This is to remind you that my complaint regarding the failure of transaction has not been sorted out yet. I have done complain several times and also reported the issue to the branch manager on 26th of August, 2016, but no action has been taken.
Now, As it has been 25 days form the date of 1st complaint, I also claim the compensation on it. According to the RBI´s guidelines about ‘Reconciliation of failed transactions of ATM’s’. It states that the limit for resolution of customer complaint is 7 days. After that bank has to pay Rs.100 per day as compensation to the customer. Kindly sort out this matter as soon as possible and take urgent steps otherwise i have no option other than approaching the consumer court.

This is to inform you that on 1st August 2016 at 1:44 PM i tried to widraw Rs. 10000/ from AXIS bank ATM sec-62,It was not come out from the ATM and the same amount was debited from my account.I made complaint on PNB Customer care ,The complaint number is M066888508.Today costomer team is saying my complaint is being rejected that it was a successful widraw .The customer care people are not giving any thing in written.Kindly re-check it again and send me the camera recording of that day between 1 pm to 2 pm.so that it will be clarified i didnot received the money.I went to the Punjab national bank Sec-27 my main branch but no body was listening my request so i wrote one application and submited the same to the bank.Who will be responsible for such cases when customes are loosing a big amount.
