I immediately called up paytm call centre and registered a complaint. Upon checking the item, it was also found defective, not working.
Hence, accordingly i cancelled the orders online. One courier company assigned by paytm had approached me to return back the item. When i returned, he told that, the receipt of only one item will be given as against 5 nos.of cancelled orders. That means i will be refunded the money of only one item where as i had already paid for 05nos.of orders.
Now, i have been trying to call up paytm call centre for last 05days many many times but no one is responding. None of the phone numbers which are indicated in the websites are being responded yet. Even i tried paytm CEO office, where the response is negative.
At the present situation, neither i can use the defective item nor return it nor getting the refund.

The screen and leance of the product is cracked during transporting or you are supplied damaged. The inner package is not good it is partly opened , I see after opened the outer cover . The product is received in not functioning and damased condition . Pl take the product and verify it then you refund. You can not reject sending a damaged product. The images are enclosed. Paytm is one of the most useless and misleading online shopping company. They accept an order ref no 3110817628.
The elivery date was shown between 26 – 29 Apr 2017. Although the stupid website shows the option of Track on clicking on track the only information it shows is “Shipped” with no tracking no or courier details. The delivery date has passed nd there is no information from Paytm or the courier (no idea who the courier is) aboutdelivery. On repeated phone calls and emails only today there was acall from Paytm telling me to wait further. On asking for callation and refund, Paytm told me that is te decision of the Seller to decide about the refund. This is in my opinion a scam to take my money on false pretence and retain it as long as possible. I will never buy anytmhing from Paytm and restrict my purchases to Amazon, Ebay and other companies so that I do not become a victim again of possibly unethical practices

I REGRET JOINING THE PAYTM BANDWAGON TODAY.
Its been 15 days since my PAYTM ACCOUNT has been blocked. More than 10 Customer Service People called me, spent 20minutes chatting with me but at the end of the day none of them was able to help me open my account.
The biggest mistake I did was to do my train ticket bookings through my PAYTM. Since last 15 days I am requesting your customer service people to help me login into my account as I wanted to cancel my train tickets after I had a freak accident and now bedridden. The problem is tickets which we have booked through PAYTM “CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED THROUGH PAYTM” and here I can’t even login to my account in the first place. My travel date is on 23rd April and today is 19th April. If I don’t cancel my train tickets even today I will stand to lose my entire ticket money which comes to around Rs8000/-.
Whatever proofs they asked me I had mailed to them (the SMS I recd from PAYTM, the bank statement showing the PAYTM transaction etc) but none of them were able to find a solution to my problem. ARE THESE GUYS AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY EDUCATED ONES? I doubt it. 15 days and MY PAYTM ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED. I REGRET A 100 TIMES THE DAY I DECIDED TO USE PAYTM.
I am now trying my last attempt to contact the CEO OF PAYTM MR VIJAY SHEKHAR SHARMA today and get his direct number. Because of PAYTM STAFFS LAIDBACK ATTITUDE I DON’T WANT TO LOSE MY RS8000/- TRAIN FARES.

I transferred amount of Rs. 5000/- on 17/04/17 at 16.49 pm in the wrong person’s account. When i called that person, he said he does not use paytm, but my transaction shows “successful”. My question is if that person is not using paytm, then how cum the status shows “successful”.
Also i paid vodafone bill of Rs. 500/- on 3rd. april 2017 at 8.46pm paytm order no #3017499566. Instead of prepaid i clicked on postpaid and it must have gone to the wrong person and i have still not received the reversal for the same.

If you are running a parallel banking system , isn’t it your responsibility to look into the matter & help your client? Even the banks reverse the transactions in case of accidental transfers.

When i called the PAYTM customer care executive, i was told that my money will be refunded within 10 working days after mailing my bank statement. called up to inform that your debit card as been blocked and assist to unblock it. He convinced us to get our debit card number and later said you would get OPT number for verification, As i was in hurry could not read the complete message description had to give him the OPT number, he called up again and again saying the OPT number does not match and took the number thrice. same person called up again on 18th morning around 9.30pm to verfiy he OPT password later when i checked the message in detail i came to know the money was detected.
SBI statement shows the money transitions were done to POS PAYTM around seventy thousand rupees were debited.

No customer care service only IVRS is there which is not acceptable we must be attended by some human whenever we give a call at Paytm toll free no. We are facing hell lot of issues with paytm woul not recommend the same to my banker please do not encourage Paytm in your customers it really hopeless.
Hope paytm will take this issue seriously.

One another call from 9643979797 has come to me and told me that your complaint has been resolved and the amount will be credited to your account within 24hrs but no amount has been credited till now. I am very anxious and depressed with paytm poor service.

On 29th December 2016, I wanted to transfer Rs. 500/- from Paytm wallet (wallet balance Rs. 506.40) to my bank account.
The amount instead of getting transferred to my bank account, got debited twice once Rs. 494 POS 869989 and then Rs. 500 POS 066252 from my bank account (though i did not make any purchases). Also, it got debited from Paytm wallet showing balance 0.

We highly regvet to inform you that we have been duped by paytm. We requested through mails and calls to transfer my rs 6600 to my account, a call from number 9643979797 mr. AKASH had come from paytm. He talked for along time and asked my pin number of my bank account and I refused to give than he asked the 16 digital number of my card. Which I give him,after that the amount from my account got debited ie. 6600 and 3300 on 28-12-2016. And he even asked the password of my paytm which I give him and now that account is also zero.
We confirmed the call and it was from paytm in my message it shows that my cash has been tranfer in account number 97xxxx6148 which is not my account and is neither transfered by me. It has been transferred by AKASH.
The next day i.e on 29-12-2016. He again called and asked my password. I refused to give him. After that 2 or 3 calls from different numbers have come asking my password.
I think some worong people are working in the system. We have all the message saved and it is sure that the same was done in paytm.
WE HAVE EVEN FILED ON F.I.R ON 29.12.2016.
please co-operative with us and help me as well as the common people be maintained.

After many communication & marking mail no any one (paytm) give me a single response
