    Hi., My Name is Manjunath from Bangalore I was using Royal Enfield Electra 350 CC from June 2010 and completed total 28600 kms, Just I want inform you all that Even after getting service and oil change on time through authorized service centers, My Bullet Engine got problem and company show room (Eicher Motors) was charging to rectify the same for Rs.20,000/- and the technical people doesn't have any proper justification how the engine got problem very early., Its reall very pathetic that even after spending too much of money I am really not happy with the the service team, vehicle performance. Its totally radiculous. If company management is really have some professionalism please answer for this.     Dear Sir My self Devender singh rawat i am a your customer previous 1 year i give reference to many people to purchase royal Enfield bike and most people purchase this bike this is my honesty but your company service center not doing good work and not satisfied to bike service i many time complaint to mechanic my bike have kick problem but he not resolve my problem at last i concert my mechanic friend he change my spark plug then my bike kick problem solve i complaint my bike take air after start but he not resolve he tight that part but problem not solve i again concern other mechanic he proper open this assembly and proper tight them then my problem solve that mean the service center mechanic is not a good mechanic my main problem is i service my bike in 07 july in 2pm i told the bike problem included my bike front shocker is leak and the shocker road is damage for manufacturing defect he tell me the expected time to service and oil seal change is 3 hours i tell him pls do fast because i was going 5 pm a important work he agree me after service he told me don’t change oil seal because oil seal is ok but shocker rod is defected i tell him change this but he tell me no stock pls change after next service i agree i don’t saw when he change my engine oil i call he do u change my engine oil he told yes but oil is black i faith him and agree after he change my break show and clutch wire i told him pls do fast but he not doing he take 3 hours for change engine oil and break show and clutch wire change after 5 pm my bike going to washing he doing good work but i am late so i call pls send my bike to outside i am late after i give bill payment i did not polish my bike and air cleaning to my bike because i am late i telling you the mechanic take take 2.45 hours only change oil, break shoo and clutch plate that is ridicules service that all i going outside with i bike i reached late so my work is not done that’s ok i ride my bike 34 day i feel my bike is running hard and engine is sound my bike is running same just like before service i call the service center he tell me not good answer i check the oil in the oil is so black i total sure mechanic not change my engine oil properly i shock because i pay 2000 rupees for only break shoo and clutch wire actually that part is ok but mechanic force change me this part other wise i am going to service center for only bike service and shocker problem So sir that is my bad experience i want no anybody feel this i humble request to you please verify this service center service MY NAME IS DEVENDER SINGH RAWAT M.NO-8506946575 JOB CARD NO- RJC0098141501402 INVOICE NO-SINV0098141501324 INVOICE DATE 07/06/2014 BIKE NO-DL9SAJ9234 BULLET ELECTRA

    Dear sir Subject-complaints on the newly purchased royal Enfield Thunderbird 350cc bike reg The amount of rs 1,46,057 including advance ref no is 63190744A1. On 9th may 2014 through the online transaction. The concern bike was delivered on 10th June 2014.I have noticed lot of problems on the bike,like non availability of guard for chain and but on the purchased day itself.we made a complaint against this to coimbatore showroom from which i guided to go service station.but the service i have not satisfactory. The other problems includes non work availability of horn,right indicator not working,wheel wobbling, abnormal sound in engine.again i given complaint and i surrendered the bike for service from which some service i got.still the bike has lot of problems which are not rectified yet.i am working outside Coimbatore. I used to come for rectifying the problems to Coimbatore. It gives a lot of pressure on me. First if all , the key given is doubtful it seem to be duplicate. I have chosen the bike for its brand for which I given the amount.but the delivered product is doubtful and is satisfactory.     Regarding: Non redressal of complaint within warranty period. Sir, This is to inform you that I had bought one Royal Enfield Thunder Bird 350 on 28th September, 2013 from Chandigarh because there is no authorised showroom or service centre in Gorakhpur, I had to go to your authorised service centre at Deoria namely Supreme Motors for getting the service done (about 50 kms away). Through this letter I would like to bring to your notice the hardships and trauma which I had suffered at your authorised service centre and would really appreciate if steps will be taken from your side to resolve my issues on priority basis. The first and foremost this which I would like to bring to your notice that on the service coupon it is very clearly written that bike should be washed but there is no system of washing of bike in the service centre, they say that Bullet is never washed. On the first servicing I had complained about the following two things: 1) Meter 2) Difficulty of putting the Bike on neutral in start position. The service Manager Mr. Jitendra Sahai assured me that the problems are minor in nature and will be resolved. After some time the bike was returned to me and I was told that the meter will be replaced on second servicing however regarding the second problem I was told that the same has been rectified. I took the bike and went for a ride however I felt that the second problem was still persisting. I again returned and complained about the same however I was told that the problem is temporary in nature and after covering some distance this will automatically resolved. Upon their assurance I returned back. It is important to mention here that there was no improvement in the condition of bike and the assurances which were given were all fake and misleading. That I went for second servicing. The meter was replaced this time. However the second issue remained as it is. I was informed that this issue of gear problem was raised before the company and one expert will be coming to teach the mechanics. I was further assured that in the third servicing it will be definitely resolved. In third servicing, I complained about meter which was changed on the second service in which the digital clock was getting slow day by day, in addition to the above mentioned problems/defects. I clearly told the manager that I will not be taking my bike this time if the problem will not be resolved. Upon this the right section of the engine was opened and the mechanics worked for about 4 hrs. I checked the bike, there was a little improvement in it but after few days the condition became same. In 4th and last servicing which was done on 7th July, 2014 I again complained about the clock getting slow and the problem of gear. As far as my first problem is concerned I was told that the meter has to be changed. Since they were not having the meter a requisition will be sent to the company and will let me know as soon as they receive a new meter. However with respect to my second problem I was told that one rod has to be filed (Ghisna) on leath (shop) on which the selector runs which changes the gear and I was further told that the charges for the work has to be borne by me. I requested them that since my Bike is in warranty period it is necessary and incumbent upon the company to change the part which is not functioning properly. I was further informed that the company doesn’t entertain this type of complaint hence it doesn’t changes the part. I, bonafidely believed on his statement and thereby agreed to his proposal. I was told to pay Rs. 100/- which I did for which I didn’t got any cash receipt. After taking the money the mechanic Mr. Shamshul insisted me to sit in the customer lounge as it will take approx 1 hour. After some time I heard a sound that something is getting filed on a filing machine. I went to the mechanic and complained that when he was doing the work in the service centre only then why was he charging. Upon this the mechanic became angry. I complained this to the Manager who intern replied that do whatever you can but please don’t visit the service centre from the next time. After the servicing was over I took my bike and returned. Sir till today both the problems which were existing at the time of first servicing are yet to be resolved and I am unable to find the solution to my problems as the act and conduct of the mechanic as well as the service Manager of your authorised service centre was highly derogatory and unethical. Please look into the problems stated above and suggest me the solution as my bike’s warranty will be over in the month of September 2014 failing which I will be forced to initiate legal action for the redressal of my grievances.     This is to inform you that, I Mr. Tapas Basu, a customer of your esteemed product namely ' Royal Enfield Electra' bearing registration No. WB24U0043, that due to an accident at Kolkata the aforesaid Bike was damaged for which it was sent to 'Kolkata Bike Zone' on 21-1-2014 for the purpose of repairing / maintainence the Job Card No. 14159. As I have the insuranace facility and to avail that facility, I told them accordingly. Most unethically the send the insurance company a bill amounting Rs. 5000/- whereas they informed me that I would have to pay Rs. 10,000/-. I was at a loss to hear such indicrepency between their said amount. Besides, their misconduct and misguidance disturbed me a lot. Earlier I do faced such lack of service from your aforesaid Kolkata Service Centre. Is it your way of treatment of your customers? This most regretfully I would want to say that please do the needful at the earliest to avoid any kind of unpleasent situation further and compelled me to take any kind of legal steps.     Lousy Customer service from Dhone Auto Pimpri-Pune.I paid all money for Thunderbird 350CC (Booking id#BKNG0258141501908) on 13th August and receive vehicle on 22nd August however still I do not have registration number or insurance paper. Every other day I need to phone them to enquire about registration number. Show-room is in such a pathetic condition that customer has to stand and get all things completed as there is no place to sit, this is ridiculous.

