Lal Dei Devi. His educational qualification is I.S.C. Medical from S.Y.N.A. Aruvedic College, Bhagalpur, Patna University, Bihar. His religion belongs to Hinduism and Nationality, Indian. He married Smt. Aroondhati Tripathi and has five children three sons and two daughters. He loves to Reading historical and religious books and has a special interest in literature, folk songs, and religious activities.
Dr. Ramapati Ram Tripathi started his political career at an early age as he was first elected as the General Secretary of the Students Union of Mahatma Gandhi Post Graduate College, Gorakhpur in 1969. After that, he joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). In 1995, he was elected to the Mahamantri, B.J.P., Uttar Pradesh for 1995 – 2005 and then a member of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council for two terms (2000 – 2012). He has been State President of B.J.P., Uttar Pradesh for 2007 – 2010, Sehprabhari of B.J.P., Maharashtra/Jharkhand for 2010 – 2012. Currently, he is appointed the President of B.J.P. Chunav Prabandhan Samiti and Member of Rashtriya Karya Samiti, B.J.P. since 2014. In 2019, he was elected to the 17th Lok Sabha from Deoria (Uttar Pradesh) with which he was made a member of the Standing Committee on Science & Technology, Environment & Forests and Consultative Committee, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
