Ragini Nandwani born on 4th September 1989 in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India is an Indian actress who has been seen in some TV shows and some movies as well. Ragini completed her studies at Marshalls School, Dehradun and completed her higher studies in English Honours from the University of Delhi. She made her debut on TV in supporting roles for shows Ye Meri Life Hai, CID and Thodi Khushi Thode Gham. She got the attention of viewers from show Mrs Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein, playing the character of Lovely Kaushik. While her TV career was going on track, she got to act in Bollywood movie Dehradun Diaries, a real-life murder based movie. Her TV show was going well but she chose to leave the show, as she didn’t like that how boring her character was becoming. Her fans were not happy to see her in that role and wanted her to explore better opportunities. Her movie Dehradun Diaries released on 4th January 2013 but the film failed to impress audiences and became a flop. Despite her box office failure, filmmakers saw her acting talent and she got many more offers for the film. Her second movie was Tamil movie named Thalaivaa opposite superstar Vijay. The movie did a good business. She did a cameo role in Marathi movie named Krupa Swaminchi. In the year 2014, she made her debut in Malayalam film industry as well with movie Peruchazhi as Jessy. Her first female lead was in Telugu film Siddhartha in 2016. She was last seen in Malayalam movie Hadiya as Saara. In the year 2016, she made her comeback on TV with an episodic role as Princess Adonia for show SuperCop vs Supervillians. Ragini has won some awards for her show Mrs Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein, at Zee Ristey Awards 2011; the awards she won are Popular Jodi Award, Favorite Nayi Jodi award, Favorite Saas Bahu award and Favorite Naya Sadasya (Female) Award.
