    I purchased a top loading washing machine (model A82BSLEC/XTL) on 31st March 2013 bearing Sl no W1445ZCD106714B.

    As the machine stopped working I lodged complain (Ref No 4250500236) at your portal. After visit of service engineer I was said that PCB needs to be replaced which would cost around 3K-4K. I agreed to the proposal. Then I was said that Samsung has stopped producing spare of the model.

    When I asked for help, I was offered a 10% refund of original invoice price which amounts Rs 1600.

    Present price of a samsung top loading machine is Rs 18000-19000. It’s not possible for a commoner to invest that much amount for procuring a new product when it could have been repaired.

    I request your good office, as you have stopped producing the spare, please provide me a new Top Loading Washing Machine at the cost of the PCB. I have been facing a lot of problem since damage of the machine in terms of balancing my day to day activities.

    Samsung as brand they services is very pathetic. Following observations are as given below:

    a) Contracts had given to third party for services related complaints.
    b) Contracts executive were dealing in personal way at the time of resolving complaints for the personal benefits & lesser amount compare to service center charges.
    c) When you discard executive deal, you wish to that your problem should be rectify from “Samsung” side & when you make a compliant on customer care no for the same. They will suggest it can’t be repair at door step & they have to carry at their services center.
    d) Goods taken for repairing at services center for three days & after seven days they will revert you it can’t be repaired.
    e) If you make complaints on dear_customer@contactus.samsung.com all complaints were handle by MR Ronak & Vikas.
    f) MR Vikas & Ronak both will always in favors of their services center people.
    g) Even on Toll Free No when you will call they well tell that seniors people will revert you on your registered mobile no with 24 -48 hrs. But they will not revert you for more than 20 days.
    h) Samsung as brand they have not loaded/shared their “CEO & COO” email address & contact no on google. Even Shri Mukesh D Ambani & other industries email address is available on google.
    i) Samsung Refrigerators life it is of maximum three years, but they will always share different reason expect compressor problem where it’s clearly mentioned that if any related to compressor it’s of 10 years.
    j) Samsung LED life maximum 5 years.
    k) Samsung mobile maximum 2 years.
    l) Overall observation/finding Samsung as brand they are doing bossiness in “India” but have given contracts to third party for customer services related complaints.
    m) My feedback “Boycott” purchasing Samsung brand.

    My Samsung LED 55 ” TV is not working properly. I lodged complaint four times but with no result. On first instance it was told that customer care people put wrong pin no in my address. Secondly, the complaint was cancelled saying that no body was available at home which is not true. Thirdly, and fourth time also, they refused to send the executive saying that the executive was not free and could not come on the committed date. They told me to log the complaint again. How many more time times should I make complaint. When I retaliated, the phone was disconnected rudely. This is nothing but harassment to the customer. Some strict action should be taken against customer care service people.

    Yesterday I went to your authorized service center Pristine Electronics and Solutions, MRS Mansion , Bangalore – 560 029. I had a very horrible experience. Your service person was very impolite. I am a senior citizen and retired person. They are charging me Rs.8000 when it is in warrantee period. Bill no. 4242112737.

    Glass is not broken
    All functions are working except display

    With this condition how can you charge me huge sum to a person like me.

    I have brought a dish washer of samsung 2 years back. Since last 2 months there are repeated errors are coming. 3 times service engineer visited taken charges but no long lasting solution.
    There is no option of online complin registering specific to dish washer as it is for A/C, Refrigerator, washing machine, oven etc. Same is the case when trued to register on toll free number.
    It takes almost 3 days for service engineer to respond to complaint.
    I donor know why Samsung is selling dish washers in above scenario.

    I bought 2 door RT33 fridge on 23rd august 2015.
    The gas leaked in sept. 2016. The gas was filled on 6th sept 2016. I was charged for the gas. However while complaining to the customer care I was told the gas wont be charged because 13 months have passed since purchase.
    Now again the gas has leaked on 29th may 2017, mere 8 months latyer.
    My complaints to customer care turned out to be futile as no relief has come till now. My repeated requests met with failure only.
    It is pertinent to point out that 2 executives of customer care were very understanding and cooperative & proactive. They are Mr. Abhishek and Ms Kanupriya. Rest are merely paper pushers.
    Yesterday one person from HCL visited our house only to see the consition and reort to samsung what I have been complaining of till now.
    I wish to impress upon samsung that gas leak every 8/12 months in a year and refilling the same on chargeable basis is ridiculous and financially unviable. Hence samsung must repeat must ensure permanent solution this menace. Also this time gas recharge must be free of charge for the simple reason that only 8 months have passed since last refill.
    I wish a meaningful resonse quickly.

    The most deplorable services for Samsung products in Mysore City. You do not have skilled service technicians who can figure out why water drains from a refrigerator bought less than two years ago.. The technicians from Mysore centre work on a trial and error basis, with no knowledge of the product. After their servicing what was inbuilt is now “outbuilt”, defacing the appliance on the outside, in addition to an unnerving sound 24 x 7 has been causing stress to us who are Senior citizens and spoilt an appliance costing a whopping sum of 58 K rupees. Without solving the problem and for the technicians inefficient services leaving us with extra problems, we are charged a fee of Rs 2800 without giving us a receipt and an sms of Rs 460. Even complaining to the CEO’s office via email makes no difference except for lip service!!!!from their call centre.     It is a matter of regret that your B2X Kolkata service centre taken my AC 1.5 Ton with an assurance to find out the reasons of leakage of Aluminium Condenser provided with the outer unit.
    My Machine could not be commissioned as it utterly failed to cool the room because a defective machine was delivered with a leakage in the condenser.
    Machine was taken on 9th.Sep 2016 to your Kolkata B2X service centre by one Mr.Pankaj M.No:8334061895 as per the instruction of Mr. S.Nandy for thorough checking to ascertain reasons of leakage of Gas from the condenser. To-day is 29.03.2017 i.e more than 6 months have passed but till date I did not get a single line reply with fact finding details.
    Summer has already set in therefore officials of B2X with slightest sense must have hurriedly taken care of the matter.
    Is this the system Samsung inculcated down the line to the guy’s to ignore the issue once machine is sold & warranty is over?

