    Service request No 4250830806 attended after delay of 3 days on 8 Dec 17at 4 PM in most unprofessional manner at Eastern Delhi, India resulted in TV turning non functional after 10 minutes of service engineer leaving our house. Repeat service request placed with Samsung cc at 7:30 PM on 8 Dec 17. Regrettably repeat service request No 4251072951 not attended till now despite making assured promises by Samsung CC for attending by 4 PM revised to 8 PM. This speaks poor of the Samsung Company of its repute.

    Worst customer service by Samsung India, I purchased Samsung TV on May 2016, After call one tech. came to install my TV, since he don’t have a drilling machine he went my home without installation and entered in Job card as installed, Then nobody turned up to install. finally after coming from vacation I installed the TV in Sep 2016 with the health of my friend and one carpenter. In June 2017 one small vertical line starts coming in TV and it’s starts broadening.
    I make complaint to SAMSUNG INDIA, while service order no. 4246232363, First they assure me to change of panel under warranty later they starts demanding Rs. 30000 for change of panel. I tried to contact Mr. Ghosh service head of RAIPUR SAMSUNG INDIA, but Tech. of the company never provided his no. and told me he never talk to customer in service matter. I contacted each and every person in Samsung, but my issue didn’t resolved, finally I lodge online complaint to consumer forum. It’s annoyed them and closed my complaint. one tech. in evening informed me that they are going to close my complaint, If you desire lodge complaint again. He also told me that there is no gain in lodging complaint and writing email, Since Samsung is very big company and they are capable to manage everything and everybody including consumer forum.
    The behaviour and attitude of Samsung is pathetic, and they are behaving in a manner how 150 yrs. back East India company was doing. How TV turns faulty after 14 months of purchasing and 11months of installing.
    I am demanding Job card where date of installation is mention but till today they didn’t provided me.
    3 days back Hon’ble PM told the nation for stronger consumer protection law but till that time SAMSUNG INDIA torture the customer.

    I was cheated by Agra service centre- Simran Electronics- of Samsung TV.
    As I reached on 17Aug17 to Simran Electronic (Samsung authorised service centre) at there place-4 Nehru Nagar,Shah market , Agra-2
    to purchase a new remote for my led TV part no.AA59-00802A Remcom- They told me cost 830/ RS as deposited in advance by reciept no 521 dt 17 aug17.
    While when they called me to receive remote at there placebat 19 aug17 they charged 566/ as service charges & 263/ was the cost of remote, wide Bill no 1353

    While they charged me rs829/.
    It will send a negative impression on customers.
    I request you to ask Simran Electronics- to return RS 566/ charged as service charges, while there technician even didn’t see my TV not visited to my place.
    My service request was already cancelled on 17 aug17.

    Serial no OA003ZEFB001617 had purchased in year 2015 amounting to Rs 70000/- .
    In a year had to replace the mother board which cost to us Rs 10000/- now again this mother board is not working. If this is the quality of Samsung smart TV then we should not band this brand.
    Kindly change the mother board or replace this TV within 7 days or will lodge the compliant with customer consumer court.

    Bought a new 43″ Smart TV on 11 Feb 2017, but the smart features didn’t work so after complaints and visits by various technicians got a replacement. But even the new TV delivered in March 2017 has the same problems and their technicians came and could not solve the problems and they said will come again but till date no one has shown up.     Sub: Repeated Irregularities in tv repair service.

    Ref: service order 4231944360 regarding spare part supply and replacement.

    Wrong speakers were supplied twice by Samsung service centre , the same were about to replace at our home by your service engineer.
    First time wrong tv speaker spares were supplied and attempted to replace. It was objected and brought to the notice of Samsung service centre. Surprisingly this spare was passed many checks. It indicates that samsung was encouraging and knowingly making this type of business.
    Second time it was very serious and shame on M/s samsung repair service. The old and used speakers were brought, sealed in new package to give a new spares sealed package look. My TV speakers diafirm are got brittled and lost it property due to ageing. If old ones supplied in place of new, withing months diafirms would damage and require one more replacement with Rs.5000/- . Is it fair on M/S Samsung, the MNC company. The credibility of M/S Samsung is definitely questionable.

    I demand last ten services of Samsung repair services of that servicing centre are to verified and checked. This is to proove the repair credibility of the great MNC company Samsung. All The customers will not be so vigilent to catch these type of wrong activities and practices, this may be the reason that M/S Samsung deliberately indulging in unfair practices neglecting customers property and money.
    I demand M/S Samsung to intervene and investigate the irregularities in repair issues and practices.

