    I got Swish 125CC 2 months before. I am not received the service box & tool kit. When i asked the dealer then they said it is getting delayed from the Suzuki main dealer itself.     Dear Suzuki, M/S. Kiran Suzuki. where i purchse my new bike This is to inform you that i have purchase Suzuki GIXXER from your showroom on dated 11.12.2014 at 7:00 PM. My Vehicle No. is MH 01 BW 9096. After leaving from your show room my bike got stuck in midway to petrol pump due to less amount of fuel filled by your staff after delivery of bike. My Further complaints are bike was not clean at the time of delivery it didn't had a new and fresh look. Going forward bike license plate light are not in working condition. Really surprising as a suzuki dealer your are not carrying the brand or rather i would say you are not bother about the suzuki customer satisfaction. Suzuki is trying to boost there two wheeler market in india but sorry to say with this kind of service and attitude you won't be the best in the market. Hope Suzuki will take any appropriate action against this otherwise i need to go for other option.

    Dear Sir, You have appointed some hopeless dealers of your vehicles in Pune area one of them is Shelars suzuki in parvati gaon .I purchased suziki pep from this show room i have submitted all my required documents .then also i am not getting prpoer responce from this show room for no. and documents .I every day following them regarding documents but there is no any answer from them. I have purchased this vehicle on 14th jauary . You appointed such hopeless dealer. In future i will not try to purchase zsuziki bikes or suziki vehicle and also will suggest to my all friend and related person not purchase suzuki vehicles because of such types of head-ck who willing to purchase bike .

    Aryan Suzuki white field Bengaluru. Has worst service.I have given my access 125 for service on Feb 24 . Its been five days .the service guy has delivered my bike to the wrong guy . Aryan Suzuki service management. Had asked one day to return my bike to me . It's been 5 days the service guys hasn't replied anything .

    Hi Every one, , I am facing lot of hell problem after taking SUZUKI Access 125 CC.. from the day one , as i have informed to the service guy and and where i have purchased the vechical,( VALUE Suzuki motor show room , near vasantha nagar Bangalore). after that i have given to APPLE SUZUKI service center to get it solve, but there also they have not solved my problem , from that only i met with an accident , i was in bed for 4 months, i got fracture on leg, they have put rod on my leg. after few month once again i given to service in BTM layout, APPLE SUZUKI service center Bangalore. i said that bike getting vobling , jumping , on small dig roads, its not comfortable to ride, so please b4 taking Suzuki ACCess or any bike. ask them to give proper service. i rate them for the service is 10 of 9.. its very poor service, and they dont have customer care number also, to contact. i suggest don't buy SUZUSKI Access , buy Some HONDA BIKE.... my contact no is 9886786222,,,