      I would like to know as to how your company is supplying inferior quality Aluminium condenser with the outer unit of a AC Machine which is costing quite high unlike a cold drinks or water bottles to use & through. Samsung must pay attention & understand amount invested by a customer to buy a quality product from Samsung.
      I would like to know why you’re Kolkata service centre is keeping mum on the matter ??
      When do I expect a right kind of solution from you or from B2X for the AC machine taken by them over a period of 6 months.

    I have requested for Washing Machine repair on Feb 25, 2017. Service Engineer visited and checked the machine and suggested the machine is ok and charged service charges. I asked him to stay for 10 minutes to check. Fortunately machine started giving problem. Engineer again opened the machine and found there is problem with Motor and motor need to be replaced. As motor is carrying 10 year warranty, it would be free of charges. Service Engineer suggested that he will come on Sunday Feb 26, 2017 with Sr. engineer and will replace the part. Service Engineer didn’t come on Sunday. I waited till Tuesday and I called Customer Care. Customer care told me motor is ordered and I will receive call from service centre by eod. I waited for Friday and called back customer care around 11:00 AM to find out status and requested to escalate the issue with Sr. Service Team. No one called me till 5:30 PM and I called back again. Customer care rep told me I will surely get call by 8:00 PM today. No one called me on Friday. I called back again Customer Care on March 04, 2017 to find out status. I got same response that Motor has been ordered and service centre will let me know when motor will be delivered. Customer Care rep didn’t have any idea and told me system doesn’t have any update. I requested him that I want to talk to Sr. Executive either give me no or setup call. Neither I recieved no, nor call. I called Service Centre and talked to some one Fahim, that they have yet to recieve the part and will confirm by evening, I am feeling very frustrated because of Samsung Service and customer care. No one has right information, when machine will get repaired. If you can’t provide support and don’t have spares, why are you selling sub standard machines. If machine is not repaired by end of day today, I need 100% return of my money so that I can buy good and better product from market.

    I have purchased a LED TV in 2015 but few days back half of TV’s screen got blackout so i called customer care (post warranty) service. They picked up my TV and told it will get repaired and delievered next day. Its been 4 days now and no one in customer care is ready to tell me the status of my TV. And people in customer care dont even call you back after promising. I mean what type of customer care is this and what’s the point of casting such an emotional adv on national television as all they provide is suffering!!!!!

    Hi.
    I purchased the Samsung Smart TV just 1yr 3months ago. Suddenly the speakers have conked off and the picture is showing all red. When contacted the Samsung service center, they said the board needs to be changed which will cost rs 10000. If the problem still persist then they will change the panel after which the total cost would be Rs 20000. I would like to say that in just 1yr n 3mnths this TV is giving board problem and panel problem. What kind of quality is this.? This is simply ridiculous and total downgraded quality product offered. I have three other Sony TV’s running in my house for the past 4-5 years without a single problem till date. I had fate in samsung and hence went for this brand for my personal TV. There is no physical damage done on the panel or anywhere on the TV as from the day it has come, it has been installed on the wall and since that day it’s totally untouched. I want the top officials to intervine in this issue and solve my case at the earliest.

    I bought a Samsung Galaxy J2 – 6, 2016 Model on 19 Dec 2016, 9 PM from Store in Shahdara area ( all record attached in the mail) despite offering many other brands there I chose Samsung, but from day 1, it’s sim slot no.2 not working properly, after try in settings, it was sometime working & sometime not, I went to store from where I bought it, he said go to service center. I went to service center Durga Puri, Shahdara, Delhi. They said it’s sim related problem, I went to Vodafone, they checked & found it’s device related, I tried other sim in same slot, not working. I again went to same service center, they said it’s regarding the settings & I came back but still same problem remain with the device. I went 3rd time to them, they now said ‘Mother board’ is defective, will be repaired. It’s shocking me, Samsung sold me the defective device due to which I am suffering a lot from the time I purchased it. i request them to replace this defective device & give me the new one as it’s a matter of defective device sold unethically, defective Mother board is a serious problem for device if it occurs just after unpack it, they refused. They said if you would have been purchased it on 20th Dec 2016, we could replace it & our policy dont allow us to do same in case of 19th Dec purchased (shockingly strange for me), we can ‘only repair’ it. So, I have been paid my hard earned money Rs. 10 K for what- a defective device from Samsung, which should not sell me by Samsung. 2nd thing at the time of purchase Samsung must be advised me that ” do not buy this device at now, just after 3 hours from now we are going to change our replacement policy, you will be cheated if you buy it now, wait for 3 hours, it’s unethical for us to sell you this product at this time” or samsung should send an email stating same for atleast existing customers, but it didn’t & I got cheated by purchasing on 3 hours before.
    I am a loyal customer of Samsung, it’s my 2nd device purchased from Samsung, first one bought in July 2016-J3 & on ‘my’ recommendation same J3 bought by ”Nadeem Anwar-Chauhan Bangar, Seelampur, Delhi-53.(both through-amazon) Thus it was my 3rd device from Samsung & I am helping brand Samsung to sell more with word of mouth marketing.
    So, I do request you that please understand my point, I am feeling like looted, so, Please replace this defective device & give me the genuine device for which I had paid my very hard earned money, not for device but for trust of brand Samsung, keeping same defective or repaired device with me will pinch me always & torture me mentally. Please replace it to justify my purchase with Samsung. I hope you solve my problem ASAP, will give me the piece of mind & build even more solid rapport with me for future.