    Hii..I feel it’s a joke, I am trying to get a samsung tv service centres address in mumbai from chatting with samsung online chatting since three days, They gave me three address with numbers & none of them repair samsung tv. So I feel that even samsung customer care don’t know where is the service centre for samsung tv in Mumbai…So I think it would be better to purchase another brands instead of Samsung. I will never recommend any one to purchase samsung products. It will be better to purchase local products which are half time cheaper than samsung brands.

But after few weeks they informed that the part is not available and the TV is not repairable. I want the same in writting but they are refusing.     I am a distressed buyer of Samsung LED TV model no. UA32F5100AMXL, SL. no.23473ZED801342L, which was purchased on 05/10/2013, Before purchasing this TV I was almost a Brand loyal of Your product, but my experience with this TV has changed my opinion. Within the very 1st year the TV went out of order twice, & the panel was changed on both the occasion , but immediately after the guarantee period was over, the same problem occurred again, & I had to spend around 14,000/- to change the Panel, now again the TV went out of order on 14/11/16, your service mechanic came & said the Panel has to be changed again, so within 3 years of purchase it is 4 times that the panel has gone wrong. Your authorised Service center has quoted a mindblogging price to carryout the repair job, which is few thousand more than the last repair price & not only that you can buy a new good brand 32″ LED TV with that amount instead of the repair, & if I add up the earlier cost of repair with the present quote then the total will exceed the cost of the buying price of the TV, I doubt whether your Authorised Service center is quoting the right price, I live in a District Town,which is 45 KM away from your Service Center, the quotation includes, cost of panel, service charge , freight & VAT & Service Tax, So, pls. give immediate reply to my query, & also explain why I have to suffer & incur repeated expenses for a very bad product sold by you ? I am not only dissolutioned about your Brand quality but will also take efforts to tell others not to put faith in your products. So far I was used to go only for your products & a number of my household products are from your Brand including my earlier TVs, that believe has been shattered , So try to give answer to my questions & oblige.

    I have bought Samsung LED 43″ last week. and I made a complaint already for the refixing of Wall moubnted LED TV. Technician from Samsung wrongly installed withput accessing the Pen Drive and other plugs. This is installed infront of my family members. They may suggested that location. But Your Technician should taking care of all technicial related matter, which he only knows. At present for removing and plugging the cables& Pen drive, we have to remove our TV set and replacing everytime.

    During the installation, your technician informed our family memeber for re fixing the TV he require 600/-Rs. But he never expalined the inaccessibility of Cable plugs and USB plugs. Hence I requested your technician to re install our LED without any additional cost.

    I have bought your brand by the reference of other people instead going for other brands by beleiveing your swervice. Samsung’s good brand name will spoil because of the Technician mistakes.

    I had bought Samsung UA-40J5570 LED on 14 Nov 2015 and was satisfied with the product initially. However on 16 Oct 2016 the LED TV displayed comments – scrambled channel due to which I asked airtel service for non receipt of signal. After his visit airtel technician informed that the problem needs to be resolved by TV manufacturer i.e samsung. I called up Samsung and was told that representative will report next day as 16 Oct was a sunday. The technician came on 17 Oct 16 at 1730 h and checked the TV but could not access the problem and asked representative of airtel to be called again. I called up airtel again and asked for there technician who came on 19 Oct 16 but the samsung representative did not turn up. After checking and replacing the card and connecting with a seperate set up box(external), airtel technicians informed that the actual problem if with Samsung LED TV and not of DTH signals.I again called up samsung customer care and was informed that the technician will be send next day. After checking the TV samsung representative could not again find the problem and went back informing that TV needs some parts to be replaced and same is not available at that time. Today, it is 25 Oct 2016 and still my problem is unresolved. I called up samsung customer care and asked to speak to senior incharge or zonal head but the call was not forwarded to any senior person. Now I have realised that samsung services are pathetic and non reliable. Wasted my time and money.

