don't buy spice mobiles because it's services are very poor even service centers take three-three months for minor repairing and give back unrepaired after warranty is over so nothing could happen.spice mobiles are just waste of money.

Spice mobiles are not allow to sale in market but our govt. Every company allow like spice mobile service like tortoise sorry tortoise is faster than spice mobiles service centre .2 months service only for touch what a company in 2014.

SPICE MOBILE CMPANY is very bad because his sevice very hopeless. my spice nhance 2 is giving lots of problem. after 10 days he create probleme. 1st i will taken mobile to repairing after 3 month later mobile is coming in service centre but this is unrepaire . the problem is not sowled . then again i send in service centre at 26th februari 2014 but my mobile not repaire

I gave spice m 450 mobile to spice SERVICE CENTRE TO PATNA 08/07/2014. Service centre call me on 11/072014 they did not give and call me 15/07/2014 but they did not give andl and they said take more 15-20 days extra time. spice care centre works slows

I had purchased a Spice smartphones MI535 on 09/04/2014 just 3 months ago and after 1 month of purchase i have started facing battery backup issue. I had tried a lot to get the battery replaced within warranty period but did not get any satisfactory response from the authorized service center of Spice Mobiles at Noida, sec-15 & Faridabad ( Puran enclave), even they are not responding my phone calls. IMEI : 911313300604993 IMEI: 911313300684996 LAN No. 8906050990617 Due to the negligence of spice authorized service center, my phone's battery is swollen & not working. Now service center are not entertaining & saying that there is no warranty on battery from Spice .While it is clearly mentioned on spice box and website under warranty clause that: The limited warranty for accessory (Battery, charger and handsfree) is given for the first six (6) months beginning from the date of purchase of the handset.
