I have a current a/c(0306021000298) at birla pur branch …The issue is i everyday deposit money at your esteemed branch at BUDGE BUDGE . But some how my executive missed or give short of rs 400/- on dated 07.04.2017. Your employee not even checked when he is recieving the cash at the cash counter. When he tallyed his account he got a short of rs 400/- and he confirmed to me & my executive the same. After few min he debited the amount from my account without my concern, My point is there is no secuirity in the above mentioned branch. Now they are not accepting our cash at the branch they are telling to visit home branch. Is this new rule given by RBI ?? Or pls amake me understand the meaning of CORE BANKING, I personally called up the Branch manager (LADY) her behaviour is very rude to me,request you to kindly intervain these matter.

To whom it may concern. My mother’s ATM was stolen last Saturday n we have trying to call the customer care number to block the card but no one is picking up the phone. N moreover as it was fourth Saturday so the bank was also closed so we were not able to visit the bank aa well to block the ATM. It was such an inconvenience.we tried almost the entire day calling the customer care number but no one was there to respond. What a poor customer service. And they say that it’s a 24*7 customer service.And now who will be responsible if our money gets lost.please look into the matter and do something about it so that at least it doesn’t happen to someone else in future.
