    I am an NRI. I was very much excited to have a flight from Hyd to kadapa. But in reality Booking tickets with trujet had been my worst ever experience. I am very much frustrated with their counter services at GMR.

    They changed the flight timings atleat 5 times from 8:30 AM till 3:55 PM for my outbound flight to kdp.
    When asked for a print of the updated itenary in GMR, they asked me Rs 200/- . printed itenary didnt match with the timings of the flight that we received in the message. it is evident that they dont even maintain the records properly. After getting into GMR, at around 9:30 AM they again changed the flight timings. They called it as planned maintenance.

    For my return flight they played the same game of changing the flight timings atleast 4 times. I had to call them to ensure that I dont miss my international flight.

    due to their irresponsibly changing the flight timings, no one is ready to book transportation to the airport.

    I hope trujet management CEO consider this bit seriously and respect the customers at the counters and take actions in not shuffling the timings. Please understand that we have connecting flights that dont reschedule just like that like trujet.

    This company not good
    I removed ticket from Goa to Bangalore.
    My departure time was 17.20 on 1March 2017.U reached airport at 16.35 on 1March2017 & i went to counter of trujet 16.45 because of there was line for security check I became late. So that person I don’t know the name he told me that I m late that he can’t send me for boarding. This is rubbish because of them I got late. And I requested that person
    He is faltu person how is sitting there. And i wasted my money who will refund my money. This not the way to treat the passenger. I complain to higher authority person this is my first complain.

    Sir you are became chairman of trijet airlines from ap, it’s proud of u. So why can forget ur mother tongue in ur business organization, why can u provide Telugu language in ur customer care option?