    I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator Ref RT49K6338BS from Fundamental Electronics Pvt. Ltd,B008,Salt Lake City Centre,Kolkata-700064 at a cost of Rs.52700 on 12th. August,2016 The Fridge has started giving trouble from 2nd week of December 2016.We made a complaint on 13/12/2016 vide complaint no.3707992907 dated 13th December,2016.An engineer from service Deptt visited next day and informed that some parts were required to be replaced due to which cooling system of the refrigerator is not functioning properly. He assured that the defects would be rectified within 3 days. As no action has been taken even after 8 days, we contacted over phone the service deptt. to day and was informed that necessary repair/replacement would be done by 24th December. However, at the afternoon to day, the service deptt. that it will take another 7/8 days. Thus a defect is getting 15/16 days to get rectified. We apprehend that the Samsung Refrigerator will not give satisfactory performance since trouble started within a very short period.
    We could not expect that a renowned company’s Refrigerator will be troublesome from the beginning . Kindly look into the matter and consider replacement of the same.

    Dear sir.
    Good evening. I’m Naveen kharel from Satyam Vihar Residential Colony Haridwar beg to state you that I had bought Samsung J7 prime just before 21 days. Next day onwards it started to show it’s negativity. On 3rd day I went to Samsung customers care and explained the pain which my mobile was giving. (Actually I had bought this mobile against my wife’s petition. Several times she had requested me not to buy but I remain rigid and bought it..later on I succeed to convince her… 18,500/- is very big amount to me.) Customer care listened my complain and updated my software i think. And told to me that problem will not come again.. but minor problems were again there… so i visited the Samsung office again.. they said same thing as previous.. problems were multiplying day by day.. i was complaining to dealer from where i had purchased the phone..and sometimes to customers care..but no body took it seriously.
    Lastly today on 20th i again went to customer care with the shopkeeper from whom i had purchased the phone. Officer again updated my cell and handovered to me saying that no problem will come again.. when I came to my home problem was much more than before.
    Problems are:
    1. It switched off automatically during the call. Sometimes in any operations.
    2. it vibrates atleast for 1 minutes continuously after becoming off, this makes me to afraid that if this couldn’t blast..
    3. Each app starts to blink itself for 2-3 minutes sometimes.
    4. no finger print works sometimes.
    5. Everything happens once a day, twice a day, sometime this happens within 4-5 hrs..
    Dear Sir I’m requesting you from the core of my heart that kindly allow me to exchange this please. Please replace me next instead of this one. Please let.me maintain my dignity in front of my wife. I beg you Sir please.

    My Samsung J2 failed within 6 months of purchase. After speaking to service helpline I was adviced to take the device to service centre.
    Service centre asked for 7K repair charges stating that liquid has entered in mobile which is a false allegation. I am taking this issue with Samsing top most authority on the practice of Samsung towards customer.

    Sir I have submitted my Samsung Galaxy J7 on 4th of november 2016 due to blank display problem.They told me ill get my phone back by 20th Nov 2016.I told them to take date till 25th Nov.
    After that whenever i am calling them and asking them about my phone,they are telling that it will take sometime to get repaired.They are also telling that either if it doesnt get repaired the total amount of my phone will be refunded or a new phone will be provided……….
    This is ridiculous. If you want me to take further action please do let me know, I dont have any problem

    But I am sorry to inform that from the very begining /soon after purchase -the problem of REBOOTING has been bothering /disturbing very frequently.
    This problem has been brought to the notice of your above dealer (Mr.Amit Pandey -Sales Pesron -Mob.:9549658744)-who has been very courteous /amiable and has take our mobile handset for checkup/repair at the service centre TWICE (for 2/3 days each time)in the last two months BUT the problem of REBOOTINFG persits/which disrupts the communication( and very irritating/annoying).
    For the same problem visiting your dealer and leaving mobile handset for check up /repair is giving us a feeling of harrassment(your dealer is giving us best possible LIP-SERVICE but no relief to our problem)-we have invested more cost (interms of Travel/Time /Mental harrassment cost) than that of the handset.

    On the fully paid up Club Mahendra membership, I was given a complimentary Samsung Galaxy S7 edge mobile phone ( SM-G935F ZKUINS) manufactured in July 2016 by Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd.
    Though it is more than 45 days since I got the new mobile instrument, the same has not been put to use because of the wide range news reports about the overheating batteries causing the devices to explode.
    Today, I took the phone to Samsung sales and service centre at Parsn Commercial complex in Chennai and wanted to know whether it is safe to use the instrument. However, they seem NOT knowing anything about the paper reports. Hence I decided to write on this web page.
    I now request the company to let me know immediately,whether it is safe to use the Galaxy S7 instrument with out facing any problems of overheating of battery or exploding of the device.?

    After repeated complaints 3 engineers hv visited n tried to resolve the problem but the problem is same till date.new problems are arising day after day. Previously it was told there is gas leakage n it was filled by the engineer. After couple of days the problem started again n it was solved again. But after 2 days excess cooling started in the fridge. Engineer told now there is problem with sensor n thermostat. But cooling was OK….after 2 days now at present there is no cooling n the fridge.

    If this is the after sales services given by Samsung electronics I as a senior citizen , me n my wife suffering Wd viral fever for last 15 days .as no satisfactory results being given by ur engineer’s I am taking this matter to social media. 

    Tinki n Anjali Cutomer Care executive told me yesterday that ur fridge will be replaced at the earliest as possible. 

