This is inform to you that i have recharged through your tapzo app by my registered mobile i.e. 9266719158 to 9210028844 with amounting to Rs.177/- on 18.09.2017 but due to any reason it is not success, and the amount of Rs. 177/- has been debit to my account and transferred to Tapzo wallet.
further i try to recharge mobile number 9210028844 by Rs.151/- i.e. also not success. Lastly i recharge by Rs.75/- and Rs.9/-it has been success. i further try to recharge by Rs.75/-as my balance is showing in your wallet. The recharge is not success of Rs.75/- second time but the amount has debited to your wallet. without credit balance in my phone the second time recharge amount has been deducted. The detail as are under:-

The balance Should be 93/- but instead of this, the wallet balance is onlyRS.18/- are showing. I therefore request to you kindly credit of Rs.75/- in my Tapzo wallet.
