    On 27/10/2017
    I booked tab cap at Mumbai airport to kalbadevi
    The airport counter took 100 charge and told I have to pay approximate 500 to cab driver as per meters
    But as per meters I have to pay 780.00+60.00 sealing toll
    Driver told that the meters is correct and it charges at primium rate
    The airport counter misguide me
    Driver name Nasir
    Time 11.40 am approximate

    I travelled from borevelli to kolshet road (thane) and charged me.2100 with saathi’s name -kadar rolliya cab no.MH 02 1167 ..’.hw much so charge?? I want a neat and clean answer regarding this..

    Dear Concern,

    This is to inform that I had hired Tab on 08.10.2016, TAB CAB no was MH01-BD-6168, With sathi Santosh Kumar Naik : PH-8451097317, Drive ID :74565.
    I had traveled from Mulund checknaka To Kalyan east,

    While checkout I had asked for Bill so Sntoshkumar had handed over the bill of Rs.1108.80/-, So I had asked him for the discount rates which I had received from tabcab through SMS. but he said this bill is after discount and some time it will not displayed, it was very late approx 3.30AM in the night so I had not argue with him for the billing amt and paid him 1110/-. later on when I reached to home I got a massage from TAB Cab that my thank you for choosing TAb services and your billing amount is Rs.912.66 including ST and Disc.

    so ultimately I had paid Rs.196/- extra to Tab services.

    Kindly let me know the by when will get my excess amount refunded..?

    I always use TAB sevices instead of Ola/uber/meru etc.

      This is their usual style…. I have been duped like this for last 10 times atleast…. Ibhave registered 6 complaints with tabcab but every time they have a standard response which is we are sorry for your inconvenience and we have verbally warned the driver and the same thing gets repeated. Off late I send them a written complaint about misbehavior of a driver at Mumbau Airport to their email ID which is butvthe mail bounced back after one full day. I was using tabcab for last 2 years but now I realize that their major problem is their inability to handle drivers who are all Cheats and crook. I have taken up with airport management to disallow them services at Airport. I have stopped and recommend all to do so with tabcab.