    I booked an classic 350 black from sanamahi motors Imphal at February 2016 and the bike got delivered on 18 March 2015 the bike is awesome but the problem is the I want to change the stock silencer into the upswept silencer from the company itself and I ask the dealer again and again about three times and they are saying they have the silencer but cant change due to some reason and ask me come 2 days later and when I go again same answer come back 2 days later really fed up with this type of service from a reputed brand and their service is very poor spoiling the image of the company.

    I have booked a classic 350 black in St.Marys Royal enfield showroom Tiruvalla Kerala.The initial waiting period was 7 months but when I called them they said waiting period is 8 months.Even after 8 months I was not geting any response from them and whenever I call they note my phone no and name saying they will call back.So today I went to cancel the booking but they told me some silly excuses and told me to go there on saturday.So my problem is the dealer is not delivering my bullet and is also not returning my booking money of Rs 5000 after cancelling my order

    Hi, I booked a Enfield classic 350 silver and after a long wait of about 8 months i got my bike delivered ,and then the real pain of having a bullet started ....YES the real pain and now im repenting for having taken this bike the reasons are below; 1)From the day 1 the vehicle has one or the other issue and i have to make a trip to the service centre every week atleast twice. 2)Even after adhering to the regular maintenance and servicing of the bike in the authorised service centre the bike is not working satisfactorily. 3)tThere is a huge vibration near the foot rest:(REASON UNKNOWN BY THE SERVICE CENTRE MECHANICS ALSO) 3)Within 7 months from the date of purchase the ENGINE is burnt twice and has been replaced by the enfield service centre,also a weird kind of sound from the bike during the drive....In spite of all the above the bike is not working properly ,,but my friends who also own a enfield 350 classic has no issues with their bike ,,,,So irrespective of whatever the reasons behind these problems i want my bike to b problem free and its still in warranty .I REQUEST THE CONCERNED AUTHORITES TO PROVIDE ME REMEDY FOR THE SAME IF ITS NOT POSSIBLE FROM YOUR END ATLEAST LET ME KNOW TO WHOM CAN I ESCLATE .....OR PROVIDE ME Mr.GOVINDRAJ'S EMAIL ID SO THAT I CAN ATLEAST GET THE ANSWERS FROM THE CEO.     Dear Sir, This is regards to a complaint which I want to make officially for the lowest quality of chasi that royal enfield is manufacturing. I own a classic 350 which was braught in the month of June 2011.I couldnt beleive that the chasi could have been cracked so easily after maintaining my bike so much. I have tried to fix it up on permanent basis as I did not have much to do for the same. Hence I write you for a solution as I have welded the chasi with a support of a big screw as per as the suggestion of my personal mechanic and the welder however that also does not seem to be fixed. I feel disappointed to see the condition of it and also to write this complaint. I would request you to take personal interest on the same as I am really eager for your reply and cannot see my bike in standing condition. Your help in this would be much appreciated.     Sir,maam i purchased standard 500 and i am really disappointed in your product !! There is huge piston slapping while accelerating/reviving . The bullet is hardly 550 km on meter and 15 days old. I upgraded from 350cc cast iron royal enfield to 500cc to enjoy my rides but the uce 500 has made me sad/mad because you have been charging premium amounts for bikes and not delivering premium products. i purchased the bullet on 7th may 2015 please get in touch