    Pls replace the fridge at the earliest as possible.

    i have purchased a samsung A7 cell phone in the last year unfortunately my cell fell down and display and touch screen brokened, after that i visit officially autorised samsung mobile service point in chikkmagalur last monday date:19.09.2016. and i paid advance amount for repair rs:3000.00 after 8 days i get call from service center thay told me to bring all accessories and box bill head phone all the things but i did not get why they are asking these things i allready paid advance for repair and the srvice center persons are not behaving properly and he is asking one month for that such repair i didnt get that the company is not producing the accessories are the service center persons are going to make delay what ever it may but the customer is going to get suffer from this type of work on what base and on which company corporate rule to get all the docuuments. this is not good for well moving mobile company this type of service will damage the comany image and reputaions so please i want know why they are done this is it necessary for one month for spares please on this complaint iam expecting reply from you sir.

    I purchased a SAMSUNG refrigerator on 1st November, 2015. On 12.08.2016 suddenly it stopped working. I lodged a complaint to SAMSUNG customer service (Complaint No: 4220013294) on 13/08/2016.On 16/08/2016 a service engineer came and found that there is a leakage in the fridge and all gas from the fridge has leaked via that. On inquiring more he said that the defect was from the time of purchase and assured that someone from service center would come and will take the refrigerator for repair. But after that there was no response. After making several calls and emails for the next seven days, on 24.09.2016 people from COOL POINT Service centre, Baguiati came and took the refrigerator.
    On 27/08/2016 they came to deliver the fridge but I got disappointed to see the fridge, as they flattened and made scratches on its door. I refused to accept it. I again complained to the higher authority in SAMSUNG. They assured me they’ll take care the matter.

    For the last one month I am calling and sending mails to SAMSUNG customer service. They are making false promises and are reluctant to deliver the fridge. I have paid Rs. 32000/- to purchase this fridge and it is still in warranty period. Even after paying such a huge amount the refrigerator is lying with SAMSUNG. As a consumer I have been deprived of the services I should receive.

    As per the last telephonic conversation on 13.09.2016 with Miss Anika she has confirmed me the delivery of my fridge on 14.09.2016, but it was not delivered. Till date it’s not clear to me whether I would receive my fridge or not.

    I have given my Samsung mobile model no A700FZWGINU for repair to Samsung Service Centre, 24, M G Road, Halwasia Court, Hazratganj, Lucknow 226001 vide Bill No. 4221816761 on 19.09.2016 with a assurance to get the repaired mobile it by 22.09.16. On inquiry today, In-charge of Samsung Service Centre, Ms Kaushal has replied that part has not been allocated by Samsung yet and once it will be allocated by Samsung then it will take further 3 days. I have told her that you should not give the date of delivery to customer, when you are not sure. She has rudely replied that It is fault of Samsung not mine and she has not informed that when part will be received fro Samsung then we will give you the repaired mobile. I have lodge the complaint no 3709046746 to Samsung Contact Centre in this regard. Mr Aman Tiwari has informed that part has dispatched at 6.30 AM today and call has been disconnected. I have call again. This time call has been taken by Ms Vishakha, she has informed that part is yet to be allocated. I have informed her that Mr Aman Tiwari has informed that part has been dispatched at 6.30 AM today, then she has made me hold and then informed that yes, part has been dispatched today and it will reach today. You can inquire with service centre in the evening for repaired mobile.

    I am confused. whom to believe. I have given the mobile with the assurance to get the repaired mobile on 23.09.2016 because my son is going on a trip to Nainital on 24.09.2016, which has been shared with the service centre in-charge also.

    All my family members have Samsung mobiles and first case of service has given such a bad experience, which has change my belief in “Samsung”. I was not expecting this from a renowned organization “Samsung”.

    Request your intervention for timely delivery of my repaired mobile.

Only a explanation draft will deliver to you ” appreciate your support and patience and assure you of our best services always”. After giving a token from service dealer & also deliver “In conclusion, based on our discussion, we would not be able to cater your request for discounted / free of cost repair of your product”

    Within three months of purchasing of SM -J11OHWDD is out of order & above quoted will deliver to me instead of repair/replacement.

    Please stop making fool of your customers and try to solve the problems rather than harassing the customer.

    I have been so pissed off due to poor service from Samsung that as a final call I am going to issue a legal notice to the company as well as its all the employees who has talked disrespectfully and even threatened me over call. I have the entire recoding form top to bottom.

    My phone has a signal problem from starting when I purchased it. It has been there at Samsung service center for so long and after buying a new phn I have carry a dummy phn due to poor quality of Samsung mobile.

    Customer care people are not responding at all and after putting me on hold for almost 2 month they are saying phone an absolutely fine, Complete bullshit. Still there are no signal strength in the mobile.

    I highlighted this issue on various social media platform, Samsung customer forum and complaint box. Even I twitted the problem to Samsung’s CTO but still it seems everyone is do dump to respond.

    I am now bounded to take the legal action if my issued is not getting solved.

    I have samsung Note3 purchase from Saudi Arab. It work 2 years very good but from few months its Wi-fi, Bluetooth & Mobile Hotspot not working. When I try to open it shows light green color. I show it to Samsung service centre in Patna, Bihar and in Delhi. But no one solve this problem and everyone says that we can solve its problem because you purchase it from outside India. So I request you to kindly solve my Note3 problems.

    I am using samsung galaxy j7. I give it to the service centre on 01/07/2016. on that day they said if any software complaint means they will deliver on the same day otherwise it will take 5 days or upto 10day. so only i give the mobile for service. because my complaint is simple. On the same day they caleed me and said that your display is complaint so it will take upto 4 days. 0n 4/7.2016 they called me and said they didn’t recieve the parts so it will take upto one week. Today I called they said today also they didn’t receive the parts how many days you will take to send the parts to service centre. Deliver the mobile tomorrow itself. otherwise pls refund my full cash or deliver a new phone.