Maine 9 sep 2016 ko complaint kiya . 10 sep ko inginnear aya aur aur bola 1-2 din m apka problem solved kar denge lekin jab 14.9.2016 tak nhi aya to maine 15.09.2016 ko customer care ko call kiya mujhe bola gya ki apka kal tak problem solved ho jayega lekin 18.09.2016 tak kuchh nhi hua to m 19.09.16 ko fir call kiya mujhe fir whi bat bola gya .maine 21.09.16 ko CEO office ke email id per complain kiya whan se mujhe 25.09.16 ko bola gya ki apka parts service centre m available karwa diye h kal koi time apka tv ban jayega.
    Lekin av tak mera problem solved nhi hua.
    Isse m jya samjhu ki samsung LEDtv ke CEO office ki v service ka koi value nhi h .
    Ab m aplog se ek bar fir request karta hoon ki mera LEDtv ko problem solve kiya jay.
    I am totaly disappointed in your service.
    So please attention my problem.

    Dear sir, I want to buy a TV. But I have a question . The TV price is different in online and offline market . Online price is cheaper than offline market. So I want to buy a TV from online . But the seller says that they will not install the TV .

    Some of adds appears in Quikr , Hyderabad and offering 65 inch 4k curved TV @ ?30k and also stating that it is new TV and covers Samsung warranty for one year. They are mentioning that they are dealers
    Pleases clarify or take action against such adds.

    I wish to bring to your kind notice that I bought Samsung TV LED 101 cm flataron 40 F 6400 3D on 02 Aug 2013 Croma Ghatkopar, MUMBAI.
    In July 2016, the TV developed malfunctioning. I lodged a complaint with your TOLLFREE number and as per my service request No. 4218503084, the Samsung TV technician Mr Madan Lal inspected the TV and after due inquiries within a few days he informed me that the defect can not be rectified as the company no longer manufactures that part.
    It is to be noted that I bought this TV at a cost of Rs. 73500.00. And in just 2 years and few months the TV became defective and unfit for use. This is thus not only unbelievable but a huge loss to me.
    When I again reported the matter to your Tollfree number,I was told that Samsung company would refund the cost of TV and that I should keep one cancelled cheque of my bank account and the copy of invoice ready. Upon this your technician Mr Madan Lal came and I handed over the documents to him.
    Thereafter there has been no communication from you and I am without a TV.
    I am sure a reputed company like Samsung would take every possible action to ensure customer satisfaction and refund maximum amount of the total cost to me at the earliest.

    I got some clarity problem in Samsung TV ,the engineer turned up on our complaint registration,and we sensed that he was not qualified enough to ascertain and fix the issue by the way he was confused.Then he said,this may this problem,this may be that problem,and to fix it.an exorbitant amount he quoted and took away with 450/-.when I called the customer care number,they guy on the other end,was shamelessly justifying his engineer than pacifying the client.He was giving absurd comparisons as well,that expert doctors can identify a disease at a look at the patient.Dont know that now Samsung appoints magicians who can see through their eyes and scan the inside hardwares.Similarly,I got another set back from Samsung,whose products I loved to use.My hi wall Ac cooling got lesser,one engineer came and said this and that problem,then blamed the climate (boss we keep ACs to give us good temperature during climates!)Then no satisfied with this guy ,we registered the complaint again ,another guy turned up and this person really found out and told that the piping to the out door unit was not properly fixed by the Samsung installation people.so Gas was leaking.when I say this to Samsung customer care,they say ,Sir,sometimes,some trainee engineer are not able to identify problems,then why you sent such engineers only on earth you know that they are inefficient ,and to put us in suffering ,and you charge for an inefficient work done by an inefficient engineer whom who know that he is inefficient.We are really fools that we pay and not register complaint in Consumer Court.This type of nonsense shall not be tolerated!

    Why I want to write this in this forum ,is I am a Consumer of Samsung products for many years,and really admire and value it.I believe,it’s the nonsenses by a few in the company ,whose bad mouth and unethical ways to deal and solve problems tarnish the image of the Company.I would like to say,if you true value your customers and believe that “Customer is King”,kindly take note of this and be strict with not only the customer relationship team but the engineers,the service station also.

    Hope.you will try to look into the matter.

    I have a Samsung LED TV,40″ purchased in 2012. For last 5-6 days it was getting off an on . I called customer care number 180030008282 yesterday on 02/08/16. Two times the response was good. Third time when I called at 1.15 PM, the representative named Anubhav had no manners how to respond. He infact rejected, whatever I said. I have his recordings of % minutes and 35 seconds.
    Later the engineer came and within minutes he said that your power supply( PCB) is defective, we will have to change it and it is not available here . He collected Rs 1000/- advance for getting the part from Chennai. And has not been able to give any definite date of repairing it. Nor he was sure that after changing it the TV will start working.
    I have had atleast four more products ( Washing Machine, Microwave, AC and Mobile) of Samsung, always had a very cooperative active response.