    My (Five) days old Bike Received on 20th July 2015 Royal Enfield Classic 500cc Silver in color is in the H.S.R SERVICE Station SR Nagar, Bangalore, Not even number plated, rode only 18KM, Bought in from HSR Store which is in Lalbagh Road, Bangalore What Happened? My old habit with previous Bike Pulsar 150cc keeping the wiping cloth just below the tank, did the same with my new Enfield (Incident date 24th July 2015) in the middle of Road speed of 40KM bike back tire was sudden stop bike started skirting nearly 8-9 times somehow I managed handling without falling down, and god bless lucky nothing came and hit me from behind from heavy moving traffic (Lifestyle Signal) had to stop in the middle of road and I had no idea what could have happened than I moved the bike aside of road such a heavy bike with the help of people around there as the back tire was stuck (not moving), than I see they was a cloth stuck in the chain, so guess what happened is small piece of wiping cloth rolled to a chain and went inside the damaged crank box, Bike Reached HSR Service Station after checked, Manager says if we have to change the Crank Box will cost you Rs. 25,000/- (Thousand) new crank Rs. 17,000/- plus Oil/Labor charges altogether will come up to Rs. 25,000/- so easy to say, (Customer) I was very up-set and disappointed, I said but it should be replaced how can such a small piece of cloth go break the parts inside, Manager said it’s NOT a manufacturing defect ;) so I get it it’s my mistake that I have kept the wiping cloth there, but what about the quality factor which a small cloth can also break this type of metal, for god sake its (ROYAL ENFIELD A HUGE BRAND)and to hear such a thing was not pleasing me at all, Ah he did mention this was the case received, Customer- than I asked what if insurance can cover the damage, Manager- it’s not accident or something so it’s No basically , Customer- I was imagining now here I could have lost my life in this incident but nobody would understand this part, I was not totally Disappointed until yesterday 27th July 2015 when I drop down to the service station and saw all the Engine part's open into pieces, it was not a good feeling at all for a five days old AS NEW bike trust me, and it is gone for welding process to fix the outer part of crank if it gets done good enough if no than the crank has to be changed, End of the Day, What is Warrantee, What is Insurance, What is buying a Brand Product it makes no deference; effort from people is there but everything at a price Tag, And this Bike I had bought for my younger brother to gift him on his Birthday which is in 4 days 1st August his Birthday :( now I just wish to fix this bike and have to lie to my brother saying it’s a brand new bike here you go :( A suggestion please add this part to say to your customers NOT TO KEEP ANY CLOTH BELOW THE TANK in the time of introduction/Explanation on time of delivery to customer, this lack of acknowledge, can cost someone’s life, Regards, Victor Salter +91 9740704411

    5th august 2015, i purchased "Desert Storm classic 500" soon after 5 day "Self start" problem started, given to RE service center, they replaced the battery, then given to me and its works fine. sadly once again on 20th august 2015 "self start" problem started, now also given to RE service center. so initially fitted battery had a problem, secondly replaced battery had also problem, now waiting for third. God knows ! the bike yet not one month old but why the problem started. in my case i trusted RE but RE not able to keep the trust. Phone no 09748892245

