Vetri Palanisamy popularly known as Vetri works in Tamil and Telugu film industry as an Indian Cinematographer, was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Vetri debut as a cinematographer in 2008 with action drama Thenavattu, then in 2009 Maasilamani a comedy movie and hen in 2011 with a very successful horror movie Muni 2: Kanchana. In collaboration with Siva, he worked in many Telugu films such as Souryam in 2008, Sankham in 2009 and Daruvu in 2012 and also worked in Tamil movies in Veeram in 2014 and Vedalam in 2015. Ajith Kumar and Vetri have studied at Adayar Film Institute. There are some of the movies for which he worked:- in 2008 in movies Thenavattu and Souryam, then in 2009 in movies Maasilamani and Sankham, then in 2011 in movies Venghai, Muni 2: Kanchana , Vellore Maavattam , then in 2012 with film Daruvu, then in 2013 with movie Ya ya, in 2014 with movies Veeram and Loukyam, in 2015 with movie Vivegam, and now his upcoming movie Kanchana 3.
