On 20th Novemberer 2019 I met with an accident. I gave my car to viva Toyota for service on that day itself and submitted the necessary documents. They promised me that they will give car on 27th Novemberr. After two days i called them to check the status and they told that they got approval from insurance and they will deliver car on 27th.
On 27th when I called,they told that they will deliver the car the next day.On 28th they told that insurance person is on leave and they can’t help.
On 2nd December i googled service reception number and Called them.They gave bodyshop manager number.Body shop manager told that the advisor who inspected my car is on leave .
When i visited them on 3rd December they told that some work is pending with insurance.But the insurance people told that the repairy work is not done yet .
On 4th December they told that my car is ready to get delivered and iam suppose to pay 4114 and asked me to enquire with insurance people for further queries. When i asked insurance people they told that service center people have replaced some unnecessary parts. Finally I got frustrated and gave 2400 rupees but they are acting too much to deliver my car
Even though I myself took risk of contacting insurance people, i had to pay so much amount.

After several times I sent my fortuner in Rajyog Toyota, Latur for the very minor problem front left seat is noisy. There is some minor problem which creates noise in car while running which disturbs me & the noise doesn’t allow me to take rest for sometime.
The service level in Rajyog Toyota, Latur is very worst. Please resolve it at earliest.
i did my Innova servicing in Sharayu Totota Bhosari last month.They did nothing and given car 4 days later just after washing and no servicing and charged @10K. I have been user of MUL, Hyundai, M&M and Toyota vehicles and presently having Toyota Etios 2013 Model. Due to product performance—-Excellent Toyota has been my 1st choice. Recently in the month of June I got booked Creta SX with Harsh Hyundai, Rewari (Haryana), i got repeated calls for delivery, I am a resident of Rewari (Hr) and my business is in Mandi Dabwali approx 35 Kms from Bhatinda. Toyota dealership in Rewari is situated at walking distance from my residence, I visited to Rewari Dealership for enquires regarding Innova. one day when i was going to Bhatinda for some personal work, i also visited to Pioneer Toyota and enquired and telephonic confirmation by GM-Sales Mr. Davinder Singh to get the vehicle arranged from anywhere and deliver at the earliest i.e upto last of july . Inspite of Price difference higher than Grace Toyota,Rewari but early delivery assurance/committment I got cancelled booking of CRETA and booked INNOVA CRISTA 2.4 V, Package: X, 8 Seater Colour ;Metallic Silver with Pioneer Toyota and handed over a cheque of Rs 100000/- receipt no REC17000855. Due to non compliance of committment (not to provide quotation) i filed a complaint on toll free no. complaint regn no TCM 0717162742 16.07.17 but it is utter shocking that no solution has been done while dealer has submitted a reply to toyota that delivery will be made upto september. i felt cheated and decided not to own and recommend toyota due to false commitment and it seems that Toyata management has no controll over dealers and dealers are at their liberty whatever they want to do and there is no client/customer complaint redressal system. In toyota dealer is king and overall MUL and Hyundai are ahead of toyota in client satisfaction.

I was a great fan of the toyota company, but after an incident that happened in my life i lost complete trust that i had for years.I’ve never even had second thoughts on buying ur cars, but now I do.
I own a Toyota innova August 2012 model. My cars number is TN 66 F 7508, it has run 53,000 kms. I serviced my car when it ran 51,000 kms. I have also applied proper insurance. On 22.4.2017 i was going with my family from pollachi to thanjavur to visit few temples. when suddenly I felt something going wrong. I colud not control the car, what happened was, the tyre got removed from the axle by itself. Then my car went totally out of control and it rolled three times and landed heavily on the road. All thanks to god for saving our lives. My whole family was shaken after that incident . There were elders in the car, just imagine if something bad had happened instead . Now the problem is the insurance company is not giving full claim for the accident. It would be thoughtful if you look into the problem.
I’m sending this mail not on any personal intention but on a sincere concern about the others who purchased your conpany cars. Customers satisfaction matters more than anything. Lives are at stake. Negligence at the part of Toyota to even perform obligatory inspection of vehicle elements at the time of dispatch, would have caused me a major personal injury or even loss of life for me or others. As per company norms my first service is free and i had given the same for servicing in your authorized service center at M/S J D Toyota Bilaspur (C.G.) on 8th march 2017 vied company service bill no – 1032 and the bill amount was charged 2987 rs to me. I am surprised that like a renowned company like you, How you are rendering your service?? within 15 days after your servicing the same my front wheel (bridge stone Tyre) both side condition is very bad shape which needs to be changed immediately, running km shows till the date 12800 km. Also i am surprising that within first service how you can charged me? And how it was happened (wheel condition)??
I am not getting any co-operation or any support from your branch office after lodging complain for the same on 08 March,2017 vied docket no 1032. If I am not getting any co-operation from your end then i may go for the next step, which will be effect your brand image.

