This is to inform that my father Ganpat Ramchendra Kelji age 80, pension account no. 50592030000559 since year 1992 at your bank in Mumbai branch at Bhandup (W) . Now my fathers ATM card is invalid (Expired) for the year 2016 month Sept,So that i visited with my father to branch dt.30.10.2016 for applying a new ATM card, but bank staff as well as bank branch Manager refused to issued new ATM card don’t know why .
I ask for any Gov.GR or any Bank Circular that do not issue the ATM card for pension account than i will leave the bank,or give me that in written but branch Manager hyper at me and said this is our rules.
