Friends please do not place any orders on Snapdeal because in case of returns and not being able to talk to any executive of the company , any errors made by them may remain unresolved for a long time. The performance cannot be any worse than this by any online retailing setup.

I have ordered htc desire on 6th October which was prepaid And received the product after 7days. But it is look like used product and I requested for replacement. They made lot of delay to pick the product and I made lot of calls to customer care and finally they picked the product on 26th oct. Then again I called many times to get my new product and finally they made quality check on 2nd November. They rejected to provide replacement as the product did not meet quality check. I don’t know what quality check they did.may be these Engineers know the rocket science and they applied the rocket science on my product. Some scratches are on back panel and they did not find them. May be they did check in the dark room or else they are blind. I argued with snapdeal customer care people for this issue and requested to cancel my product. But they said I won’t get any refund. So finally I accepted to receive my old product only. But still they are not sending the product. Everyday I am calling them and they are saying wait for 24hrs. I ordered one item Mi Max (32GB, Grey), Order ID: 15584906118 dated 03-oct-16. the item was physically damaged/defective when delivery.then i called to customer care of snapdeal and told about the problm and requested for replacement. snapdeal send a enggineer who checked the mobile and given service call report that mobile is physically damaged when delived. Finally the product was picked on 23-oct-16 for exchange, now its been about 8 days. I have not received any mail or any call from snapdeal, I have been continuously trying to reach by call, all the time the executives say that they have forwarded my complaint and it will be resolved within next two days.
The behavior of the executives is also so unprofessional that even today I called them and asked the reason for delay they are with the same words “wait for 2-3 days”. Even I tried to reach the senior team they are so rude that they disconnect call on your face.

I had ordered Euroka Forbes Wet & Trendy Machine, I was not happy with the Machine at all because the machine stopped also the wheels of the machine we were unable to attach, after placing a complain snap deal had replaced with another Machine the same issues happened again, I again asked to return the product.
I did receive call from courier guy on 24th October ‘2016 saying when should i come for pick-up I told him very clearly that please come on 25th October ‘2016, Unfortunately on 24th October ‘2016 evening i lost my cell phone (attached is the copy of FIR), No one turned up on 25th October ‘2016 from courier service while the whole day we were at home, post that due to Diwali i could not managed to call snapdeal to follow up. But on 1st November ‘2016 again i called up and explained the whole scenario it was been promised to me that with in 2 days some one from courier would come and take the machine, no one turned up for 2 days, I again today called up and from your customer service I understand that they have closed the case.
I do not understand how can someone close the case, in spite of me calling from my end and updated the information about my loss of mobile.
I am really disappointed with the Snap deal service, Let me know what is the next procedure because if i do not get it sorted unfortunately I will have to take this case ahead on a next level.
This was pathetic service what I have ever gone through with the online app.

I have sent a zillion mails to help@snapdeal.com, I have been continuously calling several times to their customer care department and still no updation on my issues.. Even spoke with their higher authority supervisors Karan Ajith and few others, they even assured to provide me a resolution 24 hours several times. Again they did not get back to me..