I have sent my etios car Up78DF5929 for servicing to sunny toyota kanpur on 07 sep2016 at10 am.Advisor call me and told about leakage of wheel cylinder .I allow to her for changing of parts.After some hours message came for completing of car.I called advisor then she told me that wheel cylinder is no available.When you deposited 1500.00 as a advance then we ordered the parts.without advance we couldn’t ordered parts.Due to non availability of small value parts my vehicle is lying in garage. I want to bring to your notice a recent incident that has happened to me when I bought a Toyota Corolla Altis car from your Thirty SixToyota dealer in Faridabad.
I have recently purchased this car on 23th June 2016 , i.e , Thursday , however I noticed some fault in engine on Saturday morning to which I made call to the Sales Executive , Mr. Vikas Bhatia and shared the pics with on whatsapp. I was suggested to bring the car to the Service center so that they can look into the issue and the very next morning , i.e Sunday , I dropped the car to the service center. They performed their local troubleshooting and checked through their Laptop software and confirmed that there is no issue in the car. I was satisfied as we can only believe the Service center Mechanics . However in the evening on the same day , I again received the same Engine Fault light in the meter.
I again called the Executive to which I was again requested to drop the car to the Service Center. I hav again dropped the car on Monday Morning , they kept the car for the whole day . tested the car thoroughly and again delivered the car by Monday evening ( again confirming that the issue is resolved ) .However when I checked upon receiving the car , the issue was still there and I could see the Engine check light again . I had again delivered the car to the Service Center expecting the issue to be resolved now , however , this time I did not even receive any response from the team. Annoyed , I went to the service center searching for a revert , to which I was surprised that they need 3 to 4 days to detect the issue
I feel ashamed to tell you this incident . I had purchased a new car to which I am facing such issues.
I wonder what will happen after 3 to 4 years when the car will get a little old. I don’t need such car with already so many issues. I hope you understand my situation , as when you are purchasing a luxury sedan worth 17-18 lacs , you don’t expect these issues.
Kindly look into this and its my humble request , to please change the car and handover a brand new car ( making sure there are no issues ). I don’t need such car with already so many issues
i booked my liva vx at globe toyota, chandigarh, mohali on 20/6/2016. davinder sharma sales officer dealt my case. till date i.e. 11/7/2016 nobody is informing me when will i get delivery. the sales officer does not even pick his mobile. frankly , didnt expect this from a toyota dealer!!!
Mam/Sir, after our complaint we got a call from Narmada Toyota-Anand. We were informed that as a result of our complain we will get our car (Innova Crysta 2.8 A/T Zx, Silver colour ) within 10-12 days.
Today as I am writing to you, it is exactly 2 months and 5 days, since we booked the above mentioned model and I am sorry to say but still we haven’t got any proper response from their end and the situation is at is-(i.e no delivery yet).
Mam/Sir, I’d like to request you to not to take this matter just as a complain. This is absolutely amateurish, unprofessional, ridiculous, clumsy, pathetic and unjustified response of the personnels from Toyota and the brand Toyota itself.
I do not accept the excuse of non availability of model after booking it on 5th May’2016, which was exactly 2 days after the launch; especially when my waiting period of 3 months is on the verge. On top of that I’d also request you to check the record at Narmada Toyota-Anand that our’s was the 3rd booking.
As a loyal customer of Toyota since last 12 years it is extremely unfortunate for me to write this complain to you again. Please do not let me plant a root of thought of indirect and different way of booking otherwise would lead me to a sooner delivery. I hope as a wise brand you will understand the hidden message.
Mam/Sir this is the last time I am writing to you as next time I’d be directly filing for RTI on the same matter. Please take this matter seriously as the brand “Toyota” has let us down with its infantile excuse.