This is very shameless service of Samsung . In future I don’t purchase any Samsung product. Samsung is fraude company

    I have got a very bad experience with samsung customer care service. I have the samsung refrigerator and withing 6 months of purchase it is now getting an issue of electricity shock. I complaint at service center and now called for 10 times but on one has visited till now from service center. Every time I call we get replied that within few ours the engineer will come. Samsung products are really not that reliable like its being advertised.. and even the service is very poor. No more samsung products in the future…

    Samsung refrigerator a Big No No….Having issues with the refrigerator in just 1 and a half year…complaint done five times…..few months ago….they changed the compressor and now telling sensor has gone….its ridiculous.The engineer also accepted that this issue hardly comes.I have been forwarding emails to CEO desk but no revert.

    Now they asking for payment to be made for the sensor.it’s getting too much and my refrigerator is not working.

    Will have to complaint in the consumer forum now.

    Im old customers of Samsung products. All electronic gadgets I.e AC/TV/fridge were purchased by me & my family relatives of Samsung make. In the year 2013 Dec.. I purchased 39? LED of Samsung @ approx. 42990/- my wife and children were very happy. But after 2 years screen appears white with blurred colours on the screen. I contact the customer care. Service Engineer visited and recommended for replacement of panel.He has not given me any proper reason why panel malfunctioned. Service centre mr. manoj deshmukh of aurangabad ,Maharashtra (Near seven hill) when contacted through call centre of samsung harrassed me & told me that whatever you want to do u can do. Go to reliance mall where i bought my tv or go to company of samsung. I am really upset & frustated cause of this.
    After all this they not provided any solution. coz of my work i travel a lot, unable to stay at home. As we belive in u we do not expect this type of harrasment from ur service providers & ur company.
    I felt shame. I felt low.

    In respect of my complaint , You pick washing machine for servicing purpose from my home to your service center on Thursday. Yesterday I received it back. Today when I use it to wash my clothes same issue arise again and I am fully unsatisfied with your service and product. It is my humble request to you kindly replace my product ,so that I may use your service in future also or It will be last option to me to knock the consumer court’s door. It will be totally your responsibility and if I ll not get satisfactory solution from you I ll be compel to use social, electronic or print media also. I have the pictures of faulty washed clothes right now. If you want I can send it to you.There is no contact number of head office or regional head available on net or on your site. Bot me all people have complaint if u dont believe give me ur korean head office contact i will make voice clips with photo/video people saying bull shit batala service centre of samsung with their signs stamps . Could u do something about that i thnk after sometime there will be no samsung or less samsung in batala due to their awsome repairing.

    I can not get my refrigerator from Samsung workshop, which I had sent for repair on dated 28/10/2014. I am not satisfied on your workshop job, because I had purchased an advanced model of refrigerator which was shield condenser, but they attached a condenser on out side and demand spare cost from me. Why I will pay ? Because my refrigerator is within 5 years warranty, and how a major parts like condenser is damage within 5 years ? And Samsung technician are attached a condenser on out side. If I receive that, why I purchased advanced shield condenser model, it was better to purchase lower cost out side condenser model.

    I have contact so many times to Samsung customer care ( 180030008282 & 18002668282 ), secondary complain no-8474321, but they did not take any response from their side, and also told me primarily we have no complain registered. At that time I felt harass, and thought how can they ignore.

    I have also contact workshop through phone no- 0674-2595074, but no one could pick the phone, and cell no- 9438299885 of Mr. Partha Patnaik who is the head of the Sanso Electronics, he also could not receive my calls. .

    I am looking to buy two Samsung 321 litres convertible refrigerator (Freezer convertible) with interchangeable doors. I saw Samsung models in this range with two dealers in Bengaluru that come only with the right hand door. Can you let me know if you can get one made with a left hand door based on the order? I need to place the two refrigerators next to each other with one fridge opening with left hand door and the other with the right hand door.

    This is TRIDIPA BISWAS, I bought Samsung NOTE -4 (SM-N910GZKEINU) in 22 nd may.But it is a defective product.For this mobile I am suffering lots.I am not able for using this mobile 1 month also.I gave this mobile in Chennai Samsung service center.That time it is fully switched off.After they changed my mobile parts.Within 2 weeks my mobile again switched off.In this time it is submitted in Dehradun service center.After many time I am requesting to Samsung customer care, service center but they are not helping me.Finally Samsung said they are not replacing my mobile they replace mobile parts in this time and it have no problem.Every time different different person call me and harassing me lots.One time they said we are helping for replacement after another person called me and said replacement is not possible.Any good company is doing this think.

    Please any one help me I am suffering lots for this mobile. Please any one help me.Samsung is doing very bad with me.More than 5 month I am suffering.

    (Please come my position and think how much time & money I wasted)

    The subject complaint (4205994197 date 08.12.15) pertains to Samsung make Refrigerator.
    Recently 15 days back the refrigerator was repaired (compressor was under warranty) and delivered at my residence on 21.11.2015.
    Now new problem has developed and the liquid kept on top self in the freezer portion (lower part of freeze) is being frozen. The compressor is continuously running.
    I logged this complaint on 08.12.2015.
    Nobody has attended so far.

