    guy deployed at ticket counter of Jalandhar to Jammu rout enforces the passengers to travel through private bus for the pathankot on dated 25/11/2017 @ 6;30. Concern is most of the seats are vacant. hope for the quick action for the betterment of the roadways.

    Sir/ madam
    I am student study at jalandhar. The bus suites me from moga. My stopage is malsian but buses from moga side are made there own rules. ‘such as they do’t even stop buses at malsian
    in morning the time above7:30 to9:30.the stopage is full of students even they tries to pick the buos as it rush from stopage.we every day getting late.this is every day happen
    also in returning time the conductor at moga counter stop to enter the bus students having pas.when bus
    become full they rush their bus. Use much abusive languages (gali) i notice specially bus no.pb-8636 neary at time 2:00-2:10 from jalandhar to moga. So we use buses of jaroon

    Dear Authorities.
    My submission to you pl check the dhabas conditions while issuing the contract..
    They people only respect conductor and driver ..

    Very pathetic service and very poor arrangements
    One side our PM working on swach Bharat and make in India and pl see dhabas washroom conditions .
    I am travelling through Punjab Roadways having Bus No.PB 46M 9128..
    No fix time was saying we will start from Ludhiana at 9 pm but started at 10 :15 pm.

    After paying so much of taxes this all we are getting .
    Dear Govt pl do something in favour of common man .
    Lot of slogans lot of noise but very poor arrangements..

    Can anyone pl look into this matter seriously and work on contribution to make India clean and corruption free..

    I am travelling from Moga to Ludhiana in Jagraon Depot bus no 7603 wherein the driver along with some random staff member were taking Jarda in the bus. When I asked them not to use such drugs at public place OR in bus, the driver shouted at me and said no one can stop us. If you have any problems, either go and sit on the back seat OR keep quite.
    What the hell is this happening? How can they behave in such a way even when they are taking tobacco in the bus.

    I would request the authorities to take action against the driver.

    I m now travelling in ur bus, ticket
    No:3331617638041, PNR:84898407-1961899, Delhi-Jalandhar, 17-Feb-2017, 09:50 PM, seat:38, PUNBUS – Jalandhar.

    The conductor allowed passenger to get in just 5 minutes before scheduled time to start. Justed passed time in checking ID nos. Of passenger which he could have checked inside the bus.

    No AC till the bus actually started. It is not AC just a fan, not even the exhaust fan. Lot of suffocation in the bus.

    It had a halt at Moorthhal. Even fan off for about 40 min. After that now also there is lot of suffocation. Behavior of the conductor rude and unbecoming. They don’t know how to maintain an ambience with regard to temperature, velocity humidity level in the bus. Just after checking the tickets, nothing to do. Behavior of the conductor is – as if plying private bus in an arbitrary manner in a rural area without having any obligation to the passenger.

    They need a training and attitudinal change before giving duty in Volvo Bus.

    Secondly, it is very obvious that non operation of AC in the bus is just to enrich themselves by saving cost of Diesel.

    The administration need to check and find out a permanent solution of these problems.

    Dear Sir,
    I’m a frequent traveler from Chandigarh to Pathankot via Punbus Volvo Buses. Today morning when I ask the ticket for Mirthal. the booking clerk said pl. take the ticket up to Pathankot & get down wherever you want & Instruct the Bus Conductor. I took the ticket up to Pathankot & asked the driver of Punbus No.1913 to drop me at the factory of United Spirits 3 Kms after Mirthal.
    The Bus Driver has mis-behaved & said if you come next time by this bus I will not allow you to travel.
    Does the driver/Conductor has given the authority to miss-behave with Passengers? Does they have been given the powers to stop the busses with their wishes?
    Any of the Bus drivers/Conductors can stop the bus any where & can wait for their known peoples But if a Passengers wants to get down as per his wish he can not? What kind of Management is this?
    My Request you to pl. issue an Instruction to all your drivers/Conductors to demonstrate the Good behavior as it replicates the state image.
    Pl. Look in to & advise the concern Bus Driver/Conductor to behave with Passengers appropriately.

    Hope for a favorable reply along with the action initiated on Bus Driver/Conductor.

    your bus no PB02 CR 6623 bus conductor misbehave with us .that conductor has not his own bus,it is the property of goveronment not his own he is not authorised to give permission to the pessengers to sit into the bus or not.he conducted very rudely which is not fare.please take appropriate action on conductor which is deployed by the department on route hamirpur hp to it may be hoshiarpur or jalandhar .

    I am retd. Divisional Manager of Lic Of India, D.O JALANDHAR. I am posted in LIC Mini Office, GORAYA these days.
    The conductors of Asr-2 and Tarn Taran Punbus Depots donot entertain passengers from Jalandhar Bypass( Ldh) to Phillaur and Goraya. They are Very adament and speak rudely to the passengers. They openly challenge that they are pacca employees and damn care of anybody and rather incite us to lodge their complaint.They behave as the are the real owners of the bus they board upon .They are not only making loss of revenue but also not entertaining passengers for Phillaur and Goraya from Jalandhar Bypass(LUDHIANA). Kindly rein their long tongues and instruct them to be polite and sober and must start entertaining passengers for Phillaur and Goraya with immediate effect. Thanks and regards

    Sir I Dharambir Singh and my friend Satish kumar book 2 ticket with ticket no 4642161731910 from sherpur chowk ludhiana to Delhi. But I Dharambir Singh is drop at Panipat due an emergency. But your conducter is refused to continue travelling my friend. Find. Is saying my friend u r also drop here otherwise u r purchase a new ticket from Panipat. Otherwise pay panality.
    Please tell me when I am paying 1498 rs.why r we give extra money to already paid destination.
    Please upgrade u r system with customer facility.
