I opened one account in syndicate bank, Peerzadiguda Branch, Uppal, Hyderabad-500098 to transfer my retirement benefit funds. For the said transfer BSR Code was required. On my request the bank has furnished the BSR code as 0332536. However, when the said BSR code number is filled in it was not accepted by the computer. On verification from Google, it is found that in the list of BSR codes, the said code is not in the list at all. Unless the BSR code is filled in the system, my application will not move further. I request your authorities to update the BSR code of the Peerzaduguda Branch, Hyderabad so that I can transfer funds.

I am writing this email with a serious complain against branch services and behavior of branch staff. I have taken this feedback form others account holder as well.
Background:- My father Late Chitta Ranjan Paul, was an account holder (97732200038020) of this branch since the branch getting operational. He passed away June 2013. After that I had personally visited once to close this account and my brother was visited trice with the same objective. Unfortunately unable to fulfill our requirement.
In case of account opening also we faced problem , more importantly the behavior of branch few staff are very idiotic. Not at all customer focused, I had also seen fighting between banking staff in this branch.
Today I have visited again to close that account , also request them to attend me, they again keep me on wait for ½ an hour just to listen my need, because they are more concern about their newly fitted LED setup. Again they asked me to come tomorrow because I asked them to give needs of requirement in writing. This is not the first time it happened, it happens often in this branch, I may the first person to raise my voice and writing email to higher authority for look this matter seriously.
I would request you to look in to this matter and take a corrective measure.
