    Hi, I visited your showroom in Pacific Mall Subhash Nagar New Delhi to get new battery in my Tommy Hilfiger wrist watch. The behavior of your executive was very rude. I raised this issue to a senior guy which was over there. He was cool & decent.
    Now When I called to check the status of my watch that executive shown the rude behavior & calling me was from a new No.(9818588559) & abusing me.
    He threating me that come to our showroom.

    This is in regards to the “POOR quality of customer service” that I received from the Tommy Hilfiger Outlet in Select City Walk Mall, Saket, New Delhi.
    I had visited the Tommy store along with my wife on Saturday, 21st October’17. I had some gift vouchers issued by Tommy outlet, Bangalore (for Rs12000) and wanted to redeem them at the store. Since the new winter collection is yet to arrive at the store as informed to me by the staff, I decided to come back during the first week of November’17.
    However before I left I wanted to check for the validity of the coupons. The store staff and manager on duty were unable to help me with the details since the vouchers did not have a stamp. The store manager offered me to provide the information on Sunday after checking with the Bangalore outlet. Keeping in mind the brand image and my prior experience with Tommy US I happily accepted the offer and left my contact details at the store.

    To my disappointment I have never received a call back from the store staff/manager. When I called the store on Sunday afternoon to check for the same I was told that the store manager is currently unavailable and will call me back once she is in the store. As expected no call back has been received by me from the store.

    This kind of customer service is totally unacceptable from a well established brand like Tommy Hilfiger. In the first place the store staff should have been able to provide me with the coupon validity details. In case they needed more time which I gave them they should have atleast been courteous enough to call me.

    I have been a loyal customer of Tommy US over the years however I feel the customer service being offered in India is well below the standards as set by its American counterpart. Kindly look in to the issue and let me know how I can proceed to get the required details.

    I bought Tommy gold colour slippers from your Silver Arc mall, Ludhiana outlet on Saturday 16Th September Around 8 :15 pm. When i came home and opened the box it was filled with 5 cockroaches. I fail to understand how your staff could pack slippers in such a box. I am not looking for a refund, but as an owner of a business, I understand how a staff can make or break a brand. And I am very sure that I will never enter the store again. You definitely need to take this matter up with the store staff. Regards.

    I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger ladies watch model no-TH1781738J of Rs-10,995/- on 18.3.2017 from Samarth lifestyle Retailing Pvt.Ltd.Shop no-3,Kailash Tower,Lal kothi,Tonk Road,Jaipur.The store gave me the watch without being started because they don’t have any watch mechanic in the store.They asked me to walk down to a nearby store to get the watch started.I went to nearby Titan store but the watch mechanic said that the cell of the watch is not working.I complained it to the lifestyle store but they requested me to go to nearby another big Titan store.I went there and here the watch mechanic informed me that the cell is okay but the watch has some mechanical problem which is being removed.I was very annoyed but want to get rid of the situation so I move on with it.But on 10th June my watch stopped working and after an hour and so it started again.I am very upset and unhappy with the quality as well as the services of the company.I am highly disappointed with such a big brand.I want my money because the watch has some manufacturing defect .I don’t want to visit service centre again and again .Kindly look in to the matter and reach a amicable solution.Thanks.

    to whomsoever it may concern,

    today i went to tommy store located at tonk road in jaipur .
    as there was a promotion going on that on a purchase of 10999 , we can get a shirt free worth 4000 rs.

    i selected goods worth 45000 so i was in the bracket of 4 free shirts .

    the store manager tells me that as it will take some time , i will tell you the amount by manual calculation and deliver the products to you and later i will send the bill to you by whats app. i said fine.

    they told me the amount and gave the products and while i was abouot to leave , the store manager says that i am sorry sir as the promotion is now over and we cannot give you the offer.

    i spent almost 1hr 30 mins selecting the products and 30 mins at billing counter and in the end , i did not buy anything because they closed the offer after everything was done.

    i feel this is quite unprofessional for such a reputed brand .

    i think some action should be taken on this matter on urgent basis.

