TAKING DELIVERY AND THAT TIME IT’S LATE EVENING SO CAN’T SEE SCRATCH ON MY LHS PANEL SECOND DAY MORNING I SEEN A SCRATCH ON PANEL I SEND A PHOTO ALSO AND SCRATCH IS ALREADY ROUND TICK MARK THAT MEANS MY BIKE WAS ALREADY DAMAGED IN GODAAM OR PLANT, AFTER FEW DAYS I WENT TO THE VISIT SHOWROOM FOR RECEIVES MY DOCUMENTS I ASK THAT COMPLAINT. HE OR SHE SAYS WHEN I COME FIRST SERVICE THAT TIME I RESOLVED YOUR COMPLAINT BUT 15/09/17 HE SAYS PART NOT AVAILABLE I ORDER THE PART AND RECEIVING AFTER 10 TO 15 DAYS THEN CALL U BUT NOE TODAY 13/11/2017 HE SAYS AGAIN PART NOT RECEIVED AND SAYS I WILL Call SO MANY TIME BUT HE SAYS I C HMM AND CALL U BACK BUT HE NEVER CALL HIM.

    4.RUSTING FOR MY CHASISE.:-

    WHEN DRIVE IN TRAFFIC MY BIKE WAS IN 1 GEAR AND IN METER SHOWING NETUEAL GEAR ONE DAY AFTER I WENT TO THE VIRAR HIGHWAY I M IN 60 TO 70KM SPEED AGAIN HE SHOWING 3 GEAR AND I M IN ACTUAL 5 GEAR. WHEN HE SHOWING A MESSAGE WRONG GEAR INDICATOR I SHIFT EVERY TIME 3 TO 4 AND 4 TO 5.PLEASE REPLY ME.

    I have bought my RTR 200 I vijay tvs on 1jan 2017 from the date of purchase I am visiting the show room because of Ur scrab product ,, what type worst service and product u deliver ,,,all original parts has been changed ,more engine noise, rear wheel slippert, paining handle bar, fuel gauge is not wrking, fog formation in head light, always low battery. I need to fix all my problems before next month because this is my last service or I ll surrender my bike in showroom and let my visit the court … handlebar problem, engine noise, slippery rear tyre,non effective front disc, scratches because of Ur service team …

    Still now there is no response from ur side so it’s that only care untill buying Ur product ,, i have got the money by hard work and bought not bought with stolen money so plz

I asked for test drive, the person told me that test drive vehicle is not available you can come after Diwali. Now I want to purchase bike before Diwali . Not allowed me to even start the vehicle. He said there was no petrol. If a person is buying a vehicle at least he should be given a decent test drive.

    bought my new bike TVS RTR 200 on 5 sep 2017 “biggest mistake of my life” from KS MOTORS “the worst indian agency. from the day one i had a problem in my bike some noise from chain so i went back to the dealer he sent me to the workshop the people are so irresponsible so misbehaving so rude they are not ready understand what the customers is saying the noise were so clear & heavy that it would irritat anybody but the workshop guy and the attender were so rude they didn’t listern 2 me at all i asked them to log in my file but they didn’t do tht also i asked them 2 provide me there COMPLAINT BOOK they said they dont have one ..they asked me to go from there as it was without solving my problem.they applied the chain spray thats it
    then i launched a complain to TVS toll free no against KS MOTORS JAIPUR i got a call form sanjay sharma he sent me to my nearest AGENCY JINESHWER AUTO AGENCY MAKRANA their i meet mr ASHOK he spoke to mr sanjay on the phone after that there on their was a twist in my experience mr ashok was so humble wid me offered me with water ,tea, coffee asked me to have a seat & told me sir dont worry about ur bike i will help u wid each n everything he started the bike n went on a ride wid the machinik ,after 5 minutes came back and agreed wid me and said there was a heavy irritating noise in the bike he immediately took action asked the guy to change the CHAIN SPOCK after that the noise were gone mr ashok asked me to ride my bike n told me 2 come back i was so HAPPY i thanked him the noise was gone would like to add one more thing about JINESHWER AUTO MAKRANA has the most spare parts available wid them in stock all over dist nagour rajasthan… very very goood

