As the plan ended I again went to jio outlet and they suggested me to recharge for Rs.399 in which they said I will get 1 GB data per day for 84 days, but meanwhile after approx 15-20 days my sim was blocked and I got a bill of Rs.601, still I paid that bill and I was said that your sim is now active for 84 days and then after 10-15 days again my sim was blocked and I received a bill of Rs.1200.Each time when I visit Jio office they say talk directly at main ofiice and when I go to JIO main office i.e. in Kolar from there they say u talk to jio outlet from where u have got your recharge done.

Hello, I am using Jio prepaid since past 8 month, the network coverage is really pathetic (address is vill:Barideoria po+ps:Hathwa dist:Gopalganj pin:841436 Bihar), there is no single tower in my village please get one tower in my village.there is no network in indoor areas and outdoor also it is not that much good, I have also tried using my sim in other cell but the issue still persists,Other service provider is working absolutely fine and their mobile internet is just fantastic, vodafone, idea,Aircel are really best in our locality. Jio being the largest service provider is very poor nowadays. Mobile Internet of Jio is also not so good, it is too slow cause network is poor, if network would be good then the services would be also nice.. Outside locality network is somewhat good, but internet and messaging facility is not satisfactory. If this issue is not fixed, then there is only one option to continue this number, mobile number portability. Already received call from LOOP for porting which is providing very good offer for postpaid and prepaid both..
Jio should think about it or else other service provider will cross its customer base..

I have got new Jio sim on 23/11/16.my Jio no. is 8360017114. On this no. Only outgoing call can be done for limited period(upto 07/12/16) & then both incoming & outgoing call stopped. I donot know why. When I contacted to Jio customer care so many time, they only give assurances but never give solution . My latest complain no is SR000004F5WR. Every time they close the complain without any solution ,which will be show very bad image by Custcare & company to their valuable customer.so therefore request you to kindly look into the matter & take necessary action.
