Sergeant Shivpal Singh is an Indian javelin thrower and a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in Indian Air Force. He was born on July 6, 1995, in Uttar Pradesh, India. He won a gold medal and created the national record of 79.67m set by Jagdish Bishnoi in 2000 by throwing at 82.28m at the National Inter-State Athletics Championships in 2018. In 2019, Shivpal Singh Yadav won his 1st International Gold medal at the Budapest Athletics Championships held in Hungary. In that same year, Yadav won his 2nd Gold medal at the World Military Games held in Wuhan.