    I visited Tvs service workshop babarpur ( Delhi) . There was a manager , he was doing very rudly beheive to me, and I think he don’t know that what is a manager’s responsibility. I am also a manager I know that what is customer value for us, but in your organization he is just passed away his time, please take him feedback on this, everything will be clear that what are doing your managers with the customer, very pathetic experience with him.

    i had purchased the TVS JUPITER at 11/11/2015 from your authorized dealer in alandi (pune) maharashtra.
    basically this dealer is sub dealer of tvs motor company ltd.
    but still i don’t get the invoice of vehicle, insurance copy or any other registration copy from dealer..
    i strongly followup the sub dealer of alandi (sai tvs) for papers and number of vehicle .
    but no response from dealer..every time he give some bad answer also used the abuse language..
    when i go to some other dealer to know what exactly the problem occurs,
    i got the answer that ,this vehicle and dealer is under sidhivinayak tvs wagholi (authorized main dealer) .
    i also visited to that dealer sidhivinayak tvs wagholi (pune), he also give some stupid answer.
    now i used the vehicle without passing and insurance on road .. it is dificult to used my tvs jupiter.
    so i will take the legal action against dealer sidhivinayak tvs and TVS MOTOR COMPANY LTD.
    I WILL FILE THE POLICE FIR AND COURT NOTICE TO THE SIDHIVINAYAK TVS AND TVS MOTOR COMPANY LTD.
    company has to take strong action against my complaint.

    I purchased Scooty pep plus on may 29th from Prakruthi Motors Jalhalli Cross branch . I face lot of problem with the vehicle. Whenever I ride the vechile it gets off automatically daily. I even gave service to Prakruthi motors but still I am facing the same issue. Please I need replacement for the vehicle.

    I purchased an Apache from Hindustan TVS Guwahati on 6th Apr,2017.After a few days the silencer pipe developed a problem which was said to be replaced by the service centre. But after 3 months also the same has not been replaced and each time I approach they put some excuses. aid this the service of TVS? The RC is also not yet supplied. I expect of resolving the issue immediately.

    About TVS company I dont know. But they are fighting to stand in the current market look like. I am saying this Because In pune they have dealers like Yash automotors. If you will serach in google yash auto warje or yash automotor please check reviews from people. and not only me who expericed the chip working method of sales executive. Out of 100 ninty nine people saying worst service provider, rude staff, poor skills and knowledge of sales executive.

    Now Why I am telling on this forum is first I experienced this and 2nd I want you to be aware either its manager of TVS or browser who is willing to purchase bike from such dealer.

    Stay aware!! TVS is good brand but you are loosing market due to such dealership, its not tvs motors fault but watching crime is crime too. so TVS motor is responsible for this too. by giving dealership to yashauto who are not caring their customer. I have purchased bike before one month however sales executive used harsh language and did not provided any document or kit which has to be provided to their customer. If TVS managers are looking this and want to ignore this suggestion which is in front of you then I will say “God Bless you!!” No one can save you throwing out of Market.

    I have already registered a complaint previously with reference no 45173.

    Please look into the matter and do the needful ASAP.

