Venkata Satyanarayana Prabhas Raju Uppalapati popularly known as Prabhas was born on 23rd October 1979 age 38 years in Madras, Tamil Nadu, India. Currently resides in Film Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.By profession, he is a Telugu Film Actor.
His parents are U. Suryanarayana Raju and Siva Kumari, his father is a Film Producer. He has two younger Siblings, Pramod Uppalapati, and Pragathi respectively. Krishnam Raju Uppalapati, Telugu film actor is his Uncle. Did his basic education from DNR School, Bhimavaram and for higher studies he attended Sri Chaitanya College, Hyderabad and earned the degree in B.tech.
This super talented boy made his debut in 2002 with movie Eeswar. Prabhas also won the state award, the Nandi Best Actor for his movie Mirchi. He also made a guest appearance in Prabhudeva’s 2014 Action film Action Jackson. He played the role of Baahubali in S. S. Rajamouli’s epic film "Baahubali: The Beginning" in 2015, which became the Fourth Highest Grossing Indian Film to that date. Then the sequel of the movie, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion in 2017, and broke all the records and became the first ever Indian film to earn more than Rupees 1000 crore, in ten days in all languages and also became second highest grossing Indian film.