    Dear Sir, It is with deep regret that I am sending this mail to inform all designated authorities about the atrocities committed by St. Mary's Motors. I am extremely shocked at the poor level of customer service offered by St. Mary's motors . Kindly allow me to state all the details from that fateful moment When I chose to book a Royal Enfield. On 23 November 2014, I paid St. Mary's Motors, Ernakulam a booking amount of Rs. 5,000. The model booked was a classic 350 cc. I was promised delivery of my booked vehicle within 7 months ( 23 June 2015). From 23 November 2014 till 23 June 2015, I did not receive any mode of communication regarding delivery/status of my vehicle . On 1 September 2015, I walked into St. Mary's motors to enquire about the status of my vehicle booking . I was asked to pay Rs 49,400 immidiately since I had initially paid the booking amount of Rs 5,000. I paid Rs 49,400 on 3 September 2015. St. Marys motors informed me that the on road price of my vehicle including fitting, registration , road tax & insurance would come to Rs 1,54,400. This price also includes my loan processing fee & 1 EMI. HDFC bank successfully approved my vehicle loan amount of Rs 99,500. St. Marys motors then told me that my vehicle would be delivered within 10 working days from the moment I paid Rs 49,400. The receipt attached with this mail will confirm my payment date as 3 September 2015. This indicates that I was supposed to receive delivery of my vehicle on 15 September 2015. Again , during these 10 working days , I am sorry to say that there was no communication from St. Mary's motors to me. On 15 September 2015, I visited St. Mary's Motors again & I was informed that due to internal problems of St. Mary's motors , the bill was not prepared . This was mainly due to the carelessness of the sales executive Mr. Ashwin ( mobile number +91- 9847039800) . When I insisted on the delivery of my vehicle on 15 September 2015, st marys motors handed over my vehicle to me on 15 September 2015 without taking temporary registration . This itself shows the irresponsible and illegal ways in which St. Mary's motors function . How can St. Mary's motors give me a vehicle without temporary registration ? I was given temporary registration on 18 September 2015. How can St. Mary's motors sell me a vehicle on 18 September 2015 but give me delivery of the same vehicle on 15 September 2015 ? I have all documents as proof scanned & attached with this mail for your kind reference. This indicates that I was given a temporary registration only on 18 September 2015 . This incident by St. Mary's Motors has broken all laws of the Indian Government . An illegal activity once committed must be reported which is what I am doing . I do hope strict action is taken against St. Mary's motors . Now , after all these unfortunate incidents , on 1 October 2015, I took my vehicle to RTO Mattancherry to register my vehicle . When the RTO verified my vehicle documents , it came into the limelight that my vehicle didn't have road tax from the date of delivery till 1 October 2015. This is another crime committed by St. Mary's Motors . I called St. Mary's motors to complain regarding the non-payment of my road tax & I was given an unsatisfactory reply from St. Mary's motors . I was told that it was their ( st Mary's motors ) internal issue and they paid the road tax online on 1 October 2015. I was made to drive my vehicle without road tax due to the negligence of St Mary's motors . Inspite of paying the required amount to st Mary's motors, I was cheated . I have also been informed by RTO ( Regional Transport Officer ) that I have been levied a fine for driving my vehicle on road without paying road tax . Road tax was supposed to be paid within 7 days from the date of delivery by St. Mary's Motors . I have documents from st Mary's motors proving all the above incidents . Please allow me to inform you that I had to take leave on 1 October 2015 from my work to get my vehicle permanent registration number . I didn't get this on 1 October 2015. 2 October 2015 is a public holiday which has lead me to take leave from my work on 3 October 2015. It was my dream to own a Royal Enfield with pride but all the related above incidents has dampened my spirt & I have no words to express my dissatisfaction at the poor level of customer service provided by St. Mary's motors . St Mary's motors has caused me enough stress and moreover I was forced to pay Rs 3,800 for extra fittings even when this amount was included in the Rs 1,54,400. This clearly proves that st Mary's motors is overcharging customers and committing crime after crime . I am pleading with all the designated & responsible authorities reading this mail to please help me . Kindly advice me what I must do next and please take appropriate & strict action against everyone responsible in this mishap. All the relevant documents have been attached with this mail .     I had booked my classic 350 from Ishna Wheels, Motilal Nagar, Goregaon west, Mumbai - 400104. and they has promised me to deliver my bike by this diwali but didnt do then they confirm to deliver by 21st nov 2015 but today also they say that my bike can't be delivered, such idiots we are dealing with. Also they are completly dinying to componsate in any from for their mistake. Didnt expected this kind of loose behaviour from such a pronouned brand. Totally shameful for Royal Enfield. Shuld be ashamed for this.

    I purchased a new Classic 350 from Blue Mountain Autos Kozhikod Kerala on the 20.10.2015. First service done at 500 kms from the authorised service centre Moto Craft, Sulthan Bathery, wayanad district, Kerala on 7th nov 2015. Problem with the bike is that it's battery is leaking. Again I took the bike to the service centre. Instead of replacing the leaking battery they made some temporary adjustments.Still the battery is leaking and its making corrossions over the body of the bike . So do necessary steps to solve this issue without delay.

    I bought Classic 350 from Marikar motor in Statue, Trivandrum. The complaints are enormous. • A out of beat screach • Handlebar vibration • Self-Start problems • On the first day itself the key got bend by opening the utility box. And now the key is broken I brought the Royal Enfield in specific to have the comfort ride with royal touch, but the results are very much disappointing. I didn't even cross 45kmph till now and planning to keep it till 1500km for setting the engine. Wish you guys do some fixing. My grandfather used to be a share holder Mr. Mohammed Ali (Military) and the old ones were mind blowing. The beats in new ones is very much disappointing. Royal Enfield Lovet

    I have purchased Bullet 350 on 24Nov 2014 in Nov 2015 my bikes enigine started making n numbers of knocking sound in 12500kms. I have consulted to companys service center they advice me to open engine. And they says aproxx budget will be not less than 12000 as my vehicles warranty is over before a week So i want ti know shud i have to throw my vehicle after 1 yr. Si why i have given 1.3lac. So guys plz think twice before u go for Royal enfield bikes.

    I was going on a trip gurgaon to jaisalmer... Got serviced my bike on 20th January. Asked to check everything and change the required things. Before leaving I asked them if everything ok now including battery. They say yes and battery is ok. On 26th self start stopped working while on trip... After 2 days kick start also stopped working. Local mechanic charged the battery and however I reached back charging the battery 3 times on the way. Today I got time to go the to the workshop and they said battery has to be changed. The warranty expired on 30th January. They also said self start plug is also have to be changed. Cost will be 8000 approx. This is annoying as they checked it a few days before and they charged 2800 for that already. Should I pay for the battery? I used to love royal Enfield a few days before.

