Dear Top N Town,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received from my Top N Town distributor, Asha Enterprises. I have been a regular customer for the past 7-8 years and have always purchased Top N Town ice cream for my store, Vijay Laxmi Kirana Store, located in Vishwakarma Nagar Habibganj Bhopal.
From Last many years, there is a 3-day program in my colony starting from 26-04-2023, and I had submitted an oral application to my distributor for a freezer through salesman Mr. Mukherjee. Initially, he refused to provide me with the freezer, but after persistent requests, he promised to provide me with a freezer and ice cream.
However, I was dismayed to learn that a temporary shop located near me has been given 3 freezers by Top N Town and was even threatened that I no longer need to sell Top N Town’s ice creams.
I believe that this is unfair and goes against the principles of fair competition. I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that all retailers are treated equally and given the same opportunities to sell Top N Town ice cream.
Now the Program will start from tomorrow, what should I do.
