    I paid amount Rs 26499.00 on through payumoney accounts. But the payumoney is paid before supply of materials. The payumoney is assurance give any issues customers vs merchant the team escalate and resolve the issues. But the merchant is upstanding, and payumoney is not help to resolved problems. The payumoney team is very cheated and jointed the fraud merchants. This job is not fare to the payumoney.

    1. On 03.12.2016 I had ordered Gift Item # IGP992246- 1 x wine chillers with mugs silver plated and paid Rs. 5,920 vide my Citibank Credit Card # 5498 5205 8008 8202.-( Ref. # 75503726339)- Transaction ID 2008764
    2. Gift was received by AWB # 33482961562 in damaged condition and was returned.
    3. On 08.02.2017 I got a message from Mr. Prakash Negi that the refund for Rs. 5,920 had been processed for Transaction ID 2008764 and that the ARN # was 75503727021011429143187. on my Complaint ID 3912073618.
    4. Till date, I do not appear to have received the amount and no information is received from Citibank .

    Please look in to the matter and arrange for the refund to be made immediately. This amounts to a deficiency in service, and, as a customer, I reserve the right to take up the matter with the appropriate Consumer Forum to get full satisfaction. I request a reply with the next 48 hours.

    I had thought I am the only person whom this bloody website is not refunding money but when I check the reviews there are plenty of ppl whose money has been taken but not refunded, it’s ridiculous to the say the least that these kind of website (PayUmoney) are allowed to function in India. However I had booked a bus ticket with red bus app and next day I cancelled it, got a message from PayUmoney (Stop waiting! Get instant refund in your PayUmoney wallet for Payment ID: 96966673. Verify here: pmny.in/pmWallet. You can always transfer money to banklater.) on 15 March 2016 and till date I am waiting for my money to de credited in my bank account.

    I have made an online transaction yesterday at 20:30 using my debit card to pay 710/- for my internet usage on transmedia technologies through PayUmoney.I received a text from the bank that the amount has been deducted from my account but the user portal would still complain of pending payment. I closed the window that said ‘processing your transaction’ because I had already waited for more than 30 mins.I started a second transaction and the money got debited from my account again but the user portal still wouldn’t confirm my payment.I wonder how much time it takes to process a transaction? Because the second time around, I wud stay on the window for more than 3 hrs and still my payment wouldn’t confirm! Please help!

Finding the txn unsuccessful l made another transaction on same day and made payment to the torrent power.     PayUmoney.com (PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd) 7th Floor, Pearl Tower, Plot No 51 Institutional Area, Sector 32, Gurgaon – 122002 (F-130, GF, STREET NO.7 PANDAV NAGAR, DELHI – 110091, Delhi INDIA) is a big cheater and fraud. I working in this company since last 1 year and I know in details how they are first trapping the clients and then they blackmail the clients. Initially they release money in time to win the trust of the client and once the client’s business is dependent on using their payment gateway they start blackmailing them by stopping release of their money on trivial, cooked and mischievous grounds with intention to harass and blackmail the client.
    Their company culture is totally based on fraud. They are doing fraud with clients and employees also. There is no work ethics in the company. Nitin Gupta treats the staffs as slave. They are worst employer in the world and suck the blood of employees. There is no fixed date of salary and deduct the hard earned money of staffs on funny pretexts.