    I was purchased Samsung galaxy note 3 on 31 august 2015, after 2 months I getting the abnormal heating problems in my phone (The imei no. On the back side of phone under battery is blurred by my mistake) I visit service centre they denied to accept the phone Under warranty after forwarding the case to higher authority to higher authorities and then after 35 to 37 days they denied and say that if you want to repair your phone then you will have to pay the repairing cost (and my phone is under warranty)and they gives me the invalid reason that the imei sticker is replaced it is paste externally and this is absolutely wrong we can check it it is valid and company fitted there is no rashes or no clue of over pasting of imei sticker. my reference no . on Samsung is 8467684450

Comming to the point around September my refrigerator started giving some problem so I called your call centre and they deputed a person Mr nawaz off hi tech service centre(ph no 9886292219) he attended a complaint on 14/09/15 he repaired and collected Rs 3550/- wide his receipt no 2407 stating that it was a sensor problem without a word we paid the amount, after 3/4 days we absorbed that the problem was not solved since than we started calling him to attend the complaint he was giving the dates he never attended so I was fed-up with his service I called your call centre on (8151000009)01/12/15 and I clearly explained about the history of my problem then she said she will depute a person next day. On 2/12/15 I stayed at home to resolve the issue till 2.30 pm no one turned up so I called your call centre they took all the details again and she told she will call me back after 10 mnts that never happened than I called call centre by 4.30 pm again breffing all the details this particular lady said same of sendind service personnel than I asked her to give a tentative time since I waiting from morning she fefuse to give a time and started arguing very arrogantly the languages the way she behaved is very rude (some point she said you paid money taken product that’s all) and she refused to give her name and disconnected the phone again I called the call centre I asked for services manager ph number than they gave a name Mr anand and number 98455 22922 that turned out fake again I called your call centre than they said Mr anand left tha job and Mr saif came on line said to be manager again I explained everything in detail he promised me that my complaint will be attended before 7.30 pm this also not happened, due mean really you want me to do all this thing to get a service from the company it’s a shame on part of the company to treat their customer in this way and also shame on the part of management to keep such inefficient /arrogant people in company and I never expected this form Samsung brand.since one and half month we are suffering without refrigerator so if some reputation is left than act immediately and solve the problem even if you don’t I can buy new one but how ever big you are don’t neglected the consumer and it’s proved no brand can survive without services support. On 2/12/15 I stayed at home to resolve the issue till 2.30 pm no one turned up so I called your call centre they took all the details again and she told she will call me back after 10 mnts that never happened than I called call centre by 4.30 pm again breffing all the details this particular lady said same of sendind service personnel than I asked her to give a tentative time since I waiting from morning she fefuse to give a time and started arguing very arrogantly the languages the way she behaved is very rood (some point she said you paid money taken product that’s all) and she refused to give her name and disconnected the phone again I called the call centre I asked for services manager ph number than they gave a name Mr anand and number 98455 22922 that turned out fake again I called your call centre than they said Mr anand left tha job and Mr saif came on line said to be manager again I explained everything in detail he promised me that my complaint will be attended before 7.30 pm this also not happened, due mean really you want me to do all this thing to get a service from the company it’s a shame on part of the company to treat their customer in this way and also shame on the part of management to keep such inefficient /arrogant people in company and I never expected this form Samsung brand.since one and half month we are suffering without refrigerator so if some reputation is left than act immediately and solve the problem even if you don’t I can buy new one but how ever big you are don’t neglected the consumer and it’s proved no brand can survive without services support.     I am having a Washing Machine, top loaded, with Model No.WA78K1/XTL purchased in 2009. When it was giving frequent trouble, I lodged a complaint on 01.09.2015 and accordingly your representative visited my home on 03.09.2015. He checked the machine thoroughly and suggested that the Board of the machine is faulty and has to be replaced. He said that the authorized service centre people will come and lift the machine to their workshop for repair. Accordingly the next day the machine was lifted by the service centre people. When I was not getting any response from the service centre, I have again lodged my complaint on 01.11.2015 to which I got a call from the service centre just to say that the required parts (Board) is not available. If the parts were not available, then why did they keep my washing machine in their workshop for more than two months?.

    Can Samsung, being a reputed International brand, disown its product merely on the ground of non-availability of parts? My family and I have been using many products of Samsung (TV, Smart phone, washing machine, etc.) for the last about 10 years but have never experienced such a discouraging response from a reputed MNC like Samsung. If this is the attitude of Samsung service centre towards its customers, then you may lose some potential customers. I know it will not affect Samsung’s market share, but there should not be even a single unsatisfied customer. If the Board of this particular brand is not available, you may have various alternatives to get the machine at least in working condition with any compatible board

    Since I have now left with no option, your kind intervention is sought in the matter with a request to kindly issue necessary instructions to the concerned area incharge to attend my complaint and redress my grievances.

    Im old customers of Samsung products. All electronic gadgets I.e AC/TV/fridge were purchased by me of Samsung make. In the year 2012 Oct. I purchased 51″ plasma of Samsung @ approx. 95,000/- my wife and children were very happy. But after six months 3-4 lines appears on the screen. I contact the customer care. Engineer visited and recommended for replacement of panel. In the month of March/April they change the panel and stated that the guarantee of the panel of one year from the purchase of product ie up to Oct, 2013. In the month of Feb.2014 again 3-4 lines appeared on the screen. I contact the customer care, an engineer visited and stated that panel required to be change. I speak with store I/c of Samsung’s service center who stated that the cost of panel is Rs.27000/- the amount was huge I ignore to change the panel. Then he stated that rates of electonic parts decreasing day by day u wait till budget. In the yr 2015, I again contacted with Dwarka centre for the price of panel wh states that it comes about Rs.23000/-. About one months earlier 5 inches black line appears on the screen.I again contact the service center, who send the engineer for check the plasma. His and was same that panel is required to change. He again stated that 50% cost of the panel is to be required in advance. He further state d that total cost of panel is about 43000/- I am very surprise how it will be possible as 2-3 months before service center says the cost of panel was 23000/- but nowbthe engineer asked for 43000/- which was very high. It is also stated that if I spent such a huge amount for its repair why not I purchase 50″ Led about rs. 50000/-. My humble request that my plasma may be taken back and depreciation amount may be return to me.

    Hereby I want to inform that I am the loyal customer of your brand & using all the appliance of your company. Two year before I had purchased the plasma TV 56’ where in the
    Picture tube being corrupted & the company had replaced the same within two months which is an customer satisfaction, but now after two years the same problem being raised.
    I purchased SAMSUNG PLASMA PS51F5500ARL XL costing Rs. 82500/- on 28th Sept,2013.

