He was born on 2 January 1952 (age 69 years according to 2021) in Village Meharban Singh Ka Purva, Distt. Kanpur Nagar (Uttar Pradesh), India. His father’s name is Late Ch. Harmohan Singh Yadav and his mother’s name is Late Shrimati Gaya Kumari Yadav. His educational qualification is M.A., LL.B., D.P.A. educated at Lucknow University, Lucknow. His religion belongs to Hinduism and Nationality, Indian. He is married to Shrimati Neeta Singh in 1980 and has three children one son and two daughters. He has been traveled to Russia, Denmark, Spain, U.K., and France.
Chaudhary Sukhram Singh Yadav started his political career as a candidate of the Samajwadi Party and was first elected to the Member of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council for 1990-96 and 2004 – 2010. He has been Minister of State for Public Works Department and Parliamentary Affairs, Government of Uttar Pradesh for 1993-95. In 2004, he was appointed to the Chairman of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council for 2004-10 and in 2016, he was elected to the Rajya Sabha from the state of Uttar Pradesh.