    Please don’t purchase anything from shoppers stop @vashi .I have purchased a Tommy Hilfiger suitcase worth 10k and was told it has got a 2yr warranty covered for breaking , it was cracked from both bottom corners in just 4 days and now the bag +warranty card is with shoppers staff and after contacting them after 2 weeks they replied it’s not covered in warranty and we can even repair it so what’s the point in fully customers? I m lodging a case against them as soon as I’m back in india.Hope some one at TH read this review and get back to me with a better option.

      Diamonds are of poor quality. Mechanism stops working within 1st year of purchase. Titan service centers are only out to make money but not do free service (inspite of warranty period). Opt for better choices in the market, this one is definitely not worth the price.

    I bought 5 Tommy Hilfiger shirt for my son who was going to join college but I came to know later that only formal shirts are only allowed out of 5 shirts 2 are not formal so I went back for an exchange but the store manager was VERY RUDE.     Dear Team,
    I brought my Tommy Hilfiger one and half years back from an Authorized Titan show room.
    Model No-TH.102.1.14.0878

    I brought it around 2058 hrs and while reaching home i realized that the watch stopped working at 2100hrs.
    Next day i went and replaced the watch.

    After 3 months the internal hands which show s days, month etc. stopped working.

    I went to the Titan show room again and they received the watch and after long 30 days I received the watch. As per them they have changed the machine inside.

    After 3 months same problem again started .

    Now I don’t have the patience to go to the shop.

    Now the age of my watch is 1yr and some month, it’s still in warranty.
    Now a new story, the wrist belt of the watch got detached from the watch.

    What to do.

    How many times I have to visit the servicing center.
    Who will pay for the harassments?

    However I will be visiting the titan show room today and will expect my wrist belt will be replaced without charge.

    I bought one Tommy Hilfiger watch from Swiss watch house, Cochin before two and half year. After a couple of months the watch stopped running.
    After a couple of days I rushed to the shop and they told that they will replace the machine not the full watch as it is beyond their Policy. I got the watch after two week.

    Then after some days it got stopped again then I had gone again to the same service center they again took the watch made me wait for one week and given it to me telling that there was some problem in the machine. Again after some more months (just after the guarantee period) it got stopped. Once more I went to the shop again and now they saying it will cost me thousand rupees plus to resolve the issue. It has now happened thrice before and after guarantee period I am fed up as I never expected that when I buy an international brand by paying more than 8000 bucks. I won’t suggest any one to buy this brand any more since lot of other brands have long lasting good quality watches less than 5000 bucks.

    Hi,

    I bought fresh stock Tommy Hilfiger shirt from Shop 75-76, MGF Metropolitan Mall, MG Road, Gurgaon on 20th March 2014 as my brother’s birthday gift. It’s a white-creamish shirt. He has worn this shirt only 3 or 4 times in 3 months and honestly he liked it very much. The quality of fabric is very nice and prints are modern.
    However, during the last week of June 2014, after we washed the shirt one day, it had a faded color or you can say bleeding color on the back. Something yellowish kind of color bleeds. I washed the shirt with all my other office whites with mild washing powder in the machine. There were no extra chemicals used or colored clothes washed along.

    I thought it might be some sweat or something which did not go off in one wash and I tried to wash it again. The stain is still there.

    On 1st July 2014, I took it to the store and asked them to either fix it or switch it. The store representative (Mehak) looked at the inner side of the shirt and said she can’t help me because the shirt is from 2013 stock. I was shocked to hear that because when I bought the shirt, I was denied for any discount as it was under the Fresh Arrivals. I showed her the purchase receipt for 20 March 2014 and then she said she will see what she can do and took the shirt. She handed me over a complaint receipt and promised me that she will get back to me in a week.

    I waited for 2 weeks before I called them on 16th July 2014. I called in the morning and first three times the representative (some girl) hung up the call. Finally when for the fourth time I called, I talked to Mehak and she said she forgot to check and she will give me a call in some time.

    Mehak called me after 10 minutes stating that the shirt has been returned back from the QC team and they can’t do anything about it. When asked that why she did not call me to inform about it for so many days, she said the shirt just arrived which is just unbelievable.