    I am Sahir Shariff from KADAPA Andhra Pradesh, purchased TVS Scooty Pep+ on 10/2/2017,and I received a call from the dealer on 22/3/2017 for serving the vehicle on I took the vehicle for service instead of water wash the technician applied oil all over the vehicle including saddle ( seat ) I noticed that I tried to give complaint to the Service manager but he was unavailable then I tried to give complaint to the General Manager he was also unavailable all this happened at 12:45 pm I returned to home again I visited to my Dealer to complaint the issue then also both the Service manager and General Manager was not available,on 10/4/2017 I went to the show room for some reason and I tried to complaint the issue to the General Manager he said that I am lying him why should I lie? Is he my relative,my friend or my enemy I don’t have any kind of contact with him till 10/4/2017 on that itself I saw him instead of receiving my complaint he blamed me for purchasing the TVS vehicle he asked me directly who told you to buy TVS Vehicle Infront of somany customers he insulted me I had given complaint about the same issue to the customer care team of your company by calling them again and again they connected a conference call to me with Mr Chinna Rao by saying that he is an Territory Manger he spoke to me but he is supporting the General Manager and started blaming me that I am lying why should I lie don’t I have any work ?I am also an educated person,then Mr Chinna Rao given me the contact number of Mr Ramana Babu,by telling that he is also an Territory Manger ( I don’t know how many territorial managers are there for one Territory) he is also the same he said that he worked here for 3 years in his way of talking I understand that he has very good relationship with General Manager of MDH TVS KADAPA,he is talking in support of him finally he is also telling that Customer is fool for purchasing the TVS vehicle,see these type of persons you appointed as Territorial Managers,I want to ask the company directly that is really Customer is Fool for purchasing the TVS vehicles if so I want to rectify my mistake by giving back you my vehicle in return I am not expecting single penny from you or from the dealer instead I will pay you for taking back my vehicle,please take back my vehicle I don’t want it anymore because I do have some self respect I do have good name in my hometown here I don’t want to spoil my name by become fool for purchasing your TVS vehicle please take it back.

    Tvs is the worst company Ive ever seen.
    At first I loved to ride my new TVS Apache rtr 180,which I purchased on 15th July of 2016 on finance. I’ve dropped a payment of 35000 in the beginning.
    But as the time goes on its mileage starts declining and problems regarding to its services increased. From 2 months of my bike there is leakage in my tubeless tyres. I would have not been concerned if there is leakage due to rough biking,but the leaks are from the side of the tyre just beside the rims. In a month there is about 3-4 leaks which costs up to 200 to 300 rupees.
    I complained about this several times in the service centre but there is no response.
    So I would like to say my friends not to buy any bike or Scotter of this company, as it’s after sale services is the worst!!!!
    Just hate it.

    I have purchased TVS Jupiter on 31 Jan 2017 from Dhanlaxmi Automotive TVS Pune Maharashtra.

    I have complaints against this showroom.

    Switch start function not working since last 22 days.- as switch start function not working in my TVS Jupiter due some reason the battery is draining .I have submitted my vehicle in showroom on 9th March, but after 22 days the problem is not resolved and everyday they told me tomorrow your problem will resolved.

    Please do the needful action against this showroom, I am really frustrated with their services and behavior.

    I have purchase TVs Jupiter on 3o Jan 2017 . its tyre get one puncher on 9 th Feb. When I go in puncher shop. Shopkeeper says tyre is out. TVs provide very cheap accesasary with there bike. Its tubeless tyre but tyre damage in just one puncher. Its my request to all people pls do not buy any TVs vehicle. Activa is more better than this. Very bad experience.

    Hi I am mushtaque, this is to inform the my bike MH 01 BC 7570 Apache RTR 180 is in workshop (Innovative bhandup mumbai)
    I have dropped my bike for a repeat repair work which was supposed to be done within 2 days and the date when I left my bike for repair was on 17th Feb but still I didn’t got any reply except saying that it has not yet approved from warranty.
    List if the repeat complaints mentioned by me was:..
    1) Tapped noise.
    2) Fork noise found ply.
    3) Rear shockup found very week. Three to four time visit in workshop about this job.
    Last 3 to 4 days l am trying to contact with sms area manager Mr. Anuj but no response before i am call toll free no & ragister Complent about this but no respons I am not able to understand me kya karo kya tvs bike Le kar main ne big mistake kar di please help me .

