem solve. I have suffer more than 45 days finished now, In this connection service center person is very cheated he cheated us for fault of condensar but main problem is compressor. In this time my Ac in service center and ask me we have changed compressor. If problem in compreesor why he change condensar and receive payment. I call ur head ASm, Zsm, and many more person but no action from ur side . I requested to you get action otherwise I can registed a omplaint for sonsumer forum.We are respected indian company but not getting proper response from the company staffs. Main person service center incharge jammu is very cheated person so please donot delay and please check and take action for this matter.I hope you wiil do needfull for me. and I am waiting for reply.

    I have purchased two vediocon Ac from Nanthilath G Mart and soon after installation one Ac got some problem, it is water coming from the air window and it had been informed vediocon service center in trivandrum through by purchased shop. After three days they rported and checked then they told gas is less and it has to top up. After two days again I called them and they told sent letter to Head office for approval but more than 45 days finished now, no action from the company and I cannot switch on my Ac.
    Really I shocked because it is happened on guarantee period otherwise I can arrange other gays they will repair with in an hour.We are favourig and respecting indian company but not getting proper response from the company staffs.I want know why so delay and please check and take action for this matter.I hope you wiil do needfull for me and I am waiting for reply.

    Dear sir / madam,
    I have bought videocon 40 in. LED TV 2 years back from vadodara city and my product carries warranty period of 5 years.
    3 days back the tv stopped working and we called up for service center. According to technician a part is damaged and it needs to be ordered which will be delivered within 2 days from Gandhi nagar.
    Yesterday I received a service message to contact area manager Mr. Pravin patel ( 7046005226) who never answered my any calls! !!
    From customer care I found contact no of zonal service manager Mr.Sunil zaware (9662513639) who fortunately answered. He informed us that part will take another 7 days to delivery.
    Contradicting to this the person from service centre vadodara states that it will be delivered in 2 days. !!
    I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I am seeing a clear example of dishonesty? ?!!

    I would like to bring to your kind attention the horrible the so called “ after sales service” being provided by Videocon.

    We bought a Videocon washing machine (Model No. VT60H12-DMA ) vide invoice no.1816507627 dated 24.12.15. On 21st Aug 2016, I registered the complaint on handyhome.in for (1) Water leakage and (2) emergence of loud noise on washing. (Complaint No: GHA2108160111

    As it was a Sunday, I was promised that someone would show up by Monday 22nd August morning by 10 am but no one turned up for 2 days. So, I called up the local Service Center ( Servotax Services, B-53 Sector-60, Noida 201301 tel No. 9643325869 ) who were assigned my case to check with them. They promised to send someone the next day.

    Finally on the 24th Aug, a service technician came and after iterating the issue to him, he inspected the machine and said a part has to be replaced. (He did not mention which part it is) Before leaving, he said someone would come to pick up the washing machine the next day but no one showed up for two days.

    Friday 26th Aug, I called the local Service Center and the person in-charge promised me that they would pick it up on Saturday by 12 pm but no one showed up. So I called them up at 2 p.m to check up the status and they said they can’t come on that day as their pick up vehicle broke down. Then they promised to pick up the machine on Sunday but again no one showed up. They picked up the machine on Monday 29th Aug.

    While picking up the machine, they promised to bring it back by next day. When I called them on 30th August to inquire they said the required part is not in stock and they will fix the machine and get it delivered by Thursday. Finally I got the machine delivered on Thursday evening 1st September. Before leaving, the boys who brought the machine said that everything has been fixed and that a technician would come and install it on next day, 2 September

    On 2nd Sept morning, I got a call from the local service center and they said as the machine has been fixed and delivered back to me, I should provide them the S-Code. I told them that I would provide the S-Code only after the machine has been installed to which they replied that “it is a washing machine, all you have to do is attach a pipe to it and that you can do it yourself”

    It is asking the customer to do the job that they were assigned to do. I responded by saying that I will only provide the S-Code after the machine has been installed. They hang up on me and sent someone over within the next one hour. I was actually shocked to see that they actually sent someone so quickly.

    The technician installed the machine and said everything is working as it should be but when I asked the technician to demonstrate the working of the machine, he switched on the machine. But the machine was still making the same sound it was making earlier and water was still leaking from the rear end. It was also found that the rat mesh was missing.

    When I questioned the technician, he said there was no rat mesh when the machine was at the Service Center. He said the water is leaking because the water pipe got ripped somehow and that it needs to be changed but as it is not covered under warranty and I will have to pay for it. Then he said that the noise you are hearing is normal. He promised to get the pipe fixed by the next day and like always, he did not turn up

    Now the status is as follows:

    1. The defects for which we have complained remain as such
    2. The rat mesh is missing.

    This shows that the problem was of an inner water pipe which was ripped. This they had not replaced. The Service Centre says that they have replaced some parts. We do not know which part has been replaced, since the defects remain as it is.

    From the scratches on the machine, it seems like they pried open the top control panel to steal/replace original videocon parts with local parts.

    We request to kindly direct the Service Centre to immediately replace the water pipe and also connect the rat mesh to the machine and ask them to demonstrate us that the machine as fully functional.

