    My daughter is having an account with your cherthala branch, and she have provided with her kyc details on 18th February. But the negligent and irresponsible officer have not entered the kyc details and instead blocked the account stating the kyc details are not provided. Is this the way you people are running the show. And another main thing is that you have given so many fake numbers on your website regarding customer care and complaints redress. But not a single phone is picked up or answered. Even the number 9847198471 is not being answered. Excellent service to be appreciated by each and all.

    What is this? Is this how you deal with customers by giving fake customer care numbers? I am abroad and I am not able to use SBT Gold debit card! This is just ridiculous! Dont cheat people like this. Atleast this is a semi-govt bank!

    Last 8th, January, I had been applied for a ATM card, in sasthamangalam sbt branch, next week I approached them as asked her, about the ATM card, their reply was we don’t know, it will come on post to you resident address. On 22nd the ATM card came to me, next day I went to the branch, for the PIN, their reply was for pin it will take more than one week, their reply was not good, that is attitude, Would you please let us know, when the pin will come. do you have any idea about that. being a tax practitioner, i have enough transactions on this branch, the ATM card is not for withdrawing cash, for depositing cash in cash depositing machines. When I approach the SBI for opening an account, on the spot they had given me ATM Card, and its PIN, Net banking user ID and Password, every thing. But this SBT branch no, not their service., Let me know this kind of complaint is for formality or did you take any actions.

      The service to the customers rendered from the part of SBT, Palode, Thiruvananthapuram District, is very ridiculous. Customers are being forced to wait long time in counter, due to the delay from the part of the concerned staff. If the duties are arranged scientifically by ensuring much insight, work can be handled smoothly. Managing abilility from the part of the supervisory staff is very less in that Branch. Main Cashier and Assistant Manager have to treat the customers, by rendering good service, inorder to avoid complaints.

      Necessary and urgent steps from that end is expected.