    I, Mrs. Manjiri D Nachan, have purchased above said vehicle on 18/11/2014 from SAIBABA TVS showroom, Hinjewadi, Pune(Dealer code-11113) with EXTENDED warranty(booklet no-1271391) by paying extra amount. I was doing regular servicing at your authorized servicing center at SAIBABA Sales Pvt Ltd., Chinchwad Pune. As this servicing center is too far from my residence and it takes more than one day for it, I had to check other servicing center. So I prefer another genuine servicing center which is near to my house. Hari om Servicing Center where I do regular servicing of Jupiter for year 2016.
    On 1st Feb 2017 my vehicle suddenly had break-down on belt due to which it could not move. After primary check we could know that it is Crank Shaft thread related issue the crank Shaft trading And milling are dimage, which is in turn concern with Engine directly.
    After a long follow-up with Company customer care as well as dealer we could not get our claim. Hence we had no option without going to Consumer forum. We have registered our complaint in National Consumer Affairs (Docket no: 158142)

Should you consider my problem or not .I can’t wait more with yours peoples. Sh. Amitabah Bachhan ji do not advertise and prompt your product when he will come to know about your peoples behavior . Company manufactures lakhs of jupiters but any piece may be defected Which is your responsibility to change the product immediately But yours peoples are not work for customer & they evade my problem . It serious matter for a high standard company like TVS Motor which has a good market value . If a massage of negative approach of customer about your products .you can think what happened with you because 50000 thousands rupees amount for middle class people who spent his hard earned money on your product for a long time investment . If a middle class customer can afford a loss of 50000 thousands rupees, then he also spent his life like you (millionaires).

DRIVEIN ROAD AHMEDABAD. my present issue is regarding service center of OCEANIC MOTORS they have not organize management in their service center i had gave them my wego for service the delivery date has been passed away before 2 days but i didnt get my scooter back. they are giving chance to put legal action against them………………this is very shame full for TVS…. I found very poor service & satisfaction … if you will not put any step against OCEANIC MOTORS i will go to police and consumer court.

    As i have faced a very bad equipment used in my TVS Jupitor moped used by company persons.Moped Design is Hats off.but the assembly work done is very cheap quality .

      yes i agree with the point mentioned by ganesh pawar and the main reason we have to bring to the attention of TVS Co., is that of service sicne after sales support is not given by dealers and TVS should ensure that they call customers for those customers whose vehicle is in warranty and take opinion of the customer about the end user satisfactiopn and dealer friendly which is not happening as deaers are not giving a good service support, myself been owner of Jupiter purchased in June 2016 and having completed around 8000 kms as I udnerstand that dealer is not giving good service , this may be noted and TVS should ensure that they depute an expereined Technician/ Sr.Technician to visit dealer site and attend to the problems faced by the customers in general and if a particualr complaint is pending and issue is not resolved. TVS as well as the dealer does not call customers to take opinion now a days and we do not get call from TVS CSC to know feed back- request take a serious note of my suggestion and ensure smoothly and friendly co-ordination with customer .

    I recently become part of TVS family. I have purchased Jupitor ZX from Shiddhivinayak TVS showroom, Wagholi. But the service I receive from showrrom is really pathetic. there is sense of customer satisfaction to showroom staff. I have purchase Jupitor exactly 2 months back and I am still waiting for RTO documents and Number plate for my vehicle. I was feeling really proud to be part of TVS family but that did not last longer. Its very shameful that such brand doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.

    Hi, first time I purchased TVS product, I dint expected this type of worst showroom and customer satisfaction in any other products. I bought XL 100 in September  2016 with full cash at Srinivasa TVS Malur showroom. Just imagine almost 4 months completed. I dint got reg number and RC book still. They called for RTO verification November (after 2 months). I have roam to showroom as begger. Very worst situation made me with this TVS. Even your staff don’t know how to treat or give respect to customers. Nobody cares in showroom. That’s way TVS is in ground level. I won’t suggest to any one to buy TVS products. I dint want to suffer  anyone like me.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I hereby inform you that I am the customer of TVS Motors from the days of TVS Champ.
    On 23 March,2016 I purchased Apache RTR 160 from Bhavya Motors,Alambagh,Lucknow. Till now my bike has covered 8,640 kms only. I have a problem regarding chain system of bike. It is producing a sound which started just after 3rd service. I complained about it more than 4 times.It may be because of malfunctioning of Chain Spocket. But this malfunctioning is attributed to wrong adjustment of chain system during service. Even after the 5th service it is not addressed.
    Its not the issue of 1,100 rupees of chain spocket. I already own a MARUTI SUZUKI SWIFT DEZIRE VDS and HYUNDAI SANTRO GLS and hence I can spend the required amount very easily.
    The issue is that your authorised service centre has caused this problem and hence they should rectify it.
    I hope my issues will be resolved soon.