I have bought a Corolla ltis in 2012 and it has run about 60k kms.At 40k kms I staarted getting noice from the fron t shocker side and the service people at Naanddi Toyota where I regularly get service done said said no problems .Agaain during next service I complaineed this and they saidd no problem/
During the last service Isaid there iss jamming sound from rear wheeelss and they serviced and said no problems.But during my trip to Kerala mY BRAKES got jammed and abnormal sound came and the vehicle had to be dragged to nearby NIPPON TOYOTA and both discs were replaced.Also learned that thefront shockers are in bad shape.
Then I checked up why at Nandi toyota they have not told me because they wanted the warranty to go off which is 4 years for the shockers??
The service centres do take feedback ,but dont do anything .Also it is apity that such company like yours behave with customers like this and get stuck up in the middle of the journey and sspend heavily.

hv bot innova in 2012…the sales person gave me all wrong info…n ven i went for delivery…the things ver changed….n that person was very very rude to us ..like he said if u want buy the car u can…otherwise no issue…we have other customer to by dem,..
after that..sm seniors came n solved the issue…then comes the servicing part…i alwayz use to send my car for servicing in the same service centre coz that was close to me..the day come they call me to pick my car…at 4 pm..sir ur car is done u may pick ur car…i go there…i c my car on ramp…for servicing..they say will give your car in an hour..i wait…i ask again is it done ,.they say yes almost…they make me sit there till 9 pm..the whole showroom was empty,,,the staff had gone…and nobdy there coz evrybdy left me,,,saying its done they will handover your…it will just take…mins…and at last had nvr got the car that…i called the concerned person…he says you may go home…and come tomorow to pick your..car..i was shocked..i said how will i go…there nothing from here for me,,,not an auto,,,or taxi..after me abusing them…and said will stay whole night here…and complaint about this incident…he cuts my call….in anger…then sm securtiy comes take me to the car and drop me home at…10;30 pm around…then the day comes again….2015…had booked pickup an drop on 24th or 25th sept 2015..had claimed some insurance just for sm scratches and painting bumper..n tail lamp to be changed..no 1 called or followed me as far for the car status…it was been almost a week…i called them on 3rd oct 2015…they said,,,will deliver you car tomorow..said ok…nvr that day came…i called them on 5th again ..they say its almost done the driver is here is he comming to drop ur car in 20 mins ..said ok….nvr the car was delivered…8th or 9th oct 2105 i get my car delivered…i drive my car home i found there pulling problem…within mins i call the concern person…he says ok…will send tomorow sm1 to pick your…car…driver comes the next day…takes the car,,,delivers me same day…said is the pulling problem gone…evrybdy says..yes…b4 that sm senior officers had come to take my feed back…and dey said we work on it..n give u..the car bck….but again ven i drive the problem is still der,,,i called them…coz this problem was not there b4 servicing…they say its ur tyre problem,,,,u need to change ur tyre…i said but servicing it was all ok..your drivers took the car till service centre you can ask them..i go to a local garage…with in seconds he tells me there is tilt in your steering…i called service centre…and tell thm about the tilt problm…he says o haa yes myt b..will send sm1 n pick your…this was 3rd tym the ver taking my car to service centre in just 8 days…i waited for their call…for pick up…but nobody calls…2 days after i call them…he says o ho..haa i forgot…vl send sm1 in the morin…one of your driver stays in your area he will pick….nobdoy comes…dat day is today…17 oct 2015 when i call him,,,he says…ya will arrange…i also said have a long journey the nxt dat that is 18 oct 2015…plz…pick early..he says…yes ok///b then at 4 pm today 17th oct 2015 sm ppl and senior comes and picks my car…and have promised me that they will deliver the car till 10 pm today…and i m 200% sure…they wont give my,,,car…or if they give…the problem vl be still there…ok in so many of this days the doucments have submitted my,,licences,,my RC SMART CARD….was in the service centre…had called them…they said it was not with them…i scared…i searched my full house,,my full office,,..my other car,,every where possible…but dint find it…i called them again…saying please check if its in showroom i remember had given it to the driver..plz check…they say..we have checked everything its not with us…after 2 days i get call…sir your documents are here…were in one of our drawers ,,,hidden under sm paper..dat means nobody was bothered to check…