    I have a feeling , that after talking to Mr Anubhav on helpline , he would have briefed the service engineer coming to my house and therefore unnecessary expenditure and delay to teach me a lesson.

    This is really very disappointing that i have to write this mail to you, its been so many days my complaint is pending with Samsung i have purchased a refrigerator on 25th of May 2016 few days ago it was not working fine the day i bought it i have complaint many times to the service center but there is no proper response from them , i request you kindly resolve my issue and give me the replacement as it is in warranty, i am fed up calling service center and to the concern person who are not at all concern about my problems.

    I have purchased Samsung 51inches Smart Plasma TV.. After some time the panel of the TV not working properly. I have made complaint and after calling lots of time services engineer visited and the panel changed. After some days the same problem started again and panel is not working properly.. I have complain frequently to the service engineer once they have come and said these are the problems can not be solved by the Multinational Company and you have to pay for new panel.. SORRY to say I have all the electronic products which are of only Samsung.. And even though I am really afraid that your staff will be able to get the best way to solve this problem even though your company is not solving my problem

        I am a shop keeper and as a shop keeper I regret my taught of seeling sumsung goods now I might have any other brand led than sumsung it would have done the installation till now and I would have not heard bad words from my customer just for installation problem. For now it is just a installation but if any further problem came then what would happen now I regret my decision of selling sumsung product.
        Thanks guyz for opening my eyes from such a start of my carrier only.

    I take no pride in writing this, but people just ought to know that Samsung is probably the worst brand, ever !
    This goes out to as many consumers, the world over, through SMS, Facebook, Linkedin, Yahoo Messenger, Google and through other personal platforms.

    There has seldom been a case of such gross neglect and inconsideration towards a ‘PAYING Customer’.
    It is apparent that, Samsung’s post sales completely suck and we, consumers, are left to contemplating why we even considered Samsung as a global brand with global, international and far-reaching processes.
    What I have experienced, after purchasing a high-end ‘Samsung’ refrigerator (805 litre / French model / Rs. 1,68,000), has been excruciating and far from the standards expected out of companies and Brands that, have grown owing to consumers buying into promises galore.

    Allow me the pleasure to elaborate, why I believe, Samsung is a terrible Brand and company ~

    Background:
    I purchased, from Croma, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore, India, the Samsung Refrigerator (805 litre / French model) approximately 5 years ago, paying Rs. 1,68,000.
    Before the warranty expired (1 year), the cooling system ceased to function.
    The Samsung engineers took close to 15 days to resolve the issue, while all the meats and perishable foods rotted and lay waste.
    Since the then and till date, the refrigerator has FAILED 5 times.
    Each time, the Samsung engineers and / their so called TRUSTED Partners, have been late to visit, even later to rectify but absolute when it came to CHARGING me.
    Each time, I would be paying for different line elements, where the ‘FAILURE’ in cooling remained constant.
    It’s like they’re shooting off from a book of 101 best reasons to charge a customer.

    The recent apathy:
    The recent case has certainly brought me to my senses and has clearly demonstrated Samsung’s intent.
    They’re simply out to MAKE MONEY and literally intent to CHEAT customers.

    1. 9 months ago, my refrigerator STOPPED cooling, again – For the 5th time in 5 years.
    2. I called in the Samsung so-called experts, who, post a great deal of debate and argument, came in to conduct repairs.
    3. I briefed them on each issue of the past, the same non-cooling problem
    4. I was indicated that, a permanent solution will be in place, for the 5th time
    5. Work completed, the fridge seemed fine, as usual, after the 2 –day long repair work, which left my home in a mess.
    6. I was CHARGED again and that is quite obvious. I personally feel that CHARGING a customer is fine provided work delivered is upto standards and promises given to us
    7. I was told that, there will no further problems, but standard policies mean that, the warranty on ‘COOLING’ is for 6 months only.

    On the 12th of March, 2016:
    1. The Samsung fridge STOPPED cooling again and this time both the Freezer and the remainder of the unit

    On the 15th of March, 2016:
    1. I decided to shift residence (From Gold Summit, Hennur Main Road, Bangalore to Berlie Street, Langford Town Bangalore)
    2. I therefore, decided to use TWO refrigerators at my new residence.
    3. So I ended up buying a new Samsung refrigerator, which I am currently using, since the 16th of March, 2016.
    4. The previous Samsung fridge I turned off completely.
    5. As I was shifting residence, I decided to have the first Samsung fridge ‘Permanently’ and ‘Completely’ fixed, then tested, post which to be moved to my new residence.