    What ever the prices kept in online of dealers in Andhra Pradesh is it correct or approximately information in online of all dealers. Why I am asking is present I using YAMAHA vehicle since from 10years, but now I like to buy TVS SPORTS of yours vehicle. So I saw in online in cuddapha, tirupati. Then I contact the dealers in kadapa & tirupati. But there prices what ever you kept information of prices are wrong. They are saying more amount than whatever you kept in online, the main dealers by maintaining sub-dealers they solding more price. If you want to enqire just do a phone call to them as customer. The difference of prices I will mail the prices what they are saying, if it is possible to send voice recording if you agree.

    I have STAR city plus vehicle, which got damaged in accident and I raised claim for same through ICICI bank. My claim number is MOT06066029. I handed over my vehicle to S.S. Motors, Miyapur, Hyderabad on 10/11/2016. So far I have visited this showroom more than dozen times and I am getting the answer as parts are not yet arrived. It is almost more than one month and I could not get my vehicle back due to nonavailability of parts. How much time it will take? Why company is not satisfying customer? Requesting/demanding to get it fixed as early as possible.

I had suffered with the same situation , they changed my Jupiters Carborator and side stand. How i came to know coz everytime i use to see that but on the 2nd free service they changed to older which i had objected and told them , hence they rectified and replaced to new. In future i m not going to give my bike to this Matrix service any more instead now i will pay to the local garage. Atleast they will do it in front of us.

    The poor service is been to offered to the customer of Navi mumbai every day the customers visited the office shout at the staff or at the owner at Shree Sai the service is poor I have completed three months but no numbers for the Jupiter Zx model. The vehicle is shown three times to the RTO inspector but result is Zero please do not buy Jupiter from Shree Sai the staff and the Owners donot care about the customers or they do not know anything call after sales service.

    How horn of new vehicle is not working properly? ?? It means horn using in scooter not up to the good quality…
    TVS should take initiative and should replace horn free of cost….

They have been deli dallying the matter at first they said they do no have pick up man and after much deliberation they confirmed they would send the pick up man and had taken my contact no. also and confirmed to revert back. But still I am awaiting for the pick up of my motor cycle for servicing.

    You are requested to please look into the matter and help me in getting my vehicle serviced as its hampering my day to day life.

    this complaint is against the GURU KRIPA AUTOMOBILE sub-dealer of MCR AUTO, MANGOLPURI,DELHI.provides a defective JUPITER SCOOTY THE gap between seat(frontside)and the helmet hook is very high its looks ugly ,the rear tyre of the scooty got air prssure down when its stands,I makes complaint on TVS TYRE WEBSITE but no response.
    Now I have no option except to contact with the consumer court if the TVS MOTORS official not contact with me within 15 days on my mail.

    I have purchased scooty pep black colour 2010, My vehicle side shield was broken so i went to balamurugan tvs vellore and left to replace the vehicle damaged parts on 19 th august waited for a week works manager said no availability of spares they collected 600/- and delivered the vehicle, and works manager said demand in spares company is not supporting for spares what can we do, after communication he said with in a week we will call and replace the damaged so i met gendral manager on 19 th of september no proper response from him, so i reguested to meet Md of balamurugan tvs vellore He was no there, so kindly replace the damaged plastic parts mentioned by me i will pay for it other wise provide me a certificate that there is no spares availability for this model recently purchased, failed to do so we will take legal action

    SBM TVS peravallur Chennai is the worst place to do service for the vehicle .. I have experienced a very horrible one In that service .. I’m not goin to leave it ..I’m goin to spread all over website about my experience in that showroom.. and TVS you spoil the name n image by having these kind of poor service station … they took around 100days to deliver my vehicle and it’s just a hint .. I’m gonna spread my bad experience all over Facebook whatsapp n other things so that no one get affected like me …improper n non respect n indiscipline talks by the service ppl ..