    I have booked royal enfield bullet with authorised dealer named S P Wheels Vasai East Thane Contact Person Mr.Vikas last year dtd Feb'2015 , now more than year completed but still not get the delivery of bullet inspite all payments done and at the booking time commited wait only for 4-5 months Actually dealers doing cheat with custmoer and they give bullets direct delivery to those customers by collecting on cash payment under table and keep waiting us who wont pay. After my request they called me the showroom and said give the vehicles but all parts are buying from this showroom. That parts are highly costly by me compared open. market.They also said that extra fittings are compulsory for the permanent of the vehicle. But when I discuss with motor vehicle department , they asked not required that extra accessories for testing/ registration time. Please take necessary action or Strict Warning for this matter. I am totally unsatisfied from this product the company has 3rd grade service support system ...and almost all the vehicles are fitted with faulty parts ....I am taking my service from our local dealership in saharanpur (Up)M/S Sachdeva Enterprises ..in first 6 months of purchase my bikes battery stopped working ..i registered the complaint to the local dealership ..But The response was so slow and careless that I had to purchase a new battery for 3000 Rs from my pocket ...Service centre charged me for all the spark plugs in the warranty period as there was petrol coming in them and due to which my bike was not starting ...I have used my bike for just 6000 km in the period of 23 months of my purchase now my bike is not supplying fuel in the engine and the ignition has stopped working ...I sent it to service centre the owner told me that now I have to spend a whopping amount of 9000 rs on my bike as now the electrical supply of the bike is gone...than I requested him (Sahil Sachdeva showroom owner ) Brother I have spent 175000/- to purchase a premium bike..atleast give me the number of ur service incharge (TSM) so I can request him to help and get my bike done on spl approval ....He responded that TSM (Mr Umesh) has strictly asked him to not to give his number to any customer as he is a boss an will not deal in these issues ...Than I got the number of Mr Umesh (TSM) through customer care & than the procedure of service is started ...and still there is no commitment given to me yet & I am asked to talk on Monday or write a mail..I again called the showroom owner Mr Sachdeva and asked him to give me a counter reciept (of job card) of my bike which was picked from my site on 28/02/2016 ...he said 'don't built any pressure on us for service just pick ur your bike from my showroom and go hell out of here'.....wwwwooooooow What a quality of service ???? If anybody is reading this post plz plz plz share this ...don't even dare to buy a Royale Enfield product ...better go for a second hand Harley Davidson in 3-4 lack rs as its better than wastin 2lack in Royale Enfield (like I did) coz atleast u will experience proud to be a owner of a good bike & awesome service support they have...even after limited dealerships in India .. Hope after reading this the service team of Royale Enfield will do something if they have some value of customers..     Dear Sir, I R. Chenguttavan residing at Baluchetti, Kanchipuram District have purchased a Royal Enfield On 21st of August 2015 with my passion on your brand and confidence on the organisation. This is hard earned money of Rs.1,43,500/- which i spent on this vehicle, but the way people at JET BLAZE Motors, Kanchipuram responds to the customer is very very pathetic. I did all service according to schedule for which i have bills, unfortunately yesterday my vehicle had a problem with drive chain and vehicle was in unmoving condition after calling their workshop they ask me to bring the vehicle to their premises and i did same. After intake (Jobcard No. 1668) & observation they said if i want to replace the faulty parts i need to pay for it, else under warranty it will take 10 to 15days, how can they arrange a part in a day if i am paying and if i claim a warranty why it takes 15 days. Contacting their Manager Mr. Nandakumar was not responding to my quires people at workshop are behaving with very poor language and also threatening us to put a mail to Enfield and says he will reply them which is totally unprofessional way of handling a customer. I don't understand how company of repute can appoint this kind of people in customer relationship, please take care and beware of this kind of people who may spoil brand Royal Enfield. My vehicle is having a broken teeth of chain sprocket after going only 9000 kms, which has to be replaced please do the needful to maintain peoples faith on your brand.     Hello sir, I've been experiencing worsed bike service from service center. I complained to the manager but he is dumb n deaf as usual . A tragic incident happened today when i went for my 4 th free service. After the service it was found that my back wheel is damaged with two broken barrings. After it was serviced i went to the washing area. But it was not washed b'caus unfortunately washing gun was not working. Hence i went for the billing, bill was made of four broken barrings. I again complained, then he reduced some amount with long argument. Ultimately the manager threatened me of not complaining on small small things otherwise i will have to suffer more as there is only one service center .Sir, Same situationions is with each n every customers.Please help us out or leave us regretting ourselves.     This is bring to your notice that I got call from company representative Mr Abhishek Tripathi at 1.18 pm that he is going to resolve my problem and he promised to deliver Royal Enfield chest red colour by today evening. On his words I have send my brother to company showroom, Budaun .But now he is not picking up my phone even till 4.30pm he was saying that it will be done by today evening. This is a matter of my social respect as well as my family respect too.I am feeling mental harresment and pusseled. ROYAL ENFIELD IS A VERY RENOWNED and WELL KNOWN Company and I was not expecting this type of cheating by Representative. I am very much disappointed to know that he is not picking up my phone..     I want to complaint about the staff of the royal enfield workshop in Najafgarh, New Delhi. I handled them my bike for service along with alignment of front and rear wheel. When i recieved my bike i found that there are marks on the corners of rim like they are being hitted with something or the alignment is done by very unskilled and unprofessional labour also looks balunt at corners. Plus i noticed my bikes odometer and speedmeter is not working after service.I told about this to the Manager then he said talk to Mr jitender (the person who made my job card i guess after half an hour because he was busy in talking to some of his friends) and He handled my bike to a worker and that worker removed that wire that is connected to tyre which is mainly used in speedometer and odometer it takes barely 2-3 minutes for him to open that wire but after roaming here and there after 30-45 minutes they told me that the bearing or Grari in local language is broken, which is simply looks like he's lying if my bearing was broken than why dont he told me that just after opening of wire. Why he took 30-45 minute while it only takes 2-3 minutes to find that fault. They just want to prove that they are right and dont want to take any blame on themselves as the workshop is recently opened and i am very sure that my meter was working before service. No one even gave a satisfactory answer to me and staff is also very bad and non co-operative . No one doesnt pay any attention to customers.I just felt bad for my bike.They just made to move to a local worker shop instead of going in company's workshop for fixing my meter issue.Again i am telling that workshop is in New Delhi's Najafgarh Area. I hope you will notice my complaint and take some necessary steps towards them so they will atleast behave properly and be in some discipline in future.     Dear royal Enfield kindly provided me details why my bike is still at service centre since last four days as I was reqested to wait for just 24 hour's to find the fault But to my amusement the bike is still at service centre And today again I visited there And found it is still on ramp with head removed And no response from ur customer service as well My bike royal Enfield electra model 2015 1700 kms Is having tapet noise For which I was asked to wait only for 24 hrs to rectify But it's now fifth day bike is still there With out any maintenance Respond to me by tomorrow Or I have to move to consumer court My lawyers have suggested to file the case Against company Akhtar Sri agar 9419404001