    On the 24th of May, 2016:
    1. I called the Samsung toll free number and shared my displeasure at the break-down of the fridge and also completely briefed them regarding my plans to shift of the 28th of May, 2016
    2. The executive assured me that, Samsung will help.

    On the 25th of May, 2016 @ 1932 hrs:
    1. I received an sms saying that a service engineer by name of Irfan has been assigned to my case, with the service request number 4214728532
    2. I did not receive any calls from the person nor anybody at Samsung
    3. So on the 26th of May, 2016, I called Irfan who then said that, he cannot handle the case as it has been wrongly assigned to him.
    4. I was asked to call the toll free number again. This was at 2130 hrs.

    On the 27th May, 2016 @ 0945 hrs:
    1. I called the toll free number and spoke to one Ms. Aishwarya.
    2. I had to repeat the entire apathy / episode to her and she too, like every previous Samsung rock-star, told me that she will help me
    3. I briefed her regarding the fact that, I needed to shift my residence and the date that, I needed to get the work done was before the 28th of May, 2016

    On the 27th May, 2016 @ 1221 hrs:
    1. I received another sms saying that, my complaint was noted and that, the engineer, one Mr. Sudheesh, was assigned to my case.
    2. The service order number was 4214728532

    On the 27th May, 2017 @ 2000 hrs approximately:
    1. Sudheesh visits my home at the Gold Summit, Hennur Main Road, Bangalore, inspects the fridge, understands my issue, takes a photograph of the recent bill from LR Enterprises (A Samsung Partner) and tells me that he will now instruct LR Enterprises to come in the morning, the next day, and have the fridge taken away for repairs. (Please find attached the invoice from LR enterprises)
    2. He said that, LR Enterprises will take the fridge, repair it, test it and then install it at my new residence. He said that, this will be done first half on the 28th of May, 2016 (The days that I was scheduled to move my residence to Berlie Street).

    On the 28th of May, 2016:
    1. Nobody came, called and when I called Sudheesh, at 1230 hrs, he says that, he has already passed the case to his office and that he cannot help further
    2. I then called the Samsung toll free and miraculously, the first service / complaint done on the 24th of May, 2016, did not show and only the service / complaint on the 27th of May, 2016, seems to be showing.
    3. Anyways, I briefed the Samsung call executive regarding the ‘CHALLENGE’ and she assured me that someone from R Logistics (The Samsung’s partner company, for whom Sudheesh works for will call me)
    4. Imagine my plight, its 1230 hrs, and I am alone at my place because all my materials have left for my NEW Place, waiting for someone from Samsung to call me.
    5. Nobody did…
    6. I called the toll free number again and had to de-brief a new executive on the line regarding the entire issue. She promised to ‘Send R Logitics’ a reminder.
    7. I don’t know what Samsung call center was doing / did, but nobody called me.
    8. AT 1430 hrs, I called the Samsung call center again and had to brief a fresh executive on the apathy and like any of previous experiences she said that, a reminder will be sent
    9. I then spoke to Sudheesh, who said that, he just cannot help further because he had transferred the case.
    10. I asked him for his boss’s number and he gave me 3 LAN line numbers: 080 – 43560915 / 16 / 17. Sudheesh told me to speak to one Ms. Reena.