    i have buy a new model of tvs apache rtr 160 cc , after 4 month the noise of engine was coming . i went to the service centre of tvs kailash motors durg chattisgarh they not solve my problem and said that noise was reduced by itself .. but it was not work and after then i was again reched the tvs service durg for the servicing but they disturb the engine and the result was that the noise was increase and the one part of the chamber was damage frome where the oil was leacked slowly slowly . again i went to the tvs motors janjgir and they tell me t change these chamber part to stop the leackage .please tell me what can i do for these because i was not able to afford these again and again . please tell me sir .

    I had given a complaint to the customer helpdesk through mail about the broken shock absorber for scooty pep plus MH12GE 6614. I gave the vehicle for servicing wherein the service was terribly poor. I was not given an estimate time required for the work to be completed nor was there any follow up from service people. I had to call them every day to ask when would my vehicle be ready.
    After such a fatal failure of your vehicle how can your service also be so lethargic.
    At the service centre I was told that the shock absorber was not broken but the bolt inside it had lost its the reading. If the absorber was not broken then why was it changed?
    My regular Century TVS service person says that he had asked me to change the shock absorber but however everyone says that this type of failure of absorber was not expected hence the replacement was not forced upon any sooner.
    If thus failure could not be anticipated by the service person how is a customer supposed to anticipate such failure. This issue could have been fatal. This is also the case for my second scooty pep.
    I fear your approach towards customer safety and delight is leading you to the loss of your own faithful customers.
    I am writing this mail to create an awareness among you about how you should take care about the safety of your customers and ensure full customer support and satisfaction. The remaining actions to be taken by me will done very soon. Photographs attached for your reference.
    Make sure you do not supply any such vehicles hence forth.

    In march 16 the same complaint has arrised after 7 months. the shock absorber broken again and dilocated from its position could have caused another fatal accident.
    VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND PRODUCT. PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

    I purchased a TVS Jupiter Scooter on 3rd september 2015. The number of my TVS Jupiter Scooter is DL4SDG7764.I regret to say that my experience with TVS Jupiter is 

    very bad,after the third service the scooter has stopped taking self and its that I need to kick start the scooter every time which is pathetically pathetic if I go by

    experience.I did complaint about the self issue to SK TVS MAYAPURI Service centre. The mechanic in SK tvs told me that I need to take the scooter to N.K. Trading Co.(53,kamaruddin nagar,Metro pillar437,rohtak rd,

    ratan bagh nangloi,new delhi110041. This is they are referring me when the SK TVS MAYAPURI Service centre has new batteries but they are unwilling to help on the battery issue.So I had to travel from uttam nagar where I live to nangloi 

    to get battery checked but have not got any satisfactory service. I am still facing the self issue due to battery problem and I am fed up with the kind of service and material TVS jupiter is using.

    I will never recommend any of my friend to buy it. Kindly get my matter resolved else I have to raise the issue in consumer forums to get this all mess sorted.

    Respect to the higher authority this is Arfat Patel from Aurangabad trust TVS company since Scooty was launched,to my family i have given only TVS brand vehicle till now i was much satisfied with the service but as i took Jupiter Limited Edition service got worst vehicle number is MH-20DN-8607
    Problem was its rear tyre got cracks and for this purpose i have been to Mahesh Auto where Anil Gaikwad first took the matter very lightly then after he said Tyre Engg will come next day so next day he called me and said engg is comming when i reached there he made me to sit there for long no engg came when i asked how much time he made to speak with engg on phone and he said without seeing the tyre that i should pay 60% and rest 40% will be paid by company, i asked him why should i pay when its a technical problem to which he said its compnay policy pay and get and he was not talking also properly his name was Sumit Kumar.
    I request to the authority pls look into the matter and solve my tyre problem…

    HI guys very recently I have purchased Tvs Jupiter from Sohan Motor Faridabad.
    Actually they people are just sitting there for sale.
    Once sale is done they don’t know you.
    When the day I purchased my scooter and till date it’s been a month but no seat cover I got till date. And in front light guard they fit the different guard for both light.
    And when I request them to replace that they did it in next service but again it is not fit at all.
    At service station no technician takes initiative to handle the complaint. We have to chase them for hours and in fact more.