    I would like to emphasise that this type of irresponsible behaviour of the Service centre personnel and their poor and substandard service will only demolish the good brand image of a prominent Indian company like Videocon, and it will only help the foreign competitors to reign the market.

    On 17 October 2014 I bought a Videocon 40” LED TV (VKC40FH-ZMAI) from Friends Electronics (Thane-w) with 5 years warranty. After one and a half year I have discovered that the item has the following problems:
    – Audio & video not in sync.
    – Half black screen

    The TV had display problem and I had complaint a lot of time in your customer service in Thane. They were booking the complaints without any action. Your customer service and technical service had wasted my warranty period. I had never expected such poor service from a product manufactured by a trusted brand like Videocon.

    The consumer rights act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

    As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the item replaced as per said by the Videocon technician after thorough survey and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next seven days. If failed to do so then you will have to reimburse the full payment for the cost of returning it and waiting for a response from the customer service people since 2 August 2016.

    I look forward to receiving your satisfactory proposals for settlement of my claim within SEVEN DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS LETTER at the earliest possible and save me from further mental harassment.

    The TV has display problem and sometime stopped working on its 6 months (On 10 April 2016). I was complaint lot time in your customer service in Chennai. They were booking complaint no action. Your customer service and technical service waste my warranty time 6 months still I have 4 month warranty period. Please do usefully to me. I had never expected such Poor Service from A product manufactured by a Trusted Brand like Videocon.

    Please have the Product Replaced at the earliest possible and save me from further Mental Harassment.

    The Product was purchased from Vijay Sales, Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 31/01/2015
    On 28/Jun/ 2016 t my refrigerator stopped working (No Cooling). Called the Videocon Customer care on 022 39404040 Complaint # THA0207160258. Waited days but didn’t get any service call. Hence called the customer care on 5/Jul/16. They asked to contact the Thane service center(022 60601756) with the complaint number. On 6th Jul 2016 technician arrived at my home. After 30 minutes investigation he said the gas should be refilled for which he quoted Rs.3100 + 600 SC, total of Rs. 3700. Receipt# 000315. He collected Rs.1500 advance and left the place. But didn’t turn up for a week, called the service center on 022 60601756/ 7715991002 but they said the technician not available. On 17/Jul/16 the technicians arrived at night 7:30pm and worked till 10:30pm, said the work is done. He collected remaining amountRs.2200. Next morning when I checked the refrigerator issue not fixed. Called and informed the service center on the same day but no action taken immediately. On 20/Jul/16 they sent another technician, he opened the refrigerator while it was connected to power. Few minutes later heard a blast noise from the refrigerator and the entire house power went off. The PCB was off. The technician left place in 5 minutes stating the fan has to be replaced. On 21/07/16 i called Customer care to update about the situation but they told me to call Prashanth Salunkhe-Area Manager 0n 7039041103. Informed him about the issue but he took Rahim Shaikh from the service center in conference call and was not ready to accept the mistake the technician did. He said the technician did not create the fan issue but it was not working at all. When I asked why this was not informed in the quotation he said its a machine and he can not estimate the problem. I didn’t had any option other than fix the issue. Prashanth promised once the fan is replaced the refrigerator issue will be solved. Cost I should pay Rs.1100. On 23/Jul/16 they sent a technician to replace the fan. Service call# THA1407160781, Receipt# 000338, amount Rs.1100. But issue not fixed. Called the service center on 24/Jul/16 and informed them about the situation. They said they will send the technician, but did not happen, even called Prashanth but looks like he is not responsible to attend the call. I call every day to send the technician but my call is been ignored till date. On 5/Jul/16 i Called Atul Ponkshe-PSM on 7738366544. Even after speaking to him till today the issue not fixed. Every day I have to call and followup on the issue wherein I have paid the amount and they treat like I am begging for the service. Now they are least bothered to pick the calls.
    The service center never called or didn’t take any responsibility, even the senior people whome I thought would help never helped. I would never make a mistake to by any Videocon product as the quality of service is pathetic and unacceptable. I am not sure whether this writing will help or not but to express my frustration towards the Videocon Service.

    The complaint for my fridge was registered on 22nd July and today is 9th August.. 19 days have passed by and till now no solution has been provided. In total 7 visits have been done at my place by your technicians and every technician is telling a different story.. every time they have visited they have told different solutions or they don’t know how to rectify the problem and they assign someone else for it.. in return they ask more time.

    But now I don’t want anyone to repair it as a 3 months old fridge has already been opened 4-5 times.. The day i purchased the fridge and when i opened it..it’s plug was broken. From first day the problem is going on and i think this is a defected piece.

    So, i demand a complete replacement of the product ASAP as i have been borrowing ice/cold water from my neighbors despite having a new fridge with me.. If you can’t replace it then refund my money.

    I am awaiting your prompt response on this.. else i need to go to consumer court.

    Hi I am manoj from UAE few days back I have booked 32″ vediocon LCDTV from e max sharjah on the condition of free home delivery to india.

    But they called my parents to collect the tv from there end and at last they went there and collected the tv and when they open the cover they found fully broken tv, I have caompained also in e max and vediocon with picture but they r not doing anything.

    So sad
