hi, I have a q and q watch Model No: GW81J001Y. Currently the strap is broken, It is hardly fo find a suitable strap here in kerala. Waiting period in QandQ service centres is around 2 to 3 months even in cochin also and almost everywhere in kerala the waiting period is same. Some of them are not saying anything about waiting period???. I think it is not available anywhere in india because every time when searching for qandq, comments shows everybody is searching everywhere for a qandq strap like me. If any hope please let me know.