    I bought a Tvs Scooty pep+ 3 months back. Within a month self start not working. The sellar M/s.Fast bike , Mugappair west , chennai-37, continuously giving wrong commitments for the past one month to replace the defective battery.

    I am totally dissatisfied with the sellar and the bike. I couldn’t start the bike even by using kicker.

    Hi I have brought Apache rtr 160 3 months back only 3 service has been done but the bike starts vibrations at the speed of 70 and the bike timing chain starts give a lote of sound the service center supervisor told me it is very common in apache (Indian moters belendur ) . so friends do not buy TVS bike because they have very poor Service station . so be care full with TVs bikes .     This is Shyam babu Patel , I was parched of TVS Phoenix 125 CC Bike From your OM TVS dealer Kanpur road at Raibreli in U.P. on 13th October 2015 through HDFC Cheque , already Bike full payments was paid by us to Your OM TVS dealer within week but my Bike Registration No still was not handing over to us from your dealer end due to RC two times to more our Bike challan may be through raibareli Traffic Police & also facing so many problems during on Bike running times. Every time may afraid from police end And my native place at Subhash Nagar kanpur Raod , Near Rajghat , (Chakbahadur)city raibareli , UP . Also all required documents handed over to him during on purchased time. During on purchased time they have informed to us within 10 days your RC will be handed over to you but now two month to more has gone but our compliant as its is stand on from day one stage not any improve and nor any communication with us about this matter . This is my problems because of I was selected your TVS Bike & models , not to your dealer because of he got full payments against bike why they understanding my problems on till date & till time our phone also avoid on 14th December -2105 from Kanpur road Dealer Branch . Then due to it, I have decided to complaint to Head Office. I never think they are cheating with us also got Full payment from us as per which was Requirements for Registrations to all . Now , I am calling from after 10 days & so many times meet with your Dealer Manager at Kanpur road , rananagar , Raibareli , He was every time tell me within three day sir I will be handing Over to us . But from day one I am waiting documents from him. And one critical Problems at their is not service center at Shoo room place due to above all your Bike costumer facing trouble from bike service end . I would like inform to you & share my personal; I am employee of M/s Kirloskar Brothers Ltd Pune & posted at Raigarh as an Associate Manger under NTPC Project. Now I am suggested to please take necessary action /officially against Dealer, Poor staff against. They are not under stood me & my problems. Please help us. Due to your poor service I will remain think in future ………………………..
    I hope you will be arrange my RC documents within two days & take necessary action against dealer’s care lees / poor staff.

    Service center pe 5-6 tym complain kart h usk bade jab wo part pura kharab ho jaye tab action liya jata h har service pe kabhi 1500rs ka ye part lagega kabhi 2000rs ka ye part lagega…. aisa h to fir hum apka product kyu le and aplogo se service kyu karwaye apn vehicle ki…… i m tired to treating this type of non-sense i hope i should sale my bike of tvs and use another company bike

    I Discus With you on my bike problem within in 2 days. End of the day I decide to get service from Local bike service coz. yash tvs told me to change handle rod with that bar and total cost is 1300/- rupees, service charges extra, no any options.
    But I think this problem is not big problem just feet it, enough -(So why they say me to change part, get new part. I told You in Previous mail on this part Problem and my bike condition With Pic. Check Previous mail.)

    And i decide to get help from another local bike service. Ple. Note- Finally this problem solve in 5 min and total cost is 20/- rupees (only fitting charges) This all is very funny story.

    Finally, I decide never go at tvs service for to get bike service and From this time I never buy any tvs bikes Because of like this tvs service provide, service provider and you (tvs corporate team) who care for customer.