    I purchased gixxer SF from Toms motors Thiruvalla, pathanamthitta , Kerala. I give my bike for first service in toms motors thiruvalla. After service i get my bike with a slashed ceat. I asked them what this, they told me sorry and told me they will change the ceat within two day, Now 2 months completed they didn't do anything, i go there asking them they told two days two days . What can i do? Will you give dealership to these type idiots no one promote suzuki. Your agents service is two bad , Now i know suzuki customer care its tooo bad . I need claim for this problem .     Dear Concerned,  As I am Balram Badu one of your suzuki access customer and of SAPTHAGIRI SUZUKI who unfortunate or difultly  purchased your company product without knowing that the company is only for the name sake & provides a worst service compare to local store because I thought being such a  well known  organization you may provide apex level of service but that kind of it  I never expected from you team & also I would like to share some of my visit during my scooter service period please find the below incident details. On my 1st SERVICE  THERE WHERE MANY DEFAULT, ENGINGE GETTING VERY MUCH HEATED OVERALL, BODY PARTS LOOSE, MILAGE AROUND 27KMPL, ENGINE GETTING ATOMATICALLY  OFF, & THE SAME ISSUE WAS FORWADED TO THE SERVICE PERSON & HE ASSURED ME THAT WILL NOT REPEAT AGAIN, I BELIVED YOU GUYS BUT AFTER TAKING BACK THE SCOTTER AGAIN WITH SAME ISSUE. ON MY SECOND SERVICE. ON MY 5 TH SERVICE TODAY EXACTLY I GOT THE CALL IN REAGRDS ABOUT MY SERVICE OF THE SCOTTER FROM SAPTHAGIRI SUZUKI AS I AM ALSO WELL KNOW COMPANY SENIOR MANAGER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SO I WENT WILE GOT TO MY JOB I GOT THE CALL THAT THERE MY 5 TH SERVICE DUE I WENT THERE BUT NOBODY WERE THERE AT THE SERVICE place SO I CONTACTED ONE LADY SHE TOLD ME TO TALK WITH OTHERE PERSONE WHO SITTING NEXT HIM & I CONTACTED THE PERSONE & HE ALSO TOLD ME THE SAME AND SPEAK WITH SUPERVISOR AND SUDDENLY A SERVICE PERSONE CAME I ASKED HIM HE TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 10 MINS OK FINE BIT RESPONSE I GOT FROM YOU GUYS AFTER WAITING 15 MINS NOBODY CAME SO I WENT OUT AND I WAS SEEING THE TECNICAL STAFF I THOUGHT THAT SOMEBODY WILL COME BUT THE KIND OF I WAS EXPECTING WITH PAST 4 SERVICE THE SAME I GOT BUT THERE WAS ADDITIONAL SERVICE SO WENT TO MEET THE SERVICE MANAGR  I ASKED HIM HELLO SIR BUT THE GUY WAS IN A sleepy MODE I TOLD HIM THAT NOBODY THERE TO TAKE SERVICE AND HE IS  NOT ABLE SPEAK PROPERLY AFTER 2 MINS GAP HE  RESPONDED WIAT SIRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR  SO HE GOT CALL IN HIS MOBILE PHONE AND BUSY WITH THE CHIT CHAT AND I TOLD HIM CLEAERLY THAT PLEASE REPONSE PROPERLY ARE IT WILL BE VERY BAD  KIND SERVICE SO HE BECAME VERY RASH AND TOLD ME THAT WHAT YOU WILL DO AS WHO YOU ARE THIS IS WHAT YOU GUYS GIVE SERVICE NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE ARE ANY MY FRIEND ARE FAMILY M

    I have purchase Suzuki Access 125 in Dec 2011, Running 18000 kms, Since from Purchase( from Deccan Suzuki-Pune) having issue of milege 25 kmpl - 27 kmpl and same complains in your delar ( Sai Pooja - Deccan Suzuki), Now emitting Huge smoke and engine is off and starting trouble, I didnt get rsolution till date after regular servicing of Access. Passing : MH-12-HP-5295 How could engine having issue at 18000 kms running, I need resolution of my issue other wise I will go to consumer court and news media. As I am engineer I know the technical things in Car and byke. Also shown Access to technical experts and their comments is "Suzuki Access 125" is totaly failure of Suzuki , Also most of your dealers also says same thing that dont go for Access and it might be Faulty lot of access. I had complaint that start button is not working since march 2016, my problem not solved now they say that your battery required change at your own cost. It there warranty is over with in 9 month. l had complaint in march 2016, may 2016, and lastly in july 2016. But my problem is not solved.So do needful for this.kindly reply on my e mail.     Dear Suzuki, I purchased new Suzuki Access 125 Bs 111 ( Engine no : AF211011215 ) from Karuna Suzuki ,Coimbatore Tamilnadu on dated 9th May2016. I`m not satisfied my new scooter because its creating humming sound while driving. I went to many times to my showroom to resolve the problem but they told me every time it is normal sound no problem. I know that 100 % problem is there my scooter but they are not accepting it.     I have purchased a new suzuki 125 in april 2016 there is a problem in the rear wheel when u tighten the rear brakes the wheel gets jammed and if u loosen the brakes they do not apply on time when u brake.I had showed this problem at the service centre but they are not accepting it and they say it is OK there is no problem.     Hello my name is jikku (30)Cannannore, kerala. I am a proud owner of 2011 model Suzuki Gs150R still using very smooth. You might thinking is he is a fooI to write this appreciation note about a bike which was a purchased 5 years back. I dont know wheather you guys will read this or not, but i have to point out few things abouth this user friendly, coast effective, maintencence free ,bigbike feeling(THATS Y I SELECTED THIS BIKE IN 2011),getting mileage figures of 100cc bikes.This was a brilliant engineering done by Suzuki. No Big bike like gs150 is providing this comfort,height,mileage,maintancefree in this class i maintained it very well it looks brand new after 5 yers of carefull usage........but but but...i regret to inform you that......suzuki you killed ur own baby (GS150R) About the bike..........this is the most underrated bike ever in the history of 150cc in india............some people find this bike as an alien because it is very less on roads,many of them don’t know which model and of which brand???your bad bad bad marketing strategy.......... Once a bullet owner asked me if i sell this bike he need it seems, out of curiosity i enquired him even after owning a new age bullet y u neeed my gs150r???he replied due to back pain in longrides, high maintenance coast he don’t use bullet nowadays.......and he need gs150r . I have been using this bike from past 5 years till this time this guy never troubled me technically and financially as well...yes it’s a NO PROBLEM BIKE. The only glitch i found is the bad attitude of service peoples, other than that no issues at all. Every royal Enfield club conduct Himalayan touring’s all majority rides bullet for these activities....so my question for Suzuki is that y cant you conduct a Himalayan odessy in Suzuki gs150r,already you killed this bike...............but still i want everyone to know about this bike and its ruggedness and versatility and a value of money product which majority of Indians didn’t notice at the time of its launch and it’s just vanished complety in 2014-2016...I own this second gen Gs150R which is the best in class compared from 1st and 3rd evolution. I lives a middle class life in Kerala.......... don’t have enough money to tour without any support from anyone..........but according to me if you guys pass in conducting one as an Himalayan Odyssey with this Suzuki gs150r,it will b a history because it’s a path were only bulleters do.. Apologies, if i said any wrong...... ..................... thank you..a hard core suzuki fan A huge percentage love this big bike- expecting new style bike of this size ,height, width and milaege