    I never expected this. I have never had such a bad experience on buying a branded product. I am so sorry as I never expected that when I buy an international brand this is the last thing expected to happen. I hope a solution from your side. I hope that the stage never comes that I suggest people not to trust this company. Hope you won’t disappoint me.

    I am writing this mail regarding a Tommy Hilfiger watch (Model no. TH1790765/D). I had bought this watch on 4 Aug 2013 from DT mall, DLF city center, Chandigarh.
    Since the time i have purchased it, i am facing problems with it. The dial up of the watch gets slow down on its own and the watch stops working after few days. This is the third time i have given my watch for repairing at Tommy Hilfiger service center at KAPOOR JEWELLERS ,SCO-194-195 , SECTOR-17 C ,Chandigarh. This problem is since the time I purchased it.
    Every time i give my watch for repair, i get the same reply “you will not face this problem anymore” . This is the third time that same problem has occurred and i was promised that these guys would file a complaint to the company, but no complaint has been filed till date. Its a matter of shame, that your people make fake promises to people and don’t deliver.
    I had bought this watch for 9500 Rs but have already spent petrol worth 2000 Rs till now on getting it repaired. Moreover, its very difficult to visit the service center again and again. Once its out of warranty, every month I will have to spend 3000 to keep it working. Its shocking that I am having such an experience with a reputed company. Even a 2000 Rs watch wont cause such problems at the initial stage.
    I never expected this. I have never had such a bad experience on buying a watch. I hope a solution from your side. As the watch is non repairable, I would recommend a replacement. I hope that the stage never comes that I suggest people not to trust this company. Hope you wont disappoint me.

    I am writing this mail regarding a Tommy Hilfiger watch (Model no. TH1790765/D). I had bought this watch on 4 Aug 2013 from DT mall, DLF city center, Chandigarh.
    Since the time i have purchased it, i am facing problems with it. The dial up of the watch gets slow down on its own and the watch stops working after few days. This is the third time i have given my watch for repairing at Tommy Hilfiger service center at KAPOOR JEWELLERS ,SCO-194-195 , SECTOR-17 C ,Chandigarh. This problem is since the time I purchased it.
    Every time i give my watch for repair, i get the same reply “you will not face this problem anymore” . This is the third time that same problem has occurred and i was promised that these guys would file a complaint to the company, but no complaint has been filed till date. Its a matter of shame, that your people make fake promises to people and don’t deliver.
    I had bought this watch for 9500Rs but have already spent petrol worth 200Rrs till now on getting it repaired. Moreover, its very difficult to visit the service center again and again. Once its out of warranty, every month I will have to spend 3000 to keep it working. Its shocking that I am having such an experience with a reputed company. Even a 2000 Rs watch wont cause such problems at the initial stage.
    I never expected this. I have never had such a bad experience on buying a watch. I hope a solution from your side. As the watch is non repairable, I would recommend a replacement. I hope that the stage never comes that I suggest people not to trust this company. Hope you wont disappoint me.

    Hi,

    My problem is more of a frustrating kind of a thing. I bought one new Tommy Hilfiger watch from shopper stop, Delhi on 2nd February 2014 as my marriage anniversary gift to my wife .After a couple of months we realized that the watch stopped running.

    After a couple of days day I rushed to the shopper stop and they had then send me to the nearest Titan service centre where they have found that the watch is really a faulty one as it is sometimes running and sometimes it is getting stopped.. Due to the business policy or whatever(Shopper stop) they said that they wont replace the same watch by a new one
    When i went to the Titan service centre, they told that they will replace only the machine not the full watch as it is beyond their Policy ..I then gave that watch to Titan Service Centre who had told they will replace the machine and will the same would take 15 days.
    I got waited the watch work for some time and then after some days it got stopped again then I had gone again to the same service centre they again took the watch made me wait for 5-7 days and gave it to me telling that there is some problem in the machine..It has now happened thrice am just so sorry as I never expected that when I buy an international brand this is the last thing expected to happen
    Would require assistance to get the same sorted out
