As I am the Customer of Reliance Communication for past 10 years and I am using Mobile Number 9025392218 (Prepaid). I have recharged Rs.150/ on 7th of August 2017 and thereafter I have rarely used my Mobile for call only which even not used more than 5 calls.
Now I came to know from your customer care call that I have been connected with Vodafone Service provider and to continue further with Vodafone it asks me to send SMS to 1900 as “PORT My Mobile Number”.When I did the same it tell me as ” Insufficient Balance”. But definitely some minimum Balance should be there in my mobile number. Where has gone that amount I don’t know…..?
Then, I have tried to recharge Rs.10 with the Vodafone Service using my Mobile Number and it tells me the Number has not been connected with Vodafone yet. Then Today (10.11.2017) I have tried to recharge through Reliance service for Rs.10/- and Recharges done successfully. But the credit has not come to my mobile. Due to this reason I could not able change over to Vodafone or continue with Reliance to send SMS to 1900 for porting to Vodafone.
As this mobile is my Primary one and it has been linked with many other Government related website like Aathar, GST and Civil Supply etc and many other website based link , I could not able to get any information from them and I am severely affected with this and I am loosing my business very badly.
Hence Please tell me how I can change over to Vodafone. who will bear the all such loses happened to me due to you yourself changing my mobile number to someone’s Mobile Service provider.

When the time the Reliance was started , I am using Reliance . The Bill of Rs. 497 has came, for only two local calls. So kindly, change to prepaid.
*222 customer care no. is serving very badly and we can’t able to contact with concerned person. Every month the late fee of Rs. 100 was being paid. If the bill was not paid only, the concerned person is contacting to me. At that time only I was able to contact the person. The place of the reliance customer showroom office is often changing everything or else it was closed. I can’t able pay the bill in any private money transfer.
So I was not able to pay the amount of Rs. 500 immediately. Immediately get in contact with me, the customer care service to me (24×7).
If I did’nt get any contact of the customer service of the Reliance, legal action will be taken immedietly.

Hello I am Prem Kumar Modi ( 9541154439) using GSM services. I am facing following issues with this number:-
1. I can’t excess to your 3G services when i want to connect with the signal manually it shows the reliance option in the list but unable to connect.
2. I am unable to make a call to anyone even customer care(198).
3. I am unable to receive any call on above mentioned number, if someone call me then he usually came to hear ” IS ROUTE KE SARE LINES BUSY HA”.
4. I can’t excess to your net services, the sign of net appears and disappear simultaneously.
5. I am unable to connect with Reliance customer care agent wnhen dialing from other operator services i came to hear ” DUE TO ACCIDENTALLY we are unable….” .

I am very disappointing with Reliance Communications as Rcom has deactivated my number without any intimation to me on 1st July 2017. When i called customer care on 198 and asked about reason for deactivating my number they do not know the reason. So i sent email to RCom Appellate Authority and i got a call from Rcom Appellate Authority and asked me to visit Reliance store with Pancard and Aadhar card for verification and after verification they will activate my number then next day i visited Reliance Store but they told me that you call Reliance customer Care we cannot do anything. So I called Reliance customer care and informed them then told me that my number will be activated within 30 minutes so waited for 3 hours but mu number was not activated. So I called again customer care, they were telling the same thing that number will be activated within 30 minutes then told that you people telling me that mu number will be activated within 30 minutes when your 30 minutes will be finished.Then they told me to visit Reliance store and they will activate your number again I visited 2 Reliance stores one at Manpada Road Dombivali (E) and second one is at Tilaknagar, Dombivali (E) but they was telling that we cannot activate your number you contact Reliance Customer care.
Next day I called Reliance customer care and asked about activation again they were telling me that number will be activated within 30 minutes, then i had an argument with customer care executive and i shouted on him.
In the afternoon on 4th July i got call from RCom that i am making unsolicited commercial call from my number so they had deactivated my number. I asked the person to provide me details on which i had made unsolicited commercial calls then he agreed to send the details by email but till date i have not received any details from RCom.
I have sent emails to Appellate Authority and they replied and told that due to unsolicited commercial call my number has been deactivated permanently.
Without any intimation or warning to me how Rcom can deactivate my number. They harassed me for one week. I was tired by calling customer care and visit Reliance store but nothing happen and my number is still in deactivated mode.
Now neither customer care nor Appellate Authority authority is responding my mail.
Sir can you help me to activate my number.