    I brought Suzuki Access 125 on 20 jan 2016. I am not getting average more than 30-34 or 35. I brought it from Umang motors, pitampura, delhi. Labour of Umang motors service center is so rude. They do not reply in good manner. I am not satisfied with scooter performance and behavior of service center.

    Setup sales Jaipur service centre is looting with the customers, his service labour head JAGDISH KARTI is making customers fool. He want to secure him job so that's why he want to give maxim profit to his dealer , he so clever and trying to threat the customers, his behavior is very rude. Heartily I request you and one suggestion for a new model of Access 125.The new model of Access 125 in starting system is default (problem). In starting system something is wrong. Please check out by mechanical engineer and review of purchase new model of Access 125 customer. In new model of Access 125 , when starting the engine with a Suzuki Easy Start System some voice come from cell(self) start motor. This voice look like after one year the engine start from Suzuki Easy Start System. The dealer of Morbi (Gujarat) do not pass my this complain to you. Please pass my complain to Owner Of Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited. Please Don’t mind my this complain because customer not tell our product falt. We never update our product.     Hi i am using Suzuki lets Scooty bought from okhla and i ask so frustrated from your service you guys offering Suzuki let's scooty average 63 but my scooty not giving average even more then 37 before 1st service it was giving average 45 and after 1st service it started giving 37 after 2nd service it started giving 25 average then i told service guys and service center manager and also i mail you they did something and then average came to 35 but still it's low I manage then after 3rd service even after approaching them that it not giving proper average don't know what they do but they couldn't resolve it nothing improve and now after 4th service it become worse it just pathetic service given by Suzuki okhla service center now my scooty giving average not even 29 I am just so frustrated of your service no one is professional there even engineers are not good why you keeping such engineers technician who can not resolve even simple issue. Please help me tell me what should I do please approach me professional technician who can resolve this issue. please do the needful.

    I bought suzuki gixxer bike last year September 15/2015. They are gaved 1year warranty of the bike accessories. But last month my bike battery is not working, but I don't know about warranty even I also some work. Then September 21/2016(6 days) I gave to my battery at my service center, they accept my battery, but now, one month later October 17/2016 they are told, the due date is expired so battery will not claim it. What is the service is, only 6 day's later, this is the reason of expired. Am Totally disappointed of this warranty. So 1year warranty is only working in 1year. This is very worst service about suzuki.