    I Purchased My Classic 350  On 4/07/2016, However I Am Really Disappointed To Do So As Since I Have This Bike Its Making Weird Sound, I Have Asked The Dealer To Fix That However I Am Not Getting Anywhere.     I have TB350. (GJ26K8007) In motorcycle engine side abnormal noise then I was going to royal Enfield show room (12/09/2016) reported in kaveri motors. One week after said warranty approval not given by royal Enfield. Approval give royal Enfield then your vehicle starting work. I am very disagree this policy.     Im in a mess after i bought this bike in the month of may 2016. From the 1st day i had so many problems which i waited and dealt with till the 1st service. Then after the service i still had the same issues so i had complained and my bike was re-serviced. I thought that was it but then the scilencer of my bike flew off on the street and my brakes failed even when it hadn't rained and then i had complained for the same. I got a call from different managers and they said they would again like to service my bike and this was the last chance they asked for. They were so shameless that they charged me for every single nut and bolt that they used to fix my silencer which i have no clue why i had to pay coz the bike was a piece of shit by default from the very 1st day. Then after 3000 KM as i was travelling my friend takes my bike for service and they do not use the 2nd service slip but tell him that we have to use the 3rd service slip and fuck him off(Literally fucked him off from there). So good of a behavior towards your customers. Then after the service within a weeks time again the service light has started blinking and the handle makes noise. What do I do. I had paid 1.67 Lhk and some change hard cash and i think i did a mistake by even dreaming about Royal Enfield. I had paid the entire amount at one go and at that time they didnt miss on taking even 36rs in cash but the service that you are giving is so shitty i wish to have had only a bicycle.

    When there is increase of demand , #RoyalEnfield should try hard to maintain the better quality. Just purchased the bike ( Thunderbird 350 Before 20 days) and with in 1100 KM the clutch wire got broken. No rough riding and already first servicing done. Clutch plays the main role when you are in traffic, and you guys bring the quality of clutch wire itself down.. and making peoples life at risk. When we can spend near 1.7 L to purchase the bike , we can spend another 500 buks for a better clutch wire.. so increase the price but give us better clutch wire... Other problems also there... Gear not very smooth, more Vibration etc.. really disappointed.