I received both the orders in one package and hence I had returned both of them in one package itself. I wonder how come their quality checking people did not recognise there were 2 packets in the same package. However I received refund only for Suborder: 19551463301 and did not receive refund for the Suborder: 19551493327
2) Suborder ID: 19551403375 Skipper Set of 2 Door Eyelet Curtain
In this title it is very clearly mentioned Set of 2 Door Eyelet Curtain, however I received only 1. Under what terms and conditions did their Quality Checking Department Declined my Return Request here??
3) Suborder ID: 20029456120 Dekor World Floral Cushion Cover Green (Pack of 5)
In the title it is mentioned Pack of 5, however we received only 2 cushion covers. So I had returned this product for refund and I get a mail from their concerned department saying, the product did not meet quality checking criteria.
I dont get it in what quality did they expect me to return the parcel?? What I received is what I returned, exactly in the same condition in the same packing. Is it uneducated people seated at their quality checking department, who dont even know to read the title where it is clearly mentioned, pack is supposed to have 5 cushions and dont they know to count that there is only 2 in the packet. In such a case they should not trouble their customer instead provide instant refund.
4) Suborder ID: 20029486112 Mesleep Red Peacock Digital Cushion Cover Buy 5Pc & Get 5 Pc Free Yellow Quilted Cushion Cover
I was not happy with the quality of the product so I returned and again their quality check department declined my request.
How can they say that I can’t return this product ?? Under what terms and conditions can they decide that ??
Have they employed uneducated people under their quality check department?? How irresponsible can they be?? They sent me an incomplete order. I am not crazy to pay such an amount for an incomplete order. I have been shopping online for many many years now, so obviously I am aware of the Return polocies and hence every time I receive my courier I open it immediately and if at all I am unhappy with the product quality or any other issues, I immediately repack it exactly how I received with all the packaging and tags. 1. That I had purchased Automatic Side Window Sun Shade Car Curtain For Hyundai I- 10 Grand – Set of 4 Pcs on 14/06/2016 and the Order ID alloted to my order was – 13737901948 and the same was delivered to me 19/06/2016.
2. That the product ordered is not the same as the product received. The product ordered was Automatic Sun shades but the product received was Manual Magnetic Sun shade whose original cost is mere 600 rupees and not 1200 rupees. Also there is a huge gap between both the products.
3. That there is clear forgery on behalf of Snapdeal as it is a clear case of product misappropriation.
4. That I was unavailable during the 7 days return policy due to personal and unavoidable reasons. The evidences of which are available to me proving that my reasons are genuine and not fake.
5. Till now no one picked the product and now customer care called me stating that it cant be done as ur account is defaulter, i put the request using the same account and used debit card for the purchase. Initially I booked a model Micromax 50C5200MHD 127 cm ( 50 ) Smart Full HD LED Television, it was delivered to me and later it was found that it was it was just a MEDIUM HD and not the FULL HD, This was agreed and accepted by the supplier also so it was pickup up back by the supplier and amount was refunded to me through NEFT. Till here it was fine and settled.
Later again on 14th of July I booked again the model Micromax 50C5130FHD 127 cm ( 50 ) Smart Full HD LED Television , which was the higher version to the above model and amount was paid in cash, Amount Rs. 38,185 (Product cost 37,970+ Rs. 215 Delivery charges) since I opted the option of CASH ON DELIVERY . Delivery was done on 21st of July and amount was also paid on the same date at the time of delivery. But again this was not the same model which I booked AGAIN IT WAS A MEDIUM HD AND NOT THE FULL HD and again it was picked back on dated 24th July. This second shipment was sent by seller NEW SHAH ENTERPRISES, MAHARASHTRA, (Invoice attached). Later on 28 July again some other model was delivered and again it was found to be the same model this delivery attempted was done again by the same supplier who has delivered be the product on 21th July by NEW SHAH ENTERPRISES. Since I already paid the amount by cash on 21 July, so i was not supposed to pay any amount this time now, I again requested SNAPDEAL that the models which I am receiving is not the exact model which I have opted for. This new product was again picked back on 29th of July. At the time of delivery and pickup also the concerned delivery and pickup boys also agreed that this is not the exact model, which I have booked on your website.
Above episode has created and lot of agony for me in terms of time loss and a kind mental stress also.
Now since the amount was already paid on 21th st of July and then after both of the models were collected back, So I had a right to demand either for refund or the replacement of my product. I found that on your ad posting there was a word SMART FULL HD, however nowhere in the box packing I found the word SMART. Now on dated 10 August ( Ref no. 27075345) I sent you an email, that either to refund me the amount or send me the correct product or the same product which was delivered to me in the last attempt, because I through that this product might have the SMART features, even if this word is not there on the box packaging. But I received no positive response from you.
Yesterday I have received an email from you stating that there is no amount due on your side, and my account was also suspended. I am OK if you have suspended my account, but if you say that there is nothing to be replaced or there is no amount due to be refunded, this is TOTALLY NON ACCEPTABLE AND NOT TRUE. Because cash was paid at the time of delivery on 14th July itself, otherwise without the payment how could you or your supplier would have left that product with me. I am planning and supposed to take a legal advice on this and planning to file a case in the consumer court and will demand the compensation from you for all this mental torture.
Herewith I am writing you this final email to you to recheck the above matters thoroughly and settle my payment at the earliest or arrange to send me the products which I have opted to buy. I AGAIN REPEAT THAT AMOUNT WAS PAID ON 14TH JULY BY CASH AT THE TIME OF DELVERY AND THAT HAS NOT BEEN SETTELTED YET.

I have ordered a phone Samsung galaxy note 3 however, received stone in the parcel.
The parcel was opened in the front of delivery boy.
Here are your company policies told to me by your Delivery person – In COD case, delivery boy ask for money than only the customer can take & open the parcel. When i opened the parcel in the front of your delivery person & got stone. He was saying that by mistaken it was happened, please get in touch with our customer care i cannot give you the money.
When i registered the compliant to your customer care, they have closed my compliant without any proper action stating that no issue at our end.

I ordered Fossil CH2600 Chrono Men’s Watch on 26th August and done the payment through online later they told no offer then i tried to cancel the product but
not able to do. So they told to refuse the parcel. I did the same thing on 1st September but still now they are saying that they didnt receive the product
back no response for mails and customer care guys were saying the same thing no further update.For god sake i dont know whether i will get the money or not.
Please dont purchase with snap deal..Please please dont trust snap deal for online shopping. am writing this because atleast others to not get this kind of

I purchased acer laptop E5-511 model in, in order they mentioned Windows 8.1 OS but after purchase Linux OS was loaded on that machine. I bought one iBall Nirantar UPS-621 through Snap deal online.But they were delivered broken UPS. I have return this items only mail process but until now they are no pick up my product. 3 months left if chance i will use my UPS with in year. Very worst processing for pick up return the items.
