Hello sir,
i m not a regular user of ur produts bt my family is. I just want to say that my father is a regular smoker of ur brand 502pataka biri... Since i was a child till now. But i found that ur product is now lacking the amount of tobacco content in it. All it consist now is just the leaf without tobacco(or a very little amount of it). But i must suggest u that due to a price hike in tobacco products several people are shifting from cigerrets to biris. And its a golden opportunity for u to attract those customers towards ur product ie. 502 pataka biri. But as far is concerned about todays quality of ur product,I must say that ur regular customers may also shift from ur produt to another. I dont know whether u take it seriously or not, But its just a suggestion: ''Improove ur quality or loose ur sales''.Dont forget 502pataka is ur Base product..