Even though they no giving any date of delivery they are telling just the regular words " company has stopped the production of white ash 350cc" what the hell it is.. if this type of service and late delivery continue's in future the people will not believe in your brand... My group circle was planning to buy 8 bullets in diwali festival but by seeing your such nice behaviour and quick response we are moving towards other brand because you are not providing the delivery on time.. discuss with your dealer and give me the date of delivery.. I want your answer within 1 week other wise their will be only one option that I have to go in consumer form and file a complaint about the issue that company is not providing the delivery after paying deposit of rupees 40000.     I am sunil kumar jawla and i purchased a classic 500 from kings auto in dec 14.i am facing serious problem after last servise of my vehicle from the same service centre. vehicle stopped on the way while returning from the service centre. then we called the service centre & they towed the bike to service station & return back after two days with promise that it will not malfunction again, after few days again bike stopped automatically on road while my son was going college in the morning. again we approached kings auto baner, pune & they towed the bike to the service station. yesterday i picked the bike from the service centre after detail discussion with adviser & promised that now it will work properly. bike as per my understanding bike is having wiring problem & they have replaced wiring of fuse side to till sensor. i started my bike after some time may be after 2 minute it got off automatically its red switch i think which is kill switch not working tried starting for 30 minute but everything was in vain, now you guys either fix everything once for all or take your stuff back and return my money, else i will file a suit against this pathetic royal enfield company in consumer court it wont cost me anything coz my brother is an advocate also post this mail on all social networking site to promote your pathetic product as a goodwill gesture. laint heeded some response. i totally fedup with bike. bike detail CLASSIC 500 BLACK sunil kumar jawla 8390076611 chassis no.-ME3U5S5F1EH025626/ENGINE NO.U5S5F0EH073993 BIKE NO.     Sir I have met with an accident with my Bullet Classic 350 and handed over to Chandra Motors, Nagercoil Dealer, Kanyakumari Dist. Tamil Nadu on 03.11.2016. Vehicle No: TN 72 AV 2727. They issue an estimate of Rs. 30099/- towards the maintenance charges, spare charges and labour charge. I ready to pay the same from my hand. Yesterday i visit the service centre. They informed that the frame was not yet received from the company and they cant able to start the work without the same. Therefore i request you to bestow your personal attention in this matter and issue the requirements as ordered my the dealer as early as possible so as to enable to get the vehicle on road at once.     Hello I bought a ROYAL ENFIELD BULLET 500CC (Registration Number: DL13 SR 9603) from AMAR AUTOS (Kanti nagar, Delhi) on 4th sept 2016 of which first service completed on 16/10/2016. During first service, engineer/manager of service center informed that there is some weird/unexpected noise which is due to some fault. They kept my bike with them for further root cause analysis post which they asked him to visit the service center again on 4th Nov 2016. They told me that there is a minor non engine related fault which can be quickly fixed without touching engine however post fixing the defect when I met with them they tried to hide the truth that there was a fault within engine for which they opened it. Now they neither informed me nor took my permission before taking a step of repairing engine within 8 weeks of purchase. Now as this a manufacturing defect hense instead fixing it, I should have got it replaced. I don't want to live with a eight weeks old defective product lifelong with limited short term warranty keeping in mind that my bike has already spent a week in service center. Service center: ASCO MOTORS PARPARGANJ DELHI Engineer/Manager/Service Advisor who were involved: Asish gupta, Morya, Vishnu, Sonu This is highly dissatisfying to mention you that, I was highly mistreated at the work shop ASCO MOTORS (PATPARGANJ). This is very sad to hear that ROYAL ENFIELD being having such a huge brand name and repute in the market sells manufacturing defective bikes. Moreover, they do not have adequate after sales service. I have put my entire hard earned money in buying this bike and in return I got a manufacturing defective bike. I have high hopes from ROYAL ENFIELD and hope that this problem will be resolved.     Sir My Royal Enfield desert Storm 500cc vehicle given for paid service yesterday 12/11/16.vehicle no.KL60L 1011 in ur service centre.invoice no.SINV685161700712. After the maintenance job and service done vehicle delivered at 5pm. On the way returning to home(kasaragod) vehicle suddenly stuck while riding in a speed of about 50km/hr when I reached Manjeshwar at 6pm.vehicle was totally jam.rear wheel was not even moving.while examination it was found rear wheel axil went inside the drum because of the shaft nut was not properly fixed.It was found nut was fixed without washer while you done chain maintenance.Nut was broken without washer and rear wheel shaft went inside the rear wheel hub.This was a very big negligence from your side sir.Me and my brother escaped from a very big accident yesterday because of God's grace. After the incident I called up ur service manager and you send mechanic to the incident site.They done spot repair work but my vehicle silencer and near by places near the wheel got damaged and paint removed. It was a very big negligence from your side.there was a chance of loss of life. So I requesting you to give a detail explanation and recompense else I ll approach judiciary.     hi i bought standard 350 on 2nd-feb-2016 , and till date i completed only 8400km . on 6000km i noticed chain started making noice then i checked with royal enfiled workshop people( mohman motors greater mohali 125 (sunny enclave ) , they told me chain is dry nd to suggested me to do oiling the chain but that day i also notices chain was little twisted but they ignore it . i did the same nd again sound was not gone , then again i visted the workshop now this time they sugested me to use spary for chain nd told me we forwd ur number to royal enfiled manger nd he will check , but nothing was happen like that , but 3 days back when i visted again due to heavy noice comming from chain that day they told me ur chain is faulty nd need to replace complete chainset, this thing make me very dispointed becoz on the very first day i told them same thing but no 1 trusted me , now they r saying this thing . plz sugest me wat to do . this is my 4 bike in my famly ( royal enfield ) . i nver faced this kind of issue . luking for postive nd quick reply thanks nd regards ramandeep singh 8054415005

    Anyhow the bracket of speedometer of Thunderbird 350 have been broken up and I was asked to pay full charge of speedometer. But thanks God it was in warranty period so they changed free of charge. But in future how could I pay the amount of Rs8000. Please make available the bracket in service centre.

    Sub :complaint against royal Enfield service Centre vadakara (grace motors) Sir I expect this letter should the last letter regarding my complaint because for the last four month I was continously contacting the service Centre and the service manager also about my complaint Sir i have bought royal Enfield 350classic bullet dated 31/8/2016 from calicut ss motors after a few days i heard a tic tic sound from the engine it was really annoying and i went to the service which is near to my place vadakara grace motors and i have told my complaint. They told they want to check it out and i have said ohk. After checking they told me that néw 350classic mostly have this complaint so we can't sort it out. Just come on your first service we will check it again, so after a few days when my first service date comes i went to grace motors and i kept my royal Enfield 350for service. When I went receiving my bullet it was ashamed to say that they didn't even properly washed it. When I asked them they told me that the machine has some complaint so we are not able to do right now. When i asked the tic tic sound they told me that it has been solved. After few hours when it was in running condition again the same sound came, and I have went to grace motors service manager, he told me that néw 350 classic bullet has this sound so we cannot sort it out. I was so sad to hear that because i have taken this royal bullet by taking loan. When i went for my second service to calicut ss motors they have solved my problems but after one weak again the same tic tic sound came from the engine side. They told me that keep running it will go after so many kilometers. Then i went for 3rd service now the same sound and oil leakage has also came, i have given complaint for this two and they told me to wait for a day. After a day I went to service Centre for receivng my bullet. Still am facing both the problems. So this is my final complaint mail to the company.l and i expect an immediate response from the royal Enfield. Please select atleast a person who knows about the bullet and the person who know how to behave against the customers. Especially the service manager who has a good position in the company doesn't even know to behave properly (grace motors service manager ) Sir I expect a sudden reply and proper solution against my complaint, if doesn't i will go with the law, I will complaint to consumer Cort and will give a written complaint to police station for the bad behavior from grace motors service manager. I have the audio clip that he is saying me that the new bullet all have this complaint, if i didn't get any proper response from your side I will complaint using section IPC 415, IPC 1860 section 506 for misbehaving.

    i have purchased a royal enfield electra 350 cc.Initially i used to be a proud owner of my bullet mobike.having the habit of keeping my possessions in good conditions,i regularly get it serviced by nearby authorised service station regularly.it is painful to narrat that each time i brought back from service,i observe complaints which never existed before ,that followed by advices to replace costly parts.this definitely creates doubts that suxh costly and renowned company is selling bikes with sub standard spares!!!,right now i hv surrendered my bike for repeat service after i got it back from last service on 10 instant. I never had any problwm or difficulty in push button starting but after service it is not functioning.i receive a call advicing me to replace bearing costing rs 5000.If on and often the buyers are required to replace crucial and costly parts,why the company is fitting parts with substandard qualities.I requeat the company to act fast and responsibly so that further doubts are not aggravated and sense of dissatisfaction doesnt grow further.i hv very well maintained entire record of all maintenance activities.