    We bought suzuki access from Avinish motors vijayangar bangalore from the first service vehicle is being serviced in the same showroom everytime they service the vehicle have faced lot of issues with them I had to push the vehicle for more than 3 times since the vehicle would not start today also faced the same problem had to push almost 2 kms what is the use of company service center after 1 service have to visit them for 2 to 3 times for one or the other issue this has become routine once milage once compressor while running vehicle stops and will not start atall today same problem they tell compressor problem vehicle has not runned even 20 thousand whas the use of paying service charges every time 1k to 1.5k

    My son bought SUZUKI access in October, 2011 from Noida dealer but in 2013, the dealer closed the show room and service centre and no one available in Noida,hence he had to get service from one Bike Guru ( M/s. Deltronix Automotive Pvt. Ltd. Noida. He spoke the scooter need engine service while the scooter ran only 26073 Kms. as there was no dealer of your company in Noida we had to get done from Bike Guru and paid 6832/- but our problem did not solve though we got regular service done from them and on opening of new dealer M/s. S.R. Automobile on 26.02.15 and then 19/02/16. Now,your dealer has asked us to get done the Engine work and will charge Rs. 5,000/- approximately. Sir, the scooter has run only 29,000 kms. but we had paid Rs. 6832/- and now have to pay Rs. 5,000/- apart from regular service. What is wrong with the scooter of your brand while I have used Bajaj without any problem upto 70,000 Kms. Please advise and help us.

    i am having suzuki 125 cc scooter i was facing problem of smoke in my scooter ivisited your service centere nitesh suzuki nalasopara west palghar maharashtra they assured me we will solve this problem and thay have charge me 3000 rs to solve the problem but when i recived my scooter the problem was incresed i was feeling shame to ride my scooter smoke was incresed by 100 time then previous problem agin i visited your service centre this time they told i have to pay more mony for block and pistone work but this time i refuse to pay the mony for same problem i contect to seniour persone mr.nitin he assured he will not charge for block and pistone he will only charge labor cost that is 800rs and after 1 week they hand over the scooter to me with replaced block pistone but again i am facing starting problem sir due to all this problem i am loosing cofidence in suzuki product sir pls help and resolve this problem. hope you will help me in this and take action against all falls comitment of your staff. awating your reply.

    This complaint is in reference towards a customer service and motor service both . I visited yesterday at Panchkula Autonation service center and shared the trouble caused in my vehicle that the meter showing fuel status is not working and also some other basic problems which i think every second and third vehicle has.Here are few points out of it:- 1- I request to them to please resolve this issue as my fuel meter is not working properly.But they said "we wish to but we dont have that accessories to make to working at our service centre" 2-Later after 2 or about 3 hrs i feel thirsty I request may I have a glass of water please .and again they said we will sir but we are very sorry but we don't have any peon for that so we cant.(see a level of customer service ) 3-Later for some engine problem they said it also cause trouble but we cant make it resolved .AGAIN BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE THAT AT OUR SERVICE STORE . 4-Lastly I request as nothing is available at your service center then i expect to kindly clean up my vehicle atleast i feel that something has done at least on it.But now surprisingly washing boy is also not available for which they said they will adjust that amount to your total will earlier they charged Rs70/- but at the time to compensate they adjust Rs55/- (Great calculation I must say) SO NOW I WOULD LIKE TO PLACE MY CONCERN OVER IT IS " IF NOTHING IS AVAILABLE AT YOUR SERVICE STORE THEN MAY I KNOW WHAT EXACTLY IS AVAILABLE AT YOUR PART BECAUSE IF SERVICE CENTERS ARE ONLY MEANT FOR ENGINE OIL THEN ACCORDING TO ME I CAN INSERT ANY ENGINE OIL OF SOME REPUTED BRANDS AVAILABLE IN MARKET EASILY AND FOR THAT ATLEAST I NEED NOT TO PAY A LABOUR CHARGE ON IT,,,,LABOUR CHARGES FOR THE SUZUKI SERVICE CENTER I THINK IS ONLY TO SAY NO FOR THE AVAILABILITY FOR ANY NECESSARY PART FOR MY VEHICLE SUZUKI ACCESS 125. AT LAST I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE REVERT ME THAT NOW WHAT ACTION YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE AND WHAT AS A CUSTOMER WE CAN EXPECT FROM YOUR SIDE .     Dealers get cheat to the customer at gutkar service station named as keshav automobile. They used to put expired engine oil and put the same oil of scooty to my bike gixxer now it makes heavy sound and heavy white substanceis depositing over engine filler cap. Worst service experience.