The above cited car was purchased by me (Customer ID: l15034528) from M/S Galaxy Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Delhi vide their invoice/bill no. VSI50000139 dated 27/03/2015.
The car has driven around 5500 Km. by now. I am pleased to inform you that this is my Fourth car manufactured/marketed by TOYOTA and this clearly shows the Trust I had in TOYOTA.
Recently, the Oil seal of differential system was found leaking, which was rectified by the dealer. The real trouble started when unwanted sounds were noticed at the time of driving the car.
Now, for the last 3 days, the vehicle is lying at dealer’s workshop without any reasonable assurance.
Dear sir, my trust my belief in TOYATA’s reliability, quality and reputation is shaken. I am disappointed and feel betrayed.
I have been advised by well wishers to go to consumer’s court but I found it more reasonable to get in touch with you for redressal of my complaint.
You are requested to look into the matters and have my car REPLACED immediately.

My Toyota Fortuner Car No. KL 05 AF 3333 Steering is not functioning properly, and given to Toyota Service Centre Kottayam, Kerala on 13 August 2015. Then they informed us that the steering rack is leaking due to some internal oil seal failure. The car driven only 37000 km. I strongly believe that this is caused during manufacturing of the part or a mechanical design issue. Since five days no positive action has been taken from your side, informing us that your representative will investigate the cause for the fault of the car and inform us. And also informed that they send several photos to your office to confirm that how the fault occurred and they are facing first time such an issue with a Toyota Fortuner.
Your immediate assistance is required in this regard to solve this issue ASAP. You have to replace the entire faulty unit to ensure that this problem will not repeat again.
I am using Land Cruiser Car in Abu Dhabi and I am happy with Toyota Brand, however because of this incident I doubt about the reliability of the Brand itself, and especially my wife is driving this car in India.

Please refer to the above vehicle bearing the Engine No. 402917 and Chassis No.MBJUJV6104029171, was purchased on 10/07/2014 from you. The vehicle has undergone service and change parts many times under the following dates and defects.
07-08-2014, 02-09-2014, 10-10-2014, 16-12-2014, 08-02-2015, 12-02-2015, 03-03-2015 and 08-04-2015.
a) Full Differential changed with new one. B) A/c units changed for cracks. c) Whole Dash board removed and re-fixed. d) Engine belt changed three times and once on payment basis before the vehicle crossed 40000 km running. e) Wipers blade changed several times. f) Break pads facing done twice.
During the past one year there are about eight services and change of parts done. There is same inherent defect in the vehicle and there is no guarantee that in the coming years it may not develop many such problems. We are constantly in touch with your service centre with many problems. Every time when we give the vehicle for repair, the service centre people retain the vehicle for two days and it is very difficult for us without vehicle and lot of physical and mental agony. After spending lakhs of rupees on the vehicle it is difficult to bear the pain. Hence we request you to replace this with a new defect free vehicle.

I wondered why they attended half the way. I am the first customer segment decided to buy the Toyota car when it is launched it’s Diesel Hatch back version because i like and love Toyota cars for it’s great brand name and trusted quality.