    I have recently taken a new Royal Enfiled . I have given a service to Btm Service station after completing 450km, Ie my first free service. Oil was leaking continuously after I getting my bike from service center. Later I got to know that they haven't put a washer for the cap. that has mistaken by that mechanic , They have very poor mechanics and I have given some small compliant about my bike that also they didn't do it properly .. Total fake service center.

    Respected Sir, With due respect I am submitting that I have purchased RE 350 classic on 7th of June, 2015. After first two service my bike is giving problem to me as their self is not working properly, kick is also not working properly. I always complained about the self but the engineers/officers of the workshop always giving me assurance but they never give proper service therefore i am facing problems on the road also. When I went to the workshop on 4th of may 2017, the engineers who was allotted the bike for servicing has told me that your self is damaged and took out the barrings from the bike in my presence and saying that Rs. 10,000/- to 12,000/- for changing the said article will be charged from me. The engineer/workshop manager is saying that you have not changed the oil or service the bike timely. One thing is clear that when the bike was services, the manager is always asking how their services and always inform that your bike's service is due. Thereafter I will take my bike for servicing and always pointed out by me that the self is not working properly but they never care it. My bike is in the warranty period and the problem of self is covered in the warranty. If you want to given me some advice or contact me call on 9300234756, 9425773861. My bike is in the warrant period. Bike is run only 7000 km which is within the purview of the same.

I have paid the complete amount through NEFT from my Firm's A/C - M/S   S.K ELECTRONICS, Siliguri. Today, after returning from site, I parked my bike outside my office for just 5 minutes,   had a cup of tea & went out for my Dad's medicine along with my bike for just a 0.5km distance. After purchasing the same, as soon as I started off, I suddenly found my front tyre - punctured. I was in shock all of a sudden. I had to drag my bike to my home which was just 2 km away( But a really long one with the massive machine & heavy pours ) Kindly inform me the reasons for this incident that took place even after installing a tube-less tyre & how did all the air blew off in just only 5 mins ??? No. 5653 Dated 01.07.2015. On 15.07.2015 one Royal Enfileld Thunderbird 350-ES-Lighning BSIII Motor Cycle, having Chassis No. ME3U3S5C1FF234390, Engine No. U3S5C0FF815370 was delivered to me. Since taking delivery, I am facing lots of troubles almost in regular course for various mechanical faults. Therefore, I had to pay huge amount to repair the same. Photocopies of the repairing bills are enclosed herewith for ready reference. Very recently I found that the emission pipe (silencer pipe) is made of pitted material. Handle nuts are also out of order. When I asked your technicians, they could not give any satisfactory answer. The matter has gone beyond my tolerance and I want a replacement immediately otherwise I shall have to take shelter in the District Consumer Redressal Forum for remedy. If you are not entitled to take any appropriate step in this regard, please forward this matter to the concerned authority with an intimation to this end so that I can pursue the matter.     Sir, My name is Pratheep I am a practising advocate in madras high court. During the month of may 2017 I book a bullet classic 350 in my uncle name after that due some issues again I cancelled the existing booking and booked again in my brother name Mr.Siva Chandran with the dealer CLASSIC MOTORCYCLES AMBATTUR INDUSTRIAL ESTATE CHENNAI and I completed all the formalities in the showroom. From the day one am in touch with the person namely Mr.Mohameed munif he is working as sale person in that dealer showroom. And I approached the VIJAYA BANK for finance and the same had completed and I pay the nett amount to the showroom. Today my allotted motorcycle sent for registration and I called the sale person over the phone and ask about the registration before the RTO office he hesitated to reply my call after few hours later again I called the same person to check whether the registration process is completed or not that time one girl namely suganya attended the sale person Mohamed munif mobile she not even gave a proper reply and started misbehaving with me like IF YOU WANT ANY DOUBT CALL TO OUR LANDLINE and she cut the call. And again I call the same mobile number while ring it was again decline the call. Few minutes later again I call the Mohameed Munif he started threatening me in phone and not even gave a minimum respect to me as a customer I felt very embarrassed in that moment and I felt that I wrongly booked my bike. Both the staffs in CLASSIC MOTORCYCLE acted as a rowdy element. This kind of attitude happens only after the payment completed to showroom. And directly visited the dealer showroom and I met the showroom manager he also acted as same as like there staffs he also not even answered me properly and he not accepted my grievances and refused to accept the same. Really I felt very sad today that I choose a wrong dealer showroom. Good reputation will loosed due to these kind of dealer and I felt very very bad am in a noble profession LAWYER but these kind of dealers attitude will loose the diginity of Enfield company. I had paid the amount after that the staffs reacting this kind of attitude. Kindly accept this mail as my grievances and take appropriate steps to control illegal activities and they should suppose to give minimum respect to the customer like me. I told them about my silencer prblm also they told it is nothing major problem.. ..i think it is okay but now now my silencer become blue from start point and start breaking from end point...
