    A good friend of mine just bought a Skoda. Because his accent is different than the words expected for the bluetooth connection for hands-free calling, when he says a contact name, the car doesn't recognize the words. In the manual, I found where he can record a contact name for his phone contacts, and when the car "hears" his voice, it will dial the appropriate person. Presumably he can record the names (as he says them) of all contacts in his phone book? How do we confirm if his car actually has that function, and if so, is there any documentation in more detail, about how to set it up? Thank you very much, -Mike Myers

    I bought my skoda rapid last November 2015.last week I met an accident it's nothing just hit a street dog.then nothing happened to street dog but my car got lot of losses.front bumber gone,coolant tank ruptured,and something more.I bought my car to service station on Tha same day by towing.I got a nice road assistance.I appropriate that.but now almost 8days in the service centre ie,Trivandrum kerala.still they are saying it will take more 15 days.and I saw my car in pathetic condition hell lot of dust ..my cay colour is black.now it almost white.I brought this car with full of hope because German motors,now I understood it worst than Chinese..and The service is very very poor.I hope I will get reply for the comment.

I purchased skoda febia 3 yrs back From last more then a month my car is under repair in skoda saga work shop in jaipur.there was only starting problem but after more then one months time my car has not been repaired.i m very much disappointed to say that i have not been given any correct information about delivery after repairs.surprisingly no response from local work shop. I have not been provided any assistance or help car during this period. Which necessiated me to go for hired car for more then a month. This has costed me so far @Rs 2250/ per day .minimum charge 250km @ rs 9/ per km.you may pl direct your local office to refund my spent money.let there may not come the situations forcing me to go to court for geting my claim.which inturn may cause excess to media.pl forward e mail add.     I own a new Yeti bought in Feb 2015 from Farenheit which has wound up and now i am in a lurch as the car does not start and the road side assistance people only give an option to tow away and reach an inconvenient workshop. At least i have called up road side assistance to send a service person home as it may just be a small problem but they refuse.     We purchased a Octavia car in the year 1913 since than the a/c of the car is giving problem ,so many complaints up to M. D . of the company no result even they do not bothered tobreply. In July this year local dealer charged Rs.22000/- for repairing the a/c. We complaints the same up to H. O but no result now we are asking our legsl consultant to file a criminal case.

    Our car Skoda Rapid Ambition has not completed 30000 Km yet, but we had taken the car for a very minor problem and it has been lying at JMD Auto Bhandup for the past 3 months now. I have taken treatment for Cancer and have been using the car to go to Tata Memorial Hospital from Mulund. But since the car is lying at the service centre for a minor problem I am forced to take public transport. JMD guys are not co-operating at all. They just said that the problem will be known once the scanning is over and they have identified a service cost of 1.2 lacs. It is like a patient going for checkup to the hospital and a post mortem being done on them. The situation is that bad. We didn't expect such a horrible service from Skoda Rapid - a so called reputed brand. Request your urgent help to get back my car immediately.

Phone:+9591998552 Email : talbodyshop@yahoo.com Every time when ever i send my car even with prior booking for only service they return my car in more than five days and due to this poor after sales service (inspite of very satisfied with your car performance) i was thinking not to purchase skoda car, but this time again on 22-12-2016 i have given them approval for their estimate till today even in ten days they are saying that they are waiting for parts this is pathetic and this time i am assure that in future i will never purchase skoda car and reccomond others never to purchase Skoda car becouse there is no control over servise stations. similar complaints i had given to call centers akso but i never received any responce for any complaint.

    Dear sir, Thus is to inform to you I have a SKODA LAURA. My car no is RJ-01 CD - 0005 . My car is in warranty period. But I am facing the problem since I purchased this car. You can check it from your service Centre record. Now I am facing the problem in engine and oil level is decreasing automatically and engine is producing the different kind of sound. We have already face the same kind of problem but your service Centre people could not solve the problem and they are saying we have repaired all the thing but still we are facing the same problem. Now we have leave our car at SAGA AUTO for same problem. One more thing is that your company service Centre is 150 km from our city. So it is not possible to us to go at service Centre frequently. And the service Centre staff did not have manners to talk with customers. It is a very panic condition for me now I didn't have a car and facing problem for vehicle. So please suggest me what should I do other wise I will donate this car to Nagar Nigam and will file a case in consumer cort. As per Mr Nishant my total payment is 4.25 lakh and he is saying that we will give you dabate of 3 lakh baceuse of your goodwill but you will have to pay 1.25 lakh for repairing amount. Now my question is this why should I pay 1.25 lakh for same problem because I am facing the same kind of problem from beginning and you can check it from your service centre records and I also mention same kind of problem in my last mail. So please I have request to you that please do the needful. I have also informed reagarding problem to your company area manager Mr Subir and at customer care centre to miss Dhara but I didn't get any response . We ask so many times at customer care to provide the contact no of mr Subir but they always tell us we will inform to mr Subir and he will call you but till today we didn't receive any call from mr Subir. And your service centre people is always tell us that you are complaining of our service centre at customer care that's why we are not doing your work and all customer care people is our people and we are giving them money so they will not take any action . Now I have requests to you that please solve my problem otherwise I have to take stern step against you and I will not pick up my car from your company service centre till you will solve my problem.