    My suzuki access got accident in September 2016. I went to your Auto Zone service station on same day to get it repaired through insurance, But till date you are not able to provide one metallic Marghat to your poor service station. I visited this station approx 30 times in last 6 month but every time Mr. Mishra (So Called MANAGER) repeats same story(Sir peeche se hi nahi aaraha hai). i dont know what is happening in PEECHE. On behalf of your service station am forwarding issue,please provide them required stock asap.So that they provide the same to us. I have purchased Suzuki gixer-II on August 2016 in SUJATHA Suzuki showroom- Coimbatore, I have certain problems in my bike and I have complained regarding this to the service centre in the showroom but there is no proper response from the centre. For past few months I have severe issues in my bike and those issues make me more pressure, the problems are as follows 1. There is some sound arising in Engine I have complained about this to the showroom but no actions have been taken by them till now, They just doing for name sake service after 10days from service date the sound is arising again. 2. During my second service handle bar has been bended and few starches has been done by them and they just blaming on me and my fuel tank crash front, jack up jar not working done. 3. Smoothness of the vehicle is not good even the service is done. If so you can check the draft bills. I have done all the payment properly to them why so they are misbehaving and cheating customers. All the time when ever asks they just reply now its fine but after 10days of service it’s again the same problem. The customer service is not satisfactory (I hope they cheated me by giving a bike which is not in good condition and also no proper service from SUJATHA Suzuki Showroom). I hope you will take proper action for this and make me favour.

    Dear Sir I have purchased Suzuki Hayate on 30/09/2012 Apex Auto Sales ,Lucknow. Till date it has covered only 16450 kms. During this period the clutch assy. was replaced THREE TIMES . 1- CashMemo no. 564 dt.18/10/2013 paid Rs. 727.00 Service card no. 5273 and kms. covered 4724. 2- C.M. no.043 dt. 8/4/14 pd. Rs.1092 kms 6605 3-C.M. no. 1417 dt. 23/8/ 16 pd.Rs. 1312 4-C.M.no.3003dt. 16/3/17 pd. Rs. 1893 apart from this Engine oil costing rs. 230 every time along with lot of inconvenience and mental torture. I am sure that it has some inherent problem either with Design or Faulty parts.     Ihave gone for my Let,s scooter 9th serviceand free engine check up today at Kalpetta (wayanad, Kerala) suzuki showroom. I reached there at 9'0 am. they fill the form, mine was third. THey told me to reach 12 'o clock. Because i have a 6 months old child, i cannot go that time, but i made a call, they call back me at 12.10 pm and told me to come before 1'o clock. I reached there at 1.15 waited for their lunch time, after 2"O pm I asked them, then they allow me to pay bill. I have given the gatepass to Security,.. then only they informed to my scooter is in que for water service. As I am a regular check up and service, why they cannot maintain the work order basis. The manager also misbehave me, At 3;0 clock they informed there is no current, and no water service. Why the suzuki cannot arrange for a solution for electricity problem? Allso i am asking why my scooter is not taking for the water service in time, as i am the third party they have received the job order. I f thety maintaing the job order basis, I think i get my scooter after all service at 11' o clock itself?. Why the manager shouted me for, it was not his mistake. Why? a manager has the responsibility to mmaintain the work order,. I understand that they have some personel interests, so they taken vehicle for service on personel basis, not on job order basis? At last i quit the showroom at 3.15 pm with my scooter, without water service because my small child will wait for me. I have no any compulsioin on receiving the scooter today itself, i went because they called me. I have no time wasting another day for their free waterservice, because one day i have to spent for that. Also, I paid my services bill, and i received their rough words. I am tired with after sales service at your dealers place. From the day one of my purchase it's my complain that vehicle gets off in slow speed. We go for regular services at dealers waghodia road service station but they are not solving my problem since three years which am suffering from the date of purchase and waghodia road service center supervisor manager knows that carborator is faulty but they are not taking action for the change of carborator. I asked front left shield cover at your Ramnad Kalaimagal Suzuki dealer. But the spare was not available to them. We said to order the spare & repair our bike. But they replied that,we didn't had the spare & we couldn't order the spare from our head office. Because our head office was closed from 7.6.17 onwards. If this is the reason means, how is the customers get spares for emergency. This is the very very poor performance of your dealer side. We are very dissatisfied from Suzuki. Kindly do the needful.

