I have read the previous comments by cutomers. I am experiencing lot
of difficulties in conduction “runn of the mill” banking transactions at the
Bangalore City branch. The branch has lost my checque for Rs.10,000/-
and does not track the mail. Does not take telephone calls. This is very bad.

I have opened an FD A/c with you vide A/c No.1989031013022 dt.30.11.2016 for Rs.1,00,000.00 (Rupees one lac only) for 5 year term. I am surprised to note after printing my passbook that I have received only Rs.58.00 (Rupees fifty eight only) on 26.12.2016 and Rs.168.00 (Rupees one hundred sixty eight only) on 27.3.2017 being the rate 6.75 % how it is possible.
