courier sent on 20th august to bangalore from trivandrum tdy is sep 10th , i have not received the consignment till date i have papers related to my tax filing in this parcel , when contacted the trivandrum courier office the contact person Mr.rahul behaves irresponsible , i managed to get the area manager mr.sharath name and contact no . despite trying en no of times he is not answering my cal , i tried texting hom regarding my issue ! still he never responded back . shame on such services by professional courier . dont go to meeting room to understand why ur loosing the market share to your other competitors .. its there in ur crm page

This professional courier’s delivery is bloody damn slow and they are such a irresponsible staffs
Professional courier services are very slow.Mumbai to Pune courier takes 4-5 days for delivery.i.e More than local courier
Your branch is not giving delivery with in two km. They return documents with no reason and visit the branch you will understand the behaviour.