    The company engineer is asking for Rs.1200 as an visiting charge & the repairing charges extra, which as according to loyal customer is not an good image to be proton. As within two years if the
    Appliances being found faulty or defective then it’s an not good sign of you to retain loyal to the company.

    I request you to kindly look into the matter & provide proper solution on to the same as your company engineer on to telephonic conversation had told me on contacting that the panel of the plasma
    Will be change at the cost of Rs.75000. Further on to it I am both worried mentally & financially as being one of the loyal customer.

    This response from Authorised Service Centre of World Leading TV Company is really disturbing as it reduces customer satisfaction and it hamper your image brand in the market. I would like you to kindly look into this matter and provide me with the replacement or repair of my SAMSUNG PLASMA PS51F5500ARL XL as earliest.

    have purchase one samsung micro oven model no(solo mw73ad) on 03.01.14 from reliance digital retail store.start button on micro oven are not properly functioning.i complane to your costumer care center (complane no 4201716106) yesterday your engineer visit my house and tell your product damage by cockroach.so it is chargeable or rs 2000 for parts plus service charge for repair rs 300+vat.but he cont see me any prove for cockroach.i think he just tell lie.
    But now i have question to you i am the loyal customer of your brand it is foolish for me? all of my home appliance are sum sung we can not expect such service from your company. i have read all of your warranty condition and i have not found any where there is no warranty for cockroach damage.(though i have not believe it that cockroach damage it)because your engineer cant given any prove for that .

    Dear Team I prayank purchased a Samsung grand 2 mobile from ghaziabad .few day back its screen damaged in a little accindent.this was insured by apps delhi.when I handed over this set to SAMSUNG AUTHORISED service center which is in loha mandi Ghaziabad (0008301093) they asked me for Rs 600/ approx for original samsung touch screen. Now post submission the phone they are asking for Rs5000/.This SAMSUNG service center is doing FRAUD to the customers on behalf of SAMSUNG authorised service center, and I am sure they are making money to do these type of cheating with other Samsung customers.
    Request you to pls take some hard action against them otherwise they will soon spoil the brand image of SAMSUNG.

    I, Tajinder Kour, Superintendent of Police, from Jammu (J&K) I am complaining Samsung Service Centre, New Plot Jammu (J&K). I am just sharing my view about SAMSUNG mobile.

    I have bought Samsung Grant 2 on 14-11-2015 from Dutta Electronics Apsra Road, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu(J&K) under IMEI No. 352116069309472 amounting to Rs 16,800/=. Exact after 2/3 months, I am facing problem in my phone. its heatup, voice problem during incoming & outcoming calls due to voice cracking & show not reachable some times. I went to service center New Plot Jammu (J&K) and checkup my phone after checking he return OK with no fault but above said problem continuous.

    Again I went to service center on 29-07-2015 and after checking he return OK with no fault on same day but above said problem continuous.

    Again I went to service center on 12-08-2015 and after checking he said mobile phone sent to Chandigarh after one week (19-08-2015) he returns mobile set with scratches but above said problem continuous.

    Again I went to service center on 02-09-2015 and after checking he return OK with no fault on same day with job card and acknowledgement but above said problem continuous.

    Again I went to service center on 03-09-2015 and he used rough languages and misbehave with me and threaten me you go any where.
    Anyways this is what I am going through. I want to tell you that I have bought your phone in believing as a brand.

    About SAMSUNG, I would like to tell you I cant believe you people those who cheat their customer. in future,

    Whenever I went to service center, I meet many repeated faces who facing problem, and some people were shouting and so on and on…

    I just give you one message that if you believe as your self as BRAND then BEHAVE like BRAND.

I lost all my contacts. you know, how its difficult to loose contacts details. I felt very low. somehow I manage and move on. now today also my phone not working. its not start. I went to service center and again lost all contacts. Its very difficult to lose contacts now a days. we have to fight out for job and other commitment ans so on.. may be you dont understand and of course its not matter one person view about your brand. but its matter to me because I have choose you among all other brand in market.

    Anyways this is what I am going through. I want to tell you that I have bought your phone in believing as a brand. I didn’t register my complaint anywhere and I didn’t want to do that because I know its make no difference.but every time updating my phone and loosing contacts, I should shout at service center. but I didn’t do that, because its not their fault.

    When you provide product, and give you warranty or guaranty about 1 year. and after 1 year people facing problems. I dont understand it is necessary that after 1 year your phone will not be working. I have bought on 1st april, 2014 and 2nd april, 2015, I am facing problem. why cant we make some assure that after 1 year without warranty our product will give you satisfaction.

    you know what i am working as HR Manager. I believe to do best for my employee because they are my customer. I dont want to cheat them or trapped to complete my recruitment target by giving fake proposal. if my organisation do so, I will fight with my organisation to give them best.

    i had done AC Service & All in 6th April… after this my AC is working properly for 10 days… as last 1 and half mont i Repetedly complain for AC Cooling is not Properly.. pls. gave Best Service….

    I have complained for above Problame.. since 3 to 4 times.. Every time Local ( Ahmedabad ) Service Center Person is came & do some thing in My Both Unit ( Inner & Outer ).. the Ac is only working only 10 days.. then Problame start again….