    This feedback is not only from me. I listening comment from my friend circle, people Who getting service from tvs. I thinks you do only follow up on my feedback -complent, but not do strongly action. no go in deeply to see what happen in service center, and finally people always face like this Problems, situations,.. Yet to start ( In 1 year ) I given you always complent. So I think On this feedback You will not get serious. I am really unhappy on like this service.

    This is my last mail for your company as complent, as feedback because I tried. I am really not satisfied for tvs service

      Fully Agreed to Namdev patil, I have purchased a new TVS Apache RTR 160 on 23rd August 2015 there is so many problems in my bike, Bike missing problem, Chain set problem and tight gears problem.
      I have write so many mails in TVS Customer care but TVS Motor Company is getting not serious. I am really unhappy on like this service.

    Totally disappointed with the product. You have given me a diffective product. I bought Jupiter from KS motors on 5/7/15 from MI road branch, jaipur . In every 5 days some or the other problem occurs in the product like engine gets off in every 1 km or like brake problem and now the product is making some kind of noise while driving .. I want my refund totally fed up with the product.

    I have purchase a Tvs apache in the moths of April 15. My bike got accident last Wednesday. I was visit the service centre at Wednesday the staff of the service centre SK TVS MAYA PURI said to me that – ” aaj to Wednesday hai aaj kuch nhi ho payega aap kal aa jao” then I visit Thursday they continue making argue with me but don’t given attention to my bike condition. They continue making fool to me and not repair my bike and I was continue suffering due to the staff of service centre. And today is Sunday 2nd August 2015 they said me ” hum apka bike repair kar rahe hai lekin apke bike ka same color ka murgard nahi hai hamare pass aur apko dusre color ka murgard lagwana padega tabhi hum aaj apko apki bike denge”.

    Dear sir/mam they have making too much plotting against me. I have suffering too much difficulties in my life due to non avability of my bike to me. I am taked with the manager of the service centre namely Shri. Ashwani and K S SHARMA sir but they also not solve my issue. My bike registration no. Is DL4S DH 0717. I am registered owner of my bike.

    NOW I AM THINKING THAT I HAVE DO A BIG MISTAKE TO PURCHASE A TVS BIKE.

    I had purchased TVS Jupitor scooter from Manchanda Automobiles, Mohali (Punjab) on 5.08.15 . Having misfiring & starting problem today when my wife was driving a distance of 10 km. We called at 7.30 pm at service center & asked for assistance. but they said nobody is available here, bring your scooter at workshop on Monday i.e 10.08.15.

    I asked them to help me on sunday but they said we are only selling on sunday but not providing service. Is this the way of working of TVS motors. My wife has to toe the scooter at my residence.

    In today’s scenerio every automobile manufacturer providing 24×7 assistance & sunday opening facility. Why in case of TVS??????

    I have touring job, my wife is working from 09 to 5. Now i have to send 70 yr old father on monday as i am having a urgent conference out of station.I have taken the decision to purchase TVS ahead of strong brands like Activa, Maestro, Suzuki but now i think it was bigest mistake of mine.

    Is this the way to behave with 4 day old customer.

    Kindly replace the scooter or refund the money.

    Due to some incidence my bikes headlamp supporting metal bracket is damage on 15 June 15 from that day I had follow-up with service center but every time he told that company not sending this bracket we are also continuous making follow-up

    I was working in tvs motor company mysore. In our batch there were 50 candidates among them I was alone christian But in December 17th 2014 they removed me from the company blaming that I’m not fit to work in company.They removed me because of castism.
    I asked help to union leader of tvs motor company mysore – Rudresh. First he told me that he will talk and help me. After two weeks he is telling he can’t help and not receiving my call. After I asked help from hosur union leader- kupuswamy.
    He also promised me that he will talk to management and he will help me.
    From december till now im calling him every week but his answer is “he will talk”.
    I have worked there for 4 yrs but they didn’t give me any settlement.
    I don’t have any political support means no one is helping me.
    So please sir forward this letter to MD of tvs motor company.
    I want to ask him…..