    Regularly I am complaining about the service which was given by the Geepee Suzuki service centre, Patton, trivandrum Kerala. 695011. After my first service itself I received my Gixer sf without air in tyre, it got puncture Then I changed my fork. after 300km the other side also got damaged they said that we need to change the both forks. I changed the next also. Now it's again damaged. Even now also they didn't identified my disk pad complaint. They said they have not any stock. Till now am waiting. After Services I am getting New Complaints to my bike. I think they trying to get profit from selling parts. And also please ask them to recruit well trained staff. Bad customer service.

He says you have to pay the packing money. That manager is not the only way to talk to the customer. How to talk to the customer is the etiitiate. And he has refused to give me the bike. Talk to me wherever you want to talk. I will not give you a bike. Sir, I got very upset with this bike but now I will not pay for the money. Three times I have already complained about the fact that my head is packing leakage. But I did not get any response from the Suzuki side.

    Respected Sir, This is Hosang Sorabji Mistry from Surat, Gujarat. I had purchased SUZUKI ACCESS 125(blue colour) from DHARMARAJ SUZUKI AUTOMOBILES, CITYLIGHT, Surat last month on 25/8/2017 when the GREAT GOLD RUSH OFFER was going on in which I had selected UCB Women's Watch as my gift. The dealer intimated that it shall be delivered to my residence within 15 days by courier. But when the gift was not delivered in time, I enquired at DHARMARAJ AUTOMOBILES to which they did not give favourable response telling me to enquire further at Bangalore office & added that its not their fault. They intimated that the gift has been delivered on 6TH SEPTEMBER, 2017 by DTDC courier services. But in reality I have not received the gift as yet(even after more than a month). The DOCKET NUMBER of my DTDC COURIER provided by the dealer is: B42594088. I am sorry to say but I am really disappointed by your after sale services. Awaiting for a favourable response from your side at the earliest.

    Hello sir I bought Suzuki access 125 (disk) from last 9 months I am facing problem with my bike self not work properly and not kick start some times it’s difficult to change in every servicing I told to showroom to fix it but I didn’t get better service till now. Suzuki only focused on sales but not given proper service. I told to showroom Owner for service but there is a problem that showroom dealer says that it scooter will service tomorrow but tomorrow never comes for dealer.     Hello Sir, This is Bhavanesh.A.S from Tirunelveli,Tamilnadu.I am a Pharmaceutical Distributor in Tirunelveli.I have many bikes and scooters for my shop's purpose,but I personnaly have Suzuki Gixxer and Suzuki Swish which I bought from KIRAN SUZUKI VEHICLE AGENCY PVT LTD,TIRUNELVELI VANNERPETTAI.I don't even complain anything about the bike performance or it's style,because it's the best vechicle in India.But the Kiran suzuki dealership is the worst dealership ever.They don't have any senior mechanic or incharger.They only servicing the bikes with small age boys who are not well trained.I bought the bike by seeing the bike style and it's performance,but if I saw the service station at the time of buying,I promising you that I won't have bought the bike.Whoever has the suzuki bike which they bought from Kiran Suzuki dealership ,they don't complain about the bike or it's performance but they're complaining this Kiran Suzuki dealership.I don't know whether you are checking their bill or not,but they service bills are very high compared to other company bikes.I don't want to complain about the high service bill,but the service is not worthable for it's bill.I want to go for second visit for the same problem and again after one week the same problem arises.PLEASE GIVE THEM A SURPRISE VISIT AND SEE THEIR SERVICE STATION.My friends and other pharma distributors also having the Suzuki bikes,they are also saying the same complaints.I am very much depressed about the Kiran Suzuki dealership.Please ask other customers of Kiran Suzuki dealership about their service and their charges.Please take action against my complaints and PLEASE CHANGE THIS DEALERSHIP.