    On the 28th of May, 2016 from 1445 hrs:
    1. I placed 4 calls to each of the numbers provided by Sudheesh, that means a total of 12 calls, and not once did anyone answer the phone.
    2. I called Sudheesh back, who said that maybe Reena was in a meeting and I should be calling her after 30 minutes.
    3. I did… I called each of the numbers 3 times, totalling 9 attempts and nobody even answered the phone.
    4. I called the Samsung toll free line and, imagine this, had to brief a FRESH person all over again, from the start. ALL this while materials that have left from this location to my new home and cannot get off-loaded as I am onsite waiting for Samsung to move the fridge.
    5. The Samsung executive on call told me that, a reminder will be sent and that someone from Samsung will get to me immediately.
    6. Nobody called
    7. At 1630 hrs, somebody at R Logistics, answered the phone (08043560916) and this is the heights because, when I asked to speak with Ms. Reena, the lady tells me that she is busy and just hangs up the phone.
    8. I redialled and requested her again to put Ms. Reena on, as it was an emergency.
    9. She obliged, and when Ms. Reena answered and I had to de-brief her again and from the start.
    10. Ms. Reena assured me that, she will speak with Sudheesh and call me back immediately.
    11. She did not call and when I called back the same number, after 45 minutes, nobody answered.
    12. I called Sudheesh again, who finally gave me the number of one Mr. R Lalin (09945470048) and told me that he would be the person from LR Enterprises, who will handle my issue.
    13. 9 times I called Mr. Lalin… First six times – No answer / Next 2 times – Phone busy / 9th time – He answers
    14. I briefed Mr. Lalin, who seemed to not have any idea about the issue. After listening to my plight, he says that, I will need to speak to one Mr. John. He gives me John’s number, which was the wrong number…
    15. 9 times after that, Mr. Lalin failed to answer his calls
    16. I even sent an sms to Mr. Lalin requesting for John’s number, but till now have received zero revert
    17. Since then I placed 22 calls to all of the 3 numbers provided to me by Sudheesh and nobody answered the phone.
    18. At around 1815 hrs, when I called for the 23rd time, someone answered the phone. I literally begged to speak with Ms. Reena. Now I could hear the lady call out to Reena and this is exactly what I heard over the phone… I am quoting her and in English, ‘Just put down the phone’
    19. I tried the number 6 times again, and nobody answered my calls.
    20. I called the toll free line again, briefed a new person, again, who then actually told me that,

    It’s the 30th of May, 2016 and 1022 hrs:
    1. Nobody from Samsung has even bothered to call / sms
    2. My high-end Samsung fridge (805 liter / French model), which I paid Rs. 1,68,000 at Croma, still remains in my old home.
    3. While I am getting my new home in place, I am so concerned wrt the entire treatment meted out to me

    To summarize :
    1. Samsung rates, according to me, as one of the WORST Brands in the world, given the way they have treated, and continue to treat me

      I would urge to all of you that never buy a samsung TV. It will not last for a year also. When you call the customer care they will send engineers at your place where they will solve your one problem but will make sure that you have to call the customar care again.
      The customar care representatives of samsung is highly pathetic.

    My Samsung LED TV. Complaint booked on 28/4/16. The Service Engineer Sh Rajesh Kumar visited on 29/4/16 and told that one Circuit apparently not working. He said in this circuit three lights glow but at present two lights are glowing. I asked will it solve the issue. He said if it does not solve, then panel will be changed. He told the cost of circuit abt Rs.2500/-

    Today I called on Mr Rajesh to ask when he will call on us, he said that part is not availbale and now the panel will have to be changed.

    This is a preposterous statement by the Service Engineer. Samsung is a reputed Brand and such behaviour is uncalled for. I request some senior be deputed. B B Bhandari Ph. No. 9971117515.

    I Deepali Mahajan facing issue with my Samsung TV(UA32H5100ARMXL) from last 2 weeks.
    I bought this TV model on 28 Jan 2015. After 4 months, I noticed few black spots on LED PANEL and informed the same to customer care. Engineer replaced LED PANEL to new one in August-2015. TV worked perfect.

    Now once again after 7 months, my TV screen goes dark, I raised an issue to Customer Care on 22 March 2016 and asked for Engineer visit. Engineer informed us to replace SMPS as a solution. But that didn’t helped.
    Now he is telling us that LED PANEL DISPLAY has failed and needs to change. It will cost us 16500/-.

    In a year, 2 times my LED PANEL failed. I refused to pay for new Panel, because it was changed July 2015 when TV was in insurance.
    I raised a request on Samsung CEO helpdesk for help. Helpdesk people are asking me to buy a new LED Panel which cost Rs 16500/- and we will give you 1 year insurance free of cost as a solution.

    This is unacceptable. This means Samsung supplied faulty LED Panel first time, which failed in 7 months. (Actual life of LED Panel is 6-7 years).

    Please help us to resolve this issue ASAP.

    I purchased a Samsung 32’led TV from venus electronics a couple of days back..the first installation was done in desktop form wid out my knowledge..my mom is ill and as a result wall mount is extremely necessary..i asked my dealer to make this happen and they tries many times by register a complaint regarding this.i also made oral request to make the things happen and ur customer care personal assured me of doing the same at an earliest..thisvis grossly embarrassing to inform no such thing is done at my end till today..

    With refer to your telephone discussion had with Mr Ganesh from chennai headoffice information charging 20000/- for service.

