I am very unimpressed with Shopclues service. This has never happened with Flipkart, Amazon or Snapdeal. I have asked for return of my product more than 10 days ago which is faulty. No one has called me or picked it up. Everytime I call, you tell me to go to service center. When told I don’t want this product, you put me on hold for very long, come back and tell me someone will contact me with 2days. No one does. Again I callback. I don’t even think you refund people. Shopclues is not a company it’s a bunch of crooks who are doing scamming
activities. I am still waiting for the product as the sent one was of
different BRAND (TYA makeup KIT instead of CAMELEON). I got the reason now
why you uploaded the product with so nominal amount when other online APPs
were offering it in Rs. 500-600.

but recently ihad order some bulk items and someothers iteems in the mode of COD , due to this festive season, here in manipur, imphal we celebrate it with new cloths n fresh things ,so i had order from previous ear;y days and still some are not coming and some 13 items has came to delivered at night through blue dart and i told them to wait to check all the items and all the items are packed with full unseen from outside, (not transparent) even a small part .so i called them just after ther arrive and ask him if i open theitem and if there could be mistaken whT WILL happen that was i had open a package just after, bcouse item was missing then i was afraid to open other items. after some time i thought it might be the mistake on this packet only, so i open one by one . and you never imagine i had coverage each and every item opening footage by video or photo. all bulk item was missing , even among 3 quantity only 1 item was there , 2 missing in other package , 1 missing in others , some has brokren some has different from description some has not working . out of 12 or 13 package, 9 package has defective,damage,missing . i was shocked and instantly i had lauched complaint one by one . so according to your aggrement they disobdey the agrrement 5.2.3: a, b, c ,d , f as per i knew. so i talked to some legally known organisation and blue dart manager, they advice me to put or do legal action. so please make a nice review and do some effective action to do furhter buyer seller trust. i want you to search all sellers and enquiry about this kind of fraud and cheat.