    Last time they Brought my Both Unit at their Place.. as i Shouted them & 3time speak to your Call Center Higher Service Manager… i Know that this time they told me thay in your AC …. Bla.. Bla Part is need to be Change.. Excetly this Happen.. they ask me Replace Cooling Coil..& the Estimate is Rs. 5000/-… Why Should I Pay.. Because Local Service Station Gay every time Come & open my Device.. this the Worst Service… me & my Family is Facing Trouble In this April.. May.. 46 degree.. tempreture. if u can solve my issue..     I have purchased one mobile E5 on 27.03.2015. One day the touch screen cracked while charging. I took the set to your authorized service centre in Patna. They first said that we will treat this case as damage. And you have to pay for the spare parts. I agreed upon it and gave the set for repairing. They issued me bill no4195174907 dtd. 30.05.2015 But till datemy set has not been repaired. And on enquiry I came to know that the parts are not available. So I request you to kindly look in to the matter and try to solve the problem at an earliest.

    Hello! I am from mumbai.. My cell phone was in warranty and my charging plug was not working due to some reasons so I gave it to the service center at VT near excelsior theatre. Since last two days they are calling me and saying we’ll give you your phone tomorrow and when I go there say are replying in rude manner which they should not do with the customer and the man who is working there named Pravin is spoiling your company’s name! And they are saying me we don’t have the part and from the first day I m getting the answer that the part has not come so is Samsung company is in loss or they don’t care about the customer???

    Bought a e7 mobile which had tie up with vodaphone that they will be providing 3g data free for 2 months and now I have bought they are saying u go to Samsung store from where you bought the phone because ur imei no does not match with our offer on which we are supposed to provide this offer and ask for the set on which we are providing the same and dealer is showing it’s ignorance.     Very very pathatic service. I have given my mobile with a complaint of mobile not charging on date 26/03/2015. Today when I went to service center I shaw they have broken the body of my mobile and they are not agreeing the smae. After my agrument they kept the mobile and give me time for 4-5 days. We never aspect such a bad service provide to me. Please take it scerious and resolve my complaint.

    Complain regarding update.

    Hi sir/madam.

    Since 18month ago I bought new samsung grand GT-I9082 wich was 20000 rupes. I got nominal updated. But after tht in market alot of new mobile lunch and which r upgrades new new softwears like kitkat. Lollypop. With all new update supported. And thy r available on 6000rs to 9000 only. But wye r samsung worlds largest company cnt give new update in old fones? Samsung mobile sold once and never give any update ? Isnt? I think if samsung cnt give update service thn we hv to change mobile brnd. I hope sooner we will get new software avelable in our phone.

    I had bought Samsung galaxy note 2 . I bought Samsung phone for their service availability. But after buying, I had realized that the quality was poor and when I just dropped my phone once I had got motherboard problem.
    the service was poor and my phone started hanging frequently after the service .for each and every service the cost of getting it repaired was high. and the service made to the device was more than wt I actually spent for buying it.

    In my life I wont purchase Samsung and never recommend this to anyone. china sets are far better than Samsung.

    Samsung head office officer and service manager is always looking for money. None is listening my problem. No transparency is there. And if asking for replacement they are straight away saying no. If we are saying we will take legal action they are our legal department is quite powerful. Everyone is looking for commission. As a customer looking helpless. Worst service never ever purchase samsung

    dear team,
    I had made multiple complaints to your call center regarding improper
    functioning of my air conditioner (unfortunately i had taken samsung)
    my complaint number is 8432046648.
    first call made: 10th july 2014- engineer visited. problem persisted. No
    solution given
    second call made: 11th july 2014 (call center executive name Abhishek)- no
    action taken by any team
    third call made: 11th july 2014 evening (call center executive name
    Abhishek)- no action taken. call center executive told me that it will take
    24 working hours to action on complaint and 24 working hours is 4 working
    days. so i should keep quite till 15th end of the day.
    fourth call made: 17th july 2014 morning at 9.15- no action taken. call
    center executive (Salim) has informed that I will get a call today and if I
    need to talk to superwiser , he can be available only after 10.30. he
    promosed a call back, no call back received. he promised action from the
    service center, no responce received.
    fifth call made: 17th july 2014 evening – call center executive Vineet. –
    He told me complaint has been closed into the system on 10th july itself
    and he has send message to service team. his supervisor (Ankush) has come
    on the call after I insisted to talk to him for 15 minutes, also promised I
    will receive a call on 18th July.
    Even after 8 complete days of my complaint, the problem is unresolved.

    My problem is that sometimes there is cooling in my AC and sometimes not.
    As per the service guy, my compressor is OK, the gas is proper.
    I had earlier made the same complaint on 27th or 28th June 2014 vide
    complaint number 4176573144 and the same problem was never sorted out.
    Can you help me on this or I should resort to local repair guy and never
    buy a Samsung product again.

    I had purchase a mobile Samsung Galaxy Grand in September 2013 from Noida . After purchasing of one month it create problem of hanging & battery back up is too poor . I never expected before purchasing this Samsung handset having so poor quality I am a regular customer of Samsung & believe in Samsung products but now m very frusted with Samsung products . I will never purchase & don’t advise to any one to purchase Samsung products..

    I purchased one Plazma TV late 2010. TV is under warrantee. Two months back the TV did not show any picture. Complaint was lodged. Dealer visited the house. Reported the cercuit break down. Two weeks after came with new cercuit, could not set it right. Took the plea of power line switch failure and will come back next day till date no response. Second toll free number was dialled, complaint was registered. Dealer adviced to sattle the mater at 50% cost since the part is not avail;able with any of the dealer’s in India. Thanks to Samsung & their products. I am forced to proceed to consumer form for justice.

    In future I will never purchase Samsung product because of poor service after the product sale to customers .
    I have purchased Samsung top load washing machine . When warranty was expired the service centre did not give any service
    After went to service centre the service level of Samsung was pathetic and the centre manager is taking like I have done to crime to purchase Samsung product and misbehaved me
    I also informed the service HEAD of UP but he did not take any action against him
    Hence forth I will never purchase Samsung products also I will inform to same to my friends family and relative and did not purchase Samsung products