    We have bought all new suzuki access 125, but when we apply for RC of this scooty, we came to know that the details mentioned in form no 22 is not matching with actual condition. Our scooty's color is blue. But according to form no 22 it is mentioned silver. It's the clear-cut case of fraud either by the company or by the dealer of the company.

    I am the customer of Suzuki Access 125 scooter which was bought 7 years ago. the scooter moves well.yesterday vehicle got break down due to gearbox needle bearing broke.I show near by workshop.they did not get from the market.then I went to Suzuki showroom for the bearing .They told me that there is no stock of needle bearing.I again went to Irinjalakuda Suzuki showroom thrissur .they sent me to thrissur showroom but the result was negative.again I went Aluva showroom for that meterial.they also neglected.again I approached Omega Suzuki showroom thrissur through phone.they also not accepted my request and said to me that vehicle will bring to that office.It is very difficult for me to bring the vehicle to thrissur.So I request you to protect the customer interest.Iam not interest to buy Suzuki in future and also I will inform to all not to buy these vehicle because of bad service.

    I am using Gixxer for 8 months and I crossed 10,000kms. Everything is fine but front disc brake had problem in 7000 kms, front wheel becomes tight due to friction in disc brake, I have checked for oil and other basic things but still the problem is there. In service centre they said disc plate has bent.But a mechanical engineer told me that alloy wheel has bent, disc plates are fine. I don't know exactly where is the problem (disc or alloy). After that I checked my friends bikes, their bikes also having this problem. It's a manufacturing defect??. Suzuki give me proper solution.

    Hi.. This is 4th service within 3 months... even after 4 services suzuki has fail to understand the issue as I have purchased this vehicle on 10.10.2017 Vehicle no KA 03 JM 9899 after the first service I have been noticed that there is a abnormal sound from engine the same was informed to the Sr. Service advisor 24.11.2017 after service used the vehicle for 20kms and found the same abnormal sound feeling helpless went back to Meghdooth Suzuki with same problem and it took more than 3 days but issue has not been address yet... Since there was no other options left I have to taken the vehicle back forcefully. Brand like Suzuki should understand the consumers concern. As I have paid rupee 700 /- per day to travel from my home to office which is not convenient for me every alternate week it requires service. I don't want this vehicle anymore need replacement or refund the amount How is it possible that a new vehicle which has not been used even for 3000kms ,such kind of issues are occurring I don't want this vehicle as i have submitted at your Meghdooth Suzuki Service center toady...     I bought one SUZUKI ACCESS 125 on 28th nov 2019 for my mother from Suzuki's showroom in shahdol distt (pin code-484001). As you know that your company provide free service of new vehicle any where in India. I went to Suzuki's showroom of mandla distt (pin code-481661) which is my home town for free service but the owner of Suzuki's showroom denied for free service and said there is no any mechanic available. Regarding this i have called to your customer service number on 23 DEC 2019 and 26 DEC 2019 but the result was no response. Nearest service center from mandla distt is jabalpur which is 120 km far from mandla. I don't know why such unwanted and procrastination work is followed by company.I want to know that in this condition if first free service of my vehicle lapses, who will be responsible?????     Dear Suzuki, This is to inform you that Sai Suzuki Charge Extra for Services as well selling Parts on High Price and before 15 days i went to Sai suzuki for servicing by Access 125 the service guy give me Quotation more the 4000/- for services and fork oil change and small work, when i check Quotation Fork oil price 220 and for changing the oil they charge 750 extra, back side indicator bulb price 75 and fitting charges extra 75, break switch price 45 and fitting charges extra 75 and the charge servicing charges extra apart from this. as well the give me service book SAI Automobiles AMC @ RS 900/- where the mention 4 Service free but still the ask customer to pay. Address: Old, Mumbai - Pune Rd, Mumbra, Thane, Maharashtra 400612 same things i have done from other service center in RS 1300/- only and its worth. Only brand name but their service is like a local garage the are only Change every part without trail the bike and bill is too Hope Suzuki will take any appropriate action against this.
