This SBM is not at all student frndly .I hv submitted al required ducumnts for the sanction of education loan in order to pay my 2nd year tuition fee. I hv given 1st yr result with principal sign n request letr n also letr frm clg saying am studing in 2nd yr by seeing dis assisnt manager told dat letr must say I hv passed out 1st yr . Some staffs are not giving Proper information to customers in State bank of Mysore Devanahalli, Branch , They take more time for issue ATM to 3 weaks (21 days). they give internet kit, but its not working, i called to branch about this issue they are not responding properly, they telling again come to branch office. we rounding n rounding SBM Devanahalli, Branch, and there so many staffs are speak in HINDI, We are Karnataka and Devanahalli in Bangalore rural, People, we struggling to understand what they are telling. Regarding depositing amount in sbm belekhalli. I deposited 500 rs but it didn't deposited. From deposited machine I got only slip please contact our bank manager. I contacted and I given one application they told come after 15 days I went 10 times till now they are not responding properly this incidence happen got over 3months