    But at coimbatore service centre their no calls received by me or estimate value also informed or what kind of trouble also not informed.

    But how it is possible that calls received from chennai that the TV have estimated for 20000/-. Mr Ganesh statement is the life of the Samsung smart TV life is for 3 years only

    And spoken with Samsung technicians information given panel problem but their is no power issues or els then the Samsung value is very less period it will work for just two to three years only. Then I have another smart TV on emi that I will return today itself to avoid less worth branded materials

    Am being shocked that the brand name of Samsung. Will be ? . Me and our friends are decided to return they TV smart recently purchased and all to their head office Samsung with all signature s.

    Dear sir, Maine 32 inch ka T.v purchaes kiya tha, 10 days ke after panel problem issue. Then call the toll free number and send the technician. Technician is come and bole ke display problem hai. Technician ne bill copy lekar bole ke 2days mai problem solve hojega.2 days ke after kuch reply nhi aaya.To toll free number par phir se call reply kiya. 20 days ke after service center mae DD aaya and then service center se call aaya to T.v lekar gaya mane.service center ne DD nhi diya and bola ki display broke hai and mujhe dhamki diya.Meri problem arjent hai.

    I was purchased 3d led TV after 2 yr my TV screen problem occurred. The Samsung service center told its repaire charge 14000.in future I never buy Samsung product and Samsung provide low grade quality in high rate.it is a 3rd grade company. Never go with Samsung product.

      I have a great belief and respect for Samsung make and using Cell phones to all my family members. With the same enthusiasuum When I thought of going for new TV Ihave walked directly to your Plaza at Karkhana, Secunderaba on 10th Nov 2015 and wanted Samsung LED 55 J 6300 model. Among the Staff available the Mr. Sekar (Cell 9700777429) received me and informed me that the required model piece is now at their godown and presently labour is not available to bring it. He suggested to place order by giving some advance and assured to send to my residence the next day. As such I gave advance amount of Rs.10000 and waiting for the TV. To my surprise there was no supply of TV or any message/phone call from either Mr.Sekhar or your Karkhana office. Waited for 5 days and when I tried to contact Mr. Sekhar to my surprise he is not receiving my call at all I spite of its full rings. Hence I have contacted your Karkhana office phone and the person received has confirmed my advance and order but informed to wait for another 4 or 5 days for supply. I have waited from 10th Nov to 18th Nov. and sorry to report the degraded services and failure of the assurances given to me even after lapse of 8 days.     Dear Sir,

    Good Afternoon,

    With reference to above compliant No. this is to ifnorm you that my 40″ led tv display was damged and in the month of June 2015 and till today i didnt get any positive responce from your service centre end but at other side getting only false statments.

    The details of the compliant are as follows.

    1. I have registered the complaint in the month of June 2015.

    2. after some days from kolhapur service centre i came to understand that the desired panel which is required for the repair is not avilable with samsung service centre at india level and hence they told me you can submit your claim for refunding process.

    3. the amount what i get after surrendaring my compliant to refund process is very less compare to led tv price and hence till one month i always called service centre very frequently to make availbale the panel and repair the same.

    4. After one and half month when I came to know their is no improvement and no any positive resposnce from your end i finally decide to submit my claim to refund process and i have submitedd my claim for refunding on 18th of July 2015.

    5. after that I got the call from your service centre on 22nd july 2015 that the amount of Rs. 39,000 thousand has been sanctioned to your calim, after that i have give them confirmation for the said amount and ask them for to process the same.

    6. After that till today i didnt get any refunding amount , hence i visited the Area service Manager Kolhapur and he told me told that the panel which is required for the repair is now available hence your cheque is cancelled, ( WHICH WAS TOTALLY SHOCKING FOR ME ).

    As above please note that after confirmation of my refunding amount i have allready bought new tv for my home, because in our home we have small childrens they cannot live without the tv, hence there is no any chance to take this call.

    from last three weeks i have called cusotmer care and your Area Service Manager Mr. Sachin Patil to solve my problem and issue the cheque of Rs. 39.000 but unfortunettaly the responce your side is NOTHING.

    And when i called to cutomer care they told me our senior officer are busy and we arrange your call back on top priority and this is i am heard from last three weeks.

    From this kind of your attitude towards customer I am unable to understand your defination of TOP PRIORITY.