    Sir, I am a Person with Disability, I am willing to buy Skoda Rapid DSG (automatic variant which suits my requirement and advice of the medical officer) As per GOVT of india order and RTO rules I am eligible for Excise duty exemption and Road Tax exemption. Even if i buy a car without availing the tax benefits the car will be register under invalid vehicle when i go for Driving license. As Im not required to go for retro fittings and I am able to drive automatic variant which is already provided in SKODA RAPID with highest safety standard, what is the procedure to obtain Original Equipment Manufacturer Certificate from skoda India ?

    Hello Sir/Ma’am, This is a customer care issue but my harrowing experience with one of your Skoda service center in Pune has been worst to say the least, they care for everything else but not customer. Let me walk you through my ordeal with the Skoda servicing center and wish this never happens to anyone ever again and need you to act swiftly to resolve this matter and show that you indeed care for your customers. My Skoda Superb MH 12 EX 0345 AC has not been functioning for the last couple of months. When I left the vehicle for servicing on 10-04-2017 at Viraj, Skoda, Pune, and again on 25-04-2017 (twice within 2 weeks) because they asked to drop the car at their Baner Service Center( was charged 25000 approx)and after no repairs done was asked to drop the car at Shivajinagar Service Center( extra 75000 plus charged) . There was no justification given for not doing anything for 2 weeks and simply asked to go to another center. Later I was told that the compressor was faulty and must be replaced. As per dealer’s instructions I agreed for repairs for which I was billed 75 thousand +. Unbelievably they further took 2 months to repair my car, but my woes did not get over here, very soon in few days my A/C stopped working again. I was again told to drop the car for further diagnosis and as per instructions on 13-09-2017 I handed over my car to Viraj, Shivaji nagar service center for repairs. I followed up with them on regular basis and Mr Abhijeet never bothered to call back nor inform about my car status. This kind of service attitude by Abhijeet does not augur well with the reputation that Skoda has in the market. After repeated calls I was finally told my car compressor needs to be replaced and before Diwali my car will be handed over to me, which never happened. I informed Mr Abhijeet that compressor was already changed, upon that Viraj Skoda came with an excuse that A/C problem was due to timing belt. Now, help me understand, if in first place the problem was of timing belt then why I was billed 75000 plus for compressor?????? Viraj Skoda kept my car since 10-04-2017 till date just to find this problem and again asking me to pay for their faulty diagnosis???? We were never provided with alternate vehicle and imagine my daily mess with no car to go to workplace. I had to depend on public transport which is very inconvenient and expensive. My office is very far (prime reason for buying a diesel variant). I had to arrange private taxi for my family trip to coastal Karnataka during our Diwali vacation when our own car was kept rusting at your service center. I seek compensation for the inconvenience and troubles caused to me due to carelessness, ignorance, procrastination and callous attitude of the dealer and the company. I also seek reimbursement of the expenses incurred on the transportation and EMI. What surprises me the most is to see that there was no tracking from Skoda to know whether customer car is repaired or not. The dealer never bothered to give any satisfactory answer. You will be shocked to know that later as per Viraj Skoda's last mail instead of getting my car repaired they had the audacity to send me a threatening mail of Rs 750 per day parking charges shall be levied. I was in Singapore the day estimate was told to me by Mr. Abhijeet and when I am back a week later I receive threatening mails of parking charges, Viraj Skoda made me wait for months and they simply cannot wait for a week, surprising !!.I can provide all my travel details and mails sent from Viraj along with bills if need be . Every time they are showing only running repair, where I particularly complained about my A/C issues. Also, you can go through history of my vehicle to know that in all my previous complaints, every engineer gave me surety, but the problem was never fixed. Mr. Abhijeet, every time keeps on telling me your car is a discontinued model. Is it my fault that Skoda discontinued a particular model and does that mean owners like me will have to go through all this trauma just because we have a discontinued model?? I have been in the finance and automobile industry for long and had we purchased some other manufacturers vehicle, our problem would have been solved long back. Skoda services are hopeless to say the least, further there is no cost for mental harassment and the pains we have suffered during the whole exercise, which warrants us to take the dealer to the consumer court. So I sincerely request to Skoda Auto to look in to this matter with all seriousness and kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible and show the customer care.