Even I have called at 198 but your CR did not responded me, I am not Happy with your service cause your customer. Support had blocked my number and did not responded me.
1) I have got a message 2 days ago from your side that I have deducted some of amount then I had a call with your CR and reversed my money and Unsubscribe that service which I did not subscribe.

Customer care has no option for Care executive. Never connecting call. Nobody is attwnding customer querry. I face 10 days for no service network while porting no. In reliance. Even documents submitted 8 times. After 22 complaints they started my line. My case also given to TRAI, delhi. But no changes in service.

The network connection got cut next day. I tried all settings on my phone. Nothing worked. Then I sent many emails to customer care and appellate authorities several times. Nobody is bothered. I tried 30333333 several times. Lady’s recorded voice was heard for more then 10 minutes. My currency was consumed. Nobody answered. My no. is 8904827969. Pl sort out the problem

I was using 7483111871 CDMA service till 08Jul 16. Due to upgradation I was issued one 4G sim one month back by your sanjay Nagar Bangalore Outlet. From 09 Jul (0830hrs or so) CDMA services withdrawn and received msg to insert New 4G sim in GSM enabled hand set for unintrupted services. But this not happened. I ran from pillar to post to get activated 4G sim but invain. I tried to call customer care service from other moblies repeatedly but all the time I could not speak to customer care representative. Now at this juncture I feel that all customer care nos are bogus or time and money consuming services. or your representatives do’not want to attend customer . Is this the way you want to lure public/customer to opt your services? is not so pl instruct your care reps to attend or some method may be developed to contact directly care reps instead of going through IVR system. If not received satisfy answer I may think to port the number to other service provider.
2. I think at this juncture my grievances may be addressed suitably or I would opt porting of number with some service provider. Expect early solutions to my grievances.

So I dropped to take mobile data in reliance. Even through that time itself I am facing problem in the signal strength in the incoming outgoing calls in my office mobile ( 7812036746). While any incoming / out going calls our staff will come over to out side of the office. This is not fair in the peak hours. I informed many times in the service provider and payment informers. Nobody rectify the complaints. Some times they through the call to complaint session. If suppose I waited long times the call will be going…. No, positive response and even I didn’t get complaint no. also. Hence If possible rectify the problem in my office phone. Otherwise I sad to say quite my connection and collect my balance amount.

In SMS on 5th, 10th 15th & 19th Mar ’16, an amount Rs 3/= charges from my A/C balance under VAS USSD service. Trying to esquire repeated times through your call center but most of the time it has not been entertained by your people. I have failed to understand the logic of deducting such money from my A/C balance. I am requesting your good office to return those amount immediately otehrwise I will be compelled to lodge a complaint to the appellate authority regarding your such dealings having unjustified deduction. We have three different services of mobile operators in our family and we have not come across such thingh from any other operator except you.

I want to say that I am getting pathetic experience during this Reliance prepaid connection I have purcheased recently.
I am a student live in Delhi and got recharged my number 08287084631 with 50/- (online recharge) so that I had balance of Rs. 50/- at 17:54 on date 20th Feb. Only after 2 hrs. when I checked the balance again, it was Rs. 40/-, means your company had deducted 10/- from my account without informing me. I also did not activate any type of service or package in that duration. So why and How did you deduct it?
After it, when I tried to contact your Customer Care Executive through numbers *333 Or 198 Or 01130333333, none of the number was working. I tried for 2-3 hrs. but could not make any contact to your Customer care executive.
So I have serious complaint regarding this issue of my balance deduction and your Customer Care Service where actually no Care for Customer.
I am also using Airtel and Aircell connections and initially there were few complaint regarding balance deduction but I immedietly talked to their Customer Care Executives and with in 2-3 hrs. I got my deducted balance returned into my account. Since then there is not a single complaint.
So I hope that you also please return my balance of Rs. 10/- into my account, and please rework to your Customer Care service.

I have taken a new prepaid connection 9555361161 on 29-01-2016. My number activated on 29-01-2016. Value added services was activated on my number at 23:18 hours and Rs 45 deducted from my main balance. I called customer care and spoken with Executive and floor supervisor to deactivate the service and refund the amount deducted. They deactivated the services and declined to refund the amount. Also informed you can port your number from Reliance to any service provider when you complete 90 days. If my amount is not refunded then definetly u will port my number from reliance to any other service provider. So please refund my amount otherwise I will go in social media and mark an to trai.