    IS THIS IS THE WAY TO TALK AND TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF YOUR CUSTOMER.

    once again i humbly requesting you please issue me the cheque of Rs. 39,000 as confirmation is taken.

      i was also Purchased the Samsung LED 32 Inches Smart TV and only Sound is coming and not Display, its been replaced after purchasing on the TV in 10 months and now not even 11 months again I am facing the same problem and Samsung Customer care is saying that i need to pay again Rs:15500 only for the Display…That means we have to pay Rs:15500 PA regularly to use this TV….Ravikanth.

    Dear Sirs,

    I regret to inform that I have bought Samsung LED 32″ Model UA32F5500 vide Serial No.MR2P3PBD600963M in 2013 at the time of under warranty in the 11 month TV Panel was defected and your service team replace the Panel. After 7 month again same problem Dec-14 but at that time they estimated Rs.13550.00 against Job No.4186006354 dated 3.12.14 I have refused that estimate. After that some of the people contacted from your service department and convinced to me to pay Rs.4743.00 against Inv.No.7300/9.12.14 vide our call No.4186274829 & Claim No.8454790250, am also paid and rectified the problem. Now again same problem I have faced. Actually I do not know your Panel & your TV lifetime only 7 Months? because I had bought worth of Rs.30000.00 TV that with 2Years you have changed 3 time Display Panel once again I will replace the display panel what is guaranty to work another 6 months.

    I request you to kindly look into this matter and solve immediately with out any further delay.

    I purchased Samsung 29″ inches TV from Unlet showroom in Bangalore , For few years it worked now it is out of warranty , some unusual flickering sound is coming , neither the picture nor the sound is coming only the flickering sound is coming. Then it will automatically start by itself , don’t know what is is seriously wrong in that, showed everyone they say everthing is alright. Please help give some suggestions to stop this flickering sound .Rest everything is working fine.

    This is to draw your kind attention that I, Asim Kumar Mukherjee, a resident of Kolkata, am a Samsung customer of the model – LCD – SAMSUNG LA22 B480 Q1MXL – 22″ LCD. I had purchased this Television set on 29th June, 2009 for an amount of Rs.16900/-

    Very recently, i experienced certain problem with the set and it stopped working all of a sudden. I registered a complaint with Samsung customer care and a technician attended my compliant. He, however, informed that there is a circuit failure and Samsung would not be able to provide me with that circuit. He even asked me to, instead, buy a new Television set altogether.

    This is worrisome for an aged person like me. I am old and retired. Buying a new television set now would be difficult for me. Also, this set is hardly 6 years old and replacing it now does not sound meaningful to me.

    Please help me with this problem. As your customer I am genuinely making a request to you. I shall be obliged.

    I regret to let u know about highly poor and insufficient service of the authorised service centre Electronic People at agra.
    Recently I have shifted from delhi to agra. On transfer my AC was to be installed and service was required.
    On 20 th april when two persons came for installation I asked them for service also.
    They said next time when for gas they will come they will do that.
    on 24th April when they came again no time for service .
    My Ac stopped cooling , I placed a complaint for that on 19th may.
    They came they didn’t had the part to be changed and no time for service.
    Strangly my complaint was closed without my knowledge on pretext of part not available.
    Plz look into the matter and let me know as soon as possible if the part would be ever available and service will b done.

I have contacted local service centre and your service engineer came and digonsed that panel of TV is defective. My observation is that panelscreen supplied to us which was having manufacturing defect.

    I tried contacting seller and he is not responding.

    I am a resident of Adilabad city in Telangana State I baught a Samsung television with serial Number 8461268178, Model No. 32F 5100, Cash Memo Receipt Number 884 Dated 13.01.2014 from Lavya Industires, Adilabad for Rs. 34500/- ( Thirty Four Thousand Five Hundered Rupees only ) our complaint No. 4181855164 Dated 23.09.2014 The company give a 1 year warranty.

    And I was told that in cause of any trouble with the piece all my money will be give back to me with immediate effect or if wish I wish I can change another model.

    I am purchaser this product on 1st day at Lavya Industries, Inauguration day. also 1st customer of Lavya Industries

    I complaint for it and even my repeated request for a replacement under warranty. All that I got was a reassureance from them that they are looking into the matter.
    Since you have a big and reputed manufacturer I am using at my home every product only Samsung brand product like that fridge ,mobile ,Television & etc… because I am 100 % belive the Samsung product but 1st time I shock the Samsung product under repair below 1 year.
    And now I am tired of it therefore request you to kindly accept my complaint & make this service as soon as possible. I am looking for a favorable response.
