He was born on 1 June 1976 (age 45 years according to 2021) in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh, India and belongs to a Jatav Family. His father’s name is Shri Jagat Narayan and his mother’s name is Shrimati Parvati Devi. His educational qualification is M.B.A. educated at Chaudhary Charan Singh, University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. His religion belongs to Hinduism and Nationality, Indian. He is married to Shrimati Vartika Chaudhary on 24 April 2008 and has two children one son and one daughter. Ramji Gautam started his political career as a candidate of the Bahujan Samaj Party. He was elected to the Rajya Sabha from the state of Uttar Pradesh in 2020 with which he was made a member of the Committee on Social Justice and Empowerment.
